Dear Shareholder:

In March, we inadvertently announced what we thought were final year-end revenues and loss numbers. It turned out that these numbers were inaccurate. The reduced revenues and increased loss almost entirely related to our United Kingdom subsidiary Channelnet Ltd. While management acted in good faith based on information provided to it, the incident was of great concern to us. It is not important that we acted in good faith; what is important is that as a consequence of these events, our reputation and credibility were damaged.

Our primary job is to repair damage done and make sure nothing similar happens in the future. We are committed to providing the necessary infrastructure to accurately reflect and monitor our growing business. To that end we are taking several steps listed below to ensure the future integrity of our financial information.


We have placed the responsibility of our Channelnet internal accounting information under the authority of an experience financial officer who became employed by our group after the acquisition of Web Factory.
We are in the process of retaining an accounting firm in the United Kingdom to replace Channelnet`s accounting firm. This firm, when retained, will be responsible for establishing appropriate accounting standards for all of our United Kingdom operations.
We are in the process of obtaining a new chief financial officer with both public company and international experience.
We have determined to change auditing firms and are in the process of interviewing successor public accounting firms.

We will continue to review the situation and you will be advised of our progress.

Der Kurs der Aktie hat sich ja leicht erholt, steht im Moment bei 3 Doller. Bin etwas verwirrt, letzte Woche kam ja das Statement von wegen Teltran wäre Delisted usw....

Ich bin jetzt genau 1 Jahr dabei bei Teltran, hatte mal schöne Gewinne und will eigentlich nicht mit Verlust raus gehen! Seht Ihr noch Chancen für Teltran??

Freue mich auch Eure Meinungen!

Hi Fortuna3,
schau mal etwas weiter unten im Thread Teltran, neues Kürzel für Quotes, ansonsten empfehl ich dir als weitere Quellen RB-Board oder die beiden bekannten Teltran-Islands.
