      Heute kam Interview vom Boersenspion.

      RATER UNIQUE

"Provide a brief overview of some of the key people associated with
Nova Communications (including you) that have contributed to
      the company’s success.

Nova Communication Ltd. is rather unique. The success of the company is not measured by any one key person; the operation is too diverse rather the ability to recognize the person for the task needed to be done. The Nova’s key people is its’ organization which are represented as a whole are the individuals working within the division, and are out side vendors. Our success on the day to day operations in a corporate sense is overviewed by Arthur N. Robins, our Chief Executive Officer and Leslie Handler, our President. Our board of directors each comes from a different background and are updated continuously to maintain there knowledge and understanding of the challenges which face the company as a whole. We have found in order to yield the greatest potential of revenue, and success, we need to maintain a tight control on cost, and overhead. The best way is to subscribe to the KISS doctrine.

Arthur N. Robins has been retired since 2000. He came of out of retirement to become our Chief Executive Officer in January 2005. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Robins was Owner and Chief Executive Officer of several companies simultaneously, which were in manufacturing of recycled plastics. Mr. Robins was instrumental in successfully establishing several start up divisions and companies, including, (i) Albert Industries from 1972 through 1981, Started- Special Projects (Nuclear Power, Petro-Chemical, Chemical, Oil and Oil Patch, (ii)Tubeline Corp. where Mr. Robins served as Executive VP, from 1981 through 1984; (iii) Imported Material PPC which had revenues of28M in its first year; (iv)Things ‘N’ Swings 1984 through 1987; (v)ANR Enterprises from 1987through 1997 is engaged in Swing manufacturing, cabinets, commercial and residence construction companies,(vi) Wood Kingdom, Retail, and entertainment, from 1988through 1997; (vii)Beyond Natural Wood, from 1992 through 1997 which is enaged in the business of recycled plastic lumber, and fabrication; (vii)Service Coordinators of America, from 1991through 1997, IP, services and ADA coordination; (viii) Fastruck, from 1997through 2000.

Leslie I. Handler has been a director since August 1991 and has served as Corporate Secretary. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Handler was president of Far West Commercial Finance, a subsidiary of Far West Federal Bank, Portland, Oregon. Since 1993, Mr. Handler has been a consultant to various companies in the banking industry.

James F. Abel, III has been one of our Directors since February 2005. Mr. Abel was the President of The Hines Group, Inc. from 1998 through March 2004, a precision custom metal stamping company with headquarters in Owensboro, Kentucky. Prior to that Mr. Abel was involved in the Plastic Industry. Mr. Abel is now retired.

Greg K. Hoggatt has been one of our Directors since February 2005. Mr. Hoggatt is a captain for Delta Airlines since 1987. Mr. Hoggatt was with the military for years, and was a top flight instructor. He also is involved in marketing of the Nikon Health Products.

What are the special qualifications, the stations of career and the references?

In today’s global market place the traditional forms of management are required for the day to day operations for an established company. However, we are not an established company and we have diverse divisions which require an entirely different perspective and standards to not only are successful to set the bar for all companies who will attempt to emulate our products, and our success.

Mr. Robins throughout his career has maintained the entrepreneurial spirit which has lead him to a full understanding, and requirements of developing, and implementing a start up operation successfully. Aqua Xtremes is not only a start up operation but will change the course of the PWC industry. Nacio System was ahead of it’s time, and now is growing into its own right. The entrepreneurial understanding of the dynamics of the companies and the people who are in all honest are the companies, will pave the road for a successful operation.

Characterize the history of Nova in a few words please.

Nova prior to being Nova was a Business Development Company (“BDC”). In 1999 it became involved in the communication industry and gave up its BDC status. In 2003 Nova sold its interest in communication’s industry .In September 2004 Nova acquired 51% of Aqua Xtremes and in 2005 acquired the balance of the company, and its subsidiary Xtreme Engines. Also in 2005 Nova acquired Nacio Systems and their subsidiary. Our objective is to achieve long-term growth.

Please describe the opportunities of your industry.

Nova, affords a unique opportunities several industries. Due to its’ diverse nature, the opportunities are only limited to ones imagination. Aqua Xtremes has entered into the water recreational sports industry, with plans to add additional products to this area as well as other recreational activities which will encompass both land and aero space. Xtreme Engines and shortly with the full line of REI engines, we will be crossing into several industries which traditionally were only available for the piston engine. Nacio Systems and Interactive are expanding there position as a hosting facility, Software provider, Web design, and much more. As we move forward.

