Ich rate allen die in Bema investiert sind ihre Gewinne mit einem Stop Loose abzusichern.
Bekanntlich hatte ich die Aktie bei 0,42€ zum Kauf emfohlen.
Nach meiner Meinung stagniert der Wert seit einigen Tagen bedenklich und scheint keine richtigen Schwung mehr zu haben.
Nur wer auch weiterhin glaubt das Gold kräftig steigt,sollte investiert bleiben!

Die anderen Werte sind aber auch nicht sonderlich gestiegen, so daß man nicht unbedingt von relativer Schwäche sprechen kann.

Bema braucht langfristig Preise über $325-350 je Unze Gold, damit das Aldebaran Projekt in Angriff genommen werden kann. Dann wäre Bema ein verfielfacher.

Für die Goldminen sieht es auch nicht so schlecht aus, ich würde einen stop-loss auch höchstens bei 40 bis 42 cent setzen, nicht höher, da man sonst zu leicht rausgekickt wird.

Bema sees Refugio restarting operations - Chile

(BNamericas.com) - Given its recent improved performance, Bema Gold (TSE: BGO) "fully expects" the Refugio gold mine in northern Chile to restart operations once the precious metal sustains a price of approximately US$325/oz, the Vancouver-based company said in a statement.

The mine was placed on residual leaching mode in May last year in light of weak gold prices and a series of technical problems.

In full production, Refugio is designed to crush and process 32,000t/d of ore and produce 230,000oz/y gold at cash costs of approximately US$220/oz. It is owned 50:50 by Bema and Toronto-based Kinross Gold (Amex: KGC); the latter operates the mine.

The two have agreed to restart operations under certain conditions, including the US$325/oz gold price, Bema said.

Refugio produced 133,947oz of gold last year at an operating cash cost of US$228/oz, compared to the projected 122,000oz at US$243/oz. In the first quarter of 2002 it turned out 13,128oz at operating cash costs of US$116/oz and total cash costs of US$123/oz.

During the first five months of 2001 the mine exceeded design production levels due to plant modifications and the replacement of the inadequate tertiary crushers, said Bema.

Bema and Kinross are continuing formal proceedings against Refugio`s construction contractor, Fluor Daniel of the US, to recover claims for numerous design and construction failures. Bema said a final decision by the arbitrator is expected by May 15. According to previous reports, the two partners were claiming some US$100mn.
