The Property consists of 104 contiguous mining claims covering approximately 861 hectares (2,128
acres) in the Arrowhead Mining District, Nye County, Nevada. Taranis acquired the Property by staking a
100% interest in certain Gordo, Tomahawk, Sidewinder, Stealth and Cruise claims covering the entire
Arrowhead Mining District. The Property encompasses an epithermal, volcanic hosted district that was
explored and mined in the early 1900’s. The Arrowhead Deposit occurs in the center of the Property, and
Taranis has found encouraging gold and silver values in this and several other areas of the Property.
Encouraging gold and silver mineralization has been encountered on the Property over a 2.8 km long
north-northwest trending structure (Arrowhead Lineament Fault), and includes the Whopper Junior Zone,
Ridge Line Area, and the Arrowhead Mine. Core drilling in the Arrowhead Mine area conducted by
Taranis identified gold and silver mineralization within highly-altered volcanic rocks. Based on review and
interpretation of the Taranis drilling, this zone plunges shallowly to the southeast and remains open along
      strike.

      Needles Property, Nye County, Nevada
      Overview
The Needles Property was acquired in early 2002, and has since acquired heightened status owing to a number ore-grade intercepts that Taranis Resources Inc. has discovered around the Old Arrowhead Mine.

      History

The Arrowhead District has one of the most fascinating histories in Northern Nye County, Nevada. The district was organized in 1919 when prospectors discovered gold at the Reveille District. A post office was opened on December 24, 1919, and in 1920 the Nevada Wireless Telegraph and Telephone Company opened a station at the camp.

Many different companies worked the Arrowhead District during its short existence. The two largest companies were the Arrowhead Extension Mining Company and the Arrowhead Mining Company, the latter of which operated the Arrowhead Mine.

The Arrowhead Mine was incorporated in 1919 And purchased four claims, one of which was developed into the Arrowhead Mine. The ore from the mine was “quite rich”, assaying from $100 to $200/ton, but by 1921 had dropped to $25/ton. Construction of a mill was underway when the mine was closed. Development at the mine was extensive, and a shaft was constructed that was approximately 350’ deep.

The Arrowhead Extension was incorporated in 1919, and purchased 100 acres south and east of the Arrowhead Mine. The extracted ore was valued at $65-$70/ton, and the company sunk a shaft to a depth of 150’ before the mine was closed.

There were also several other companies that produced limited quantities of ore – these were the Arrowhead Annex Mining Company, which was also established in 1919, which purchased 4 claims north of the Arrowhead Mine. A shaft was sunk, but it never proved successful. The Arrowhead Wonder Mines Company also had several claims northeast of Arrowhead, and sunk two shafts. The ore was quite rich, and ran up to $110/ton and these were also believed to be the same veins that were seen in the Arrowhead Mine. One other company called the Arrowhead Syndicate Mines Company was based in Ely, Nevada and was formed in 1919. This company purchased 80 acres south of the Arrowhead Mining Company’s property, and sunk a shaft to a depth of 200’. Before it was able to get going, the Arrowhead Syndicate Mines Company was forced to curtail operations in 1922 when it was unable to raise more capital.

Other companies that worked the district include the Arrowhead Bonanza Mining Company, The Arrowhead Esperanza Mines Company, the Arrowhead Wonder Mining Company, the Arrowhead Signal Silver Mining Company, Arrowhead Inspiration Mines Company, and the Arrowhead Consolidated Mining Company. The districts first shipments were not made until March of 1920, and in 1922, the town was in a rapid state of decline. The post office closed on September 4, 1924. In 1926, the Arrowhead development Company was formed and re-opened some of the mines, shipping ore to the Company mill in San Bernardino, California. The mining operations ceased in 1928 since the tenor of ore dropped and could not justify direct shipment to the Company’s mill hundreds of miles away.

