es waren vol 54000 und plus 11% afterhours 16.17 Uhr, was eher als late order zu bezeichnen ist, die Frage wie 57er sagt ist warum so spät, die andere Frage ist warum hat das noch nie einen Einfluss auf den Kurs gehabt??? Wir haben noch nie auf dem Niveau der afterhours eröffnet???

Das wird eine Schieberei zwischen den MM sein !

Der Vorteil für die MM das die privaten (also wir) beim verkauf niedrigere Kurse bekommen.
Wie schwer man welche zu niedriegen Kursen kaufen kann wisst ihr ja selber.
Ich würde nicht allzuviel auf diese Zahlen geben da steckt zu viel Manipulation dahinter.

Tja aber kaum sprech ich mal wieder von Boden gehts weiter runter !!

Das ist die größte NR Pause seit Firmengründung. Nach dieser Pause werden wohl dafür auch die wichtigsten NR´s kommen. Patentbestätigung und Aufträge. Sehr spannend und auch Nervenaufreibend, aber das ist nunmal bei einem start up so. Es geht nicht alles so schnell, wie man sich das wünscht. Kleiner Rückblick vom 08.12.00 bis 14.08.01, wir haben eine riesige Entwicklung gesehen, das lese ich mir immer wieder durch, dann gehts mir wieder bestens.
Spätestens Weihnachten ist BIG PAY DAY!

Über 200.000 Stück gehandelt. Im RB wird erzählt, völlig seltsame MM Aktionen, 2 MM prügeln die Kurse so herunter und die anderen sind bei 48 und 53 Cents!!!
Ich habe leider keinen Link zu Level 2, vielleicht hat Ernie den Link?

Mir juckt es jedenfalls gewaltig in den Fingern, mir einen anständigen Nachschlag zu holen, LMGR für 7 Mio $ absolut unfassbar.

habe gerade keinen Link hier für level II frage aber im RB mal nach....

Seltsame Aktionen laufen da gerade, bin mir sicher da haben viele Leute news erwartet und keine bekommen,
könnte mir vorstellen Iwacha wartet die ersten US Schläge gegen Bin Laden ab und beobachtet die Reaktionen am Markt, um dann bei gutem Umfeld mit den news zu kommen...???!!!

eines ist klar, der CEO und Hauptaktionäre aus der Firmenführung
werden und können es sich nicht leisten, gute Nachrichten in einem
schlechten Umfeld verpuffen zu lassen. Man wird hier logischerweise
die Kriegssituation abwarten. Dies können sich auch die MM ausrechnen.

Mit den 2 MM könnte daher etwas dransein. Wie treibt man Kurse nach unten ?
Indem gegenseitig immer neue Tiefstkurse bildet. Verlust = 0
denn der andere Part verkauft ja ebenfalls billiger. Immer hin und her.
Wie gesagt, nur eine Theorie. Positiver Nebeneffekt für die beiden MM: Einige
Anleger werden doch "weichgekocht" und verkaufen. Der "normale Anleger"
pfuscht hier nicht mit ins "Handwerk", denn dieser kauft kaum in fallende
Kurse hinein. (Greife nie...) Es ist auf jeden Fall eine sehr seltsame
konstellation mit den beiden MM gewesen.

Zum Schluß sind weitere 3 MM nach unten nachgerückt.
Das ganze riecht daher absolut oberfaul. 250.000 Aktien
waren heute im Handel. 12 % der Aktionäre sollen ihre
Aktien verkauft haben? Das glaube ich nie und nimmer. Und schon
gar nicht zu diesen Kursen...

Nächste Woche ist bei mir `nachkaufen` angesagt.
Ich werde doch noch über 1 % der Firma halten.

LMGR hat 22,6 Mio. outstandig shares, d.h. der Umsatz gestern war ca. 1 %, trotzdem zuviel für einen normalen Tagesumsatz, waren MM Spiele.

LMGR kostet 7 Mio. $ heute. Iwacha hat mir im vergangenen Jahr erzählt eine Weiche, kostet je nach Wunsch des Kunden und Einsatzgebiet etc. zwischen 40.000 $ u. 4 Mio.$. Im RB war zu lesen, daß LMGR die Kapazität hat, noch in diesem Jahr 200 Stück auszuliefern, da könnte ihr ja mal rechnen über welches Auftragspotential wir reden. Auch nach diesem Crash sind viele Hightech Werte noch mit dem 10 - 20-fachen des Jahresumsatzes bewertet. Zusätzlich könnten auch Aufträge für die Scanner einfliegen und Umsätze von Equitech und Optico Luz die Phantasie der Anleger nach dem nächsten Filing beflügeln.

Das nächste Filing kommt bis spätestens mitte Nov. und wenn es mit den Aufträgen noch ein wenig dauert, könnten wir noch geringere Kurse sehen, aber wenn, aber wenn dann die News kommen hoffe ich Ihr seit angeschnallt und bereit!

Wir sind Technologieführer einer neuen Generation! Chefentwickler Iventskov sagte auf dem letzten AGM, er denkt die Mitbewerber werden 2 Jahre benötigen um den Stand von LMGR zu erreichen.
Wir werden hier unglaublich viel Geld verdienen!!! JMO
Aber leider ist noch etwas Geduld notwendig, das beste ist Augen zu und durch

(Nasdaq:RBOT), announced today that on September 7th, a 68 year-old woman in Strasbourg, France became the first patient in history to receive a complete telesurgery procedure performed by surgeons nearly 4,000 miles away. Operating from a France Telecom/Equant center in New York, Professor Jacques Marescaux, M.D. of the European Institute of Telesurgery (EITS) and Dr. Michel Gagner of New York performed a complete laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gall bladder removal) on the patient in Strasbourg, France at the Hospital Civil/I.R.C.A.D.

The telecoms solution between the surgeons and the robotic system enabling such a procedure was provided by an end-to-end high-speed fiberoptic service deployed by several France Telecom group entities. From New York, surgeons used the Computer Motion Zeus® Robotic Surgical System to control the surgical instruments on the patient in France. While some parts of this system are approved by the FDA for use on patients in the US in a non- remote scenario, the system used in this proof-of-concept has not been approved for commercial release by the FDA. This system has been CE-marked for commercial distribution in Europe.

The patient was released from the hospital approximately 48 hours after surgery and reported a return to normal activity the following week.

Professor Marescaux attributes the patient`s remarkable recovery to the less traumatic, minimally invasive approach used in the demonstration, and marks the beginning of a new age of telesurgery.

"We can now extend the reach of the surgeon so that an expert can intervene any place in the world," said Prof. Marescaux, who is Founder and President of the Institut de Recherche contre les Cancers de l`Appareil Digestif (IRCAD) and the European Institute of Telesurgery (EITS) in Strasbourg, France. "I felt as comfortable operating on my patient as if I had been in the room. But the knowledge of the level of medical science and technology that enabled the surgery, are a landmark for all medical treatment and training to come."

Commenting on the operation, Professor Marescaux said: "I believe that this demonstration of the feasibility of a completely safe remotely performed surgical procedure - and notably the first trans-Atlantic operation - ushers in the third revolution we`ve seen in the field of surgery in the past ten years. The first was the arrival of minimally invasive surgery, enabling procedures to be performed with guidance by a camera, meaning that the abdomen and thorax do not have to be opened. The second was the introduction of computer-assisted surgery, where sophisticated software algorithms enhance the safety of the surgeon`s movements during a procedure, rendering them more accurate, while introducing the concept of distance between the surgeon and the patient. It was thus a natural extrapolation to imagine that this distance - currently several meters in the operating room - could potentially be up to several thousand kilometers. This is what we have just demonstrated thanks to the combined technical prowess of Computer Motion, which created the digital robot required, and France Telecom, which was able to deploy a broadband transmission service with optimized compression, thus limiting the time delay between the command of the action and its return on the monitor to a level that is virtually imperceptible to the human eye."

