Mir gefallen die Finanzierungen auch mehr als die bei Noront (was bei Noront ablaeuft, ist ja offensichtlich ).

Fission hat jetzt ueber $20 Mio in der Kasse. Damit laesst sich ein ordentliches Bohrprogramm finanzieren (50% uebernimmt dazu noch KEPCO). Bin gespannt, wann der grosse Treffer, wie bei Hathor kommt und ob sie dann die 10% back-in Option ziehen (dann 60% Fission / 40% KEPCO).

FISSION ENERGY CORP. COMPLETES $13 MILLION BOUGHT DEAL PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Fission Energy Corp., further to its news releases in Stockwatch dated Nov. 10, 2010, and Nov. 11, 2010, has now completed the private placement previously announced in Stockwatch on Nov. 10, 2010, of 7.5 million units of the company at a price of 80 cents per unit and 6,667,000 flow-through common shares at a price of 90 cents per flow-through common share, for total gross proceeds of $12,000,300.

The private placement was conducted on a bought-deal basis by a syndicate of underwriters led by Dundee Securities Corp., and including M Partners Inc., Raymond James Ltd., Fort House Inc. and Jennings Capital Inc. The underwriters also fully exercised an overallotment option granted by the company to acquire an additional 750,000 units at a price of 80 cents per unit and 666,700 flow-through shares at a price of 90 cents per flow-through share for additional gross proceeds of $1,200,030, bringing the total gross proceeds under the private placement to $13,200,330.

Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable at $1 per common share for a 24 month period expiring Dec. 2, 2012. In the event that the company's common shares trade at a closing price on the TSX Venture Exchange
