This Company offers customized mobile value-added services including SMS- based banking systems to its bank clients throughout China. This product allows banks` customers to access accounts and bank information on their cell phones and to pay bills or transfer money easily and safely through SMS. Jaja, die ehemalige Xin Net Corp.
Ich habe die Aktie schon seit Jahren im Depot; einst stieg sie 1999/2000 von wenigen Cent bis auf über 20$. Jetzt hat sie sich gegenüber den Tiefs auch schon wieder etwas erholt, aber da ist noch Platz nach oben. Das "neue" Geschäftsmodell und der "neue" Name gefallen mir zudem. Das kann was werden, nicht nur kurzfristig!

der umsatz ist auch noch ein wenig gering, aber vielleicht stellen sie ja noch was mit ihren 5 mio cash an. wer weis?

CHMS: Signs an Acquisition Agreement to Acquire Control of Topbiz

China Mobility Solutions, Inc. (CHMS) announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire control of Beijing Topbiz Technology Development Co., Ltd. The parties anticipate closing the transaction as promptly as practicable.

According to the acquisition agreement, the Company will directly acquire 49% of Topbiz and indirectly acquire control of an additional 11% of Topbiz, giving it effective control of 60% of the company. CHMS will pay Topbiz US$3,700,000 in cash and issue 8,081,818 new shares in a Regulation S offering at the deemed price of US$0.46. Topbiz generated US$2.67 million in revenue in 2005, and recorded US$590,000 of deferred revenue. It made a net profit of US$785,000 in 2005, and had US$1.25 million cash-on-hand as of December 31, 2005.

Da schau ich nach langer Zeit wiedereinmal Mobility an
und was sehe ich: Seit 2 Tagen steigt der Wert stark an.
Zu Zeit in Hongkong +122%. Da kauft sich jemand rein.

Schade, dass ich nicht nachgekauft habe beim Ausverkaufspreis.
Habe allerdings gedacht der geht Konkurs.
Nun liegt der Wert sogar über meinem Einstandspreis.
Allerdings bin ich, nun leider, nur mit einer ganz kleinen Stückzahl dabei.

Gratulation an alle die durchgehalten haben. Speziell denke ich an BrianCamphor und mr.big80.

Bin mir aber auch jetzt noch nicht sicher ob dies anhält.

CHINA MOBILITY SOLUTIONS, INC.

29,214,458 Shares of Common Stock

On August 15, 2006, an aggregate of $3,350,000 of Senior Convertible
Debentures (the "Debentures") of China Mobility Solutions, Inc. (the "Company")
matured. The Company has sufficient cash on hand and intends to repay the
Debentures in their entirety with accrued interest except for individual
Debenture holders who have agreed to extend their maturity date.

The Company received letters from the attorneys for two holders of an
aggregate $875,000 principal amount of Debentures stating that the Company was
in default under the Debentures as a result of its failure to pay principal plus
interest thereon. One of such debentureholders is in the process of obtaining a
default judgment against the Company for $500,000 principal amount of Debenture
plus interest and expenses. The Company had paid all interest on the Debentures
accrued through August 15, 2006. Interest accrued on the Debentures though
maturity, at the rate of not less than 6% per annum equal to the sum of 2% per
annum plus the one month LIBOR rate. From the maturity date of August 15, 2006,
interest on outstanding principal amount of Debentures and unpaid accrued
interest accrues at the rate of 12% per annum.

The Company disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K for August 31,
2006, that it had applied to the banking authorities (State Administration of
Foreign Exchange ("SAFE")) in the People's Republic of China to convert its
subsidiaries' funds into U.S. dollars and repay the Debentures. The Company's
operating subsidiary in China has advised the Company that its application to
SAFE to withdraw the funds from China has been denied. On October 25, 2006, the
Company retained the law firm of Wyatt & Wang in Beijing to assist it comply
with the Beijing Rule of Liquidation of companies with foreign investment (the
"Rule of Liquidation"). The Company has been advised that the Rule of
Liquidation is the sole means of assuring repayment of the Debentures. The
Company does not believe it will affect its subsidiaries' business operations as
reorganized. The Company has begun the process to submit an application for such
liquidation to the Bureau of Ministry of Commerce ("BOMOC"). The liquidation
will take between 180 to 270 days. Part of the reason for the delay is the
requirement of the liquidator to appoint an auditor to do the appraisal of an
evaluation of the assets of the Company and to submit such appraisal to the
BOMOC for its approval.

Daher habe ich mich entschlossen jetzt groß einzusteigen!

Letzter Kurs 0,025 €

Die Progonosen auf der Domain von China Mobility und die olympischen Spiele 2008 lassen Optimismus zu.

Meine Erwartungen gehen in Richtung 1,05 € spätestens während der olympischen Spiele!

Es scheint so als wenn der Wert nicht mehr gehandelt wird. Der letzte Kurs ist vom 22.05. Meine Kauforder wurde wegen Börsenusancen gelöscht. Weiß da jemand was?

da ist für mich das letzte wort noch nicht gesprochen.
aber das setzt noch ne menge an geduld voraus.

bestes beispiel war terax. monatelang gedümpelt - pleite - insolvenz -
usw. habe das geld schon abgeschrieben -
und dann auf einmal von 0.18 auf 3.20 oiro in 4 tagen.
da verstehst du die welt nicht mehr.
bin zwar viel zu früh raus. war aber immer noch satt.
ich bin bei china mobility nicht investiert, da ich mir nicht sicher bin, was da genau läuft.
wünsche aber allen viel glück. das brauchts denke ich hier.

China Shenhua EN.- A0M4XP Im Moment bin ich 100% der Überzeugung, dass ich in naher Zukunft, keinen vergleichbaren "Pekingenten"- Wert mehr ordern werde.

Weiß jemand, ob sich bei diesen Werten nochmal was tun wird?
