Zielt auf höher wertige Sammlergegenstände

Actionhelden gehören beim börsennotierten Unternehmen Zaldiva Inc. (ZLDV.OB, US98885W1036, A0B9RF) aus Florida zum Tagesgeschäft. Das US-amerikanische Unternehmen, das auch in Deutschland notiert ist, lebt größtenteils vom Verkauf von Merchandising-Artikeln aus dem weiten Umfeld von Film und Fernsehen sowie von Comicbüchern. Es findet im Moment ein Teilabriss und Wiederaufbau des Gebäudes statt. Vor allem auf die Hausfront wird Wert gelegt. Das Unternehmen teilt mit, dass man am Fundament arbeite, Klempner die Rohrleitungen installierten und die Elektriker Fortschritte machten. Wenn das Gebäude steht, soll dieser Standort in einem gemischten Gewerbegebiet, 331 East Commercial Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale in Florida, auch die Geschäftsadresse des Unternehmens werden.

Aktienkurs mit stabilem Fundament

Zaldiva hat eine Anzahl von 6.520.000 Aktien umlaufend bei einem extrem volatilen Aktienkurs von 0,45 USD oder umgerechnet etwa 0,36 Euro. Die Marktkapitalisierung beträgt demnach etwa knapp 2,4 Mio. Euro. Damit ist klar, dass es sich hier um einen sehr risiko- wie auch sehr chancenreichen Titel für eine Depotbeimischung sehr erfahrener Trader handelt. Im letzten Jahresbericht wurde vermerkt, dass keine Entlohnung auf Aktien- oder Aktienoptionen stattfindet. Dies hat dem Aktienkurs trotz veränderter Gesetzgebung zur Rechnungslegung und anders als bei manch anderem Software- oder Internetunternehmen ein vergleichsweise deutlich stabileres Fundament ermöglicht.
