Für meinen Geschmack ist die Informationsfülle auf der Oroco-Homepage mehr als spärlich und wenig aktuell.

Ab Seite 86 kann man lesen und sehen, dass Goldcorp 2011 auf Xochipala 16 Bohrungen und 2012 12 Bohrungen durchgeführt hat, mit einer Gesamtlänge von über 6800m!
Zugleich sieht man, dass sie direkt westlich von Xochipala eine Liegenschaft haben (S. 40-42).
Warum bohre ich nach 16 Bohrungen dort auf einer "fremden" Konzession noch weitere 12 Bohrungen, wenn ich "nichts" gefunden habe ?
Und vor allem, wenn mein eigenes Land direkt daneben liegt ?
In the drill table total, 28 drill holes were completed at the Xochipala prospect during a two-year option agreement held with the prospect owners. Sixteen of these holes (3,541.2 m) were drilled in 2011, and an additional 12 holes (3,318.75 m) in 2012. Goldcorp has, since 31 December 2012, decided not to proceed with the option.

Vancouver, British Columbia (February 22, 2013) – Oroco Resource Corp (“Oroco” or “the Company”) (TSXV:OCO; Frankfurt: OR6) is pleased to announce that the Seventh District Judge (Federal) of the State of Guerrero has held the constitutional hearing in the two amparo petitions related to the registration of the Celia Gene and Celia Generosa concessions (the “Xochipala Concessions”) (see the Company’s news release dated October 22, 2012 and its most recent MD&A). With this phase of the proceedings completed, the court is now in a position to make its decision on the amparos.
One of the amparo petitions was filed by the Company’s subsidiary, Minera Xochipala, S.A. de C.V. (“Minera Xochipala”), seeking to set aside a conflicting court order from a state civil court (the “State Court Order”) with regard to that part of the Company’s interest in the Xochipala Concessions acquired from one of the two vendors (the “Camacho Interest”), and all that flowed from it. The other amparo was filed by the beneficiary of the State Court Order, seeking to have the registration by the Public Mining Registry (the “PRM”) of the Camacho Interest to Minera Xochipala struck and to have it registered in his name. The PRM was in possession of the State Court Order at the time it resolved that Minera Xochipala was the proper registered owner of a 100% interest in the Xochipala Concessions.
The company's legal counsel and management are confident that the decision of the PRM was correct and that the court will uphold Minera Xochipala’s ownership of the Xochipala Concessions, leaving it as the sole, legitimate and registered owner of the Xochipala concessions.
The Company is also pleased to report that, pursuant to the terms of its recently announced agreement to sell a 100-per-cent interest in Minas de Oroco Resources S.A. de C.V. to Goldgroup Mining Inc. Zudem sprechen die Zahlen des Verkaufs des Cerro Prieto Projekts auch nicht gerade für eine Position der Stärke in den Verhandlungen.
Auch nur meine Ansicht, jedoch - die Kursreaktion spricht dafür, dass auch andere so denken.

Einen Tag nach der Meldung beschäftigt mich die Frage, was denn nun von Oroco geblieben ist. Das tolle Projekt mit der genialen IRR mit dem raschen Rückzahlungszeitraum und der einfachen Mine mit geringen CAPEX ist nun weg. Die Phantasie in einem Jahr (und das lese ich schon seit 2 Jahren) viel Umsatz und Gewinn zu machen um weiter Explorationen zu finanzieren ist auch dahin.
Es bleibt eine Liegenschaft, die auch eine gewisse Phantasie bei mir hervorrufen könnte. Allerdings gibte es viele solcher Unternehmen, die auf einem Gold-Gürtel liegen aber keine Resourcen Zahlen aufweisen können. Die sind typ. mit ein paar Mio MK bewertet. Allerdings haben die oft keinen Cash-Polster. Oroco hoffetlich nun schon. Was allerdings nach der Tilgung der Schulden übrig bleibt hab ich noch nicht gesehen.

Zuerst gehen sich Goldcorp und Oroco an die Gurgel, dann wird "gekuschelt". Ich hoffe, daß Oroco Goldcorp's Bohrkerne der Xochipala Liegenschaft bekommen wird.
