ich habe letzte Woche wieder ein erhöhtes Angebot zum Verkauf
von Hyal Aktien erhalten zum Preis 0,17 EuroCent pro Aktie von einer Firma.

Jetzt habe ich deine News gelesen. Mich würde interessieren
auf welcher Seite du das mit dem Kurs gelesen hast?

Ich bin fest davon überzeugt, daß Hyal bald wieder kommen, sonst
hätte diese Firma nicht schon über 300.000 Aktien aufgekauft.

Die Firma, die bereits 300.000 Hyal-Aktien aufgekauft hat, heißt ISB,
dieselben, die bereits im Frühjahr in Euro am Sonntag inseriert haben, um Hyal-Aktien zu kaufen. Nähere Infos über www.hyal.de o.

Hyal im NASDAQ Freiverkehr in den letzten Tagen wieder gehandelt. Am 23.10.00 19.000 Stück zu 0,09 $. Hat jemand weitere Informationen? Gibt es bald wieder einen Handel in Deutschland?

Habe auch noch genug HYAL auch seit über einem Jahr und beobachte die Bewegungen schon seit Wochen.
Anscheinend gibt es leute, die für HYAL Aktien zwischen 9 und 11 Cent zahlen.
Wüßte gerne warum? Kommt da analog zu SHAMAN ein Push und sie geht auf 30-50 Cent?
Daß wäre super und ich könnte alle Aktien mit + - Null verkaufen, statt Totalverlust.
Falls Du etwas hörst, schreibe es.

HYAL heute übrigens ASK/BID 0,07/0,11 $. Ask und Bid steigen schon seit Tagen von 0,03/0,06.

Denke übrigens daran, daß in der EURO am Sonntag mal bis zu 0,15 Euro pro HYAL Aktien geboten worden sind.
Wenn das einen guten Grund hatte, dann denken diese Leute doch wohl hoffentlich an 300-500% Gewinn, oder?
Mal hoffen. Jetzt habe ich auch noch diese Zeit.

In der Zwischen-Zeit schwankt Hyal zwischen 0.02 bis 0.08.
Heute um 300 % auf 0.08.

Besteht überhaupt noch Hoffnung, dass sich dieser Wert
einmal richtig erholt?????? auf Z.B. 0.50?

Hyal announces new corporate direction and name change
VANCOUVER, Feb. 15 /CNW/ - Hyal Pharmaceutical Corporation ("Hyal" or the "Company", OTC BB: HYALF) announced today that it will be seeking shareholder approval to change its name to "Cade Stuktur Corporation" to pursue the financing and development of infrastructure related projects in the former East Germany.
The Company also announced that it had entered into an agreement (the "Investment Agreement") with ZPR Zellstoff-und Papierfabrik Rosenthal Holding GmbH ("ZHG"), whereby ZHG would subscribe for 10 million common shares of the Company, would provide certain management and support to the Company and would agree not to compete with the Company in its new business. Upon completion of the agreement, the board of directors of the Company would be restructured to include one nominee of ZHG.

The Company further announced that it had reached an agreement with Prada Holdings Ltd. ("Prada") to acquire a mineral royalty in the Wabush Iron Ore Mine (the "Royalty Interest") in exchange for $49 million of series B preferred shares of the Company (the "Preferred Shares"). The Preferred Shares are cumulative, non-convertible, non-voting, retractable under certain conditions and carry a 10% fixed annual dividend. The Preferred Shares also have a participation feature whereby the holders will participate in 25% of the Company`s net income after certain adjustments. The completion of the acquisition of the Royalty Interest is subject to various conditions, including the completion of the Investment Agreement, the completion of the court-approved proposal and the approval of shareholders of both the Company and Prada. The completion of the Investment Agreement is subject to various conditions, including the completion of the acquisition of the Royalty Interest and the completion of the court-approved proposal. A meeting of shareholders of the Company has been called for March 16, 2001.

In conjunction with the above transactions, the Company also announced that it will be seeking shareholder approval to complete a share consolidation of one new common share for every ten common shares currently outstanding in order to decrease the number of outstanding common shares.