The demonstration of the feasibility of a trans-Atlantic procedure - dubbed "Operation Lindbergh" is a richly symbolic milestone. It lays the foundations for the globalization of surgical procedures, making it possible to imagine that a surgeon could perform an operation on a patient anywhere in the world. The France Telecom group provided an end-to-end high-speed fiberoptic service that enabled the surgeon to work with virtually no time delay between the instant he manipulated the robot controls in New York, and saw the result on the patient in France. Despite a distance of about 4,000 miles (7,000 kilometers), it was imperative that a constant time delay of less than 200 milliseconds be maintained between the surgeon`s movements and the return video image displayed on his screen. This is especially challenging since the time delay includes video coding/decoding and signal transmission time. France Telecom`s high speed service linked with the solutions developed by France Telecom R&D engineers made it possible to achieve an average time delay of 150 milliseconds. This represents a decisive breakthrough for telesurgery, which previously was strongly limited due to the time delay problem.

For France Telecom, meeting this daunting challenge meant indeed guaranteeing the quality, reliability and security of the transmission speeds. Drawing on the expertise of Equant in end-to-end high-speed services, the France Telecom group linked all of the equipment (video camera, robotic system, video conference, telephone) over a transatlantic high-bandwidth fiberoptic service (10 megabits per second).

"To support the success of this proof-of-concept, we had to go beyond the technical challenges of providing flawless service quality, reliability and security," commented Tom Wyrick, Vice President, Equant North America. "By deploying an end-to-end fully managed solution, we were able to deliver critical applications, such as broadcast-quality video, secure ATM data transmission, IP telephony, videoconferencing and LAN interconnection, thus eliminating the distance barrier between patient and surgeon. wenn cyber guter Dinge ist, dann ist das ein schlechtes Zeichen, da er ein absoluter neurotischer Gegner von LMGR ist!!! Er hat sich mal der Firma als PR Mann angetragen und wurde abgelehnt, das hat er bis heute nicht verkraftet, er sucht und sucht was nur negativ oder zweifelhaft an LMGR ist, er hat die meisten Posts zu LMGR verfasst und darf nicht ernst genommen werden. Trotzdem bring sein unnachgiebiges Suchen natürlich auch interessante Aspekte von LMGR die man nicht so gerne sieht, wenn auch seine Schlussfolgerungen immer die Gleichen sind und nicht zwangsläufig sich aus seinem research ergeben...

übrigens brauchen die noch gar nicht steigen!!! ich will nächste Woche noch nachkaufen!!!

Technology Can Be Too Good to Use

What if you had to take off your clothes to get on an airplane?

OK, maybe that wouldn`t be all that onerous for flights originating in Los Angeles, where so many people have been surgically altered to present a freakishly perfect facade to the world. But just imagine returning from, say, Delaware. You`d be trying to gouge your eyes out.

Nobody is talking about actually forcing people to disrobe before boarding, but now that we`re in the middle of a war, the Federal Aviation Administration is looking at a number of technologies that can effectively strip people of their clothing, not to mention their dignity. It`s one of many measures being looked at to beef up airport security. One piece of equipment can show a three-dimensional, computer-generated, fully nude image of a person as he or she passes through the device.

Researchers at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, an Energy Department research facility in Richland, Wash., have been working on this holographic imaging system since 1989. The device, called a Personal Security Scanner, doesn`t rely on hard radiation such as X-rays, so it doesn`t have the same health risks. One big reason the system hasn`t been used yet: It`s just too good.

For starters, the device creates a complete image of the human body on a computer screen. The picture leaves nothing to the imagination. It`s all there, warts--or anything else--and all. As a result, the scanner can spot nonmetallic objects concealed under clothing, such as a bag filled with liquid, a ceramic knife or a gun with mostly plastic parts.

The image display lets the people running the system know exactly where on the body the contraband has been concealed, according to Doug McMakin, a staff engineer who has been working on the project since 1989. "The concern on privacy has been raised by the FAA, so that`s what we`ve been trying to resolve," he said.

Basically, nobody wants security guards pointing at the monitor and cracking up or staring--or whatever--when people pass through.

The FAA and other government agencies have spent more than $12million on the project since 1989. Some of that money went to related uses, such as building a portable system so the military could make sure the wear and tear on a stealth aircraft hasn`t made the plane visible to radar. The lab is awaiting approval of another FAA grant to develop new software. Researchers hope they can rejigger the software so that everything but the naughty bits shows up on the monitor.

"We`ve had some success, but not at the level the FAA deems acceptable at this point," McMakin said.

The FAA believes that the public simply wouldn`t tolerate such an intrusive measure. Those concerns were explored in a 1996 paper by the National Academy of Sciences Panel on Passenger Screening.

"We concluded that the public would not accept the kinds of costs associated with this system--sacrificing dignity for safety--unless there were some sort of event," said Kenneth R. Laughery, a psychology professor at Rice University who was a member of the panel. "Now, we had the event Sept. 11. And we`re certainly more willing to consider this sort of thing. But we don`t know how the public will consider those trade-offs over time."

Laughery points out that with every disaster, the public insists on improved safety. But such demands fade over time as the inconvenience lingers long after the perceived threat fades.

"The other side of that is people adapt," he said. "The public can accept security procedures, like metal detectors, over the long term. And indeed those kinds of procedures seem much less inconvenient today than they did a month ago. If we were to introduce measures like the holographic system, people may in fact adapt to that."

That`s exactly what some people are afraid of.

"Unless you conduct full body cavity searches on passengers, someone who wants to get a weapon on board will do it," said Lauren Weinstein, moderator of Privacy Forum, an online discussion list on privacy issues. "These new technologies will certainly dispose of the concept of privacy, and they will give people the feeling that things are safer. But it`s obvious these see-through gizmos won`t accomplish the stated goal, which is to prevent passengers from seizing or destroying aircraft."

Weinstein, pointing to several reports on the subject, argued that aircraft security in America has erred in focusing on what people take on board the plane in an attempt to improve safety. "The real issue is the people themselves and how the planes are designed," he said.

"If Americans are going to be forced to put up with this sort of thing, it had better provide real security," he said. "This doesn`t."

neue homepage funktioniert an meinem Labtop nicht, bin mir nicht sicher ob mir das Intro gefällt, irgendwie reißerisch und mir zu "amerikanisch", aber wie gesagt ich komme über das Intro gar nicht raus, da lädt die Kiste ewig und nix passiert, was sind Eure Eindrücke??
Ich behaupte es schon wieder, die Dinge spitzen sich zu! Soviele auch neue Basher waren bisher noch nie bei LMGR board im RB aktiv. Ich hoffe bis Weihnachten auf definitive Entwicklungen, wobei der Preis evtl noch tiefer gehen kann vorher(Omen was sagt die Charttechnik???!!!) !!! Ich werde nächste Woche mal ordentlich nachkaufen, aber noch was in der Hinterhand behalten, falls es noch billiger wird...

Es gibt keinen Charttechnischen Grund im Moment zu kaufen da anscheinend noch kein Boden gefunden wurde jedoch ist meiner einer nach bei 0,25 nicht viel falsch zu machen.

vieleicht ganz vage eine Verbindung zu lmgr, da die meisten Wissenschaftler Russen sind und LMGR noch Kontakte zu Laboren in Moskau hat, Simon wollte letztes JAhr nix genaues rauslassen zu den Russland connections hat sie nur bestätigt und gesagt daß er wegen der unsicheren Lage dort das Thema Geschäftsverbindungen nach Russland lieber zurückhält...
vieleicht soll ja die Weiche dort gebaut werden (oder Estland)

US Commerce secretary in Russia


MOSCOW, Oct 15, 2001 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- Secretary of
Commerce Donald Evans arrived in Moscow Monday to promote trade between the two
countries and for meetings with his Russian counterpart, Gherman Gref.

