The Coming Oil Crisis

How many of you are old enough to have been working in 1973? If so, you would've had the kind of economic experience I did at that time. But if you were in school or missed the period of the oil crisis, get ready because those times could return with a vengeance.

I left the Marine Corps in 1974 and got my first (and only) real job with the Xerox Corporation. The U.S. economy was in terrible shape at that time. From 1973 to 1974, the U.S. was in the midst of an energy crisis, and inflation was in the double digits. Stagflation, a new word, had been introduced -- there was high inflation, but the economy wasn't growing.

Because of the energy crisis, I had not one but two cars. One was a Corvette, and one was a Karmann Ghia convertible, made by Volkswagen. I filled up my Corvette with gas on even-numbered calendar days and the other car on odd-numbered days. Also, the speed limit was cut from 65 to 55 mph to reduce gasoline consumption, which meant I was often pulled over for speeding.

Worst of all, as a brand new Xerox salesman just learning to sell, I found myself struggling to save Xerox copiers, rather than sell Xerox copiers. That's because back then, Xerox only rented copiers. As the economy worsened, one of the first items businesses got rid of was their Xerox copier. Each cancellation meant I had to sell two copiers -- one to cover the loss of the cancelled machine and another copier to earn enough money to put gas in my cars and food on the table. In some months, I was losing more machines than I was selling -- and was nearly fired several times.

Oil Prices Will Keep Heading Up

My reason for taking you on this trip down memory lane is because I believe we're approaching a repeat of that 1973-1974 crisis. Once again, oil prices are going through the roof. During the mid-70s, oil went from under $3 a barrel to over $35 a barrel. And in 1974, we were stuck in an unpopular war in Vietnam, a war we would not win.

In 1998, oil was just $10 a barrel, and today it is over $60. We're also stuck in a war we may not be able to win.

The difference this time is that things are actually worse than they were in 1974, at least in my opinion. One difference is that the oil crises back in 1973 to 1974 and again in 1978 were political problems. Today, the oil crisis is a problem of diminishing supply and increasing demand. In other words, this time, there really is an oil crisis.

Many people today believe that oil will once again return to the $35-a-barrel level and aren't concerned. Or they believe that with better technology, energy companies will find more oil, and happy days will be here again.

I believe differently. Not that I'm an oil expert, but in 1966 through 1968 I was hired as an apprentice by Standard Oil of California, where I learned a lot about oil and the oil industry. Although I did see oil prices slide back down in the 1970s, this time, I believe they will go higher, not lower. I wouldn't be surprised if we soon see oil at over $100 a barrel and gasoline at $5 to $12 a gallon at the pump.

Wealth and Energy

Pricey oil makes clear that wealth really is energy in various forms. And that means more than just money. If I'm correct, and oil does go over $100 a barrel, you'll see some individuals' -- and some companies' -- wealth equation look like this:

For people who live in the suburbs and must commute long distances to work, their wealth will sink as energy prices rise. The same is true for the airlines, food, and car companies, plus destinations such as Hawaii, which depend on cheap energy to grow.

For other people (and some companies), their wealth equation will look like this.

For people who invest in oil companies or own oil production, their finances will reflect this equation. This is why Exxon-Mobil (XOM) has recently replaced Wal-Mart (WMT) as the most profitable company in America.

An Alarming Gap

While many environmentalists, concerned with global warming, are thrilled that oil supply is on a decline (and we truly do need to replace oil with more renewable forms of energy, such as wind and solar power), there's another concern that must be considered. If energy costs continue to rise and our economy stops growing and starts shrinking, many stocks will crash, older Americans will not be able to retire, inflation may skyrocket, businesses will close or cut back, and jobs will be lost. Not only will we be facing global warming, we'll be facing civilized chaos.

The problem today is that oil companies are too short-sighted, the environmentalists too far-sighted, and politicians only concerned with being elected. As a result, there will be a gap between the end of oil and a conversion to less destructive forms of energy. In this gap, all hell may break loose.

