QSound Labs Receives Nasdaq Notification

CALGARY, ALBERTA, APR 19, 2001 (CCN Newswire via COMTEX) -- QSound Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ:QSND), a leading supplier of audio software solutions, today announced that it received a Nasdaq Staff Determination on April 17, 2001, indicating that the Company has failed to comply with the minimum bid requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market as set forth in Marketplace Rule 4310 (c)(4). On April 19, 2001 the Company filed a request for hearing before the Panel to review the Staff Determination. This request will stay any de-listing pending the Panel`s decision.
There can be no assurances that the Panel will grant QSound`s request for continued listing on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, and if the request is denied, the Company anticipates that its securities will be traded on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board. The OTCBB is a controlled quotation service that offers real-time quotes, last-sale prices and volume information in over-the-counter equities.
Spatializer ist an der OTC und hat 2001 das Ziel an die Nasdaq gelistet zu werden.
Mit Philips als Ziel sollte es in 2001 was werden.

Although we are confident that new opportunities will be pursued, its impossible in the current market to predict with accuracy what the results may be. Hallo lustige und verspottete Spatializer Aktionär Gemeinschaft... 
Ja immer wieder lustig hier ins Board rein zuschauen.
Habe mir sehr viele Threads mit gut fundamentierten Beiträgen gelesen. Aber in der letzten Zeit ist hier nur Chaos und Hetzjagd angesagt ...
Macht Spatializer als Investment nicht gerade attraktiver. Aber mal zum wesentlichen überlege mir ernsthaft in Spatializer einzusteigen habe aber noch einige bedenken:
Warum ist Spatializer nach den Q4 so gefallen?
Wenn Spatializer so gut ist warum waren die dann mal bei 0,08$? Und können die genauso schnell wieder auf das Niveau sinken?
Kann wie gesagt Spatializer nicht so gut einschätzen aber ich währe Euch denn länger Investierten dankbar, mich aufzuklären...
