      COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., April 7, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Maximum Dynamics, Inc. (OTC BB:MXDY.OB - News), a projects management and back office services company with subsidiaries focused on technology solutions, business process management and wireless communications, announced today that it will begin construction of the Maximum Dynamics, Inc.       E-Sap, a black economic empowerment (BEE) software and project management company and equity partner of Maximum, has agreed to finance the property and construction of Maximum`s office park in Centurion, Johannesburg. This 6,880 square foot, multi-level building will provide for over 60 office spaces and a conference center that seats over 300 people. The project will commence immediately and E-Sap`s bid on the property has already been accepted.

      Maximum recently purchased 20% of E-Sap for 2 million shares of Maximum`s stock. In addition to the business park, E-Sap will begin a process where it will dedicate the majority of its 150 person staff to Maximum`s substantial business projects. This will enable the acceptance of several very large business opportunities with respect to government, telecommunications and banking projects as well as projects related to MPOS and TagNet. These projects are now moving into the implementation stage where infrastructure is required to deliver and support these solutions.

      COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., April 5, 2004 -- Maximum Dynamics, Inc. (OTCBB: MXDY), a projects management and back office services company focused on technology solutions for wireless communications and business process management, announced today that its subsidiary TagNet International (formerly Maseco Denmark) has received an additional order from Glibstrup Transport A/S, a company with whom it secured a contract in February 2004.

      Glibstrup was so impressed with TagNet`s solution of real-time tracking devices that it increased its order from 100 units to 300 total units. After adding in costs for customization, support and maintenance, the new contract represents approximately $500,000 in revenue for TagNet. Glibstrup also has strong ties to the trucking industry in Denmark, which should realize additional benefits for TagNet.

      TagNet offers three types of real-time tracking modules. The basic module is a GPS/GPRS location monitor that performs basic functions like position reports (when the vehicle moves slowly or stops), and is meant for security purposes and fleet management systems. The smart module can handle more complicated tasks like cargo monitoring and a few peripheral devices such as a bar code scanner, printer and/or telemetric devices. The business module has the same capability and flexibility as a PC and can handle more complex interfaces for peripheral equipments and a vast library of software functions.

      "Glibstrup had ordered 100 business modules and is now adding 200 base modules," said Johannes Clausen, VP of Mobile Logistics for Maximum. "I think this re-order speaks volumes about the stamp of validation people want to see. I believe the increasing of their order to three times the number of original units after only one month is a huge statement. It shows the strength of our ability to solve complex problems at very affordable rates. This contract and other demand is very encouraging to the extent that we have increased our forecasts for Europe."

      The flexibility of the TagNet product combined with extremely competitive pricing has resulted in an explosion of interest in South Africa, Mexico, China and Europe where several demonstrations are scheduled over the next few months.

      I wish my German was as good as your English. We appreciate your support of MXDY. We are not registered representatives, therefore, we legally shouldn`t´t give advise as to when to buy the stock, however, if you look at a chart the stock is a buy at these levels. The stock has a good support level @ .20 -.22. As you may or may not know :eek: MXDY has been making important acquisitions that within the next 12 months will make them a business development leader for the entire continent of Africa:D. They are also establishing key relationships with the government of Mexico that will surely open doors to rest of Latin America. These two continents are among the most underdeveloped, therefore, making them the most lucrative.

      Getting back to when to buy the stock. The stock has a trading range of .20 -.40. It would be logical that anyone interested in the stock would aggressively accumulate a position at these levels, starting at today`s market open.

      We again thank you for your support, especially, since we are trying to attract global investors. I would be interested to know how you became aware of MXDY. Our corporate offices are based in Baltimore, MD USA., however, I am currently in Colombia S.A..       Hallo liebe Zockergemeinde,
      bin erst neu in dem geschäft (börse) und bin gerade mit bocx leider im minus. nach über 300% wohl nicht anders zu erwarten.
      habe selber schon gemerkt, das ich immer erst zu spät einsteige (beispiel realtos 6,00).

      muss wohl noch vieles lernen. aber wie gesagt, bin ich erst am anfang und habe mich schon sehr lange für die börse interesiert nur nicht das nötige kleingeld und gehabt und die traute.

      jetzt habe ich den sprung ins kalte wasser gewagt und seit einem monat eigentlich (startkapital 2000 Euro) auch immer leicht im plus gewesen. auch wenn ihr euch schieflacht, das ich gleich mit solchen werten anfange, so möchte ich doch gerne ein mitglied der zockergemeinde werden.

      das was mir fehlt ist der ansatz eine aktie zu bewerten. bin nicht wicher was wirklich eine chance hat (charttechnik/unternehmenszahlen/news?)

      habe nun seit über 2 monaten in den verschiedensten boards gelesen, wobei mir dieses am besten gefallen hat (pioniergeist: sprich auf zu neuen höhen :)).

      mein start hatte ich mit cbb, sun und gameznflix. beim letzteren habe ich auch gut 300 euro gemacht, allerdings (wegen ungedult/unerfahrenheit) zu früh wieder raus.