      Geology

The geology of the area is underlain by Tertiary-age volcanic rocks that are complexly faulted. Most of the mines in the district are confined to a NNW-trending zone of altered welded tuff and intrusive rhyodacite. In this zone, altered Miocene-age tuffs form the upper plate of a thrust sheet that overlies a thick Oligocene-age welded tuff unit. The Oligocene-age unit (Monotony Tuff) is interpreted to be an inter-caldera unit within a fault-disrupted block of a large caldera (Ekren, Rogers and Dixon, 1973). The Arrowhead District is on the west margin of this Caldera feature. One of the important features pertaining to this area is the amount of colluvium/alluvium cover that conceals areas north and west of the Arrowhead Mine. It is in these areas that we are finding numerous areas of gold and silver mineralization that have not been explored. Old prospecting efforts in the early 1920' had little success in exploring these areas do to the primitive exploration tools available. Taranis Resources Inc. now explores these areas with geophysical surveys, ultra-sensitive geochemical surveys, and of course - drilling.

      Cross-Section
Shown immediately to the left, is a cross-section made by Ekren, Rodgers and Dixon (1973). The location of this section is shown on the Geology map above. Although extremely simplified, it does show the some important geologic features that relate to the Arrowhead Mine Area. Most notable is a large tectonic zone of disruption ("Arrowhead Lineament") that strikes NNW and occurs on both the west and east sides of the Arrowhead Mine. Also important is the relatively flat-lying nature of the volcanic host rocks, making it relatively easy to conceal large ore deposits in volcanic layers that are more receptive to precious metal mineralization. Section is looking NNW.
      Exploration
Taranis Resources Inc. has completed a number of surveys on the property aimed at locating gold/silver mineralization. These include magnetometer, Very Low Frequency and Induced Polarization/Resistivity surveys. In addition, a variety of geochemical surveys have been completed on surface, including soils grids, stream sediment samples and rock chip sampling.

Geological mapping, alteration mapping and structural mapping has also been completed on a first-pass basis.

      Core Drilling

Taranis Resources Inc. has completed a number of drill holes on the property. These drill holes have been in three main areas 1) Arrowhead Mine Area, 2) Whopper Junior Area and 3) Blanca. All three areas have yielded promising results, although the Arrowhead Mine Area has yielded numerous ore-grade intercepts.

EXCALIBUR RESOURCES (WKN A0MMDH, letzter Kurs
      0,05 Euro )
      einigen anderen Explorationswerten hervorragende Erfolge
verzeichnen konnte.

Excalibur conducts grab sampling at Delamar North

      2007-06-13 16:33 ET - News Release

      Mr. Edwin Bergsteinsson reports

EXCALIBUR RESOURCES CONDUCTS PRELIMINARY GRAB SAMPLE PROGRAM AT DELAMAR NORTH PROPERTY

Excalibur Resources Ltd., in a preliminary work program, has collected 15 additional grab samples from the Stinger claim block that forms the company's Delamar North property. During the program, an extension to the vein system, approximately 240 metres to the northwest and along the north-northwest-trending fault that overlays the Stinger claims, was discovered. In addition, two more prospect pits were found. There are no known historical records available on these prospect pits, nor on the first mine shaft discovered on the property in 2003.

This sampling program was undertaken prior to, and in preparation for, a ground exploration program later this summer. The groundwork will include the layout of a grid system, soil and rock sampling, a detailed analysis of the shaft area, and a geophysics program to determine prospective drilling targets. Assay results are pending and will be released when available.

      Excalibur Resources Ltd (C:EXBR)
      Shares Issued 46,841,271
      Last Close 7/5/2007 $0.06
      Thursday July 05 2007 - News Release

      Mr. Edwin Bergsteinsson reports

EXCALIBUR RESOURCES LTD. ACQUIRES OPTION FOR SILVER KING MINE IN THE KOOTENAY DISTRICT, BRITISH COLUMBIA

Excalibur Resources Ltd. has entered into a binding letter of intent with Arbutus Resources Ltd., a private British Columbia company, for an option to acquire 100 per cent of Arbutus's interest in the Silver King mine property comprising 24 Crown grants and six claims in the Kootenay district of British Columbia.

Under the terms of the letter of intent, which contemplates the execution of a definitive option agreement by the parties, the corporation can acquire Arbutus's 100-per-cent interest in the Silver King property by making the following option payments in cash and shares:

      * $30,000 (plus a $1,500 reimbursement of 2007 taxes) and 70,000 shares upon signing of the letter of intent;
      * $40,000 and 90,000 shares on or before June 1, 2008;
      * $55,000 and 140,000 shares on or before June 1, 2009;
      * $70,000 and 190,000 shares on or before June 1, 2010;
      * $90,000 plus the greater of $250,000 or 125 per cent of the 2011 assessed value of each of the surface rights of certain lots comprising the Silver King property and 250,000 shares on or before June 1, 2011.

