Aktienzuteilung vermutlich per Los

Gewinnen wird Glücksache sein. Wegen des großen Andrangs auf die Infineon-Aktien erwägen die Konsortial-Banken, die Zuteilung per Losverfahren abzuwickeln.

München - Die Zuteilung solle so transparent wie möglich sein, berichtet das "Handelsblatt" unter Berufung auf Bankkreise. So sollen den einzelnen Geldhäusern die Aktien proportional zur Nachfrage ihrer Kunden zugewiesen werden. Die sollen anschließend per Los ermitteln, wer Anteilsscheine an Infineon bekommt. Es würde keinen Sinn machen, möglichst vielen Interessenten nur wenige Aktien zu geben. Die Entscheidung über das Verfahren soll aber erst nach Ablauf der Zeichnungsfrist am 10. März fallen.
Laut "Handelsblatt" steht bereits jetzt fest, dass nur 30 Prozent der insgesamt 192 Millionen Aktien an Privatleute ausgegeben werden. Der Großteil gehe an institutionelle Anleger. Somit könnte es sein, dass nur jeder 20. bis 30. Zeichner ein Aktienpaket bekommt.

Zum Ende der Frühzeichnerfrist am 1. März, seien die Namensaktien, die in Frankfurt und New York gehandelt werden sollen, mehr als zehnfach überzeichnet gewesen. Experten rechnen damit, dass sich die Anzahl der Kaufaufträge bis zum 10. März noch einmal verdoppelt. Wenn die Aktie am 13. März erstmals gehandelt wird, steht ein Großaktionär schon fest: Der weltgrößte Chip-Hersteller Intel will sich mit einem Prozent an Infineon beteiligen.

Na wenn das so kommen wird dann wird es einen run auf die Banken geben. Und zwar von enttäuschten Aktienerstkunden. Viele Banken haben mit dieser Aktie etliche neue Depotkunden gewonnen, und zwar mit der Aussage, daß das die Aktie ist und man bei der Menge sicherlich auch was abbekommen sollte. Bin mal gespannt !

ich glaube bei der nachfrage braucht sich dein freund da keine sorgen zu machen, ich habe bei der db gezeichnet, dame meinte,daß ich das geld bis zur zuteilung überwiesen haben müßte. Im anderen Fall gibt es ja genug andere. also kein geld = keine zuteilung.

Eine sehr frühe Schließung der Zeichnungsfrist hätte immerhin einen Euro Rabatt gekostet. Verlosung ist also besser.

audio signal processing algorithms. Using a single processor reduces silicon
area and allows a single memory space to be used for both protocols and
audio, giving Audacity-T2 based solutions unique cost advantages over
dual-processor designs.

In addition to the MIPS-X5 CPU, the Audacity-T2 Core integrates 256 Kbytes
of 8-way interleaved memory, two Ethernet MACs and two multi-channel TDM
ports. A 32-channel DMA engine and a 6.4 Gbyte/s Memory Controller
automatically transfer data on- and off-chip, ensuring that MIPS-X5 cycles are
spent on protocol and audio tasks and not on data movement. When used
with 8x8`s Veracity™ VoIP Software, the T2 Core can implement a
two-channel IP phone or telephone gateway without external RAM, an
achievement that is unique in the industry.

The Audacity-T2 Core is a fully synthesized design described in Verilog HDL.
8x8`s implementation comprises 15 million transistors in a 0.18 micron CMOS
process fabricated by TSMC in Taiwan. 8x8 licenses the T2 Core as a "soft
macro," which can be re-laid out with additional customer-supplied circuitry.
The T2 design can be clocked at speeds up to 200MHz, allowing it to run two
channels of ITU-standard audio with full-duplex echo-canceling and VoIP