Evans was being accompanied on his trip by representatives from Boeing Co.,
Lockheed Martin Corp., and Pratt and Whitney as well as smaller companies
interested in forming business relationships in Russia.

The commerce secretary told the Itar-Tass news agency that he intends to discuss
Russia`s ongoing economic reform, including the liberalization of trade and
improvement of the investment climate.

The American delegation will also meet with members of the Russia-American
Business Dialogue, which was created to promote dialogue between businessmen and
government officials.

On Tuesday, Evans is expected to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin and
Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov. The American delegation will wind up their
Russian visit on Wednesday.

This is the second trip to Russia for the commerce secretary. Evans visited
Moscow in July with Treasury Secretary Paul O`Neill.

On the eve of his visit, Evans told reporters that relations with Russia were a
main priority of the Bush administration. He also expressed confidence that
Russia will be able to become an economic power as it carries on the reform
process and ensures its economic growth.

hab die homepage bei mir im Büro angeschaut, hab dort einen
schnellen zugriff auf das internetz der rund zehn mal so schnell ist wie über das normale 56k modem (ADSL).

bis alles geladen war waren rund 7 Mega an datenvolumen erforderlich. als normaler user unbrauchbar, aber mit dem faktor 10 ist dié datenmenge erträglich, obschon mir nicht klar ist warum es nach dem intro noch solange dauert bis eine "normale" homepage erscheint.

Hi Omen, was sagt denn die Charttechnik ?

Habt Ihr auch ständig Probleme mit WO? Viele Beiträge lassen sich nicht öffnen, lange Ladezeiten etc. Nicht das WO die Server abstellt, bevor wir uns zu unserer Party mit Lobster, Kaviar, Champus etc. irgendwo versammeln!LOL

Ich war eben nochmal auf der Seite von LMGR, mir gefällt sie gut, nur die 15 min. Ladezeit ist natürlich nicht so witzig.

Das Warten tritt nun in die Endrunde ein, man man, ich hätte nie gedacht, daß ich soviel Sitzfleisch habe, aber so ist es eben.

Ja, die Umsätze in den letzten Tagen sind schon seltsam, als ob jemand mehr weiß als wir.
Sieht so aus als wenn LMGR tatsächlich die Patentbestätigung abwartet, hoffentlich kommt diese bald.

Doch die Umsätze und der Verlauf die letzten Tage sprechen für einen Kauf wir sind immer noch stark überverkauft und eine Bodenbildung ist anscheinend auch festzustellen.

Jeder der schon investiert ist, sollte meiner einer, erst mal abwarten und die Positionen halten.

dürften heute einige Aktien doppelt gehandelt worden sein.
die hohe Schwankungsbreite ist eine Einladung für daytrader

es kann daher sein, daß diese Umsatzgröße mit 500.000 Aktien oder
weniger gemacht wurde.

Es wird aber ein Investor günstig reingebracht worden sein.
Die Umsatzgrößen der Vergangenheit geben zu dieser Vermutung Anlaß.
Hier habe ich die gleiche Einschätzung wie Earnie.

also ich sehe die Lage im Moment auch ähnlich wie 57er !

Das hohe Volumen ist sicher auf etliche Daytrades zurückzufüren denn 20 bis 80 % innerhalb von 2 Tagen sind etlichen Leuten genug (klar uns nicht )
Was man aber auch sehr schön gesehen hat ist das die Shares sich in "festen Händen" befinden.
Warum ?
Die News kamm raus und für etliche Leute war das ein Kaufgrund.
Wenn der Bid und Ask so stark angezogen wird heisst das, dass niemand für niedrigere Kurse verkaufen will also wird hochgezogen denn die MM`s halten sich bei starker Nachfrage gerne zurück und lassen denn Markt laufen.
Bei > + 50 % kommen die Daytrader ins Spiel und fangen an zu verkaufen, dadurch der "schnelle" Rückwartsgang.
Was für mich wichtig war das wir am Schluss im Plus geschlossen haben.
Die 20 % entsprechen meiner Meinung nach den News von gestern wie EE es schon gesagt hat 80 % wären für diese News alleine zuviel gewesen.

Wenn jetzt News nachgelegt werden (was ich auch glaube) fehlt nicht viel und wir sind wieder über einem "Buck".

Weitere Entwicklung danach nuja schaut euch denn HRCT Chart an solange es hochgeht ok !
Gestern "Teilkonsolidierung" wenn es heute aber nicht wieder deutlich ins Plus geht oder News kommen wird es erst mal bis auf 0,2 - 0,3 runtergehen.

Ich hab mich noch nicht mit der Aktie beschäftigt hab nur schon gesehen das Morchel etc. viel davon halten.
Ok um 0,10 kann man so wie es Chartechnisch aussieht nicht viel falsch machen.
Weisst Du was KONKRET ?

So genug von anderen Aktien zum Glück hat Ernie sicher immer noch Rechnerprobleme sonst scheisst er uns noch zusammen da wir uns nicht nur über LMGR unterhalten grins.

Eine Frage eines interessierten, aber bisher noch nicht so gut informierten Neulesers dieses Threads:

Was macht Euch so sicher, daß die Aufträge bald bevorstehen? Immerhin hat LMGR die Testvereinbarungen mit Boeing und FT im April dieses Jahres veröffentlicht. Das ist jetzt schon ein halbes Jahr her. Seitdem wurde - so weit ich das überblicke - kein Bezug mehr zu diesen Testinstallationen genommen. Das könnte ja auch heißen, das die ganze Nummer stillschweigend zu den Akten gelegt wurde? Warum denkt Ihr, daß das nicht so ist?

zu Deiner Frage:
Zum Einen hat das LMGR selbst angekündigt, ich glaube auf der Jahreshauptversammlung (weiß es jemand genau?) und zweitens gibt es im amerikanischen RB board einige Leute (crashboss, Marker33) die direkte Kontakte zur Firma haben, deren posts werden immer ganz genau anlysiert und die haben es angekündigt....
Desweiteren gehe ich zumindest davon aus daß bigPlayer wie Boeing und France Telecom und auch Burlingto Hydro nur ad hocs mit no names rausbringen, wenn die Wahrscheinlichkeit sehr hoch ist, daß ein Geschäft zustande kommen kann, ich denke die Rückversichern sich gründlich, da sie einen NAmen zu verlieren haben...
Dass das GAnze länger dauert als wir erwarten ist normal, da ist viel zu testen und zu erproben, LMGR baut gerade ein großes Vertriebsnetz nebenher auf, also ich denke von der Zeit her passt noch alles.

es ist unglaublich aber das Geld meiner Fonds ist noch nicht überwiesen, als LMGR letzte Woche kurz auf 90 cents war dachte ich das darf nicht wahr sein ich habs verpasst... ich hoffe heute oder morgen zum Zuge zu kommen, 25 cents wäre geillllllllllllllllllll...

Jeder Firma stellt unterschiedliche Anforderungen an die Weichen und dem entsprechend wurde jede Weiche individuell gebaut, was ungefähr 2 – 3 Monate gedauert hat, lt CEO Iwacha auf dem letzten AGM. Im August wurde die Weiche an Burlington Hydro ausgeliefert, um zunächst im Labor getestet zu werden, danach finden die Praxistests statt. Eine Weiche kostet zwischen 40 k $ und 4 Mill. $ und diese Firmen kaufen sicher nicht nur eine, deshalb ist es aus meiner Sicht normal, daß sie sich bei den Praxistests Zeit lassen. Am 14. August wurden dann die anderen Weichen, meine Vermutung BA und FTE ( sowie evtl. Neukunden lt. PR ) im Labor von LMGR getestet, danach erfolgte auch hier die Auslieferung um in deren Labors nochmals zu testen, danach auch hier die Praxistests.
Ich gehe davon aus, daß wir wenn wir Aufträge sehen über 2 – 3 stellige Millionenaufträge über mehrere Jahre reden und deshalb werden, wenn alle Tests abgeschlossen sind, auch noch die Anwälte eine Weile beschäftigt sein, um die Verträge auszuhandeln.

