Crow Indian Tribe Chairman Signs GP Energy`s Lease on Woody Creek

Gold Point Exploration Ltd. (TSX-V: GPE) ("GP Energy") is pleased to announce that Crow Indian Tribe Chairman Carl Venne has signed a lease with GPE Energy Inc on the Woody Creek Prospect. GPE Energy Inc. is the wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of GP Energy. The Indian Mineral Development Act Oil and Gas Exploration Lease was approved by the Crow Indian Tribal Legislature in October. The lease will now be submitted to the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs for review and approval. Upon approval by the BIA, GP Energy will be one of only two companies that have an oil and gas lease on Crow tribal lands.

The Woody Creek Prospect is located in Township 3 South, Range 31 East, Big Horn County, Montana. The Prospect is based on three seismic lines and geological mapping of previously drilled wells. A total of six wells were previously drilled in the vicinity of the Prospect, three of which had oil shows in the Tensleep and Amsden formations. Within a 15-mile radius of the Prospect area, there are three fields (Soap Creek, Soap Creek East, and Marcus Snyder) with total cumulative production of over 4 million barrels of oil to date from the same horizons. The primary objectives in the Tensleep and Amsden are between 2,400 and 2,650 feet in depth. GP Energy plans to retain a 40% working interest in the Woody Creek Prospect and act as operator of the Prospect.

GP Energy is aggressively implementing its business strategy for 2005. Through the Company`s alliance with the Grosso Group new opportunities in the oil and gas sector are continuously being presented and reviewed. Other members of the Grosso Group include IMA Exploration Inc., Amera Resources Corporation and Golden Arrow Resources.

Meine Einschätzung zur Aktie:

MK liegt bei lächerlichen 13 Mio. CAD sprich 8,84 Mio. Euro! Vergleichbare Unternehmen haben eine MK von 100 - 200 Mio. CADDollar sprich max. 140 Mio. €!

Da sieht man wie hoch das Potential von Gold Point Energy ist!

Ich denke das die Aktie 2005 mindestens noch bis 2,50 € laufen wird!

Macht euch selber ein Urteil!

PS: Es fehlen nur noch die Bohrergebnisse. Wenn die da sind, laufen die meisten den Kurs hinterher.

Mir ist das Risiko zu groß einen 10.000 Prozenter zu verpassen deswegen bleibe ich Long.

Vorallem nach dem Beschluß der Bundesregierung alles ab 2007 zu besteuern zu wollen, will ich nochmal einen satten Gewinn steuerfrei einsacken!

ich selbst hab momentan auch nur explorer im depot aber bevor ich mir nen wert reinpacke (und bei gold point war ich auch am überlegen) schaue ich mir prinzipiell erstmal immer die insidertrades der firma an. gut, bei gold point ist es wohl eher spielgeld was die da umgesetzt haben aber wenn sie wissen dass heute so ne meldung kommt (und das werden sie gewusst haben), warum verkaufen sie dann nochmal 35k letzte woche?
naja, egal, ich wünsch euch trotzdem viel glück mit dem wert aber m.e. ist gold point und viel zu weit entfernt von fakten, die einen durchbruch rechtfertigen.
in der meldung stand doch nichts wirklich tolles drin wenn man mal genau schaut.
das wird noch monate dauern, bis erste, kursbewegende ergebnisse kommen und mit so einer bullvestor-pushmeldung werden nur zocker angelockt, die in ein paar tagen schmeissen wenn´s keine 1000% nach oben geht und der wert verwässert nach und nach...

Und eine ver50fachung sehe ich erst einmal als sehr unwahrscheinlich. Ich gehe erst einmal von einer Verdopplung des derzeitigen Kurses aus. ( So der Name des Threads) Also bleibt auf´m Boden der Tatsachen.

PS Was die nächsten 2-3 Jahre möglich ist soll jeder für sich abschätzen.

(TSX VENTURE:GPE)(FRANKFURT:WKN# AOHGQ1) is pleased to announce that it has closed an Exploration Agreement with Spyglass Cedar Creek, LP of San Antonio, Texas (" Spyglass" ) to jointly develop the South Cedar Creek Anticline Project in Harding County, South Dakota. A five well drill program costing approximately US $3.1 million is planned for the first half of 2006. The South Cedar Creek Project is strategically located in a region where historical production includes the Cedar Creek Anticline which has already produced one-half billion barrels of oil.

