      Global Debit Cash Card, Inc. (the “Company”) has two subsidiaries. Its debit card subsidiary, Debit Cash Card, LLC, has its own private label debit card products. These are sold to merchants who serve immigrants, students, young adults, unbanked persons, and persons who want to cheaply send money back to their native countries, in addition to direct sales to large to groups and associations. The Company’s business funding company, Accepted Sales Advance Purchase Funding, LLC provides working capital to small to mid-sized merchants who can’t meet bank criteria to receive funding. The Company’s two divisions serve essentially the same markets with their products and so share the same sales and marketing channels to allow cross selling.

      The Products

      Debit Cash Card (DC) offers it own private label debit card called, The Best Cash CardTM. The Best Cash CardTM is issued by BANKFIRST, a multi-billion dollar FDIC insured bank recognized as a leader and pioneer in the stored-value, prepaid, and debit card industry. DC’s private label program can also provide private label (i.e., private design) debit cards for small to large-size groups and organizations. These privately labeled cards can highlight the group, its logo, or other chosen symbol.

      Accepted Sales Advance Purchase Funding, LLC (ASAP) offers its AdvanceFundsPlusTM product to small and mid-size merchants to provide them with working capital by buying their future credit card and check sales in advance and then collecting a portion of the purchased sales over time. DC currently has two collectors, Cynergy Data Systems, which processes over $3,000,000,000 per year in credit card transactions, and Money Movers of America, Inc., an innovative company providing a variety of technologically superior payment processing solutions for merchants. ASAP will increase its collector affiliations as needed. ASAP has secured a $2,000,000 Letter of Credit for its operations and has multiple sources that have indicated their interest in providing additional funds when needed.

      The Marketplace

      For Debit Cards-There are 40-50 million unbanked persons in the U.S. who need a convenient way to spend without carrying mounds of cash to do so. Billions of dollars earned in the U.S. are shipped overseas each year. In 2003 for example, $13.3 Billion was sent to Mexico from the U.S. Including students, immigrants, young adults, and those seeking inexpensive money transfer, there is a market of over 110 million people in the U.S. for debit cards. While competition exists, total market penetration of debit card products into this market is very small and the market is wide open. DC’s will service its niche markets and the large groups with which it has affiliations.

      For Small Business Funding- Over 6,000,000 million small businesses in the U.S. accept credit cards. To be highly profitable ASAP needs an only almost infinitesimal amount of market penetration. Because of the requirements to be in this industry, there are literally less than two handfuls of competitors. As such, the marketplace is virtually unlimited. Banks stay out of this market because they will not finance small businesses due to risk and administration expense. ASAP has multiple sales channels in place and more in the works to provide a steady stream of clients who need funding to obtain, among other things, new equipment, inventory, or advertising, etc.

      Revenue Model

      DC’s debit card products generate $5-7 profit per card sale. More importantly, each card can generate $1-5 per month in revenue. DC out sources its debit card services so most all revenue falls right to the bottom line. DC’s revenue model dictates mass deployment of cards as soon as possible through DC’s multiple sales channels to its niche markets and groups. ASAP’s purchased future credit card and check sales generate about 70 cents of revenue per dollar spent on purchases (cash flow is $1.70). Therefore, the ASAP revenue model is the purchase of large dollar amounts of future sales from clients found through ASAP’s multiple sales channels.

      guten Grund zum Feiern. Ein Großteil aller deutschen Kleinaktionäre die sich an dem neu
      gegründeten US-Unternehmen Seamless Wi Fi inc. beteiligt haben, sind der
      Interessengemeinschaft zu Seamless Wi Fi beigetreten, und halten nun insgesamt 70,53%
      an dem äußerst vielversprechenden US-Startup.



      Seamless Wi Fi hat sich auf die Entwicklung von W-LAN HotSpots in den USA spezialisiert,
      und nimmt laut eigenen Angaben eine sehr gute Position in diesem hoch lukrativem
      Zukunftsmarkt ein. In knapp einer Woche konnten die Aktien von Seamless Wi Fi inc. ca.
      700% an Wert zulegen. Eine äußerst beeindruckende Performance. Der Wert notiert derzeit
      bei 0,071 EUR (Berlin, 09.08.2005 11:25).