Over the past 20 years, the power-sports industry has grown into a major $12 billion market segment that includes personal watercraft (PWC), all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, and motorcycles. This market has doubled since 1991 and is predicted to continue to grow at 13% annually. The PWC is a $1 billion+ annual market, with a relatively low level of competition among the five major players in the industry. Analysts expect the PWC market to experience significant growth over the next decade as older models are replaced with cleaner-burning, higher-powered versions that will typically retail for over $10,000.

Personal watercrafts (PWC) are currently used for both leisure riding and competitive racing. PWC’s are very popular and are generally classified as recreational boats that are less than twelve feet in length, powered by a small, inboard, water-cooled engine and a jet-pump mechanism. Personal watercraft differ from other recreational boating craft in that they are much smaller in size, generally lower in cost, easier to store, less expensive to maintain, and are utilized more as a source of entertainment than for basic transportation or other functions, such as fishing.

The overall marine recreation market has increased over the years from a $27.8 billion market in 2000 to over a $30 billion market in 2002. This significant increase in boating sales translates into a huge target market of people who enjoy recreational boating and water activities. This group usually own more than one watercraft, with many owning several personal watercrafts.

Over 123,000 personal watercrafts were sold internationally in 2003. With an average price of close to $9,000, personal watercraft represent a market of over $1 billion (the total of PWC sales, service, and parts is over $1 Billion in the US alone). Many of the over 1.4 million personal watercraft in use in the US was purchased during the sales boom of 1994-1998.

There are currently five (5) major players in the PWC industry that control over 90% of the market. Honda recently entered this market because of the increase in demand and relatively low competition. Analysts estimate that the PWC market is at the very beginning of an upswing due to both natural market growth and a product replacement cycle. This represents a tremendous opportunity for Aqua Xtremes and the revolutionary XBoard.

The XBoard, the first in a line of breakout recreational vehicles, is based upon Aqua Xtremes pending patented light rotary engine power plant. The XBoard is a stunning new personal water-craft that will forever revolutionize water recreation sports.

This revolutionary watercraft combines an innovative hull design and a powerful EPA conforming rotary engine. Each time a cylinder fires in a four-stroke cylinder engine, the power generated has to move the other three cylinders also, but rotary engine uses a single stroke, so virtually all the power generated is available to the drive train, increasing the power-to-weight ratio and delivering outstanding fuel efficiency.

This revolutionary engine will not only power the XBoard but also other watercrafts that can utilize this remarkable technology.

Your Company is a diversified holding company with three subsidiaries, please explain each:

In fact, Nova is not a holding company. Each division is expected to contribute to the whole. We are in the business of acquiring ownership interests in developing companies in a wide range of industries and providing financing and managerial assistance to those companies. We seek to invest in companies that, in our opinion, have the reasonable potential for growth. Our objective is to achieve long-term growth. We have two wholly owned subsidiaries, AquaXtremes, Inc. and Nacio Systems, Inc.

AquaXtremes, Nacio, Xtreme Engines. Please explain us these companies in detail.

Aqua Xtremes, an innovative power sports company, has developed the XBoard; the world’s most advanced personal watercraft (PWC). XBoard allows riders of all skill levels to experience the exhilaration of surfing anywhere, anytime. Aqua Xtremes Corporation designed and engineered the XBoard, and has completed a pilot production run. The XBoard, designed for both racing and pleasure riding - on lakes, rivers, oceans and other waterways, is now ready to be roll out to markets worldwide.

This revolutionary watercraft combines an innovative hull design and a powerful EPA conforming rotary engine .

Engineered around Aqua Xtreme Engines light rotary engine power plant, the XBoard is the first in a line of “Xtreme” innovative recreational vehicles and is poised to revolutionize water sports recreation.

Aqua Xtremes has received numerous purchase orders, in addition to thousands of informational requests, from interested individuals and power-sports and marine dealers seeking to purchase or distribute XBoard. Aqua Xtremes continues to receive emails and phone calls daily from enthusiasts from all over the world seeking to purchase the XBoard or create some type of business relationship.

Aqua Xtremes, unlike any other company competing in this space, is first and foremost an engineering and design company. The Company’s most valuable asset is the intellectual capital that underpins all of the pending patents and processes. Secondly, Aqua Xtremes is a marketing and distribution company with strategic corporate partners in the manufacturing, database technology, interactive channel and marketing services sectors.

Aqua Xtremes, Inc. is the corporate identity through which the XBoard will be produced and marketed. Xtreme Engines, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aqua Xtremes, has been created to design and produce the Xtreme engines which will be utilized not only in XBoard but in a wide variety of industries. Xtreme Engines features a rotary configuration, which offers increased power and fuel efficiency from a smaller form factor.

