Positiv: Potential ohne Ende, einfach gigantisch (keine übertreibung)!!!

Negativ: CEO ist ne Null, verspricht alle 6 Wochen das er dies und jenes machen will.
bis jetzt hat er vielleicht 5% von seinen Versprechungen eingelöst.
Schwierigen Fragen geht er komplett aus dem Weg und ist ziemlich
schnell eingeschnappt weil die bösen, bösen basher auf dem ragingbull
board die firma schlecht machen.

also alles was recht ist, aber Roger May ist doch keine NULL !!!

Bisher hat er fast alle Ankündigungen wahr gemacht, er macht nur den Fehler, die news vorher anzukündigen und dann zu veröffentlichen, dadurch kommt es zu keinen großen Kursausschlägen, weil alle schon vorher wissen, was kommen soll, und wenn dies mal nicht kommt, wird der Kurs runtergeprügelt.

Ich bleibe dabei.

Du hast vollkommen recht!!!
Beispiele:
In der letzten CC(22.06) hat er gesagt, daß innerhalb der nächsten 10 Tage
eine IR/PR-Firma angeheuert wird.
Jetzt sind 4 Wochen vorbei, und immer noch nada....
oder
vor ungefähr 6 oder 7 Wochen hat er twojuggler (glaube ich) gesagt, er solle in den
nächsten 21 tagen auf den kurs aufpassen, weil es eine "major improvement" geben werden.
und was ist passiert ??? nichts...

und solche beispiele gibt`s oft, oder ? du bist ja auch schon lange mit dabei.

und das geht mir langsam an den keks, weil er damit seine Glaubwürdigkeit gegen Null gefahren hat.

naja, jetzt soll es ja news nächste woche geben, bzgl "grant".
neues spiel, neues glück......und der kurs wird wahrscheinlich gen süden reisen...

In order to clear the speculation surrounding the proposed 506 offering, let me please say that the offering will be conducted solely by ADVC. The purpose of the 506 is directly tied to the comments made by Mr May in yesterdays interview with http://otcnetstocks.com and is to be used by ADVC for the realization of the ADVC business model.

Aufgefallen sind mir gestern die großen Umsätze und daß der Kurs nicht weiter angezogen ist ... eigentlich ein gutes Zeichen für einen Ausbruch nach oben ... we will see

stimmt, das gab es schon öfter, aber trotzdem steht ADVC doch im Vergleich zum Januar (run auf die 7$ zur Erinnerung) viel viel besser da, oder? Viele der Ankündigungen sind wahr gemacht worden und viele werden noch wahr gemacht.

Meiner Meinung nach ist May einer, der nicht delegieren kann, und alles selbst machen will. Dadurch kämpft er an unzähligen Fronten und so muß dann halt auch einiges an Arbeit und Erledigungen liegenbleiben. Gut ist dann doch, daß er wenigstens nicht mehr regelmäßig das RB-Board durchschaut, das war meiner Meinung nach wirklich reine Zeitverschwendung und eine Beschäftigung die eines CEO´s unwürdig ist.

Ich bin gerade am Überlegen, ob ich nicht jetzt langsam noch mal nachkaufen soll.

I apologize for the delay in responding to your questions. I have just returned from two days of meetings in Northern California.

Yes, I have decided to respond to appropriate RB postings despite my earlier statements, and yes I am aware of the comments this will draw from our highly paid friends that seem to have little better to do with their lives than to monitor ADVC on RB on a 24 hour a day basis.

I will respond to your questions in the order you listed them.

ADVC obtaining NASDAQ Status.

I would prefer the conventional approach to listing ADVC, but at this stage my efforts to increase the stock value have been somewhat stifled, although, personally, I believe that will end in the next two to three weeks, and we will see some sharp increases.

To expedite this matter, I have identified another NASDAQ small cap company that appears suitable for the requirements of ADVC. It will take another 2-3 weeks to complete due diligence and formal agreements, but at this stage it appears very promising.

