With this Agreement, World Post Network is now able to commit new services to customers (individuals and businesses) for sending their Regular Mail -- and Certified, Registered, Priority and Express Mail/Documents, using ElectraDoc Cyber Express Network (in Seconds not DAYS) anywhere in the world, with a 100% guarantee that they will be delivered to the right recipients.

Universal Express Announces Strategic Partnership Agreement With Blackstone

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 23, 2003--Universal Cash Express, a subsidiary of Universal Express, Inc. (OTCBB:USXP - News), has entered a strategic partnership agreement with Blackstone, a leading provider of electronic prepaid products and services.
Under the terms of the agreement, Universal Cash Express products will be offered through thousands of points of presence that Blackstone has in place with retail merchants worldwide. Additionally, Universal Express will introduce co-branded Blackstone terminals to thousands of private postal stores within the Universal Express WorldPost network of merchants. Universal products offered from the terminals will include a floral gift card from a major floral association and the Universal Express Platinum Prepaid MasterCard/DebitCard program.

Blackstone is a pioneer in the prepaid telecommunications industry and is currently one of the country`s largest providers of prepaid products and services. Luis Arias, Blackstone`s chief executive officer, was recently awarded a patent by the US Patent & Trademark Office (No.: US 6,651,885) for the Real Time Electronic PIN Delivery System utilized in the co-branded terminals to be offered by Universal Express. Merchants can print or activate prepaid cards (calling cards, gift cards, Internet service, wireless recharge cards, etc.), whereby distribution is done with electronic PINs, that are delivered via an integrated thermal card printer. Merchants can also accept checks, smart cards and ATM/debit/EBT (electronic benefit transfers) cards; process Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and Diner`s Club transactions; and view real-time reports.

Universal Express Acquires Bags To Go

NEW YORK – December 29, 2003 – Universal Express, Inc. (OTCBB:USXP) announced today the successful acquisition of Bags To Go, Inc., a diversified logistics provider operating in South Florida, for an initial $360,000, with maximum payments of $7 million in cash and stock, based on Bags to Go achieving preset performance benchmarks over the next five years.

Bags To Go provides check-in services for luggage and passengers at the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International airport to disembarking cruise line passengers from nearby Port Everglades and Dodge Island in Miami. Bags To Go also holds a number of other, service-related contracts at the airport, as well as providing lost luggage delivery services for major airlines. The company will soon begin on-site storage for luggage at Fort Lauderdale airport. This service is expected to be well received by airport passengers, especially those disembarking from cruises.

Universal Express Sues Dan McKinnon and North American Airlines for $160Million and Punitive Damages for Fraud and Breach of Contract

(OTCBB:USXP), announced the filing of a lawsuit in New York Supreme Court (Docket: 868-04) against Dan McKinnon and North American Airlines for $160,000,000, in connection with the planned acquisition of North American Airlines that was terminated on November 24, 2003. Dan McKinnon is chairman and president of North American Airlines.

The suit charges McKinnon and North American with fraudulent concealment, breach of contract with respect to due diligence, breach of good faith, fair dealing and other matters.
