Identikey has appointed Dennis Firenze as `Vice President of its US
operation to support expanding US sales of their security products.

career at Hewlett-Packard where he led effective sales teams in the
areas of State Government, Retail and Transportation. During his time
with Hewlett-Packard he was Global Business Manager for WalMart and
United Airlines where he managed a team of over 30 people
consistently generating US$40 million annual revenue. Dennis has also
held management positions with NCR and Control Data.

Guten Morgen,

ich verstehe die (Aktien-)Welt nicht mehr. Da gibt es Werte die nur von der Fantasie leben und abgehen wie Schmitz Katze und dann gibt es Werte die gute News verbreiten und 25% verlieren. Auch EM.TV gehört dazu. Die legen bei Grüchten zu und dann bei Bestätigung dieser Gerüchte gehts nach unten. Das gab es früher nicht. Mit diesen Umständen müssen wir leben. Auch Firmen die Gewinne machen sofort verkaufen weil das ist scheinbar schlecht z.Z. Ich bin ja gespannt was uns die Zukunft bringt. Vielleicht kippt ja der Markt mal wieder und Amazon geht pleite und Daimler verfünfacht sich. Der Dax gehört auf 20 000 und der Nemax auf 2000. (Rein KGV mäßig) Ich versuche nicht mehr rational zu denken sondern Unorthodox.

Die Anleger sind in Richtung Australien, bedingt durch Adelong, sehr vorsichtig geworden und kaufen nicht mehr Blind auf jede Meldung hin. UCL hat eben darunter zu leiden. Persönlich finde ich dieses Verhalten aber besser.

Werde den Kurs in BER heute mal verfolgen, da fehlt von gestern noch was, 0,31 kann´s ja wohl nicht sein.

Union Capital Ltd. möchte den Fortschritt für ide Unterzeichnung des IPO von Identikey an der Australischen Börse ASX bekanntgeben.

Der Emissionsprospekt befindet sich zur Zeit in der Vorbereitung und wird vorrausichtlich Mitte April bei der Australian Sec. and Investement Commsion hinterlegt werden.

Es werden laut Emissionsprospekt von Identikey 40 Millionen Aktien zum Preis von 0.50 AU$ pro Aktie ausgegeben und demnach ein Volumen von 20 Mill. AU$ betragen. Für jede ausgegebene Aktie wird eine Option mit 3jähriger Laufzeit für eine weitere Identikey Aktie im Wert von .075 AU$ ausgegeben.

Laut Prospekt sind 160 Millionen Akiten im Umlauf. 84 Millionnen Aktien werden von den Gründern und den angestellten gehalten, weitere 36 Millionen von Union Capital.

Zusätzlich hat Union Capital eine Vereinbarung mit Identikey getroffen, daß 18 Millionen Aktie der Emissionstranche für Union Capital Aktionäre vorenthalten bleiben. Das sind 45% der neuen Aktien.

Es wird eine starke Nachfrage bei der Emission von Identikey erwartet und Union Capital kann auch nicht all seinen Aktionären eine Zuteilung garantieren. Die wichtigsten Punkte:
- minimal Ordergröße für Identikey sind 4000 Aktien
- Aktionäre mit weniger als 50.000 Aktien von Union Capital können 4000 Aktien von Identikey erhalten
- Für >50.000 Aktien wird im Verhältnis 10:1 zugeteilt

Identikey is the first security solution to give registered users access to restricted websites via a digital key held up to the screen of a PC.

Using the key, registered users can be given varying levels of access to a company`s management information via the website. Access can be granted to an entire website or restricted to individual documents.
