Das Zeug ist nur ziemlich nutzlos solange noch nicht sicher ist, dass Stans die Lizenz für die Mine hat und sollte die Anlage mal laufen auch behalten darf. Die neuen Daten werden natürlich auch in die schon ominöse PFS erst eingearbeitet, aber man arbeitet ja auch schon an der BFS. Fragt sich nur wer unter diesen Bedingungen die Sache finanzieren will?

State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources can not revoke licenses issued Kutesay Mining mining company for mining of rare earth metals Kutessay-II and Kalesay. combined surface and underground mining:
a. 1st phase – surface mining for production capacity 300 thousand tons of ore per
annum;
b. 2nd phase – underground mining for the reserves remained for production capacity 1
million tons of ore per annum.
2. Mine design for the deposit combined development (surface and underground) for overall
annual production capacity 1 million tons of ore.
3. Experts’ opinions on the project, in particular:
a. Environmental safety
b. Technical safety
c. Conservation and use of mineral resources
By January 1, 2014 submit to the Licensor the following:
1. Project of construction of new Mill, new tailing pond and infrastructure facilities of the 2nd
phase development for the Mill production capacity 1 million tons of ore per annum
2. Perform deposit development work in accordance with detailed design of production complex
for the Kutessay II deposit combined surface and underground mining, mill design, tailing
pond #5 construction project, and designs of infrastructure facilities.

As at September 30, 2012, Stans had a net working capital of $15,318,450 (December 31, 2011- 21,135,375)
comprised of cash, short-term investments, amounts receivable, prepaid expenses and accounts payable and
accrued liabilities.
As at September 30, 2012 the Company had a cash balance of $4,048,177 (December 31, 2011- $7,239,574)
and short-term investments of $9,600,020 (December 31, 2011 $11,890,674) to settle current liabilities of
$262,177 (December 31, 2011 $414,179). All of the Company’s financial liabilities have contractual
maturities of less than 12 months and are subject to normal trade terms.
