Hallo zusammen,
Vom Profil her passen die Firmen zusammen....
Was sagt Techroad dazu?
Ciao, PiratPilot

Hallo,
Benefits of Windows Media Format
Windows Media offers key benefits to the music industry and consumers:
-- Expansion of digital media beyond the PC. Windows Media makes it
possible to take digital media to devices other than PCs, including
cable set-top boxes, handheld devices and car stereos.
-- Broad choice of players. Windows Media Format works with leading
digital media players and jukeboxes, including AOL Winamp,
iCASTER from CMGI`s iCAST, Lycos Sonique, Midisoft Internet
Media Player, MusicMatch Jukebox and Sonic Foundry Siren.
Licensees of Windows Media technology, such as Liquid Audio Inc.
and RealNetworks, can offer seamless playback of Windows Media
Format content in their products.
-- Support from major portable music devices. Support for the Windows
Media Format has been announced by top portable music device
manufacturers, including Creative Labs Inc., I-Jam Multimedia LLC,
RCA/THOMSON multimedia, S3/Diamond Multimedia Inc. and Sony,
as well as audio and specialized chip makers Atmel Corp.,
Cirrus Logic Inc., Portal Player Inc. and Texas Instruments Inc.
Windows Media Format is also supported on Palm-size PC
devices from Casio Computer Co., Compaq Computer Corp. and
Hewlett-Packard Co., and the next-generation Pocket PC devices.
-- Best sound quality and compression. A recent consumer study by
ZD Labs proves that digital music in the Windows Media Format
sounds more like CD-quality audio in half the file size of MP3,
offering two-hour music playback time on 64-megabyte handheld
devices.
-- Built-in digital rights management.
The Windows Media Format allows music publishers to control
playback of digital music content by, for example, limiting
the number of times content can be duplicated or the period
in which it can be played.
-- Lower costs for content providers. A universally adopted
Windows Media Format will eliminate the need for music
publishers to encode in multiple formats, decreasing cost
of delivery and ownership. Content providers will be able
to deliver one format that plays in all players.

Liege warscheinlich total daneben?

Consulting Bereich 1998 1,5 Mio Gewinn gemacht.
Die Zahlen werden es zeigen!

Hallo

Wann kommen nun die nächsten New`s (NASDAQ-Listing, Q4-Zahlen, Analysereport ...).

For Immediate Release
Iobjects Announces Results for the Year Ended December 31, 1999
Bellevue, WA - March 30th, 2000- Interactive Objects (OTC.BB:OBJX), pioneers in digital audio technology, today announced annual results for the year ended December 31, 1999.
The company reported total revenues of $3,202,367 for the year ended December 31, 1999 as compared with total revenues of $3,586,191 for the year ended December 31, 1998. This represents a 10.7% percent decrease in total revenues. A detailed account of Interactive Objects` financial results for 1999 will be submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 10-KSB.
The Company recognized a net loss of approximately $761,091 or $0.05 per share for fiscal 1999 as compared to a net loss of $3,952,777 or $0.27 per share for fiscal 1998. The decrease in net loss on an absolute basis is due primarily to decreased expenses which have been only partially offset by increased revenues.
"It has been a very exciting year here at Iobjects. Showing a profit in both Q2 and Q3 was an amazing accomplishment, one that marks a major turning point for the future of this company," said Steve Wollach, President & CEO of Interactive Objects. "Considerable progress was achieved last year with the successful completion and subsequent licensing of our Digital Stereo Reference Platform, and I expect many good things as we move further into the year 2000."
In 1999, the Information Appliances division of Iobjects was formed to develop and maintain the intellectual property rights necessary to create a variety of software based information appliance technologies. In late April, Information Appliances sold its first software product to Microsoft, a Digital Audio Player for the Casio E-100. This product was the first of its kind to offer Internet Audio capabilities in the handheld environment and provided a first look at the kind of convergent technology the Information Appliances division is developing.
Capitalizing on the initial success of their first product, the Information Appliances Team forged ahead, completing two additional products in 1999-an MP3 player for the AutoPC, and a Portable Digital Stereo Reference Platform, or PDS-RP. The PDS-RP is a turnkey solution for manufacturers seeking to enable digital audio players on a wide variety of products. In less than a year, the PDS-RP has gone from the drawing board through development, and early this spring garnered its first licensing agreement with I-Jam Multimedia, LLC. An accomplishment that provides a good indication that the manufacturing community is starting to appreciate the advantages offered by Iobjects` technology.
Additionally, in 1999, Iobjects` Consulting Group saw the completion of several major web development contracts. The last of which, Microsoft`s Taxsaver web site, was completed early this year. Heralded for its world-class design and capabilities, this site has established Iobjects` Consulting Group as experts in the development of cutting-edge eCommerce solutions.
With the recent successes of Iobjects` new technology, and the current market interest in information appliance technology, Iobjects is emerging as the industry leader in this field. Steve Wollach summarized these year-end results while postulating on the future: "We`re strong and growing, with continued success we expect to exit the OTC Bulletin Board for the NASDAQ National Market listing very soon."

Hallo
Neue Technologien entwickeln.
IT Bereich erweitern.

Also es geht bald los.
erfolgen. Be sure.

Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe vor kurzem noch zu 5,9 E nachgekauft;
http://www.nasdaq.com unter "How to list" und
dann "Nasdaq listing requirements".
In den 99`er Zahlen von OBJX stand:
"We`re strong and growing, with continued success we
expect to exit the OTC Bulletin Board for the
NASDAQ National Market listing very soon."
Auszug:
The Nasdaq National Market Requirements (Initial Listing)
...
Minimum Bid Price $5
Market Makers 3
Shareholders (round lot holders) 400
...
"...a lead negotiator and contract draftsman for many
of Microsoft`s largest OEM customers and network operator
customers..."
"...planning and managing its relationship with the media
and industry analysts."
"...Microsoft`s SE Asia OEM business out of Singapore.
Prior positions with Microsoft include the management of
executive relationships with IBM, Digital Equipment Corporation
and Gateway..."

Hallo PiratPilot

That`s life!
Erholsames Wochenende an alle, vergesst mal die Börse!

So liebe Leute nun haltet euch mal fest.

Hallo nochmal