In my next article, I'll go into what I'm doing to prepare for the gap, as well as why I believe the gap can't be avoided. In other words, it will not be 1973-1974, or stagflation, all over again. I believe it will be the end of civilization as we know it -- and possibly the birth of a brave new world.

As my greatest teacher, Dr. Buckminister Fuller, said to my class in 1982, "Humanity will soon have to choose between utopia or oblivion.... Do we work only for ourselves or for our planet?"

"Mit dem charttechnischen Indikator Stochastik wird berechnet, ob der aktuelle Schlusskurs eher am oberen oder am unteren Ende des Beobachtungszeitraums liegt. Aus der Erkenntnis, dass in einer Aufwärtsphase die Schlusskurse eher am oberen Ende der Handelsspanne einer Zeitperiode befinden (in einem Abwärtstrend analog am unteren Ende), lässt sich anhand dieses Oszillators eine Kursprognose ableiten.

Die Formel lautet: %K = (Close(t)-Low(p))/(High(p)-Low(p))*100

Dadurch wird die so genannte %K-Linie berechnet. Der heutige Schlusskurs - Close (t) - wird ins Verhältnis zu der Handelsspanne der beobachteten Zeitspanne (p), üblicherweise 3-8 Tage (mittelfristig auch 11-16 Tage), gesetzt. Die Signallinie %D ist in der Regel ein Gleitender Durchschnitt der %K-Linie über 3,5 oder 8 Tage.

Aufgrund der hohen Schwankungsbreite und der damit gehäuft auftretenden Fehlsignale wird gewöhnlich der "Slow Stochastik" verwendet. Er lässt sich einfach aus dem "normalen" Stochastik berechnen: %K(slow)= (2*%D(normal)+%K(normal))/3. Die Signallinie %D(slow) ist wiederum ein geglätteter Durchschnitt der %K(slow)-Linie.

Signale entstehen durch einen Fall unter den oberen Extrembereich (Überkauft-Zone) bei 80 Punkten ( Verkaufssignal) oder einen Anstieg über die Grenze des unteren Extrembereiches (Überverkauft-Zone) bei 20 Punkten ( Kaufsignal). Dabei sollten in Trendmärkten nur Signale in Richtung des übergeordneten Trends berücksichtigt werden, d.h. Verkaufssignale bei einem vorherrschenden Aufwärtstrend sollten ignoriert werden."

n´abend!
verfolge veridium, greenshift und inseq seit ein paar tagen.
steigenden kursen hinterherzusehen tut ganz schön weh. vor allem, wenn man zwischendurch mal versucht hat mit nem´ limit reinzukommen und es nicht geschafft hat. was solls´.
wellenreiten ist ja eine schöne sache, aber die veridium-welle ist schon erschreckend hoch.
gibt es zu inseq eingentlich ein paar fundamentale daten ?
so etwas wie ein kgv wage ich nicht zu erwarten
aber ein paar hinweise zur bewertung würden mir eine einstiegsentscheidung erleichtern (komme halt aus meiner buchhalter-haut nicht raus
da ich bei us-micro´s noch recht feucht hinter den ohren bin, wäre ich für tip´s und hinweise dankbar.

Besonders weil der Kurs dadurch fällt(die kleinen gehen raus!!)
Wir haben auch am Montag auf Tageshoch geschlossen, sind dann heute auch runter!!!

Wäre schon zufrieden mit dem heutigen Tag wenn es nicht mehr down gehen würde!!
Es gibt halt so Börsentage im Leben die man gerne nie erlebt hätte!!!Der Tag ist heute!!!
Aber wie man an meinem beliebten Beispiel USXP sieht ist alles möglich!
Dort gab es auch eine Konso von 50% vom Höhepunkt!!
Ich bin aufgrund des Kursverfalls raus und hab danach zugeschaut wie die 1000% ohne mich gemacht haben!
Das wird mir nicht noch einmal passieren!!
Ich bleibe drin.
Und an deine 0,004$ glaub ich überhaupt nicht!!
Es könnte gut sein das wir morgen nach Eröffnung auf 0,006$ fallen....anschließend sollte es aber wieder in Richtung 1 Cent gehen

Alles ist möglich bei diesem Wert.
Denke nur das nach diesem rasanten Anstieg sich es erstmal wieder etwas beruhigen muß.
Ob nochmal die 40 kommen, wäre schön. Ich entscheide jeden Tag neu wo ich einsteige. Im Moment ist es mir jedoch etwas heiß gelaufen.