Eine weitere Vermutung ist, daß die Patentbestätigung abgewartet wird und erst dann erst die Aufträge folgen.

Das alles still schweigend zu den Akten gelegt wurde, schließe ich für mich aus, wenn bis Jan. 02 keine News veröffentlicht wurden, fange auch ich an mir Sorgen zu machen, hier nochmal die vielleicht wichtigste NR.

Und woher, daß das per NR bestätigte, gute Testergebnis vom 14. August mit Boeing und FT erzielt wurde, und daß danach die Weichen an Boeing und FT ausgeliefert wurden. Ich habe ca. 10 Tage nach den Anschlägen in Amerika mit der IR ( Lockheart ) telefoniert und er sagte, daß sich nichts verändert hat, sie arbeiten emsig an allen LOI´s ( außer EPYN )und alle in diesem Jahr angeheuerten Leute sind noch da. für mich ebenfalls ein positives Zeichen.

Vielen Dank für die Hilfe beim Einkreisen. Ich finde die Firma und die Story dahinter gut, für meinen Geschmack allerdings ist bisher ein wenig viel Glauben gefordert, um zu investieren. Ich habe es nicht so richtig mit den Religionen. Aber dennoch eine weitere Frage, die mir den Zugang zum Glauben vielleicht leichter macht: Der Abrutsch von 17 US auf 0,3 US, ist der ausschließlich mit der allgemeinen usw. Entwicklung zu erklären, oder hat LMGR in irgendeiner Weise enttäuscht und wurde deswegen abgestraft?

Ich habe den Ausschlag, von 2 $ auf 17 $ und zurück, unter irrationalem Anlegerverhalten abgebucht., was ja damals nicht unüblich war. LMGR war im hoch mit ca. 300 Mio. $ bewertet ohne Produkte und ohne Einnahmen. Bei 1 $ haben dann sicher eine Menge Leute die Reißleine gezogen, wenn man sich die Charts von NT, JDSU, Juniper und Ciena anschaut sehen diese nicht wesentlich anders aus.

Spannend ist die Entwicklung ab dem Sommer diesen Jahres, trotz der positiven Entwicklung seit Jahresbeginn fällt die Aktie immer weiter.
Ich habe dafür 2 Gründe.

1. Ein größerer Investor der, nach der Patentbestätigung, LMGR möglicherweise ganz übernehmen möchte, nutzt die Möglichkeiten an der OTC, mit den MM, den Kurs zu manipulieren, um preiswert einzusteigen, das erklärt auch die große Anzahl an Basher, im RB Board. zb. LUMM Board, die Company hatte mehr als 6 Monate nichts anderes zu melden, als Insiderverkäufe der Geschäftsleitung, dort ist nicht einer zu sehen. Basher bashen niemals eine schlecht Aktie.

2. LMGR gab bekannt, dass sie einen Anteil von 51 % an Equitech gekauft haben. Der Preis beträgt 5 Mio. $, es wurde vereinbart den Preis wie folgt zu zahlen. 2,5 Mio. Aktien und 2,5 Mio. $ in Cash. In der Bilanz sehe ich keine Cashposition in der Höhe und die Kreditlinie ist nur für das "tägliche Geschäft", meine Interpretation.

Für den Fall!, dass LMGR Aktien verkaufen musste, um diese Summe zu erzielen, könnte die Rechnung so aussehen.

2,5 Mio. $ / durchschnittlicher Shareprice 0,4 $ = 6.250.000 Aktien, wenn die durchnittliche Summe der verkauften Aktien, pro Tag, ca. 70.000 Stück betragen hat, sind das 90 Tage ( 17 Wochen o. 4,5 Monate )
Das würde das erhöhte Volumen in den letzten Wochen erklären und ein nahes Ende der Abwärtsbewegung bedeuten, da nun ca. 4 Monate vergangen sind.

Die Kursentwicklung vergangenen Mittwoch war sehr interessant, in 1 Stunde + 95 %, da steht eine Menge Geld an der Seitenlinie und es ging nicht um die Patentbestätigung oder um Aufträge ( Geldeingänge ), also fundamentale Neuigkeiten. Sollten diese News kommen, wird man wohl kaum noch zum nachkaufen kommen, jedenfalls nicht zu Schnäppchenpreisen.

Hat noch jemand einige Gedanken dazu?

man kann es zwar nicht wissen nur interpretieren, aber ich sehe es wie NY. Ich denke alles wird sich klären sobald die Patente bestätigt sind. Solange gibt oder darf LMGR nix Genaues bekannt geben (Höhe der Kreditlinie, Art der Zusammenarbeit mit den Big Playern...)
Es wird extrem gebasht und bei einer Firma die seit über einem Jahr keinerlei!!! Insiderverkäufe getätigt hat, sehe ich die Gefahr eines fakes als nicht gegeben!!! Da habe ich schon wirklich schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, aber das läuft anders.
Es gibt allerdings auch Punkte die diese Basher ansprechen die schon manchmal zu denken geben, wobei dies sicher nicht ein gewisses Maß an Dilution ist, das ist meines Wissens nach erlaubt und mehr oder weniger normal (bei startups in solch turbulenten Zeiten sowieso), was ich komisch finde ist, daß der Projektor in Toronto schon länger nicht mehr laufen soll. Ich habe an LMGR (Simon) gemailt und nachgefragt aber bis jetzt noch keine Antwort erhalten. Schriftlich kriegt man eh nix oder nur oberflächlichstes, also versuche ich heute mal anzurufen... Hat jemand die Nummer von Iwacha??? NY Du hast doch schon mit ihm telefoniert???!!!
So gräßlich wie die letzten Wochen war das LMGR board in den ganzen 3 Jahren nicht, ich bleib dabei die Dinge spitzen sich zu...
Ich habe auch Simon gefragt warum sie rechtlich nix gegen diese basher machen, da das Maß meiner meinung nach weit überschritten ist.
Eure Meinung würde mich interessieren....

wegen des Kurssturzes, so war der wie NY sagt zuerst nach oben und jetzt sicherlich nach unten übertrieben. Das seriereife Produkt wurde letztes Jahr vor Weihnachten öffentlich vorgestellt, bekam von lightreading damals eine schlechte Presse, mit falschen Daten und einem Unterton a la wir glaubens Euch nicht, dass die Weiche das kann was ihr behauptet.... (da viel der schöne Kurs wieder von 4 $ zurück, die er sich mühsam von 1$ aufgebaut hatte).
Legt man allerdings den chart von LMGR und anderen Glasfaserwerten übereinnander so ist der Zerfall keineswegs höher bei LMGR
LMGR hat nicht enttäuscht aber sicher seine Ankündigungen werden immer wieder verzögert, was sicherlich auch auf das Umfeld zu schieben ist. Die Leute von LMGR sind überzeugt von sich und ihrer Technologie, trotzdem dauert alles länger als sie selber annehmen (ich würde mal sagen sie liegen mit manchen nicht allen Ankündigungen ein Jahr zurück). Ich bin allerdings auch überzeugt davon dass B. Simon nur das Beste für LMGR will und deshalb viele Angebote z.B. zur Finanzierung deshalb ausgeschlagen hat weil sie mit Fussangeln behaftet waren, so hat er mir das auch in Stuttgart erklärt.
Ich glaube man kann sich nur die homepage und alle news releases von LMGR ansehen und sich dann entscheiden, kann und will ich denen glauben oder nicht (wobei die Regeln gerade bezüglich Ankündigungen und Versprechungen von Firmen in USA strenger sind als bei uns), wir sind noch am Anfang einer hoffentlich großen story und da ist das Ende einfach nicht absehbar, allerdings gilt high risk high reward oder goa nix...
Frag ruhig weiter frisch von der Leber weg, es ist immer gut wenn man schon etwas im LMGR Fieber ist wenn man realistische Fragen gestellt bekommt...

wurde ja schon einiges gesagt.

