Charttechnisch sieht die Lage brisant aus.

Für die Neuen:
Spatializer brach Anfang des Jahres aus einer langen Bodenformation bei ca. $ 0,5 - $ 0,75 unter enormen Volumenszuwächsen aus und erreichte Spitzenwerte von ca. $ 2,5.
Dieser enorme Anstieg musste natürlich erstmal verdaut werden. In der Konsolidierung gingen die Umsätze stark zurück - sehr gutes Zeichen!
Anfang dieses Monats erfolgte ein erster Testversuch: der Kurs stieg von $ 0,625 bis $ 1 und überwand dabei die noch fallende 90-Tage-Linie und kratzte von unten an der waagerecht verlaufenden 200-Tage-Linie.
Momentan sind wir bei $ 0,74. Der Kurs liegt über der 18-Tage-Linie, die im Steigen begriffen ist und vor einer Woche die 45-Tage-Linie von unten durchstossen hat.
Wir sind hart unter der 90-Tage-Linie, die jetzt waagerecht verläuft.
Die Umsätze sind dramatisch ausgetrocknet. Ein kleiner Anstoss genügt jetzt.

Hört sich alles kompliziert an, aber ich bring es technisch nicht hin, hier einen Chart reinzukopieren.

Spatializer Audio Laboratories, Inc. has announced its sixth consecutive quarter of profitability and financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2000. The company reported net income for the quarter of $112,000, $0.00 basic and diluted per share, compared with net income of $12,000, $0.00 basic and diluted per share, in the comparable period last year, an increase of 833%. Net income for the six months ended June 30, 2000 was $282,000, $0.01 basic and diluted per share, compared to net income of $14,000, $0.00 basic and diluted per share, in the comparable six month period last year. Revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 2000 were $530,000, compared to revenues of $294,000 in the second quarter of fiscal 1999, an increase of 80%. Revenues for the six months ended June 30, 2000 were $1,036,000, compared to revenues of $652,000 in the comparable six-month period last year. Spatializer Announces New Family of Comprehensive Digital Audio Enhancement Solutions - Mark @ 22:31 EST

Spatializer Audio Laboratories Inc. announced the introduction of the Spatializer DigitalFX series of DSP-based audio enhancement algorithms specifically targeted and optimized for several key and emerging audio devices and platforms. The Spatializer DigitalFX series is a comprehensive audio enhancement software solution based on the Company`s renowned Spatializer N-2-2 virtual surround sound technology and Vi.B.E, the Company`s virtual bass enhancement technology, combined with additional audio effects tailored for specific product applications. The press release has a summary of the different options but I will point out a couple of them here.

Spatializer Digital OntheGoFX is targeted specifically for portable MP3 player devices and according to the announcement, in addition to the core technology, it sports a highly effective headphone algorithm as w, which produces a highly immersive audio experience. Spatializer Digital PCFX combines the entire suite of respected Spatializer audio technologies into a single, comprehensive and cost effective software audio solution for the Wintel platform. Since the product runs on the host CPU, with minimal CPU utilization, no discrete chip is required. Spatializer Digital PCFX provides Spatializer 3-D stereo, Spatializer N-2-2 virtual surround sound for DVD playback, Vi.B.E virtual bass enhancement and enCompass, Spatializer`s positional audio technology for computer games utilizing the Microsoft DirectX API. Spatializer N-2-2 Included in Two New Portable DVD Players From Toshiba - Mark @ 13:00 EST

Spatializer Audio Laboratories Inc. announced today that Toshiba Corporation has incorporated Spatializer N-2-2 Virtual Surround Sound in their first line of portable DVD-ROM/Video Players. Toshiba MED300AS incorporates a 5.8-inch low-temperature polysilicon TFT LCD with a resolution of 800x480 dots to play DVD without any loss of resolution. The resolution is four times better than that of an amorphous type. The MED200AS is the world smallest and lightest portable DVD video player without a LCD screen. Both models can connect to a PC and feature Spatializer N-2-2 with both on-board speaker and headphone settings. They can be used as a 4x DVD-ROM drive and 24x CD-ROM drive to read CD-ROM, video CD, music CD, CD-R and CD-RW. I would guess that the headphone setting is the big part of this deal from our perspective as the speakers on a portable unit will be at best lacking. C-Cube Microsystems yesterday announced that consumer electronics giant Samsung Electronics has begun volume production of advanced DVD players designed with C-Cube`s next-generation DVD decoder.