The Silver King property is a former producer of silver and copper, located on Toad Mountain about 4.5 miles south of Nelson, B.C., at an average elevation of 6,000 feet above sea level. It is readily accessible from Nelson, with a road distance of approximately eight miles, and is located in proximity to several existing gold discoveries in the area. The claims were originally staked in 1885. In 1895, Hall Mines Co. Ltd. of London, England, began large-scale development of the mine and construction of a smelter at Nelson to treat the Silver King ores and ores from other mines in the district. Between 1889 and 1958, over 15 million pounds of copper and four million ounces of silver were produced from an estimated production of 222,721 tons. Most of this was produced before 1915 and was mined from the upper 100 metres of the Silver King veins. Development at this time included three portals, 10 levels, an internal and an external shaft. The main Silver King vein, one of several quartz-filled shears on the property, has been responsible for nearly all the tonnage mined to date.

The corporation believes that the reported grade of the ore mined from the Silver King property at the turn of the century of almost 20 ounces per ton silver and more than 3 per cent copper constitutes an attractive exploration target. The corporation also believes that one of the most promising locations for finding vein material with minable grades is on the down-plunge extension of the portions of the Silver King veins, which have already been mined.

No National Instrument 43-101-compliant technical reports have yet been completed on the Silver King property. The corporation intends to commission a National Instrument 43-101-compliant technical report for the purposes of confirming the exploration potential and economics of the property, and will prepare a budget for the exploration program.

Under the terms of the letter of intent, the corporation is required to issue an additional 200,000 shares to Arbutus on receipt by the corporation of a positive feasibility study, either in the form of a preliminary feasibility study or a bankable study, or upon commencement of commercial production.

In addition, Arbutus is entitled to receive a 3-per-cent net smelter return royalty on the Silver King property, which will be in an amount not be less than $50,000, adjusted by the Statistics Canada Consumer Price Index for British Columbia using 2006 as a base year. Arbutus is also entitled to receive an advanced royalty in the base amount of $50,000, adjusted by the Statistics Canada Consumer Price Index for British Columbia using 2006 as a base year, due on Dec. 31 in each year that the Silver King property is not in commercial production for a full 12 months, starting in the year in which the option is exercised by the corporation. The NSR will be reduced by the total of any advance royalty paid. Upon commencement of commercial production, the corporation will have the right to purchase 50 per cent of the NSR for $1.5-million.

Excalibur plans technical report for Silver King

      2007-07-16 13:58 ET - News Release

      Mr. Anthony Garson reports

EXCALIBUR RESOURCES REVIEWS DATA BASE AT THE SILVER KING MINE IN THE KOOTENAY DISTRICT, BRITISH COLUMBIA

Excalibur Resources Ltd. has completed a review of its Silver King property.

      History

The Silver King property is a former well-known producer of silver and copper, located on Toad Mountain about 4-1/2 miles south of Nelson, B.C., at an average elevation of 6,000 feet above sea level. It is readily accessible from Nelson, a road distance of eight miles. The mine was closely connected with the early history of Nelson.

The Silver King mine is located in proximity to several existing recent gold discoveries in the area. The property lies in the midst of the Nelson gold-silver camp, an area of numerous skarn and vein deposits of gold, silver and copper and an occurrence of copper-molybdenum in a porphyry deposit.

The claims were originally privately staked in 1885. In 1895, Hall Mines Co. Ltd. of London, England, began large-scale development of the mine and the construction of a smelter at Nelson to treat the Silver King ores and ores from other mines in the district.

Large-scale production commenced in 1896 and continued until 1902 when mining operations were suspended. In this period over 128,000 tons averaging 18.6 ounces of silver per ton and 3.3 per cent copper were sent to the smelter.

