DF China Technology Announces A Proposed Acquisition Of An IT Company InChina

HONG KONG, Mar 3, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- The Board of Directors (the ``Board``) of DF China Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: DFCT) (the ``company``) announces that the company is in the process of acquiring a China-based company in the information technology sector as a new business unit. The acquisition proposal was received by the Board in February 2004. After reviewing the proposal and negotiation, the Board has approved the proposal and has sent out the proxy statement to the shareholders for vote. The Board also announced the company`s first shareholders` meeting located in U.S., which will be held on March 25, 2004 at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at 11 am. The shareholder`s meeting will conclude the proxy vote on the acquisition.
