Wenn ich das richtig verstehe laufen die Anschuldigungen ja nicht wegen falscher Analysen, sondern weil Sie damit werben, langfristig zu investieren und für Ihre Werbung nicht entschädigt werden. Tatsächlich haben Sie häufig Aktien als Entschädigung erhalten und diese schon teilweise in der "Hochpush-phase" wieder verkauft.
Find ich gut, daß man Sie erwischt hat.
Ändert aber nichts an den Berichten zu den Firmen, die ja übrigens keine Analysen vom "Stockreporter" sind sondern überwiegend auf Aussagen der Firmen bzw. Interviews mit den Firmen beruhen.
Und wer wirklich geglaubt hat daß hier jemand für andere Werbung macht und dafür nichts bekommt der geht am wirklichen Leben vorbei.

As the network becomes more developed Geotele.com hopes to attain minimum traffic levels of 100,000 minutes per day.

Lassen wir uns die Schlagworte einmal auf der Zunge zergehen:
Verträge mit 14 der größten Telefonnetzbetreiber, täglich wachsende Kundenzahl, erforderlich werdende Vervielfachung der Netzkapazitäten aufgrund der Nachfrage und nicht zuletzt bei Weiterentwicklung Ihres Netzwerkes ein Minimumumsatz von 100.000 Minuten/Tag.
Rechnen wir nun einmal ein wenig. Bei ITXC liegt der durchschnittliche Minutenumsatz bei 12 cents/Minute. Bei durchschnittlich 6 Nutzertagen/pro Woche mit je 100.000 Minuten ergeben sich pro Jahr rd. 3.75 Mio $ Einnahmen. Mit einer Gewinnmarge von 10 % ergeben sich bei 4,6 Mio Aktien eine Gewinn von 0.08 $/Aktie.
Setzt man einer niedriges KGV von 30 an ergibt sich ein Mindest-Aktienkurs von 2,5 $/Aktie. Aktueller Kurs 0,6 $!!
Hierbei ist zu beachten, daß sich Geotele erst am Anfang des Netzausbaus befindet und da die obigen Ansätze Mindestumsätze sind. Das Wachstum im VOIP-Sektor ist riesig. ITXC hat rd 400 % Wachstum gegenüber 1999.
Durch die Reduzierung des Verwaltungsapparates und nicht gewinnbringender Firmenteile ist Geotele in der Lage höhere Gewinne zu erzielen als oben angegeben. Einen weiteren grund für höhere Gewinnmargen sehe ich in der Tatsache, daß Geotele über eigene Netzwerke verfügt und dabei beide Enden der Leitungen kontrolliert. So fallen keine oder kaum Fremdkosten an.
Als Unbekannte sehe ich die Kosten für den weiteren Ausbaus des Netzwerks, den man allerdings auch im Verhältnis zu den weiter enorm wachsenden Umsätzen sehen muß.

Man wird ja bei Geotele nicht von Meldungen überschüttet, aber sie hat es geschafft, in 5 Sätzen mehr zu sagen als Teltran (tltg) in anderthalb Jahren nicht.
Und was die Seriösität der Pressemeldungen unterstreicht ist auch die Tatsache, daß die Firma nach dem erfolgreich abgewendeten Insolvenzverfahren monatlich beim zuständigen Gericht über den Fortgang der Geschäfte berichten muß.