Xtremes Engines is also working on a natural / propane gas power unit, which is being designed and tested as a “Green Engine”. In addition to this, Xtreme Engine has begun a program to refine research developed by Curtis-Wright & John Deere. Nova has also acquired a 51% ownership of Rotary Engine Inc.

Both Aqua Xtremes R&D group and REI will be based in West Palm Beach by the beginning of December 2005. This will allow the companies’ design teams to develop a variety of engines which feature different sizes, horse power ratings, and which will have the capability of operating on a number of different fuel types, from diesel to methane.

Rotary Engines, Inc. (REI) develops some of the most advanced rotary engine technology in the world. We have prototype engines with range capabilities from 80 horsepower (HP) to 1,000 HP. Our 700 cubic inch diesel versions will produce up to 1,200 HP.

While Mazda is known for its rotary engine techno – its Mazda’s RX7 sports car is rotary powered – their 240 HP Renisis engine is their only rotary engine in production at this time and Mazda’s interest appears limited to the automobile industry. Our research shows there is there is a world of alternate applications for a range or rotary engine sizes and we have the product for those markets.

Our 40 cubic inch, 80 HP (40G) and 700 cubic inch, 512 HP (700G) gas versions are ready for final dynamometer tests to compile data for publication. Once this requirement is met, we will be ready to start production and marketing of these engines.

Our 80 cubic inch engine is ready to start the final phases of fuel systems development. We expect this engine to produce approximately 200 HP as a gas version and about 280 HP in a diesel configuration.

Because our rotary engines can use a variety of fuel types, opportunities exist to put our engines to work to convert otherwise wasted energy sources into electricity, such as non-conforming natural gas, known as “off-gas” that cannot be burned in conventional power plants. In the state of California alone, there are known off-gas wells capable of a flow rate that would maintain 400Mw of power production, if that gas could be used.

Conventional engines either won’t burn off-gas or won’t yield the longevity that is monetarily essential to the industry’s production requirements. Rotary engines, which can run very efficiently on off-gas, are a much sought after solution to the problem of converting this otherwise-wasted resource to electricity. The off-gas opportunity represents 534,000 HP or $74,000.000.00 in engine sales.

Methane is another energy resource that is currently wasted because it cannot be efficiently burned. Instead it is released to the atmosphere, where it adds to the process of global warming. There are 132 landfill sites in the southeast that have the capacity to produce a methane gas flow rate that would maintain power plants of 2Mw – 4Mw per site. Using the average of 3Mw per site, there is a potential for enough captured gas to supply 4,000 HP or 8 of our 700G engines for the conversion of landfill gas (methane) to electricity. This represents an $84,480,000.00 opportunity.

The abandoned coalmines in Illinois represent 1,100Mw of potential for methane fed power plant installations. Again, the rotary engines are key to the success of converting this supply of methane gas to electricity. This project will require 29,300 of our 700G engines at a cost of $2,344,000,000.00.

These are just a few of the possibilities for our rotary engines, which we believe are only the tip of the iceberg. Our market opportunities are limited only by our abilities to manufacture and market our unique product.

Each of Aqua Xtremes’ engines is being designed and developed to exceed not only today’s emission standards but also to meet and exceed proposed standards which will be taking effect in the near future. Xtreme Engines has submitted an engine, and REI will be submitting engines shortly for testing as part of a two-part test program. The first test is for emissions, and the second is an endurance test under varying loads with production. We will be marketing engines world wide, and have been approached with blanket orders to start supplying other watercraft, aero space, land craft-ATV/snowmobiles, and co-generation in a full range of applications.

Aqua Xtremes’ strategy for profitable growth is to use its outsourcing partners for the manufacturing of almost every component of the XBoard and its sister company Nacio Systems for IT infrastructure and business support. For a more actual overview, please review the latest filings of the 10K and 10Q filed with Edgar’s.

Nacio Systems Inc. delivers centralized IT solutions to corporate clients, supporting their business operations with delivery of applications such as e-commerce, content management, software auditing and customer relationship management (CRM).

      Nacio

For many years, Nacio has hosted, managed and delivered mission-critical IT infrastructure, including web sites, Intranets, extranets, and mail and business applications, from its secure, high-availability Tier 1 network operations center in Northern California. This experience positions Nacio to profit from the new industry paradigm of Software as a Service.

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), where software is delivered over the Internet, is redefining how software is sold – the “shrink-wrap” selling model being replaced by the online version. Microsoft itself is rapidly developing SaaS version of its products: "It`s a dramatic sea change," Bill Gates said November 1st 2005 (source: CNET) of the overall shift to online services. For both software developers and their customers, the advantages of SaaS are apparent.