      hatte sie bei 0.083 und bei 0,104 wieder raus. naja war vielleicht garnicht mal so schlecht, zumal am nächsten tag gleich wieder eine schlechte meldung kam (hacker/kundendaten usw.).

      falls es jemanden interessiert, ich bin seit 3 jahren selbständig im internet (webdesign/programmierung) und muss sagen, das ich gameznflix noch einige kniffs zur bedienerfreundlichkeit usw. zeigen könnte, aber im allgemeinen bin ich positiv eingestellt. würde auch gerne wieder rein gehen, wenn noch etwas übrig wäre. habe mir allerdings fest vorgenommen, nicht im minus auszusteigen , so lange noch hoffnung besteht. schliesslich sind 2000 Euro nicht gerade viel für den start.

      ich habe mir vorgenommen nicht mehr als diese 2000 euro zu investieren (insgesamt). das ist mein festes ziel obwohl ich jetzt eher schwarz sehe da nur noch 1390 jetzt übrig, heute morgen nocht 2390 (bocx/realtos). habe aber noch nicht verkauft und hoffe zumindestens bei realtos noch über die 6 Euro. bei bocx eher auf langfrist, was auch im amiboard gepostet wurde (daytrader raus=jetzt langsam nach oben (10$?) bis spätestens 2005). ist leider nicht zu ändern, das hauptkapital steckt dor drin (war hoffnung) ich gehe nicht unter +-0 inkl. gebühren raus.

      ich habe heute es zum ersten mal gewagt, aus einer aktie zum kaufkurs rauszugehen, weil ich dachte es gehts nichts mehr (da sieht man wie wenig erfahrung (realtos (2.. rein/3.. raus)).

      es wird mein thread sicherlich einige zu lachen bringen, macht auch nichts, ich war vorher im comdirect board (schlafmütze). dort konnte selbs ich sehen, das erst eine chance gepostet wurde, wenn der poster schon auf der sicheren seite war (übrigens von frick halte ich nichts). börsenbriefe, weis nicht was ich darüber denke soll, aber mir ist so ein board lieber, auch wenn dort manchmal falsche ziele (puscher/bascher) vorgegeben werden.

      auch wenn es sich blöd anhört (auf die art/der will ein tipp, der soll doch selber recherchieren!) möchte ich euch fragen was die max in nächster zeit(1 woche) ca. bringen wird.

      de weiteren möchte ich mich um eine (virtuelle) lehrstelle bewerben um so gut wie möglch werden zu können (chartechnik vs. bauchgefühl vs. fundamentaldaten?) ich habe glaube ich genug geschrieben, so das ihr wisst worum es geht.

      hoffe, dass ihr mir bei entscheidungen am anfang ein wenig helfen könnt. ich weiß, nicht einmal der tod ist umsonst, aber ich möchte nur verstehen lernen (sichere anzeichen erkennen) und überzeugung auch ohne jede beteiligung anderer (empfehlung etc. emlernen, das suzusagen überzeugt sein von einem wert (firma).

      hatte das erste mal bei gameznflix das gefühl, aber naja, dachte am anfang wirklich, das alles in ein paar tagen gelaufen sei (2-300%). die gedult hat gefehlt. habe die grundregeln gelernt (auch einmal liegen lassen ob minus oder plus (auf langzeit)) aber wollte nur aufspringen, weil ich das alles noch nicht kannte.

      jetzt weiß ich, dass 80% (puscher/basher) in den boards dabei sind, die hier werte noch gerade so los werden möchten. mein gedanke (traum) ist gewinne (geld durch realistische gedanken/daten ausserhalb der spekulationen) zu realisieren.

      sorry, das musse ich einmal loswerden, hoffen ich seit nicht zu sehr gaschafft von dem beitrag. wenn eine empfehlung für die nächsten zwei tage an steht würde ich es wagen 300 Euro im minus zu verkaufen, um den gleichstand wider herzustellen. aber ich weiß schon im voraus, ich werde keine freundlichen beiträge ernten (beipiel: geh nochmal zur schule oder börsenspiel usw.).

      werde es mir überlegen, das ist immerhin meine wichtigste quelle in den staaten und die möchte ich nicht verlieren... werde auch selbst noch mal nachkaufen, sobald ich meine sun :cry: verkauft habe...

      also mxdy halte ich auf jeden fall lang, jedoch ist auch manchmal ein guter zock möglich, heute immerhin bis jetzt schon über 20%...

      Natürlich ist das schweinerei, aberwer in so einen engen Wert OHNE Limit investiert muss einfach Lehrgeld zahlen. Ausserdem hat niemand etwas an der Börse zu suchen, der nich den Kurs von US$ in Euro umrechnen kann/will. Hoffentlich lernen die Deppen daraus, damit nicht immer wieder einige Abzocker davon profitieren .... :mad:

("Intesol"), a 54% South African Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) technology company.

      Terms have been reached and will be announced upon completion of the transaction, after which Intesol will be a significant subsidiary of Maximum. The consolidated revenues for Intesol and its joint ventures for the financial year 2003/2004 are being prepared and are expected to reveal revenues of over $10,937,500 USD (R70,000,000) with a net income estimated to be over $2,187,500 USD (R14,000,000), which is estimated using the exchange rate of 6.4 South African Rand (R) per $1 USD.