ZiVA-4 builds on C-Cube`s ZiVA-3 solution with higher levels of integration and advanced audio and video features including MP3 audio decode to play back personalized CDs, x2 audio to scan through movies, on-the-fly video zoom of movies, and slow-motion forward and reverse. ZiVA-4 also has an integrated video encoder featuring full support for all major NTSC and PAL standards and four video-output DACs that support composite, S-video, and component video outputs, along with the European SCART standard.

Japan Radio Corporation Licenses Spatializer N-2-2 - Mikael @ 23:53 EST

Spatializer Audio Laboratories announced today that New Japan Radio Co., Ltd. (``NJRC``) has licensed Spatializer`s virtual surround sound technology, Spatializer N-2-2(TM) as well as Spatializerr 3-D Stereo, its two-channel audio enhancement technology. NJRC is expected to begin shipping two new Spatializer N-2-2(TM) Virtual Surround enabled decoder DSPs in late summer 2000, and will incorporate Spatializer N-2-2 into future DSPs under development for release next year. In addition, the agreement gives NJRC the right to develop ICs incorporating Spatializerr 3-D Stereo technology.

Spatializer Audio Laboratories, Inc. late last month announced significantly improved operating results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 1999. Revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal 1999 increased to $684,000 compared to $91,000 in the comparable period last year, an increase of 652%. Net Income for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 1999 was $308,000, $0.01 per share, compared to a net loss of ($2,655,000), ($0.11) per share in the prior year.
Revenues for the year ended December 31, 1999 were $1,660,000, compared to $1,680,000 in the prior year, a decrease of 1%. Net Income for the year ended December 31, 1999 was $355,000, $0.01 per share compared to a net loss of ($5,792,000), ($0.29) per share in the prior year. Spatializer Audio Laboratories and Acer Laboratories (ALi) jointly announced yesterday that ALi has licensed Spatializer`s complete range of advanced audio enhancement technologies for inclusion across ALi`s range of consumer electronic & PC components. ALi will begin shipping Spatializerr N-2-2TM Virtual Surround enabled DVD Decoder ICs in January, 2000 and will incorporate Spatializer 3D-Stereo (TM), along with Spatializer Vi.B.E (TM), Spatializer enCOMPASS (TM), and Spatializer StreamFX (TM) into the consumer electronic & PC markets.

VM Labs Signs Deals and Toshiba ship its first Nuon DVD - Mikael @ 02:17 EST

VM Labs yesterday announced an agreement with DVD International, one of the industry`s leading independent DVD suppliers, for DVD International to distribute NUON(TM)-enhanced interactive DVD game software titles beginning later this year.

VM Labs yesterday also announced the signing of a multi-title agreement as part of a strategic initiative to bring Hasbro Interactive game properties to VM Labs` NUON(TM) platform. The deal re-affirms Hasbro`s support for the NUON platform. The agreement also marks both companies` commitment to bringing games to mainstream audiences. Another sign of Nuon starting to get some momentum is that Toshiba yesterday announced that it will enter the NUON-enhanced DVD player market and will publicly demonstrate a working prototype at VM Labs` E3 booth #5118 at the Concourse Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center, May 11-13. Toshiba plans to ship its first NUON-enhanced DVD player in the third quarter of 2000 in the U.S. NUON-enhanced DVD players offer all the functionality of a standard DVD player, plus an enhanced user interface, attractive playback features and the capability to play NUON interactive software. 10 Werte können auf diese Weise fortlaufend aktualisiert betrachtet

Eröffnet Du einen einen Account, (sehr empfehlenswert, verglichen bspw. mit webstreet, si..etc.) kannst du 10 Watchlisten mit jeweils 10 Werten installieren. Die Datenaktualisierung erfolgt überings schneller als bei hiesigen Datenlieferanten (bis).., für die Du außerdem noch zu bezahlen hast.
Einen anderern Datenlieferanten, wenn auch nicht so komfortabel,

Zu Qsnd gibt es keine News,
möglicherweise weiß irgendjemand etwas , oder das Qsnd-Managemet
treibt den Kurs nach oben. Die Art und Weise des Anstieges läßt

der Chart sieht wirklich sehr konstruktiv aus. Die Bodenbildung dürfte nahezu abgeschlossen sein.
Das ist kein Zweckoptimismus, aber ich gebe zu, daß ich eine relativ große Position aufgebaut habe.
Und die abgeschlossenen Verträge werden sich im Ergebnis der nächsten Quartale niederschlagen.