CDMA Licensing

I was at Qualcomm with Jeremy Norton last Tuesday afternoon for several hours and had our technical people in Australia on the phone during that meeting for a considerable time. We have been in contact with Qualcomm for some time now, and signed an NDA a couple of months ago. We are in the process of applying for CDMA and CDMA 2000 licenses from Qualcomm.

We are also currently using Synopsis CDMA s/w applications/builders.

The CDMA licensing process with Qualcomm will not delay the SpectruCell prototype release date. I also believe that it would appear logical for them to have interest in SpectruCell and that objective is being pursued. But I must state very clearly that no intent or basis has been agreed or defined between ADVC and Qualcomm at this stage.

South America

We have a carrier license in Chile owned via World IP and CDMA-GSM license applications in process in several other South American countries. We have decided to dramatically expand AGC/World IP operations in the region and are presently arranging to install a large switch in Chile to facilitate contracts with Global One.

PR Firm

We signed an agreement with a small, Oregon based, PR company (PALI Communications) at our offices in Irvine on the 11th July, 2000. This company operates, among other things, TheEarlyEdition.com web site and specializes in focused stock promotions utilizing extensive web related resources, We were able to verify some outstanding results they had achieved with specific stocks.

In addition we are still interviewing conventional PR firms but have not identified one that we believe will actually do what they propose. We are close however.

AUSTRALON

Once the Gawler Gold/ Australon merger is completed and relisted on ASX, I plan to do an ADR Nasdaq listing of the Australon (ASX) Public company. Concurrently I plan to commence a 50/50 JV Australon Lonworks marketing arm focusing on Nth & Sth American opportunities. Sales here - production in Australia. I met with Echelon in this regard last Wednesday the 19th July, 2000. The Australon/Lonworks opportunities are enormous and there is much more in the works.

Australian Govt. Grant

I am unable to provide any details regarding the grant because of agreements with the Australian Govt. Full details will be made available during the first week of August, 2000.

Acquisitions

We are currently expanding the operations of AGC by acquiring other operating telecommunications companies. We have also made an initial proposal last week to another OTC BB communications company that has not been accepted at this time, but negotiations are continuing. Full details will be announced once formal agreements are completed.

SEM – Jason May will respond to this.

REGENCY Communications

These people are friends of mine. They loaned me the original funds in late 1998 that enabled me to pay legal fees, etc. for MFI/ADVC. They have NOT SOLD their shares, but simply removed the restrictions. At the time of the transaction I believe the stock price was six cents (.06c) per share.

Despite the continuous efforts from our "shorting friends" to pursuade investors to the contrary, and although some longs have lost confidence because of their constant unfounded verbal "assassinations" ADVC is in very good shape and getting better as will become very evident in the next few months.

Whatever unsavoury and illgotten gains our family of bashers have managed to "scrape" recently, they should be very careful, there are actions in process that will cause them to lose much more if they are a "day late" ???.

Much thanks to all the longs – I will be making further posts from Australia next week, and several PR’s are imminent. I will be back in the USA in mid August, 2000.

Sorry Leute, ich bin seit kurzem nicht mehr gut auf Roger zu sprechen.

ps: nur ein klitzekleiner Hinweis. Roger sollte mal ein Seminar bei dem CEO von Hartcourt nehmen.
aber wenn ich ihm das sagen würde, würde er bis zum Sanktnimmerleinstag beleidigt sein.
Deshalb werde ich jetzt meine Fresse bzw. Finger halten und mir 35 Biere reinhauen.

Nervt mich auch, daß er schon wieder einen Zeitrahmen nennt und große Worte ankündigt. Wenn jetzt keine Taten folgen (nach all den schlechten Erfahrungen, die May in der letzten Zeit mit dem RB-Board gemacht hat) dann wird er wirklich absolut unglaubwürdig.