      Intesol is comprised of a group of subsidiaries that fall under the umbrella of Intesol Corporation (referred to collectively as the Intesol Group of Companies). Intesol specializes in integrated security solutions, systems design, electronic security, data recovery and erasing, digital storage, security risk analysis, engineering consulting, radio frequency identification tag integration, banking security, technology law, Energy Power Management and other forms of communications.

      In addition to being a solid infrastructure company, Intesol Group of Companies has intellectual property rights and patents that include: ATM access control, a bank card identification system, a credit card identification system, cell ads, a vehicle identification system, an asset integrated monitoring identification system, and information security software.

      Both parties believe the business combination will be formidable. First, Intesol has solutions that enhance Maximum`s real-time tracking technology (TagNet), mobile point of sale product (M.POS) and business process management solutions. Secondly, Intesol represents additional infrastructure Maximum needs as it ramps up its world-wide operations to service orders for its products in the banking, government and commercial sectors.

"Intesol is an opportunity where the combination of our technology and operations is impressive.       As a result of this acquisition, Maximum now has another vehicle in addition to E-Sap that can support its projects, increase revenues and deliver more customers. While Maximum is not employing a roll-up or acquisitions strategy, the company has gained significant exposure in South Africa and other parts of the world. Companies are very interested in working with Maximum and tapping into Maximum`s growing global value chain. As a result, Maximum is approached on average once per week with various merger/acquisition opportunities.

      helped us to meet with several cellular companies, two of whom have expressed interest in enabling the device to sell air time.

      M.POS Holdings is keen to partner with us in rolling out some of these solutionsin China. One of M.POS Holdings` strategic partners is working on a large project that involves upgrading merchant POS terminals in China in anticipationof the 2008 Olympic games.

      The consortium is led by Mr. Blum Khan, the CEO of Metropolitan Health Group, and Sooren Ramdenee, one of the founders of Freecom Group ("Freecom"). The consortium has provided the software and hardware design groups for the designing of a new product that requires the technology of TagNet. The details of the application and product are being kept confidential until the product launch, which is expected in approximately five months.

      Freecom initially got involved with Maximum by supplying the computers for many of Maximum`s education projects being launched in several schools, rural areas and townships of South Africa. Soon thereafter, Freecom was appointed as a project partner for TagNet and M.POS projects in Kenya and Rwanda. As a result of Freecom`s involvement with TagNet, Mr. Ramdenee saw an application in the medical industry for TagNet that solves some critical problems presented to him in previous conversations with Mr. Khan.

      "TagNet is stimulating incredible demand," said Eric Majors, Maximum`s CEO. "We are getting a lot of calls requesting demonstrations of TagNet in every region where we are doing business. We are very excited about the product being developed and the fact that this group put an entire package together and the needed resources to launch it at no cost to Maximum."

      In the agreement, the new company being formed shall have the exclusive rights for the use of TagNet technology in the development of applications for the medical field environments.       With applications and back-end integration in place, M.POS is now ready to beproactively sold. In fact, management pre-sold the first 450 units it hadordered and is delivering the first batch at the end of May 2004. We are nowworking to secure larger orders and increase the number of applications that canbe loaded onto the device. We are also in the process of implementing afinancing model in conjunction with the banks so that the units can be leasedthereby increasing our revenue per unit by twofold (over the life of the lease).There can be no assurance, however, that additional sales will be made or thatthe financing model will be successful.

      We are also very excited about the opportunities surrounding the World Cup in2010, which was recently awarded to South Africa to be the host country.       We anticipate that our expenditures will vary with the number of customers thatwe engage and the level of revenue that those contracts generate. There are fourimportant milestones over the next twelve months that we believe are veryimportant for us to achieve. The first milestone is to close at least one of theTagNet contracts being demonstrated.

      The second milestone is to sell 25,000 units of M.POS. The third milestone is tosuccessfully manage the roll-up of the 37 village banks we are targeting andsecure an equity stake in that reorganized bank. With that achieved, we believewe will be able to begin the process of growing the bank and transitioning it toa commercial bank. We expect that we can then utilize it as a proof of conceptfor China where we have received an invitation to manage a similar process withrural banks there. The fourth milestone is to successfully implement ourwireless communications project where we aim to provide wireless Internetconnectivity in underdeveloped and rural townships. By putting thisinfrastructure in place, we believe we can participate in the unrolling of ahost of businesses that require communications infrastructure.

      Once we meet the first two milestones, we believe that we will meet the listingrequirements of either the AMEX or NASDAQ stock exchanges. We believe thatreaching the third and fourth milestones will enable us to create significantawareness about our company that we hope will result in increased credibility,further cooperation from government and business entities, and position us withfour core business modules with which to duplicate in developing economiesaround the world. We also believe that reaching these milestones and theincreased awareness may lead to more investor awareness about our company. Thisis important because it is our goal to move from the Over-The-Counter BulletinBoard (OTCBB) stock exchange to either AMEX or NASDAQ.