Wenn die Story ok. ist ,dann lass uns auf 1000% oder mehr freuen.

Zunächst liege ich erstmal auf der Lauer und beobachte.
Sollte der Zug sich wieder in Bewegung setzen, dann springe ich wenn notwendig auch noch eher auf.

Aber d1e allerme1sten h1er werden m.E nach ne Menge kohle verl1eren.

ETHANOL IST DIE Zunkunft!!!

Wir stehen hier ganz am Anfang, vergleichbar Solarworld bei 1 Euro!!!!


Wir sahen heute eine Konsoliedierung, den Penny haben wir gesehen. Meiner Meinung nach haben die Großen begriffen was hier los ist und haben die kleinen rausgeschüttelt, na und ich bin immer noch 200 % im Plus. INSQ kann sich vor Aufträgen nicht retten die kommt und damit auch GSHF. Bin in beiden drin,

XTHN kommt meiner Meinung nach bald in die Nasdaq Kursziel 30 Dollar. Ich bin bei 6 Dollar rein.

Ethanol ist das was die Biotechs früher waren nur, dass was dahinter steckt.

Also bleibt drin wird super!!!

Bio-Diesel bzw. Äthanol hat zumeist eine negative Energie-Bilanz und daher gehört diesem mit Sicherheit nicht die Zukunft. Die Zukunft gehört nicht-fossilen Brennstoffen! Bio-Diesel bzw. Äthanol wird m. E. nur ein relativ kurzfristiger Trend bleiben.

Und nun zu INSQ:

Wer mit auf den Zug aufgesprungen ist, ist spätestens gestern in die Short-Falle gegangen, die INSEQ mit einem angeblichen Fehler selbst geschickt in Szene gesetzt hat. Tatsache ist, daß dieser Hype nur inszeniert wurde, damit INSQ das 2-Millionen-Minus des letzten Jahres durch Ausgabe von 1 Mrd. neuer Aktien ausgleichen kann. Meldungen von Großaufträgen hab ich keine gesehen und von dem angeblichen Großauftrag des letzten Jahres seh ich in der Jahresbilanz irgendwie auch nichts. Gemeldet wurden Aufträge von 30 Mio. und in der Bilanz stehen nur 2,7 Mio.

Wenn ich 2,7 Mio. Umsatz mache und dabei 1,8 Mio Verlust dabei, dann würde mich meine Bank in die Wüste schicken, vor allem wenn ich zuvor behauptet habe, ich Aufträge über 30 Mio. USD. Scheint ja wohl entweder nicht so zu sein, oder der Drang, Biodiesel bzw. Äthanol-Anlagen in den USA zu bauen, scheint eher minimal zu sein, und das trotz Rekord-Ölpreisen? Irgendwie scheint da was nicht zusammenpassen!

Daß das alles inszeniert wurde, sieht man alleine an der heutigen Meldung! Das ist leider häufig so an der OTC.

Leider gibt es eine gewaltige Diskrepanz zwischen dem, was als Erfolg per News von INSQ verkauft wird und dem was anschließend in den Bilanzen steht. Zwar gibt es eine deutliche Zunahme bei den Umsätzen und den Assets, aber die steht in keinem Verhältnis zu dem, was an Aktien neu ausgegeben wurde.