Bzgl. QSND glaube ich, daß im Sinne des Managements versucht wird, den Kurs über $ 1 zu halten.
Die wollen wohl einen Rauswurf aus der NASDAQ vermeiden.
Es sei denn, es kommt demnächst eine gute news. Falls die ausbleibt, dürfte es sich um eine positive Manipulation handeln.

BUT, for this exercise let’s just assume that Q has absolutely no growth. Okay, last quarter Q had $400,000 in revenues just from e-commerce. Trouble is, Q only had ChoiceMall for half the quarter. It is my understanding that had Q had it for the entire quarter, Q would have had $500,000 in revenues. Outside of e-commerce, Q had an additional $800,000 in revenues.

Okay, remember this is a "no growth" model. Thus, that would put us right now at $1.3 million per quarter or $5.2 million per year in royalties. Since Q’s fixed running expenses should be about $4 million per year, she would be running at a $1.2 million profit. Interesting... Without any growth, Q would be a profitable Internet / 3D audio company.

Gallagher has consistently reported that Qcommerce is growing. He still talks of continued growth in the near term, and this seems logical as the Telares contract is about to start. Yes, Telares has not come on line yet.

I have posted before that there are a lot of new contracts which seem important to Q, yet the stock price is on its seven year low. Currently, every division of Q is showing nice revenue growth. Logically looking at 1 through 9 above might lead one to conclude that revenues are poised for continued growth, if not dramatic growth. However, it is interesting to note that currently the company is profitable looking forward, even assuming the improbable "no growth" model.

Hallo Michiko!

Ein scharfes Gerät, ich meine das Motorrad. Habe im Internet das Bestellformular ausgedruckt und als Gag einem Freund von mir zugeschickt. Die Kohle für die neue hätte er, das ist das Schlimme daran. Wollte er aber wegen des Preises dann doch nicht machen. Und er dachte auch noch, dass das DEM und nicht Euro sind.
Dabei ist das ein wirklich Motorradverrückter. Ich hätt`s nicht geglaubt, aber habe es selbst gesehen. Der hatte zeitweise bis zu 35 verschiedene, hauptsächlich ältere BMW aus den 50ern und 60ern. Die meisten aber in Einzelteilen und in - wie ich meine - nicht sehr attraktivem Zustand.
Inzwischen hat er sich "gesundgeschrumpft" auf ca. ein Dutzend, dabei aber wirkliche Sahnestückchen. Seltene Engländerinnen, einige habe ich selbst beim letzten Besuch bei ihm gesehen.

Vielleicht hast Du aber gar kein Motorrad - was nicht schlimm wäre, und willst mich nur veräppeln. Sei`s drum.

Eine Frage noch: Dein alter oder Dein derzeitiger Schulleiter?

Lese doch einfach mal die etwas älteren Threads,
welche insbesondere auf die Technik, die Unternehmensführung und den Markt für jene eingehen.
Und beachte dabei die Konkurrenzsituation und inwieweit diese sich verändert.

Und nebenbei würde ich Dir raten, die verschiedenen Systeme auf Herz und Nieren LANGE UND AUSGIEBIG
zu testen. (Q-Sound, SRS-True Surround, Dolby-Surround und Spatializer)

Du wirst feststellen, das Spatializer mit ABSTAND das beste und sauberste Verfahren hat,
das Einzige welches wirklich als 3D-Sound oder besser als RÄUMLICH anzusehen ist.
Ich persönlich halte mit nun wirklich für kritisch, insbesondere was Musikreproduktion angeht.
Normalerweise halte ich gar nichts von klang-technischen Spielerreien, welche nur den Ton
modulieren und auf die Dauer eigentlich nur nerven. Spatializer ist dahin gehend komplett anderst.
Ich höre mittlerweile fast ausschließlich Musik über das Spatializer Modul - und das OBWOHL ich
ein Pro-Logic Anlage (5 Boxen-Anlage) habe, wo die Konkurrenz! lausig
(sprich verhallt, blechernd, Detail-Auflösend, künstlich) klingt. Mit Spatializer - selbst (und besonders) mit 5 Boxen
klingt es extrem ECHT. Ich war fasziniert und bin es bis heute. Das war auch der Grund, warum ich meine
ursprüngliche Position von 2,1E mittlerweile auf das Vierfache verstärkt habe, und somit mit meinen
Einkaufsschnitt auf 1,3x E reduziert habe.