Software developers are able to improve and upgrade software as an ongoing process, rather than spend months or years creating new versions that are often already out of date when released, SaaS also offers almost entirely alleviates the problems of software piracy,

Customers need no longer purchase, install, maintain and support complex business applications, reducing costs, mitigating risk, compressing deployment times and increasing reliability.

SaaS products are clearly part of the business infrastructure of the customer’s company, and as such Nacio must provide verification of its service levels for those customers to meet their Sarbanes-Oxley controls requirements.

To this end, Nacio has recently completed a “SAS 70 Type II” certification which is “an opinion by an external auditor about the reliability of the control representation” – in short, Nacio’s successful completion of this audit provides its customers with independent assurances that Nacio can actually deliver the levels of business continuity services it offers to its customers.

SaaS product often require extensive customization to meet a customer’s specific needs, so Nacio’s Professional Services and Application Development groups provides design, marketing and programming services to ensure that the SaaS applications Nacio delivers are tailored to specific business needs and successfully deployed across the customer’s enterprise. In the face of increasing costs and the complexities of today’s corporate applications, Nacio’s SaaS products helps companies stay focused on their core business by providing them cost-effective, low-maintenance ways to update their websites, manage their data and documents, leverage rapid application development and increase operational efficiency.

Nacio, under the Attest brand, also produces GASP, a software product that enables companies to discover the software and hardware assets deployed across their enterprise. Using GASP, companies can remotely audit the software on every computer on their corporate network, and then use GASP’s extensive reporting capabilities compare the results against their owned licenses. Such capabilities allow companies to control software license and maintenance costs, stay compliant with software license terms, inventory for disaster recovery planning and make informed IT purchasing decisions. A new version of GASP, GASP V7.0, will be released in the 2nd quarter of 2005.

Nacio is continuing to expand its role as a trusted extension of its customers’ business operations. Nacio’s knowledge, experience and imagination helps companies find creative and practical solutions to their most pressing business needs - to increase operational efficiency, to acquire, serve and retain customers, to generate revenue and to increase shareholder value.

“By applying Nacio’s capabilities to the Aqua Xtremes business model, the stage is set for AquaXtremes to be Virtual in all key aspects of business – design, manufacturing, marketing, distribution and operations – online.”

The establishment of a sophisticated intranet on the Nacio hosting platform enables the various design, engineering and operations groups of Aqua Xtremes to communicate efficiently with each other and with vendor partners, and centralizes all operational and accounting functions.

In the establishment of this virtual, integrated and networked business model, Nacio becomes a key vendor partner of Aqua Xtremes, and it quickly becomes clear that by bringing the Nacio business units under the aegis of our parent group NOVA (NVAC), we could provide an e-business foundation to support both AquaXtremes’ go-to-market strategy and our long-term growth business strategies.

Please characterize us the relationship between your company and CyberAds.

      Cyberads is the current Marketing arm of Aqua Xtremes;

Can you give us an overview about your current competitors?

This may sound self serving; however, we do not view any one as a current competitor to the Aqua Xtremes operation. The quest for this style Personal Water Craft has been around since the 1950’s. Several companies did succeed in building the concept, but it was designed for a very limited market. The Xboard was designed not for the surfer, but, for the land lock mass who wanted a truly remarkable PWC which could emulate surfing.

Please give us an overview about your collaboration partners.

There have been several companies who have collaborated on the design and building of the Xboard our design staff started a segment in the design and we found an outside source to complete the design or supply the material.

What are the next steps Nova is planning to take near, mid and long-
      term?

We are centering our energies with one goal, and that is to start building the Xboard for public consumption.

What are the most important milestones the company plans to achieve?

The single most important milestone will be the start of production of the Xboard, all other plans which are in process will fall into position once this has been accomplished.

Are there actual capital private placement plans for 2005/2006?

Nova like all public companies is always open for private placements,

How much capital does Nova Communications have available at the moment?

As reported in the Company’s 10-Q, filed November 18, 2005, the assets of the Company as of September 30, 2005 were as follows:

How would you, from your perspective, justify / evaluate the current share price for
      NVAC?

As previously noted, the market segments in which the Company operates currently exceed $3.5 billion. Without remarking on the Company’s likelihood of achieving any particular revenue stream, interested investors can analyze the likely effects of achieving market share and the likely market values, particularly given the Company’s current market value of less than $3 million! If the Company achieves such revenues and presuming a 15% EBITDA margin and 10x EBITDA multiple, investors can see what the POTENTIAL market value of the Company might become.

Please give us the number of employees currently.