Als erstes LMGR ist ein OTC Wert dadurch sind extreme Kursschwankungen leider normal.
Die 17 waren gnadenlos Übertrieben die 0,4 sind untertrieben meiner einer nach.
Denn wie schon erwähnt ist die Newslage, Leute die eingestellt worden sind, Patente und Test im Moment besser als je zuvor.
Also falsch gemacht hat LMGR ausser dem einen verspäteten Filing und dem dadurch folgendem E eigentlich nichts !

Was absolut korrekt ist das "Glaube" dabei ist, es gibt keine richtigen Verträge im Moment.
Wenn Du "Sicherheit" willst kauf nen Fond ganz einfach.
Wie N.Y. schon sagte LMGR ist sicher eine high risk Anlage die sich aber auch dementsprechend bezahlt machen kann.

Doch wo will man ansetzen LMGR macht keine Verluste und hat ein Produkt der nächsten Generation.
Die Möglichkeit bei dem Momentanen Kursen etwas falsch zu machen ist gering.

Ich bin jetzt seit fast 3 Jahren immer wieder mehr oder weniger bei LMGR investiert.
Hab viele Höhen (bei 0,25 eingestiegen bei 16 verkauft) und Tiefen (bei 5, 2 usw. eingestiegen bei 0,9 verkauft oder halte noch) mitgemacht.

Fazit:
Keiner kann sagen wo LMGR in 1 Jahr steht.
Wie bei allem im Leben !!

das berühmt berüchtigte "E" ist ein Zusatz den eine OTC Firma bekommt wenn sie der Aufsichtsbehörde SEC nicht rechtzeitig die erforderlichen Berichte (quarterly filings) vorlegt, wenn ich es richtig weiß bleibt das E eine gewisse Zeit sind die Unterlagen bis dahin nicht nachgereicht dann werden die Firmen delistet und kommen in die Pink sheets, was die sogenannte unterste Schublade für Aktien in Amerika ist...
Übrigens spreche ich sicher für alle, wenn ich sage daß wir hier kein geschlossener LMGR FanClub sind und uns immer über Neue Leute freuen, der Ton macht die Musik und wer nett fragt kriegt auch nette Antworten! Wissenschaftlern der Universität Paderborn ist es gelungen, die Übertragungskapazität von Glasfasern zu verdoppeln. Internet-Surfen und Telefonieren könnten so dank besserer Netznutzung billiger werden.


PADERBORN. „Eigentlich ist es ganz einfach“, erzählt Reinhard Noé, Leiter der Arbeitsgruppe „Optische Nachrichtentechnik und Hochfrequenztechnik“ der Universität Paderborn. „Wir senden zwei mit Daten modulierende Lichtsignale, deren Polarisationsrichtungen aufeinander senkrecht stehen. . .“ Techniker-Latein, das auf der europäischen Tagung zur optischen Nachrichtentechnik in Amsterdam jedoch für Aufsehen sorgte. Den Paderborner Wissenschaftlern ist es nämlich gelungen, mit einem neuen Verfahren die Übertragungskapazität bei herkömmlichen Glasfaserkabeln zu verdoppeln. Die Technik sei praxistauglich, betont Noé.

Glasfasern sind das Rückgrat des Internets und der Telefonnetze. Über die dünnen Fasern werden Sprach- und Informationssignale in Form von moduliertem Licht übertragen. Der große Vorteil im Vergleich zu früher gebräuchlichen Kupferkabeln: Glasfasern sind gegenüber elektromagnetischen Störungen unempfindlich. Sie gelten als abhörsicher und lassen sich in großen Mengen herstellen.

Gerade auf großen Übertragungsstrecken bekamen Glasfasern jedoch ein kleines Problem: Die verschickten Signale weichen auf langen Wegen geringfügig ab, so dass Sender wie Empfänger dies kompensieren müssen. Dieser Effekt verbreitert den übertragenen Impuls und begrenzt deshalb bisher die maximal zulässige Datenrate.

Die Paderborner Wissenschaftler haben es nun erstmals geschafft, mit einer Technik namens „Polarisationsmultiplex“ diese Abweichungen direkt bei der Entstehung zu kompensieren. Auf einer Teststrecke von 212 km steigerten sie damit die Datenrate je Lichtsignal von 40 Gbit/s auf 80 Gbit/s.

Die Ausrüster von Glasfasernetzen kennen das Problem der Lichtwellenzerstreuung seit Jahren. In verschiedenen Versuchen wurden die Paderborner Spitzenwerte auch schon übertroffen. Allerdings mussten die Einstellungen dabei individuell von Hand vorgenommen werden. Die Hochgeschwindigkeits-Übertragung funktionierte auch nur mit ausgewählten Glasfasern. „Bei uns klappt das automatisch und mit ganz normalen Glasfasern“, betont Noé den Unterschied. „Was immer man an Datenmengen übertragen will, auch im Terabit-Bereich, ließe sich jetzt verdoppeln.“

Entwickelt wurde das Verfahren in Zusammenarbeit mit der Sparte Information & Communication Network der Siemens AG. Gemeinsam arbeite man nun an der Markteinführung, sagt Noé. Was Details angeht, halten sich die Beteiligten bedeckt. Siemens habe die Rechte an den Bauteilen, die es mitfinanziert hat. „Aber alle wichtigen Patente habe ich“, betont Noé.

Wenn sich die Paderborner Technik durchsetzt, würde man Datenmengen aus dem Internet in Zukunft noch schneller herunterladen und preisgünstiger telefonieren können, so die Hoffnung der Forscher. Schließlich wäre es billiger, vorhandene Glasfasern doppelt so gut auszunutzen, anstatt neue zu verlegen. Insofern sind die Paderborner Ergebnisse weitere schlechte Nachrichten für Firmen wie Lucent, Nortel und Alcatel, die bisherigen Marktführer in der schwächelnden Glasfaserindustrie. Der weltweite Umsatz dieser Produkte sank im zweiten Quartal 2001 im Vergleich zum Vorjahr um 50 Prozent auf vier Milliarden Dollar.

Diese Flaute wird nach Einschätzung des IT-Marktanalysten RHK weiter andauern. In Nordamerika habe die Belastung der Telekom-Gesellschaften die optische Datenübertragungsindustrie voll erfasst. Telefonkonzerne leasen dort zunehmend ungenutzte Kapazitäten anderer Anbieter, anstatt noch eigene Netze aufzubauen.

Was aus diesem Bericht nicht hervor geht ist, sollte diese Technologie mit den herkömmlichen Weichen verwendet werden, hätte sie fast keinen Einfluß auf "ein spürbar schnelleres Internet", da in den Weichen und Knotenpunkten immer noch mechanische und elektrische Bauteile die Geschwindigkeit deutlich reduzieren. Hier setzt LMGR an: keine mechanischen u. elektr. Bauteile, no moving parts.
Die Weichen von LMGR sind weltweit die einzigen, welche tatsächlich ALL-OPTISCH sind und ca 1000 mal schneller als das beste von z.B. Lucent.

Die Weiche wäre insofern betroffen, dass sie mehr Daten verarbeiten muss, nach Firmenaussagen sind fast keine Limits in der Menge, sondern eher in der Zeit (Verschaltungszeit)

(OTC BB:LMGR) freut sich, bekannt geben zu können, dass ein Patent für einen Informationskomprimierer für Glasfaserkabel angemeldet wurde. Diese radikal neue Technologie, entwickelt vom Chefingenieur von LMGR Gennadii Ivtsenkov, Ph. D., kann WDM-Signale mit erhöhter Kanaldichte generieren.