New ownerships and limited production from the mine occurred between 1902 and 1912. In 1912, Consolidated Mining and Smelting Co. (Cominco) purchased a controlling interest. Over the next two years, development work and 5,000 feet of diamond drilling were completed. Limited production of 13,421 tons grading eight ounces of silver per ton and 2 per cent copper per ton occurred. The mine was closed in 1914 due to war conditions. Further development work took place during the war including 6,485 feet of diamond drilling. The property was closed in 1919 and remained dormant except for a few years during which token quantities of ore were mined and shipped.

Between 1889 and 1958 from an estimated production of 222,721 tons, over 15 million pounds of copper and four million ounces of silver were produced. Small quantities of gold, lead and zinc were also produced. Most of this was produced before 1915 and was mined from the upper 100 metres of the Silver King veins. Development at this time included three portals, 10 levels, an internal and an external shaft. Through various owners, exploration programs were carried out in 1952, 1965 to 1967, 1973, 1981 and 1983.

Since 1983, soil geochemical analysis, and trenching on the property has been reported. In late 2005, three excavator trenches tested a 170-metre-long section of the footwall rocks adjacent to the historic Silver King mine. The reported results of the trenching program resulted in encouraging silver and copper values ranging between 39 grams per tonne (g/t) silver to 188.6 g/t silver and copper assays of 0.19 per cent to 0.82 per cent with some included widths assaying as high as 593 g/t silver and 1.19 per cent copper.

      Mineralization

Intrusive activity resulted in the development of several strong shears and tension fractures which were later mineralized. Thus the property covers several mineralized veins. There are three named veins known as the King, Kohinoor and Iroquois.

The main Silver King vein, one of several quartz-filled shears on the property has been responsible for nearly all the tonnage mined to date. Most of this occurred in a section of the vein about 100 metres in length, 100 metres deep. The width of the vein was generally about one metre, but widened locally to over 15 metres. The principal minerals for silver and copper are reported to be stromeyerite (a copper-silver sulphide) and chalcopyrite respectively, grading 3.3 per cent copper and 19.9 ounces per ton silver.

      Resources

No National Instrument 43-101-compliant technical reports have yet been completed on the Silver King property. A number of historical resource estimates have previously been documented for the property by four independent observers between 1952 and 1983. These reserve/resource calculations are presented in the status of reserves or resources table (i).

      Exploration/development plans

The corporation believes that the grade of the ore mined from the Silver King at the turn of the century (almost 20 ounces per ton silver and more than 3 per cent copper) constitutes an attractive exploration target. The three veins named above require exploration and a geochemical and geophysical anomaly developed in 1973 (British Columbia assessment report No. 4701) remains a drilling target.

The corporation believes that one of the most promising locations for finding vein material with minable grades is on the downplunge extension of the portions of the Silver King veins which have already been mined. Most of the vein below the level of the Dandy Tunnel and most of the southeast end of the vein remain unexplored. Overall, only a portion of the property has been thoroughly explored.

The corporation intends to commission a report for the purposes of confirming the exploration potential and economics of the current resources of the property and will prepare a budget for the exploration program.

Excalibur Resources Finds Encouraging Silver Mineralization at Delamar North Property, Lincoln County, Nevada

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vancouver, British Columbia, Excalibur Resources Ltd. (the "Company") is providing selected assay results from among 15 surface rock chip samples. The samples were taken from the Delamar North Property known as the Stinger Claims in Lincoln County, Nevada. The chip samples are located on a north-west trending fault/vein system that has been traced for more than 240 meters (787 feet) on the 440 hectare (1087 acre) property. Available historic documentation shows that a main shaft was developed on the property in the early 1900's. Production of gold and silver from this shaft is unknown.

The Delamar Mining District is known to have produced 668,000 oz of gold and about 1,000,000 oz of silver with a value of $14.9 million. The dominant producer was the Delamar Mine which produced $13.7 million of gold and silver between 1894 and 1940 and is located approximately four miles to the southeast of the Stinger claims. The Company has embarked on a ground work program that includes a detailed analysis of the shaft area initiated by the current rock sampling program.

Fifteen samples were selected primarily from the shaft area, a dump near the main shaft, visible quartz vein outcrops and two prospect pits aligned with the north-west trending vein system and located 240 meters north of the main shaft. Significant results of the sampling program are shown in the table below.

