Positive News About Shabeel-1 Well Speculated

For the first time in weeks, Somalia-based news outlets are buzzing with talk of oil. Among the first was Raxanreeb Broadcast Channel (RBC), which also had its own reporters present at the spudding of the Shabeel-1 well, and produced some of the very first pictures of the well in January.

Today, Somali news sites reported that an Africa Oil employee, one unfamiliar with our own contacts in the Bari Province, stated that a positive oil discovery had been made in the highly-prospective Shabeel-1 Well in the Dharoor Valley Basin of Somalai’s Puntland State, and that a report was due soon.

It is unclear whether these reports can be categorized as rumors or leaks, but the frequency of related stories is worth noting.

thx das war mir neu!!! Hab heute schon bei stockhouse von RMPs KE gelesen, da war man sich aber nicht sicher wofür die sein wird,

"The funds raised under the Placing will be used for exploration activities at the Company’s high impact exploration projects in Puntland and in the Republic of Georgia."

Frag mich ob der pic v. mo am ende doch kein fake war...

Sollten jetzt so ca. bei 3300m sein?, wo liegen die reservoir targets??

Das sieht wirklich gut aus... Horn Petroleum steigt in den letzten 5 Trading Days ohne News um 50% und heute das Placement von Red Emporer mit minimalen discount..... Wow...

* In Puntland, Red Emperor holds a 20% working interest in two licences
encompassing the highly prospective Dharoor and Nugaal valleys. These two exploration areas cover over 36,000km2. The operator and 60% interest
holder, Horn Petroleum Corp. (TSXV: HRN) is currently drilling the first
well in a two well programme targeting 300mmbls of best estimate
Prospective Resources (100% basis). Site construction is nearing completion
on the second well (targeting 375mmbls) with the setting of the 30 inch
surface casing and drilling of a 50 meter pilot hole in readiness for
spudding following completion of the first well.

In den bisherigen updates finde ich nur den Hinweis, dass die Bohrung in Puntland Ende April abgeschlossen sein wird und die Ergebnisse im folgenden 2.Q. vorliegen werden. Ich erinnere mich aber, dass wir vor Ostern auf eine News warteten, die nicht kam. Und in diesem Zusammenhang erinnere ich, dass Ende April eine Veröffentlichung geplant ist.
Also erstmal Entwarnung, ich habe keine Quelle. Tut mir leid.

Nein, es waren nicht die zu berechnenden Tage sondern die Aussage, dass die Ergebnisse Ende April veröffentlicht werden sollen.
Mist, trotz Suche finde ich die Quelle nicht mehr. Das müsste ein vorheriges drilling-update gewesen sein.