GP Energy`s partner on the project, Spyglass Cedar Creek LP, is run by veteran explorationist Karen Christensen. Ms. Christensen was formerly Exploration Manager for Venoco Inc. and Conoco`s Deep Water Gulf of Mexico and Nigerian exploration programs, and was instrumental in several giant (100MMBO plus) oil and gas discoveries including the King Kong and Ursa Fields.

As previously announced, Spyglass had agreed to pay GP Energy US $1.12 million in land costs, prospect fee and reimbursement for seismic. Closing has occerred and Spyglass has paid a total of US $600,000 in cash and issued a short term note for US $522,381. The note bears interest at the rate of 6% per annum and matures on January 27, 2006.

Under the terms of the Exploration Agreement GP Energy and Spyglass will drill five exploratory test wells on the 60,800 acre Project leasehold. GP Energy will have a 30% working interest in these wells Spyglass will have 70%. After project payout of the first five wells, and in any subsequent wells, GP Energy will have a 47.5% working interest and Spyglass will have 52.5%. Spyglass will be the operator of all wells drilled.

GP Energy is aggressively implementing its business strategy for 2005. Through the Company`s alliance with The Grosso Group new opportunities in the oil and gas sector are continuously being presented and reviewed. (TSX VENTURE:GPE)(FRANKFURT:WKN # AOHGQ1) freut sich, zu verkünden, daß es eine Erforschung-Vereinbarung mit Spyglass Zeder-Nebenfluß geschlossen hat, Langspielplatte von San Antonio, Texas ("Spyglass") zum des Südzeder-Nebenfluß Anticline Projektes in der Harding Grafschaft, South Dakota gemeinsam zu entwickeln. Das Schließen hat occerred und Spyglass hat eine Gesamtmenge US $600.000 im Bargeld gezahlt und eine kurzfristiges Anmerkung für US $522.381 herausgegeben. Die Anmerkung trägt Interesse mit der Rate von 6% pro Jahr und reift an Januar 27, 2006. Hi leute. Börsenjahr beginnt bei mir ja fantastisch. jeden Tag 2%... na ja spass beiseite. was ist blos los mit den ahnungslosen, ich meine die die nicht investiert sind. keiner will goldpoint für 0,87Euro obwohl umgerechnet 0,91Euro Wert. lang schau ich mir dass nicht mehr an und kaufs gleich selber. Goldpoint wird die Kursrakete des ersten Halbjag´hres sein. 1,80 eURO BIS MÄRZ DIESES jAHRES. Lang dauert es nicht mehr die rakete zündet die triebwerke. Bitte einsteigen.

Aber jeder handelt auf eigenes Risiko. Also nicht zulabern lassen sondern nur kaufen wenn du auch ahnung hast.

GP Energy Acquires 35% Interest in Kaycee Dome Prospect

Gold Point Energy Corp. (GPE-TSX.V) "GP Energy" is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 35% interest in the Kaycee Dome Prospect located in Johnson County, Wyoming. Under the terms of an agreement, GP Energy will also become operator of the Prospect. All other working interests in the Prospect are already committed.

The Kaycee Dome Prospect is located in Sections 4 and 9, T43N-R82W, Johnson County, Wyoming. The Prospect is located on a surface-expressed anticline called Kaycee Dome located just west of the town of Kaycee, Wyoming. The Prospect is defined by seven previous bore holes, six of which had oil shows, plus two lines of seismic. The primary objective is the Tensleep formation, which is expected to be 75-100 feet thick at approximately 2,000 feet of drilling depth. A secondary objective is the Curtis sand at 400-500 feet of drilling depth. The Cellars Ranch and North Fork field complex, which has produced 26 million barrels from 26 wells in the Tensleep formation, is located four miles to the east of the Prospect. GP Energy plans to acquire an additional seismic line to select its drilling location this winter; drilling is planned for the first half of 2006.
