Kann mir gut vorstellen, das da gerade eine Anpassung stattfindet zu Endeavour (1 Endeavour = 2 Fortuna), aber erstmal muß Continium unter Dach und Fach und dann Holla die Waldfee.

Ein Wunder, dass FVI noch unter 2 CAD vor sich hinkrebst. Aber vielleicht war nach 100% Abstand zum Low eine kurze Korrektur notwendig ...

Continuum Shareholders Approve Arrangement

February 24, 2009: Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. (TSX-V: FVI) and Continuum Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CNU) are pleased to announce the approval by Continuum shareholders of the statutory plan of arrangement pursuant to which, among other things, Fortuna will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Continuum as more particularly described in the Continuum information circular dated January 22, 2009 (the "Circular"), available on www.sedar.com (the "Acquisition"). The terms of the Acquisition provide for the issuance of 0.0564 of a Fortuna common share for every one Continuum common share outstanding. At a meeting held on February 23rd, Continuum shareholders voted in excess of 99% in favour of the Arrangement.
The companies currently hold jointly the San Jose Project in Mexico (Fortuna 76%; Continuum 24%). As a result of the Acquisition, Fortuna will own 100% of the San Jose Project.
Continuum shareholders are reminded to complete and sign the Letter of Transmittal, which was mailed along with the Circular, in accordance with the instructions of such Letter of Transmittal, and to deliver it along with their Continuum share certificates to the Depositary at the address set out in the Letter of Transmittal. Continuum shareholders will be entitled to receive, and Fortuna will cause the Depositary to deliver a certificate representing the number of Fortuna common shares issuable or deliverable pursuant to the Acquisition in respect of the exchange of Continuum shares.
Completion of the Acquisition remains subject to certain conditions set out in the Circular. Continuum and Fortuna are diligently working to complete the Arrangement, which is expected to close on or about March 13, 2009. Continuum's application to the British Columbia Superior Court of Justice to obtain the final court order approving the Acquisition is expected to occur February 27, 2009. There can be no assurance that the Acquisition will be completed as proposed or at all.