      Sample # Description Gold (g/mt) or ppb Silver (g/mt) (oz/mt) Copper (%)
      SG-4 Prospect Pit 0.224 g/mt 36.5 g/mt (1.17 oz/mt) 0.014 %
      SG-5 Dump near main shaft 30 ppb 135 g/mt (4.3 oz/mt) 0.059 %
      SG-6 Same location as SG-5 0.258 g/mt 222.0 g/mt (7.1 oz/mt) 0.665 %
      SG-7 Main shaft dump 0.116 g/mt 122.0 g/mt (3.9 oz/mt) 0.081 %
      SG-8 Massive quartz vein 0.291 g/mt 150.0 g/mt (4.8 oz/mt) 0.0425 %
      SG-9 Main shaft dump 0.153 g/mt 163.0 g/mt (5.2 oz/mt) 0.241 %
      SG-11 Main shaft dump 0.192 g/mt 179.0 g/mt (5.8 oz/mt) 0.23 %

Results from the sampling program indicate that economic ore grade material may exist in the main shaft area. Excalibur
continues to assemble historic information from the Stinger Claims and plans to further the soil, rock sampling and
      geophysical programs across the property.

Analytical work for the Delamar North Property was completed by American Assay Labs in Sparks, Nevada. Exploration
activities on the Delamar North Property were overseen by Jim Helgeson (P.Geo.) who is a qualified person under the
meaning of Canadian National Instrument 43-101.

Excalibur to buy Cherry's Kootenay claims
      2007-12-12 11:32 ET - News Release
      Mr. Anthony Garson reports

EXCALIBUR RESOURCES LTD. OPTIONS FIVE CLAIMS IN PROXIMITY TO ITS SILVER KING MINE EXPLORATION PROJECT, NELSON, BRITISH COLUMBIA
Excalibur Resources Ltd. has entered into a binding letter of intent with Tom E. Cherry for an option to acquire 100 per cent of his interests in the Cariboo group claims and the Princess and Cleopatra claims, representing a total of five claim units near Nelson, in the Kootenay district of British Columbia.
Under the terms of the letter of intent, which contemplates the execution of a definitive option agreement by the parties, the company can acquire Mr. Cherry's 100-per-cent interest in the claims by making the following option payments in cash and shares:
      $10,000 and 25,000 shares upon signing of the letter of intent;
      $15,000 and 40,000 shares on or before Dec. 11, 2008;
      $20,000 and 50,000 shares on or before Dec. 11, 2009;
$25,000 and 100,000 shares on or before Dec. 11, 2010.
In addition, the company is required to issue 200,000 shares to Mr. Cherry on receipt by the company of a positive feasibility study, either in the form of a preliminary feasibility study or a bankable study, or upon commencement of commercial production. Mr. Cherry is entitled to receive a 2-per-cent net smelter return royalty on each of the mineral tenures. Upon commencement of commercial production the company will have the right to purchase 50 per cent of the NSR for $500,000.
The Cariboo group claims comprise approximately 58 hectares (143 acres). The Princess and Cleopatra claims represent 17.7 hectares (43.7 acres) and 11.2 hectares (27.7 acres), respectively. The Cariboo claims lie mainly contiguous to the southeast of the Silver King mine property boundary, with some small gaps. The Cleopatra and Princess claims are located northeast of, and approximately 2.5 kilometres from, the Silver King boundary.
On July 5, 2007, Excalibur acquired an option to purchase the past-producing Silver King mine near Nelson. In the late 1800s and early 1900s the Silver King mine produced approximately 15 million pounds of copper grading 3 per cent and four million ounces of silver grading almost 20 ounces per ton. The company has commissioned a report for the purposes of confirming the exploration potential of the current resources of the Silver King property and has prepared a budget for the exploration program. It is anticipated that this report will be issued shortly.

EXCALIBUR RESOURCES LTD - WKN A0MMDH - super Silberchance, Vervielfachung möglich, KZ = 0,20 €

Excalibur Intersects 721.69 g/t Silver and 2.34 g/t Gold Over 4.30 m of True Width at Needles Property, Nye County, Nevada

Vancouver, British Columbia, Excalibur Resources Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to provide an update of drilling activities on the Needles Property, located in Nye County, Nevada.