Eine der Hauptentdeckungen heute in der Glasfaser-Kommunikations-Technik ist die Komprimierung der Kommunikation, die Multikanal-Kommunikation in einer einzigen Glasfaserkabel bietet. Ein einzelnes Glasfaserkabel kann jetzt 1 bis 5 Gigabyte pro Sekunde an Informationen übertragen. Benutzt man die Kommunikations-Komprimierungs-Technologie, so wie WDM, ist es möglich, die Kapazität pro Kabel zu erhöhen. Das ist sehr wichtig für Optical Access, Metro, Regional an Backbone Networks, welche sich jetzt in Betrieb befinden.

LMGR´s Erfindung ist ein Informationskomprimierer für Glasfaserkabel. Es ist eine neue Annäherungen an die WDM-Technologie. Die existierenden WDM-Systeme sind in der Anzahl der Kanäle noch begrenzt auf nicht mehr als 40 bis 60 verschiedene Wellenlängen-Kanäle. Diese Erfindung nutzt eine Breitbandlichtquelle, eine zweidimensionale, multikanalige, hochauflösende Trennungseinheit und eine zweidimensionale, multikanalige Modulatorenmatrix. Deswegen können mehr als 1.000 Kanäle mit verschiedenen Wellenlängen gleichzeitig angeboten werden. Mit der Benutzung des Informationskomprimierers kann ein einzelnes Glasfaserkabel mehr als 1.000 Gigabytes pro Sekunde übertragen, das ist eine enorme Kapazitätssteigerung bei Kommunikationskabeln.

Typische WDM-Systeme benutzen eine einzelne optische Wellenlängenquelle, um die Kanäle zu generieren. Jede optische Wellenlängenquelle benötigt eine Stabilisierungsschaltung, um einen übergreifenden Zugriff auf die benachbarten Kanäle zu verhindern. Das bewirkt Systemkosten und Komplexität in proportionaler Steigerung der Kanäle. LMGR´s Erfindung, kann, wie auch immer, multipel modulierte Wellenlängenkanäle in gekoppelten optischen WDM-Systemen, wie Glasfasern, generieren. Eine optische Lichtquelle generiert ein optisches Breitbandsignal mit einer Vielzahl von Wellenlängen-Signal-Komponenten, und eine optische Kupplung sammelt die optischen Breitbandsignale, und leitet diese Signale über eine Wellenlängenkupplung, welche die optisch verbundenen Breitbandsignale in ein zweidimensionales Wellenlängensignal umwandelt.

Bei der Erfindung der Informationskomprimierung von LMGR wird jedes Signal gekoppelt mit einer Trennungseinheit und einer zweidimensionalen Phalanx von optischen Modulatoren, welche eine Phalanx generieren können, die modulierte Signalkomponenten in jedem beliebigen Modulator in der Modulatorphalanx erhält und neue Signalkomponenten moduliert. Eine Output-Steuerung koppelt die zweidimensionale Phalanx mit einer Glasfaser.

Diese neue Technologie kann auch multiple Signale generieren, wobei eine optische Input-Kupplungs-Steuerung mit einem optischen Breitbandsignal verbunden wird und zu einer Steuerung geleitet wird, die verschiedene Spiegelphalanxen umfassen. Die Erfindung kann auch räumlich getrennte WDM-Signale in individuell modulierten Kanälen erhalten. LMGR Präsident Don Iwacha bemerkt: "Diese neue Technologie verspricht zahlreiche Applikationen in stationären Netzwerken.“
Diese Erfindung ergänzt LMGR´s revolutionären Schaltmechanismus, der einen elektronisch- und computergesteuerten acousto-optischen Deflektor zufällig mit den Kanälen von der Phalanx verbindet mit einem Glasfaserkabel, was eine extrem niedrige Schaltzeit über ein weites Netzwerk ermöglicht."

wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe so ermöglicht der LMGR Kompressor eine Datenmange von von 1000 Gbytes pro!!! Glasfaserstrang, ein Kabel beinhaltet 160 Stränge sprich Gesamtleistung 160000Gbytes (Siemens macht 80 Gigabits wahrscheinlich auch pro einzelne Faser, beschrieben steht es bezogen auf das Signal, daher kann ich es nicht direkt vergleichen)
Leider weiß ich nicht ob die Qualität des Signals bei LMGR auch stabil bleibt oder nicht, desweiteren weiß ich die Umrechnung gerade nicht von bits in bytes kann ja jemand vieleicht nachliefern...

source, a two-dimensional, multi-channel, high-resolution wavelength dividing
unit and a two-dimensional, multi-channel matrix of modulators. Because of this,
the device described in the patent can easily provide more than 1,000 channels
with different wavelengths simultaneously. Using the Information Compressor, the
single fiber optic line can carry more than 1,000 Gigabits per second, thereby
enormously increasing the capacity of communication lines.

Typical WDM systems use a separate single wavelength optical source to generate
each channel. Each wavelength optical source requires wavelength stabilization
circuitry in order to avoid cross-talk between adjacent channels. This impacts
system cost and complexity as the number of channels is increased. LMGR`s
invention, however, can generate multiple modulated wavelength channels in WDM
optical interconnect systems such as optical fiber. An optical light source
generates a broadband optical signal having a plurality of wavelength signal
components, and an optical coupling device collects the broadband optical
signal, and directs this signal onto a wavelength separate device, which
spatially separates the incident broadband optical signal into a two-dimensional
array of discrete wavelength signal components.

In LMGR`s compressor invention, each discrete wavelength signal is coupled from
the wavelength separation device to a two-dimensional array of optical
modulators, which generate an array of modulated discrete wavelength signal
components, wherein each individual modulator within the modulator array
receives and modulates a discrete wavelength signal component. An output device
couples the two-dimensional array to an optical fiber.

This new compressor technology can also generate a wavelength division
multiplexed signal wherein an input optical coupling device couples an incident
broadband optical signal to a wavelength separation device comprising a linear
array of wavelength selective mirrors. The invention additionally can receive
and spatially separate WDM signals into an array of individually modulated
channels. LMGR President Don Iwacha notes, "This new technology promises to have
numerous applications in local-area networks. This invention complements, in a
sense, LMGR`s revolutionary switching mechanism, in which an electronically and
computer controlled acousto-optical deflector set can randomly connect the

ich für kurze Zeit nur mal 6 MMs (statt 16) in der Anzeige, (was ich
sehr merkwürdig fand) dies hat sich ja wieder geändert !!

Ich hoffe auf baldige news, die Patenterteilung für den switch dürfte
eigentlich nicht mehr sehr lange dauern, auch die Zahlen stehen ja in Kürze an.

Analyst says recovery has begun

November 8, 2001--Jeff Montgomery, chairman and founder of ElectroniCast, this week gave a shot in the arm to fiber optics with his assertion that the communications industry is currently in a recovery phase and that from now through 2002, equipment demand will increase, particularly on the regulated telco side.

Speaking at his firm`s Advanced Photonics Conference in San Mateo, CA, Montgomery further stated that the cost of data transport is leveling, while revenues are expected to increase at a faster pace due to more subscribers. The investment community will begin to be drawn back in early next year, Montgomery added. Investment activity, however, will be aimed at the merger of synergistic, successful startups and the acquisition of in-betweens - with relatively little 2002 first-round investment dollars.

As to what can be expected beyond 2002 - several component categories are, according to Montgomery, likely to achieve major advancement over the next decade, tied to the evolution toward the "all-optical network."

