Der Kauf ist bereits am 30.3. gewesen nicht gestern
fetter insider buy gestern!
Passt 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Quality Starts at the Base; Re-Defining the Re-Refining Business
OUR TAKE
Gen III (GIII-CN, not covered) is building the next used motor oil (UMO) re-refinement business where it hopes to capitalize on a supply shortage and growing demand of premium Group III/II+ base oils in North America. With an abundant supply of low value feedstock, Gen III, and its patent ReGenTM process that recycles used oil into feedstock for synthetic-grade motor oil (Group III base oil) is positioned to disrupt a well-established refining market. Subject to project financing, the Company is building a modular facility on a brownfield site in Alberta with processing capacity of 2,800 b/d. Earlier in 2021, the Company announced the first draft of a definitive agreement with a super-major (SM) for the offtake of all of its Group III base oil production from a proposed 5,600 b/d re-refining facility in the US Gulf Coast. This was promptly followed by an announcement on March 29 that it has engaged Koch Project Solutions, LLC (KPS) to provide project execution management services for its USGC facility. We believe the combination of these events serve as a major milestone for Gen III as it further supports the validation of its ReGenTM process and puts the Company on a path to reach a positive final investment decision in 2021. Additionally, finalizing an agreement with the offtaker will provide the opportunity to leverage the SM’s extensive motor oil and lubricant business, with the potential to become the in-house brand of high-quality Group III base oils for the entity.
In addition, the process of collecting and re-refining UMO reduces greenhouse gas emissions when compared to burning used oil in industrial uses. In doing so, Gen III’s ReGenTM technology has environmental benefits with broad stakeholder appeal (Good for business and good for the environment; a win-win, in our view).
KEY HIGHLIGHTS
Disruptive, largely validated, and risk mitigated technology. Since inception (circa 2007), over $50 MM has been invested by patent holders to de-risk the ReGenTM technology. From the time Gen III acquired the exclusive rights to the patents in February 2017, the Company has made significant progress to advance towards commercializing the technology, with major milestone including: 1) ReGenTM has been validated by numerous engineering studies (Mustang, Tetra Tech, and ILF Engineering), including breakthrough pre-FEED conclusions from Stantec and WSP Canada, which provided technology and project feasibility guarantees, 2) Gen III, has also partnered with first-rate industry partners, and 3) signed a term sheet for up to 50% of project financing from Export Development Canada (EDC), 4) signed a LOI for the supply of feedstock (Bowden facility), 5) entered into a PSA with Elbow River Marketing for 100% offtake of finished products (Bowden facility), 6) quite significantly, signed an offtake agreement LOI for the purchase of 100% of the Group III base oil production and the marketing of 100% of the Group II production from a proposed plant in the US Gulf Coast, and 7) most recently engaged KPS to provide project execution management services for its US facility.
Advantageous market dynamics: Group III base oil market projected to increase dramatically over the medium to long-term. Group III base oil is quickly becoming the primary base stock for high quality lubricants demanded from the automotive industry to meet higher performance and lower fuel emissions standards. Consequently, demand for Group III base oils is projected to increases at an annual rate of >5% for the next 5+ years. With very limited North American Group III production capacity (~5,300 b/d) and domestic demand of ~20,000 b/d, there is a massive opportunity for re-refining. Gen III’s proposed Alberta and USGC refineries would contribute ~46% more capacity to the N.A. Group III market. As the largest North American supplier of Group III base oil, Gen III is well-positioned to capture the transportation tariff advantage (~US$0.25/USG) over imports from the Middle East and Asia/Pacific regions and provides an alternative for domestic lubricant blenders.

Ist aber auch ein deutlicher Hinweis, das wohl bald die erwartete Nachricht wegen dem Major eintrifft, vermute ich mal.