Weiter sind die Marktsegmente zu beachten - während Spatializer (weil sie sich mit einer technischen Entwicklung vor zig Jahren
finanzielle übernommen haben) aus der NasDaq geflogen ist und somit an der oftmals undurchschaubaren OTC-Börse
kämpfen muß, hat die Konkurrenz einen Platz an der Technologiebörse NasDaq.
Und während die anderen mit Verlusten zu kämpfen haben, ist Spatializer ein Gewinner, souverän und vertrauensvoll geführt
und schnappt der Konkurrenz die Kunden weg.

Das Potential ist überragend ... aber das solltest Du Dir im Einzelnen wirklich durch Recherche u.a. durch die alten Threads
selbst aneignen - denn dann kannst Du nur eines werden: - überzeugt - und Pusher wie Basher nerven gleich ein bißchen
weniger, das Vertrauen steigt massiv. Bei deiner Suche wirst Du auch auf eine sehr gute Seite von Jarod geführt werden.

Viel Spaß ...
ein INVESTOR (mittlerweile mehr als ein Netto-Jahresgehalt in Spatializer ... das mindestens bis zur Steuerfreiheit gehalten wird)

... und dann kommt das NasDaq Listing ... und die Earnings werden erst fällig ... und und und ...
Die Story hat erst begonnen .... der Zug nimmt erst langsam Fahrt aus, doch die Richtung ist klar.
Ich werde noch lange in Spatializer investiert sein und nicht mehr lange und dies macht sich auch durch ein
3-stelliges grün beim prozentualen Gewinn bemerkbar)

Vergleiche einfach mal die einzelnen Unternehmen ...
Marktkapitalisierung ... Gewinn/Verlustprognosen ... Technik ... Kunden/Umsatz ... Unternehmensführung ... Erwartungen

Bei Spatializer immer breiteres Grinsen in jeder Hinsicht ... die anderen haben mit dem "sich behaupten" zu kämpfen.
Wenn Spatializer sich kursmäßig nur anpassen würde ... nur fair bewertet werden würde ...


so, daß waren nur ein paar Gedanken in einsamer Stunde ... so rein zu Ablenkung ohne ins Details zu gehen, absolut unvollständig
(die Trennung von meiner 5-jährigen Partnerschaft wird heute ... seit Monaten des Hin- und Her ... wir bedeuten uns beide noch sehr sehr viel ... aber die Gefühle scheinen nicht mehr so wie es sein soll ...
offiziell von uns beiden ausgesprochen)
... ich werde mich wahrscheinlich in nächster Zeit noch rarer machen ... wollte eigentlich darüber auch kein Wort verlieren ...
aber irgendwie tut es auch gut? ...

... was ich nur noch sagen wollte. Bleibt euch selbst treu, es ist nur Geld ... die eigenen Ideale und Träume deshalb zu verraten
oder zu vernächlässigen ist es nicht wert. Charakterschweine sind eigentlich zu bemitleiden ... sie wissen gar nicht um was es wirklich geht.
Ich habe durch während meiner bisherigen WO-Zeit insb. mit Spatializer sehr viel gelernt ... und damit meine ich weniger das Unternehmen.
Auch wenn euch noch nie gesehen habe und eigentlich auch nicht kenne ... habe ich einige von euch, durch
das was und vor allem dadurch wie und wann sie etwas gesagt haben, sehr zu schätzen gelernt.
Ich freue mich sehr darauf, jene bei der geplanten Party kennen zu lernen ....

Deine Bemerkungen bzgl. SPAZ sind zwar relativ ungeordnet, eher spontan, aber dennoch spiegeln sie in etwa
das wider, was auch ich empfinde bzw. hoffe. Auch ich bin mit ca. einem Jahres-Nettogehalt investiert.
Und bei einer Studienrätin mit Familie ist das doch schon einiges!

In einigem muss ich Dir widersprechen:
- Es ist doch nur Geld?
Du kannst mit genügend Geld im Hintergrund Deine Ideale viel eher verfolgen.
Oder anders ausgedrückt: Man gibt doch wohl keine Ideale auf, indem man mit den SPAZen Gewinn macht!?!?!

- Genau in dieser Hinsicht ist mir der Weg eigentlich ziemlich egal. Das Ziel ist für Mich wichtig; und das heißt:
mindestens 10$. Eher mehr!

es macht Freude nach 3 Wochen Ibiza, Sonne und Abstand
von der Börse wieder ein wenig dabei zu sein.