Montgomery expects that startups will be significant in the technological advancement, performance, and availability photonic components, and that a strong majority of the 150-200 existing startups in the space may make headway against dominant vendors. While startups have focused on the development and transition to production of next-generation photonics, mature vendors, over the past year especially, have concentrated on management functions, operational cost reduction, personnel reductions, and conversion from captive to outsourced production of components. Although progress has been made by these major vendors, overall, Montgomery states, they have lost ground to startups.

Autsch solangsam sind das wieder Einstiegskurse wie vor zwei Wochen man kann bestimme Sachen einfach nicht verstehen denke ich dazu gehört der Kursverlauf von LMGR.

Tja zum "Glück" bin ich aus SPAZ raus und hab mein Geld in IBS geparkt.
Bei denn Kursen werde ich wohl nächste Woche nochmal nachlegen müssen sobald IBS Zahlen gebracht hat.

Man lebt nur einmal, es gibt natürlich Reinkarnation,
aber ich schätze das ist das einzige Leben, ausser ich werde heute oder morgen vom Bus überfahren, wo ich bei LMGR von Anfang an dabei sein kann.

ich wollte Euch nur sagen, daß auch ich noch in LMGR investiert bin und die Beiträge stets verfolge. Der hohen Qualität habe ich nur nichts beizusteuern. Einen gróßen Dank an Ernie und die anderen fleißigen Schreiber und news- sammler.

In einer Schrecksekunde dachte ich schon, daß Ernie abspringt- noch mal Glück gehabt!

Ich bin von LMGR genauso überzeugt, wie von Opticom, bei denen ich auch von Anfang an dabei war. Habe ca. eineinhalb Jahre warten müssen und dann ging es ab.

Aber ob eineinhalb oder zweieinhalb Jahre - egal, wenn die Story stimmt und sie stimmt.

Ja sollte dieses Versprechen wahr werden, so sollte heute im 10 QSB filing was drinstehen diesbezüglich. Kann allerdings auch sein, dass die Einnahmen erst in den nächsten Wochen erfolgen und dann wäre dieses filing noch nicht betroffen und die Nachricht müsste als news release rauskommen.
Im RB ist zumindest crashboss davon überzeugt, dass heute ein erfreuliches filing rauskommt, er wusste bisher immer recht gut bescheid.
Ich für meinen Teil bleibe da bescheiden bis skeptisch, zuoft habe ich mich auf Termine festgelegt und war dann enttäuscht wenn es doch, was normal ist, Verzögerungen gab.

Mir gefällt der Kursverlauf der letzten Tage.
Das Kaufsignal hat sich gehalten das spricht eigentlich für ein gutes filing oder News ich weiss nicht genau warum aber der Chart nimmt solche Dinge meistens vorweg.

Optical cross connect market to yield $6 billion by 2006

As telecommunications carriers continue to build new infrastructure to accommodate increased network traffic and higher-bandwidth applications, they will increasingly turn to optical cross connect (OXC) equipment, reveals a new report from San Antonio-based research firm, Frost & Sullivan. Worldwide OXC revenues for long haul and metro networks totaled $336 million this year, but analysts forecast robust growth beyond $6 billion by 2006.

While other optical networking equipment market growth has been sluggish, the optical cross connect market will grow exponentially, says the report. OXCs are capable of 10 to 20 times the bandwidth of traditional equipment, allowing service providers to scale network traffic without expanding their workforce.

"Optical cross connect systems are the ultimate bandwidth productivity tool," contends Frost & Sullivan analyst Mark Storm. "The technology dramatically reduces capital and operational expenses, while increasing network manageability. Optical cross connects systems` undeniable cost-saving benefits are attracting carriers that have reduced budgets to sustain profitability."

While other analysts have predicted that the market could reach between $15 billion and $20 billion, Storm advises industry participants to take a more conservative approach.

"The promised benefits of optical cross connects have been hyped-up and overestimated during the last several years," he says. "Previous forecast estimates will not be realized, despite the true growth that will occur over the next six years."

The optical cross connect market will grow at the expense of other market segments, however. Service providers are transitioning their network from equipment types widely deployed in the 1990s, including SONET and SDH systems, to next-generation systems designed for multi-wavelength networks, including optical cross connects, DWDM, and data-aware SONET and SDH technologies.

"To win contracts, optical cross connect providers need to identify which of the eight distinct types of design strategies network operators will purchase, and which they will not," says Storm.

Vertragsverhandlungen sind offenbar in der juristischen Schiene,
und die Zahlen werden auch in kurzer Zeit vorliegen (obwohl
ich hier keine Wunder erwarte, ganz im Gegenteil - die Ausgaben
für die Testphasen in den Personalkosten bedeuten keine kleinen
Ausgaben) Letztes Jahr wurden die Zahlen am 20.11.00 vorgelegt.

Ein wenig Geduld ist noch angesagt.

The Company specializes in the development of new applications of optical and light technologies. These technologies use sound waves to focus and direct lasers. For example, one of the Company`s proprietary laser projection systems, called the RGB Laser Projection System, produces graphic images in moving three dimensional designs that are utilized to market products on large-scale billboards. This laser system possesses software features which allow images to be manipulated into almost any position, size, or scale in 256 colors. This acousto- optic laser projection system works by a raster imaging process allowing images to be projected in three dimensional appearance, and to be active and moving across the full screen size.

Much of the Company`s growth has been effected through mergers and acquisitions, as its operations are now conducted through five subsidiaries, three of which were acquired externally. The Company expects to continue to grow internally, as its technological products become more well known and are sold in increasing quantities, and externally, as it seeks to effect other acquisitions.

Results of Operations

As further discussed in note 4 to the unaudited financial statements attached hereto, the financial statements for the three (3) months and nine (9) months ended September 30, 2000, have been restated to reflect adjustments noted by the Company during the preparation of its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2000. The following discussion sets forth certain financial information regarding the Company`s operations. The Company`s financial statements, and the following discussion on results of operations, set forth financial information for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2001 and September 30, 2000.





The Company had sales revenues of $255,019 for its quarter ended September 30, 2001 as compared to $178,269 for the quarter ended September 30, 2000. For the nine months ended September 30, 2001, the Company had sales revenues of $956,252 as compared to $533,362 for the nine months ended September 30, 2000.

Operating expenses increased from $619,146 for the quarter ended September 30, 2000 to $1,139,274 for the third quarter of the year 2001. This increase is largely attributable to an increase in selling, general and administrative expenses which resulted from an increase in the amount of services rendered from independent professionals and consultants. These expenses increased from $546,319 for the quarter ended September 30, 2000, to $1,016,044 for the quarter ended September 30, 2001. The increase in total operating expenses resulted in an increase in the net loss for the quarter ended September 30, 2001 of $980,199, as compared to a net loss of $682,002 for the same period in 2000.

Operating expenses decreased from $3,662,025 for the nine months ended September 30, 2000 to $3,368,222 for the same period in 2001. This decrease is attributable to a decrease in selling, general and administrative expenses from $3,073,713 for the nine months ended September 30, 2000 to $2,985,823 for the same period in 2001, and the elimination of litigation expenses in 2001. Despite the decrease in operating expenses and the increase in sales revenues for the nine months ended September 30, 2001, the Company`s net loss increased to $3,662,111 as compared to $3,475,422 for the nine months ended September 30, 2000. The increase in net loss is attributable to an extraordinary loss on extinguishment of debt of $765,000.