We currently having 30 employees on direct payroll in all subsidiary companies.

Please give us some details about the share structure. (Main
      shareholders ET ct)

As noted in the Company’s 10-Q filed on November 18, 2005, As of November 16, 2005, the number of outstanding shares of the issuer`s common stock, $0.001 par value, was 10,975,193 shares.

Finally Give us the most important arguments to invest in Nova. Why
should a German private investor buy your shares?

As previously noted, Nova is a diversified company that operates in market segments that are growing rapidly and currently exceed $3.5 billion in annual size. The Company has unique products in the Personal Water Craft and Rotary Engine segments that should prove a solid foundation for growth. Interested investors should examine the our public SEC filings and perform due diligence to get a more solid idea of the potential upside of the Company.

Ich bin echt gespannt, was heute in USA passiert.

      Regel Nr.2

Akira Technologies Signs Strategic Partner, Nacio Systems, as Preferred Developer and Managed Hosting Service Provider for Delivery of Mobile Content and Akira Applications

Offers Single Solution for Authoring, Hosting, Deploying, and Distributing Compelling Content and Applications to Mobile Devices

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., December 15, 2005 — Akira Technologies, a leader in publishing technologies for mobile devices, today signed its first customer, Nacio Systems, a leading provider of high-reliability dedicated servers, web hosting, connectivity, and online brand development services. Nacio will use Akira’s mobile publishing technology to offer a single, unified solution for visual design, authoring, hosting, deploying, and distributing rich, Akira-enabled content and applications to mobile devices. In addition, Nacio will provide application development and analytics for tracking metrics that are important for markets such as advertising, online marketing, CRM, and entertainment.

The single unified solution is based on the patented Akira Publisher™ system, an easy-to-use, server-based mobile publishing tool for advertisers, graphic artists, content providers, and software developers. Akira-enabled applications contain intelligent streaming for faster response times, and support for all data types, including text, graphics, audio, and video. In addition, Akira Publisher eliminates fragmentation in the mobile device market for all Java MIDP 2.0 phones.

The Yankee Group estimates that 60 percent of all handsets sold worldwide in 2005 will support Java, and the installed base of handsets exceeds 500 million devices. In addition, according to the ARC Group, rapid growth will make Java ubiquitous in 2006, with over 1 billion handsets incorporating the technology around the world.

With Akira Publisher, developers and content creators, who target mobile devices can easily author content, or add to their existing content. The content is distributed as an Akira Postscript-like Portable Description Language (PDL) file with up to 20 times data compaction. Mobile phone users receive the content over-the-air (OTA). The small 8 to 80K footprint Akira Player may be either embedded with the OTA content or already resident on the phone. With distributed processing functionality and anticipatory streaming, data and images arrive at the phone “as-needed” with a significant increase in perceived bandwidth speed over traditional mobile networks.

As an integral part of the solution, Nacio will develop applications and management software tailored for their customers with data tracking, analysis, and other database needs.

“We target strategic partners that have intimate knowledge about hosting, professional services, and application development within the mobile space,” said B. McKinley Hackett III, VP, Sales, Akira Technologies. “Nacio provides a perfect fit since they already have a customer base that requires turn-key mobile solutions, including those in advertising, education, facilities management, entertainment, sports, and more.”

“Akira has a remarkable enabling technology – that we have never seen before – for publishing content to mobile devices,” said Stephen King, VP, Business Development, Nacio Systems. “With Akira Publisher 2.0, we will now offer our current customers a unified mobile solution where they can handle rich, interactive content and receive the data analytics associated with the content. We are very excited to be working with Akira and feel that their technology, coupled with our services, will ultimately enhance the lives of mobile consumers.”

Akira-enabled content works on most Java MIDP 2.0 phones, including those from LG, Nokia (Symbian 8), Samsung, Sanyo, and Sony-Ericsson over the Sprint and Cingular networks.

      About Akira Technologies
Akira Technologies is a leader in new publishing tools for wireless networks and devices. Akira Technologies is headquartered in San Francisco and privately held.

      About Akira Publisher 2.0
Akira Publisher is a server-based publishing tool with a Postscript-like description language that intelligently uses bandwidth to balance client/server load and maximize performance while removing device fragmentation. With Publisher, compelling interactive applications can be easily developed for mobile phones and other wireless devices such as PCs, PDAs, automobile telematics, and other converged devices.

      About Akira Player
The Akira Player consists of a downloadable or pre-installed player with an 8 to 80K footprint and is available for CLDC MIDP 2.0, CDC, Personal Java, and Java SE players. Versions for .NET and BREW are coming soon.