Per 31.12. waren 1,26 Mrd. Aktien ausgegeben, nun sind es 4,95 Mrd., eine glatte Vervierfachung! INSQ hat Geld in die Kasse bekommen, aber eine Erklärung, wofür das Geld sein soll, fehlt noch. Mit dem vereinnahmten Geld ist INSEQ etwa 0,0022 mehr wert, als vor dem Zock, d. h. zu 0,002 wird der Kurs wohl nicht zurücklaufen, aber zunächst zu 0,0035 schon!

Ich bin kein Guru, aber Intentionen ablesen kann ich schon!

Man muß auch kein Guru sein, um vorherzusagen, daß ein Teil des Greenshift-Anteils zum Shorten eingesetzt wird und ein anderer Teil zum Kurs-Drücken.

Da gibt es so paar Broker-Paarungen für Short-Deals, die mir bei CNES, SEIH und EYII aufgefallen sind. Dies sind Knight und Archipelago (mit Archipelago wird der Kurs gestützt bzw. begrenzt), TD Waterhouse und UBS, sowie vermutlich auch Asiel und E-Trade.

Mit dem heutigen SK hat INSQ eine Marktkapitalisierung von sage und schreibe 33,65 Millionen USD. Wo ist denn da noch Raum für eine Verdopplung. Wert der Barmittel abzüglich Verbindlichkeiten zur Zeit etwa 12 Mio., Wert des Anlagevermögens ca. 5 Mio., wobei ich den Wertansatz schon alleine deswegen nicht glauben kann, wenn deren Homepage mit 0,25 Mio. darin steht - das halte ich für eine Lachnummer - Wert niemals! über 0,02 Mio. USD!

Guck Dir einfach mal den Candlestickchart von heute an und vergleiche mit SEIH und EYII, damit Du sehen kannst, was mit dem Kurs passiert, wenn der Kurs einmal durch einen vermeintlichen Computerfehler nach oben schießt. Das ist das Zeichen, daß die Shorts verteilt sind und es höher nicht mehr geht! Das sollte man doch eigentlich wissen!!!

Leider werden diese Trades im Nachhinein z. T. annuliert, aber einige solche Trades sind halt trotzdem immer noch dokumentiert.

INSEQ Corporation has signed on to manufacture the systems that will be used by SunSource BioEnergy to extract corn oil for use in biodiesel production from the process used to prepare corn for ethanol production (earlier post).

INSEQ expects that SunSource BioEnergy will need in excess of 30 systems for ethanol producers over the next 24 months at an approximate cost of $1 million per system. SunSource BioEnergy is a partnership consisting of partnership consists of ethanol producers VeraSun Energy, Glacial Lakes Energy, KAAPA Ethanol and Golden Grain Energy; and technology company Ethanol Oil Recovery Systems—the inventor of the extraction process.

By extracting the oil, ethanol producers have the opportunity to increase plant income and improve handling characteristics of distillers dry grains (one of the standard byproducts of the dry mill process).

The process redirects an internal waste stream in dry mill ethanol facilities through a proprietary centrifuge technology that extracts corn oil from the evaporation area of the dry mill plant. The extraction systems are the essential element of the EORS technology.

One additional benefit is that by removing the corn oil from the drying process, the potential emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the DDGS (Dried Distiller’s Grain Solids) dryers will be reduced.

Controlling VOCs from the DDGS dryers and the cost and energy consumption of thermal oxidizers (TO) used as one solution for that are important issues for the ethanol industry. A variety of control solutions are being explored, including the use of Combined Heating and Power (CHP) systems.

Under the terms of INSEQ’s manufacturing agreement with EORS, EORS has granted INSEQ right of first refusal rights relating to the manufacture of the extraction systems and any other manufacturing needs relating to the extraction systems.

EORS and INSEQ are respectively 15% and 70% owned by GreenShift Corporation.

Dass obere Schatten einen Widerstand darstellen ist schon klar - aber auch bei SEIH ist der kurs nach auftauchen von fehltrades weiter gestiegen wie auch viele andere charts, bsp. auch der von TRGD nach einem schatten im jan 06..