Arrowhead Mine Area: Two drill holes were completed in the Arrowhead Mine area, and these include drill holes N-61 and N-63. Drill hole N-63 was drilled at angle of -750 and an azimuth of 600 (ENE) and targeted the Arrowhead Mine deposit in an area that has not been tested previously. The intercept lies directly beneath a fault with intense argillic alteration within felsic porphyritic volcanic/intrusive rocks that exhibit sulphide stringers (both pyrite and argentite), small quartz veinlets and intense local vugging. The drill hole approximates the true width of the zone. It is interesting to note that the drill hole was stopped at a depth of 33.13 m when the hole encountered a void (possible stope) but the hole was still highly anomalous in silver. It is possible that this zone represents a previously unknown area of mineralization located in the hanging-wall of the old Arrowhead Mine workings.

N-61 was drilled from the same setup as N-63 (-45 degrees) at an azimuth of 0600 and only intersected weakly anomalous gold and silver values. N-62 (-60 degrees) and N-64 (-90 degrees) were also drilled from the same setup at an azimuth of 600 but analytical results have not been received from these drill holes.

      Arrowhead - Southeast Extension

EXBR has also completed 5 short (<60 m depth) exploratory holes (N-55, N-56, N-57, N-58, N-59) south and east of the old Arrowhead Mine in close vicinity to where a number of old shafts are located and was previously unexplored by Taranis Resources Inc. The drill holes lie along a prominent NNW-trending fault named the Arrowhead Lineament Fault that is a potentially important control on precious metal mineralization at Needles. These drill holes encountered high levels of pyrite content and intense argillic alteration, but failed to intersect any significant zones of gold/silver mineralization. These five shallow scout holes were designed to identify near surface mineralization and represented an average depth of approximately 55 metres with the deepest hole 60 metres in length. This area of investigation represents less than 20% of the overall current drill program on the property. Drilling continues on the Whopper Junior zone to the NW of the Arrowhead Mine area and along the NW trending lineament fault. Needles is a classic Nevada Hot Springs type deposit similar to Florida Canyon.

      Qualifications

Analytical work was completed by American Assay Laboratories of Reno, Nevada that is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025, and also has a Certificate of Laboratory Proficiency PTP-MAL, accredited by the Standards Council of Canada. American Assay Laboratories also participates in the Society of mineral analysts-Round Robin testing. Drill core was logged and cut and in half prior to sampling with a rock saw, and one-half is retained for further investigations if required. Exploration activities on the Needles property were overseen by John Gardiner (P. Geol.) and Jim Helgeson (P. Geo.), both Qualified Persons under the meaning of Canadian National Instrument 43-101.

May 06, 2008 17:54 ETExcalibur Resources Ltd. Completes Drilling Program in Nye County, Nevada
      VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 6, 2008) -

NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. WIRE SERVICES OR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Excalibur Resources Ltd. (the "Company" or "Excalibur") (CNQ:EXBR)(Frankfurt WKN: A0MMDH) reports that in late March 2008, the Company completed a 22 diamond drill-hole program representing 1,535.9 meters on its Needles Property in Nye County, Nevada. The drill program targeted portions of the Arrowhead Lineament Fault which extends for over 3 km on the property. Drilling was primarily conducted along the NNW-trending Arrowhead Lineament Fault in four zones that are designated (from southwest to northeast) the Gladius, Arrowhead, Argenta and Whopper Junior Zones.

      Arrowhead Mine Area

A total of five drill holes were completed around the Arrowhead Mine area (N-52, and N-61 through N-64). As reported in a previous News Release dated March 11, 2008, drill-hole N-61 reported a silver value of 721.69 g/t and a gold value of 2.34 g/t over a true width of 4.30 meters.

