Ich verstehe die Nachricht allerdings nicht 100%. Kann mir mal jemand vernünftig übersetzen, was dort nun mir A und H Aktien genau geplant ist?! Und interessant wäre auch, was passiert mit den Inhabern der H Aktien in Deutschland...

ich verstehe das so ... für je 10 A Aktien bekommt man 2.5 oder 2.6 A Aktien und für H Aktien bekommt man nichts.

Also so ähnlich habe ich das auch verstanden, aber das kann doch eigentlich selbst in China nicht sein...oder...

Und bevor mich falsches Mitleid trifft, ich habe Gott sei dank keine, hatte sie nur auf meiner Watchlist.

Aber da ja in Frankfurt täglich Stücke rumgegangen sind, müsste es doch eigentlich den einen oder anderen geben, der den Wert im Depot hat und etwas Licht in die Sache bringen könnte. Der Wert ist (war...) ja im Hang-Seng China Enterprises Index vertreten wo es auch jede Menge derivate Produkte bzw. Zertifikate drauf gibt.

Angang New Steel Co. Ltd. said Tuesday that trading in its shares had been suspended pending details of a State-owned share-reform proposal and revised terms of a US$2.2 billion acquisition announced last December.
Angang will become the first overseas-listed company to start the reforms and it is uncertain whether the holders of its Hong Kong-listed H shares will be compensated.

Its parent Angang Iron & Steel Group Complex had drafted a plan on compensating its shareholders ahead of a State-share sell-down and had authorized CITIC Securities Co. Ltd. to consult with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on the feasibility of the proposal, the company said in a statement.

Angang`s yuan-denominated domestic shares are listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Details of the proposal will be announced as soon as possible, it said. Chinese regulators revived an attempt earlier this year to sell nontradable State shares to finance the country`s welfare system and enhance transparency.

Angang also said it will make an announcement containing the revised terms of the acquisition of Angang New Steel and Iron Co. Ltd. from its parent.

Last December, Angang proposed an eight to 10 rights issue and the placing of not more than 3 billion domestic shares with its parent to fund the acquisition.

Shares of Angang last closed at HK$3.90 in Hong Kong on Friday, prior to the trading suspension Monday. The stock had gained about 6 percent in the past three months.