Ein Auschlag nach unten heißt, Shorts haben zurückgekauft, ein Ausschlag nach oben, Shorts sind ausgeteilt!

Bei SEIH gab es einen Ausschlag nach oben am 15.09. bei einem SK von 0,0017, danach ging der Kurs bis zum Ausschlag nach unten am 22.02. auf 0,0005.

Den nächsten Ausschlag gab es am 27.02. allerdings zusammen mit einem Ausschlag nach unten. Der Kurs stieg weiter an.

Der nächste Ausschlag nach oben erfolgte am 20.03. bei 0,0025 und der Kurs fiel bis zum 30.03. auf 0,0015.

Noch augenfälliger wird dies bei EYII: Dort findet man 2005 im August einen und im September gleich zwei derartige Ausschläge nach oben und Ende Dezember einen nach unten. Anfang Januar und Anfang Februar gab's dann jeweils nach oben.

Resümee:
Der Kurs ist nach Ausschlägen nach oben immer gefallen und nach Ausschlägen nach unten immer gestiegen. Es gibt auch noch mehr Aktien bei denen dies zutrifft.

Wenn's denn angeblich ein Computerfehler sein sollte, warum gibt es nicht noch mehr Aktien, die von dem Computerfehler betroffen sind? Es trifft immer nur eine Aktie!

For absolute beginners:

Shorts werden teuer verkauft und billiger wieder zurückgekauft.
Wer sich die Jahrescharts nahezu jeder x-beliebigen Aktie an der OTC anguckt, der wird feststellen, daß fast jede Aktie unterschiedlich hoch zwischen Februar und April sowie August und Oktober hochgezockt wird. Dazwischen verrichten die Short-Händler ihr Werk und bringen den Kurs nach unten.

Das liegt auch daran, daß in den USA noch wie bei uns vor längerer Zeit eine Spekulationsfrist von 6 Monaten gilt, wobei die Amerikaner selbst nach der Spekulationsfrist noch 15% Steuern zu zahlen haben.

Hallo zusammen
ich würde gerne über mein Depot OTCBB Pennys handeln. Leider kann ich bei der Comdirect nur bis zwei Stellen hinter dem Komma eine Order definieren.

Wenn der aktuelle Kurs der Aktie z.B. 0,042$ betragen würde, könnte ich nur 0,04 oder 0,05 als Limit eingeben, was ja irgendwie witzlos wäre.

Wie macht ihr das? Bei welchen Brokern seid ihr? Habt ihr Realtimekurse / Orderbücher von OTCBB Werten bei euren Brokern?

Welcher ist der Beste? Was gibt es zu wissen?

Ich habe bei comdirect das gleiche Problem. Einmal ich als Option "bestens" eingegeben und es war ziemlich "bestens" ... Nie wieder!

Jedenfalls habe ich jetzt ein zweites Depot bei Nordnet (nordnetonline.de) und da klappt es super.

Veridium Receives Order from South African Ethanol Producer for Corn Oil Extraction Technology
Veridium Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VRDM) today announced its receipt of an order from Ethanol Africa for the use of Veridium's patent-pending Corn Oil Extraction System(TM) at Ethanol Africa's new Bothaville, South Africa ethanol production facility.

Veridium's proprietary new Corn Oil Extraction Systems(TM) extract high grade corn oil from an ethanol by-product called distillers dried grain ("DDG"). Veridium's technology has the capability of removing up to 75% of the corn oil from within the DDG in two stages.

The first stage extracts 1.1 to 1.3 million gallons per year and corresponds to about 30% of the corn oil in the DDG for a 40 million gallon per year facility. The second stage of the Veridium technology recovers another 30% to 45% of the corn oil in the DDG, corresponding to another 1.2 to 2.2 million gallons of corn oil per year out of a 40 million gallon per year ethanol facility. 3 million gallons per year of high grade corn oil converts to 3 million gallons per year of biodiesel. This equates to a 7% increase in fuel production out of a 40 million gallon per year ethanol facility, and a significant increase in plant productivity out of the plant's existing infrastructure.