Current Liquidity and Capital Resources

We have relied upon our principal shareholder and chief executive officer for our capital requirements and liquidity. The Company has had recurring losses, which raises substantial doubt about the Company`s ability to continue as a going concern. Management`s plans with respect to these matters include raising additional working capital through equity or debt financing and ultimately achieving profitable operations. The accompanying financial statements do not include any adjustments that might be necessary should the Company be unable to continue as a going concern.

ich denke das ist die buchhalterische Vorsicht, in der auf alle Risiken die bestehen hingewiesen werden muss, das ist bei startups nix besonderes und steht meistens in den filings wenn eine Firma auf Fremdkapital angewiesen ist... warum die ihre line of credit da nicht offenlegen weiß ich leider auch nicht!!! Wir sehen insgesamt ja leider nur einen Zipfel des Eisberges, was in und um LMGR passiert, daher ist es für mich nur ein Hinweis auf die Risiken, die ja zweifellos vorhanden sind. Bin gesannt was die nächste Zeit so passiert, ich denke (und hoffe) es gibt bald news, letztes JAhr hat Simon die Weihnachtszeit mit vielen schönen news verschönert und auch dieses Jahr wurde uns einiges versprochen...

Das diese Zahlen noch nicht der Bringer sind war ja zu erwarten. Man kann viel in die eine oder andere Richtung interpretieren.

Es gibt nichts negatives sondern Wachstum (das ist schon mal gut bei einem OTC )
Doch ohne Verträge kann nicht viel erwartet werden da LMGR bisher kein "besonderes" Business macht.

Bei OTC ist "ein bisschen Zweifel" immer vorhanden.
Keiner hier im Board kann Kurse von 0,05 $ oder 50 $ garantieren.
(Die Möglichkeit 200 mio. neue Shares auszugeben haben Sie ja auch usw.)


Es sieht alles sehr gut aus bei LMGR (Weichentest, Geschäftsausrichtung, Personal) mehr ist da im Moment leider noch nicht also handfesten Verträgen die millonen bringen etc.
57er sagt das immer schön die Mehrheit wird erst bei 10$ einsteigen oder eben gar nicht.

Ich werde aber zu diesen Kursen nochmal nachkaufen sobald ich mit IBS etwas deutlicher in der Gewinnzone bin Superzahlen heute und -8 % jeder andere Schrott am NM steigt obwohl teilweise gestern schon +50 % gestiegen ich versteh manchmal gar nix mehr.

die Zahlen, insbesondere die Steigerung der Umsätze gefällt
mir sehr gut, mit der Steigerung der Verluste war ebenfalls
zu rechnen (ich bin aber positiv überrascht, weil ich mit anderen
Verlustgrößen gerechnet habe, da LMGR sehr viel Geld für zusätzliches
Personal u. sonstige Zusatzausgaben in den Testphasen aufwenden
mußte. Man ist offensichtlich auf einem "harten" Sparkurs. Es sind
viele Vorleistungen zu erbringen...)

Die Erteilung der Patente steht kurzfristig an.
Der Ausbruch in den Umsatzgrößen ist dann zu erwarten, wenn
einer der anstehenden Verträge zum Abschluß kommt. Hier ist
augenscheinlich die Schluß- und Verhandlungsphase eingeleitet
und man bedient sich der New Yorker Anwaltskanzlei für den
Vertragsabschluß.

@meinnameisthase: Das siehst Du schon richtig, das ist negativ. Soweit ich mich erinnere, stand es aber bisher in jedem Filing und LMGR hat die Türen noch nicht geschlossen, seit 1999. scheint LMGR hat genug von den ekligen basher Attacken und Lügen im Ragingbull und bemüht sich einen direkteren Zugang zu seinen Investoren zu schaffen. Das freut mich ganz besonders, ich habe in meinen Mails an LMGR auch dieses Thema öfters angescnitten und habe mehr Transparenz und bessere Informationen gefordert, da LMGR aber aus Börsenaufsichtsgründen Einzelpersonen solche Informationen nicht geben dürfen (oder wenn dann nur mündlich inoffiziell) bleibt nur der Weg soetwas öffentlich für alle zugänglich zu machen.....
Keine berauschende news aber wieder ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung, solider Aufbau des Geschäftsmodells, Aufbau guter kommunikativer Wege, um Verunglimpfungen zu vermeiden und auch um sich selber noch verbindlicher darzustellen... eine gute Sache denke ich

Es sind viele alte Bekannte im Forum ich kenne MVEE, ADVC, Braintech, FASC, TSRG, TVCP(hab ich sogar noch ein paar) und XYBR insgesammt 40 Firmen meisten OTC teils Nasdaq.
Bei denn meisten ging der Kursverlauf wie bei LMGR stark nach unten.

Von ADVC, FASC halte ich auch einiges aber vor allem XYBR auch im WB gibt es dazu eine Diskussionboard.

jeder hofft dass es endlich mal wieder richtig vorwärts geht!!! Nachdem Simon es letztes Jahr so wichtig hatte mit Weihnachten kann man nur hoffen und nach der Einladung zur Hauptversammlung darauf schließen, dass da noch ein paar highlights kommen dieses JAhr....

Hallo Hase,
vielen Dank für die Einladung. Ob wir allerdings derartige
Anstiege so kurzfristig sehen ???!

Nächste Woche Freitag vor 3 Monaten wurde das Patent für
die Weiche veröffentlicht (30.08.01). Die Erteilung des Patentes
steht daher m.E. kurzfristig an. Die Bedeutung dieses Patentes
ist außerordentlich hoch. Immerhin wird mit dem switch eine
Übertragungsrate erreicht, die neueste Produkte der Konkurrenz
(Lucent) um das 250fache übersteigt. Der Wettbewerbsvorteil
für LMGR ist enorm, da die Konkurrenz einen solchen switch
erst mal entwickeln, bauen und patentieren muß...
Und auch beim Internet gilt: Das Netz ist gerade mal so schnell
wie das langsamste Bauteil.

Ob die Anleger und der Markt die Bedeutung des Patentes genauso
sehen wie wir? (Es ist, als würde man eine Aktie Juniper Networks
derzeit für 5 Cents bekommen.)

Ich bin auch gern dabei, wenn wir diese Kurse haben. Danke.

Ob wir diese sehen, oder nicht, ist aus meiner Sicht einzig und allein davon abhängig, ob Verträge abgeschlossen werden oder nicht. Es ist aus meiner Sicht nicht möglich ein Kursziel zu benennen, da es von Aufträgen und dessen Höhe abhängt. Boeing hat vor einigen Monaten bekannt gegeben, daß die wichtigsten Airlines der Welt ( LH, American Airlines, Delta Airlines etc, insgesamt, glaube ich, waren es ca. 1.500 Flugzeuge, auch hier im Board zu lesen ) den Auftrag erteilt haben, High Speed Internet in deren Flugzeugen zu ermöglichen und einen diesbezüglichen Umbau vorzunehmen. Sicher sind dann auch diverse Sateliten und Bodenstationen mit dem nötigen Equipment auszustatten, eine evtl. Verwendung der Technologie in der Raumfahrt oder in Kriegsflugzeugen ist zus. möglich. kurz um: sollte LMGR hier einen Großauftrag über mehrere Jahre erhalten, könnte Dein Kursziel nur ein Bruchteil von dem sein, was dann Realität ist.
France Telekom und Opton Laser International ( die Kunden sind die wichtigsten Telekommunikationskonzerne Europa´s ) winken ebenfalls mit Aufträgen, zu mindestens wird noch an allen Vereinbarungen gearbeitet.

Die NR, bzgl. der Anwaltskanzlei könnte auch auf eine Beteiligung von FTE o. BA an LMGR hindeuten bzw. den vollständige Verkauf von LMGR Switch Technology Inc. bedeuten, was der Kursbewegung einen zus. Schub geben würde.

Ich kenne keine andere Firma mit einem derartig hohen Potenzial, wie es hier bei LMGR der Fall ist, wir sind näher dran als je zuvor, aber eben doch noch nicht am Ziel. Die nächsten Tage und Wochen werden unglaublich aufregend!

Sollte es allerdings Realität werden, bringe ich die besten Cuba Zigarren mit, die man hier kaufen kann.