The results of the three additional holes N-52, N-62 and N-64 are reported below. Drill holes N-62 and N-64 were drilled on the same setup as N-63. N-62 intersected the following zone:

      ------------------------------------------------------------------Needles - 62------------------------------------------------------------------From To Interval Au Ag(m) (m) (m) (ppb) (g/t)------------------------------------------------------------------19.23 20.82 1.59 14 6.3------------------------------------------------------------------20.82 22.01 1.19 218 57.8------------------------------------------------------------------22.01 23.53 1.52 51 17.5------------------------------------------------------------------23.53 24.78 1.25 7 1.6------------------------------------------------------------------24.78 26.15 1.37 143 25.2------------------------------------------------------------------26.15 27.01 0.86 624 228.0------------------------------------------------------------------Average 7.78 142 43.45------------------------------------------------------------------

N-63 (-75 degrees) entered a void at the bottom which is most likely a stope from the old Arrowhead Mine. N-64 (-90 degrees) drilled from the same setup intersected only geochemical levels of gold and silver mineralization.

N-52 (-60 degrees) was drilled 10 m south of the collars of drill holes N-61 through N-64, and intersected highly-altered volcanic rocks with 27.4 g/t Ag over 6.74 m.

      Whopper Junior Zone ("WJZ")

The WJZ is located on the Arrowhead Lineament Fault 1.3 km NNW from the Arrowhead Mine area. Four holes (N-71, N-72, N-72A, and N-73) were completed on the WJZ and intersected broad zones of disseminated pyrite and quartz stock-work that is highly anomalous in gold, silver and other geochemical pathfinders including arsenic, antimony and sulfur. The following table summarizes the average geochemical values for each of the drill holes:

Five drill holes were drilled on two sections south of the Arrowhead Mine. One section was located 137 m south-southeast of the Arrowhead Mine (N-68 & N-70). The other section was located 280 m south-southeast of the Arrowhead Mine (N-54A, N-66 & N-67). Drill-hole N-66 (-45 degrees) intersected 2.0 g/t Au / 1.92 m.

Drill holes Needles-54A (-60 degrees) and Needles-67 (-90 degrees) drilled from the same setup intersected only trace levels of gold and silver.

Area East of the Arrowhead Mine

Drill hole (N-65) was completed on an induced polarization anomaly located 265 m east of the Arrowhead Mine. N-65 intersected a widespread zone of disseminated pyrite, but only trace levels of gold and silver accompanied the sulphide mineralization.

      Argenta Mine

Drill Hole N-69 (-70 degrees) was completed adjacent to the Argenta Mine Shaft, and was terminated early (51.15 m) owing to intense clay alteration which caused difficult drilling conditions. N-69 potentially is a very important hole since it is the only hole drilled between the WJZ and the Arrowhead Mine, and intersected anomalous gold content in all 22 samples of the drill core.

      Recommendation by Company Consultants

The recent drilling program has demonstrated that epithermal precious metal deposits at Needles are hosted along the NNW-trending Arrowhead Lineament Fault ("ALF"); and occur in close proximity to epithermal quartz veins that have been emplaced along the ALF. The recent drilling program has also demonstrated that the ALF is a high-angle normal fault that dips steeply to the west and truncates 2 major, flat-lying volcanic cycles; a lower fragmental series of intermediate composition and an upper tuffaceous series of felsic composition. Wide zones of epithermal veining are more prone to formation at the contact between the two volcanic cycles where the ALF crosscuts the stratigraphy such as the Whopper Junior Zone.

The area between the Whopper Junior Zone and the Arrowhead Mine exposes 1.4 km of intense hydrothermal alteration that has only been tested by one drill hole to date (N-69) that intersected a wide zone of anomalous gold content before being abandoned. The area is covered by volcanic rocks of the upper cycle, and the prospective target horizon lies at relatively shallow depths below the surface (less than 250 m). Based on the intense hydrothermal alteration seen at surface, and persistent low levels of gold/silver mineralization seen at surface, this area could host a large epithermal precious metal deposit that is currently not exposed at surface.

It is highly recommended that a grid be installed on the area between the Arrowhead Mine and the Whopper Junior Zone on 100 m line spacing and that soil sampling, and geophysics be undertaken to identify quartz-veining and disseminated sulfide mineralization that frequently accompany precious metal mineralization at Needles. Targets generated in this area are considered a high-priority, and should be tested by diamond drilling. Please refer to a schematic longitudinal section of the Arrowhead Lineament Fault in the corporate presentation illustrating the above discussion that can be found on the Company's website, www.excaliburresources.ca.

      We seek safe harbour.

Man muss einfach mal 2 - 3 Jahre abwarten was so passiert.