The new Ethanol Africa order is for the first stage of Veridium's technology and the system is expected to be installed in line with the onset of operations at Ethanol Africa's new Bothaville, South Africa ethanol production facility later this year. Ethanol Africa is headquartered in Bothaville, South Africa, and intends to build eight 40 million gallon per year ethanol production facilities.

"Rising fuel prices and greenhouse gas emissions are global issues, and we are hopeful that this order will be our first of many such international orders for our ethanol process technologies," said David Winsness, chief executive officer of Veridium's industrial design division. "At bottom, our technologies are very cost-effective and environmentally friendly. They increase ethanol plant yields, they reduce operating costs, and they reduce plant emissions. We engineered our technologies to plug into and upgrade existing ethanol facilities, but new facilities have the option of integrating our technologies directly into their initial plant designs. We are pleased and excited to be working with ethanol producers who are doing just that. Ethanol Africa is progressive company and we are grateful for the opportunity to work with them on their first and future ethanol facilities."

About Veridium's Corn Oil Extraction System(TM)

Currently, the majority of ethanol production is based on a dry milling technique that utilizes more than 1 billion bushels of corn to produce 3 billion gallons per year of ethanol (Fuel #1). The dry mill process converts the starch from the kernel of corn into sugar and then the sugar into ethanol. The balance of the corn (non-starch components) then goes through a dewatering and dehydration process where the byproduct is sold as a commercial feed ingredient called distillers dried grain ("DDG"). DDG contains the majority of the corn oil that was present in the kernel. Today, the 1 billion bushels of corn currently used in the dry mill ethanol process contain roughly 300 million gallons of corn oil that is currently sold for about $0.03 per pound as commercial feed. The new Veridium technology presents another option - cost effective conversion into Biodiesel (Fuel #2).

Veridium's Corn Oil Extraction System(TM) offers the following compelling benefits for ethanol producers:

-- Low Operating Costs - the system requires less than $0.05 per gallon of corn oil produced;

-- Low Capital Cost - Veridium's oil extraction methods have a capital cost of less than 15% of traditional corn oil extraction methods.

Bei INSQ wäre immerhin noch ein Auftrag zu erwarten in nächster Zeit, wenn nicht sehr bald. Es gab jetzt schon ein paar Aufträge für VRDM, ohne dass INSQ nachgezogen hätte. Das spricht für mich u.a dafür, dass INSQ jetzt nicht abstürzt, sondern nur geschüttelt wird.

Aber warum sind hier alle so pessimistisch auf einmal?
Und als Schrott würde ich Inseq überhauptnicht bezeichnen.
Ganz im Gegenteil.
Inseq ist eine 80 prozentige Tochter von Greenshift. Daher ist es wichtig zu schauen was die machen. Da Greenshift läuft, und was noch besser ist bei angespannten Rohstoffpreisen (siehe Öl), kommen solche Werte erst richtig ins laufen.
Wenn Greenshift läuft,dann läuft auch das Tochterunternehmen mit.
Nach dem rasanten Anstieg ist erstmal eine Konso angesagt.Das ist normal. Dann wird wieder eingestiegen,wie ich schon sagte. Bis dahin heißt es warten.

Habt ihr eigentlich den AUftrag aus Sued Afrika mit an GSHF und VRDM die sind beide rauf, damit wird auch INSQ hoch gehen, weil die die Anlagen dazu liefern.

Gehe von nem Pennz die naechste Woche aus.

Die Charts von den drei obengenannten Aktien sind eh gekoppelt.

Glaube, dass Inseq noch ein wenig zwischen 0,0045 und 0,0080 dümpeln wird. Ab Juni wird es erst richtig interessant, wenn die ersten Mais-Ethanol Konverter ausgeliefert werden. Allerdings muss Inseq diese Leistung ersteinmal bringen. Wenn das bewiesen wird, ensteht ein fundamentaler Aufwärtstrend, der lange andauern könnte.

