Conergy erweitert Liefervertrag mit First Solar



Hamburg (BoerseGo.de) - Die Conergy AG (Nachrichten/Aktienkurs), ein Hersteller solarthermischer und photovoltaischer Komponenten, hat einen weiteren, umfassenden Rahmenvertrag mit dem US-amerikanischen Dünnschicht-Modulhersteller FirstSolar geschlossen. Demnach sollen bis einschließlich 2012 Solarmodule mit einer Gesamtleistung von 220 MW an die Conergy Gruppe geliefert werden.

Mit dieser Vereinbarung hat Conergy die in bestehenden Verträgen mit FirstSolar vereinbarte Liefermenge von bisher 245 MW an Dünnschichtmodulen auf 465 MW annähernd verdoppelt. Die Module sollen hauptsächlich in Deutschland sowie in den starken Wachstumsmärkten rund ums Mittelmeer eingesetzt werden.

Warum wird die Aktie von FIRSTSOLAR nicht 1 -> 2 gesplittet? Hätte sicherlich einen positiven Effekt auf den weiteren Kursanstieg, denn besonders jüngere Investoren kaufen lieber nicht so "teure" Werte.

Einem weiteren Kursanstieg steht kaum etwas im Wege - mit einem Momentum von > +10 und einem RSI von < 40% (unterverkauft!!!) zieht es die Aktie nach oben.

Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG: Vertrag über zusätzliche Dünnschichtmodul-Kontingente von First Solar unterzeichnet

Die Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG (RPSE) und First Solar haben einen Vertrag über die Lieferung von erheblichen Zusatzkontingenten von Dünnschicht-Solarmodulen im Rahmen der bestehenden Zusammenarbeit bis 2012 unterzeichnet. Das Volumen entpreche einem zusätzlichen Umsatzpotenzial für PV-Systeme und -Projekte von über 200 Millionen Euro für RPSE in den nächsten fünf Jahren, berichtet das Unternehmen in einer Pressemitteilung. "Mit dem vertraglich vereinbarten Liefervolumen bauen wir unsere Position als einer der führenden Anbieter von Dünnschicht-Solarstromanlagen weiter aus", so Thorsten Preugschas, Vorstand der Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG.

Die Nachfrage nach Dünnschicht-Module wird Experten zufolge in den nächsten Jahren überproportional steigen. Die Gründe liegen in einem günstigeren Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sowie einem besseren Schwachlichtverhalten, das in mittleren Breiten häufig zu höheren Energieerträgen führt. Aufgrund des ebenfalls vorteilhaften Temperaturkoeffizienten steigt die Nachfrage nach Dünnschichtmodulen auch im südeuropäischen Raum stark.

Damit ist wohl auch den Spekulationen der Boden entzogen, FSLR müsse Kapazitäten nachlegen, um bestehende Verpflichtungen erfüllen zu können und hätte dadurch zusatzkosten.

Phoenix Solar AG erweitert Rahmenvertrag mit First Solar über die Lieferung von Dünnschichtmodulen auf 396 Megawatt


Die Phoenix Solar AG (Sulzemoos) hat mit dem Modullieferanten First Solar GmbH (Mainz) den bereits bestehenden Rahmenvertrag über die Lieferung von Dünnschichtmodulen erweitert. Dabei sei vereinbart worden, dass First Solar zusätzlich zu den bereits vereinbarten Modullieferungen in Höhe von 273 Megawatt für die Jahre 2008 bis 2012 der Phoenix Solar AG weitere Solarmodule mit einer Gesamtleistung von 123 Megawatt bis zum Jahr 2012 liefert, berichtet die Phoenix Solar AG in einer Pressemitteilung. Mit diesen insgesamt 396 Megawatt des führenden Herstellers von Dünnschichtmodulen sichere die Phoenix Solar AG das weitere Wachstum der Gesellschaft, heißt es in der Pressemitteilung. Phoenix Solar plant, baut und übernimmt die Betriebsführung von Photovoltaik-Großkraftwerken und ist Fachgroßhändler für Solarstrom-Komplettanlagen, Solarmodule und Photovoltaik-Zubehör.

First Solar Announces Expansion

PHOENIX, Sept. 28, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- First Solar, Inc. (Nasdaq:FSLR) announced today that its board of directors has approved the construction of an additional manufacturing plant in Malaysia with an annual nameplate production capacity of 120 Megawatts, representing an aggregate investment of approximately $150 million. The new plant is scheduled to start production in the first half of 2009 and will be built adjacent to two previously announced plants currently under construction in Malaysia.


First Solar operates manufacturing plants in the U.S. and Germany with total annual nameplate production capacity of 210MW and is currently constructing two additional manufacturing plants in Malaysia with total annual nameplate production capacity of 240MW. This expansion will bring the Company's total annual nameplate production capacity to 570MW upon completion of all announced projects by the end of 2009.

The production from the newly announced plant expansion will be used to meet additional demand from First Solar's existing customers, including Blitzstrom GmbH, Conergy AG, Gehrlicher Umweltschonende Energiesysteme GmbH, Phoenix Solar AG, and Reinecke + Pohl Sun Energy AG, and to meet demand under a new long term contract with ASSYCE Fotovoltaica, a Spanish renewable energy project developer and system integrator focused on large scale, grid connected solar power plants. First Solar recently signed contracts and contract extensions with these customers expanding sales volumes by a total of 625MW, allowing for additional sales of approximately $1.1 billion at an assumed exchange rate of $1.30/EUR 1.00, over the period of 2007 to 2012. These customers are primarily targeting development of solar projects with First Solar modules in Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Greece and Portugal.
