"Consumer credit is rolling over again, akin to what we've observed in past recessions.
Although households are currently much less leveraged than periods like the housing bubble, low savings rates and a higher-cost debt environment are constraining consumers from increasing their leverage.
Additionally, the cyclical nature of consumer credit is evident in this chart, suggesting we may be entering another downturn in this metric."

Der weltweit wichtigste Aktienindex schnuppert an den 5.000 Punkten. Ich vermute, dass sich dieser Tweet darauf bezieht:
"When I started on Wall Street, older guys on the desk all had tidbits of wisdom to share, many I never forgot. One they universally agreed with, and repeated time and time again, I share with you now;
"round numbers matter" they said. "Literally the most important thing.""

HIerfür macht es sicherlich Sinn, Tesla mit im "erlauchten Super-Kreis" zu belassen:
"Traders are piling into Calls in Mega Cap Tech.
The level of Call buying across Mag 7 names just hit 1-year highs"

Das muss ich mir hier mal archivieren sozusagen:
"Today, an American admirer of Communism and Stalin, the propagandist Walter Duranty, came to my mind.
Walter Duranty headed the Moscow bureau of The New York Times from 1922 to 1936. He saw the rise of the communist totalitarian regime, repression, collectivization, and the creation of the cult of Stalin. In 1929, Duranty interviewed him and described Stalin as an effective leader.
In articles about the USSR, for which, incidentally, he won the Pulitzer Prize, Duranty noted that conditions in Siberian concentration camps were good and prisoners were given a chance to be reborn and integrated into the Soviet people.
Duranty wrote that there was no famine in Ukraine. Allegedly, he himself traveled through Ukrainian villages where he saw well-fed children and well-fed calves.
When Gareth Jones appeared in the USSR and began to truthfully cover the genocide of Ukrainians, Duranty did everything to prevent his competitor's articles from being published.
Malcolm Muggeridge, who wrote for the Manchester Guardian about the horrors of the Holodomor, called his New York Times "colleague" "the biggest liar he had ever met in journalism.""

Die Explosion der Fake-News in den letzten Jahren lässt einen immer wieder vergessen, dass die Lüge schon immer weit verbreitet war in der Welt, es immer schon Tucker Carlsons gab...

"Great chart: With #Gold making repeated attempts to break above 2050 into clear blue water, there is no tailwind at all from ETF investors. I'd call that a high quality rally. If (when?) it breaks higher, only then will ETFs pile in, driving prices much higher"

Krasse Entwicklung bei den chinesischen Privatanlegern:
"Craziness: Chinese investors are stampeding out of local mkt (chart) and into US-focused ETFs, creating record volumes (chart). Problem is there's a quota so they buying in at premiums of up to 43% which has govt issuing warnings but no one cares bc the US FOMO is that bad via