Der Kurs von Inseq ist nicht abhängig vom Greenshift-Kurs. Greenshift ist eine reine Beteiligungsgesellschaft, die an vielen (auch nicht börsennotierten) Unternehmen beteiligt ist. Steigen deren Kurse (gemeint sind natürlich ausschließlich die börsennotierten Werte), so wird auch Greenshift steigen....also nicht umgekehrt....Da die Börse jedoch nicht den Gesetzen der mathematischen Logik folgt, sind natürlich auch immer Überraschungen drin...darum lieben wir die Börse ja so sehr...

Chart zeigt die kalte Schulter! Demnach geht's nun steil nach unten.

Welche Empfehlung soll denn da noch kommen?
INSQ hat Aktien neu ausgegeben und ist daher sicherlich nicht pleite!

Max. nur ein Viertel der Einnahmen (von etwa 15 Mio. USD) wird sich mittelfristig im Kurs wiederfinden lassen.

Aktien kauft man nun mal am günstigsten, wenn's die fast nur noch als Teilausführungen im Keller gibt. Wer auf einen fahrenden Zug aufspringt muß entweder den längereren Atem haben, oder wird Verluste machen. Im Tief nachkaufen hilft da manchmal ja schon weiter.

Mögliche charttechnische Unterstützungen gibt es bei 0,0055 (zu teuer), 0,0042 (ebenfalls zu teuer) und bei 0,003 (angemessen).

Auf die Kurse kannst du lange warten, denke das wir diese Woche den Cent sehen werden.

Charttechnisch kann man hier nichts bewerten! Und ich denke auch nicht das Marvin hier irgendwelche Leute abgezockt hat,schließlich ist jeder

Bei einem Cent war die Aktie doch schon Intraday. Oder willst Du auch noch ein Doppel-Top? Damit dann auch der Dümmste Bescheid weis, daß hinter diesem Anstieg nichts anderes als die Geldbeschaffung von INSQ bzw. GSHF steckte?

Inseq ist derzeit mit 31,7 Mio. MK höher bewertet als die Aufträge, die im letzten Jahr gemeldet wurden und bei denen die Gefahr besteht, daß sie niemals gebaut werden. Guck doch mal, wer der Kooperationspartner ist. Ich meine GM geht es doch schon so miserabel, daß die überhaupt kein Geld momentan haben, um in etwas anderes zu investieren, als in ihre eigene Restrukturierung!

It's more commonly known as the "Farm Bill" - and it's about to make us an extraordinary amount of money...all over again.

The Farm Bill is set to expire in 2007. And while that still seems like a long way off, the battle over the next Farm Bill has already begun.

Congressional hearings to discuss the 2007 Farm Bill will begin this summer. And over the course of the next 18 months, Republicans and Democrats are expected to slug it out over what could be the most important piece of legislation in over a decade.

Here's how important - and how potentially ugly - this debate will be:

Already, the federal government has taken the unprecedented step of holding a total of 52 forums all over the country to discuss the new legislation. More than 4,000 comments were submitted to the U.S. Department of Agriculture regarding the bill. And a total of 41 "Summary Papers" were produced by the USDA in an attempt to prepare everyone for the battle that lies ahead.

So why is all of this so important, you ask?

After all, ethanol is already a hot topic these days. With U.S. consumers now paying $3 - or more - for a gallon of gas, we've already been bombarded with information about how ethanol can help bail us out of this mess.

That's all true - but here's what makes this particular debate different...

The supply-and-demand story for oil has been made very clear to the American people...and to each and every politician looking for a vote this November.

The message - as stated by President Bush and reaffirmed by countless others - is simple: We must reduce our dependence on foreign oil...and ethanol will play a large role in this battle.

And each time a politician drives home the point about ethanol...a handful of stocks are going to deliver handsome profits.

beispiel : gesern morgen - wirlich passiert - ich stellte 2 mill. zu 6 zum verkauf - eine stunde später wird ein verkauf abgerechnet - wieder eine zeit später wird der verkauf rückgängig gemacht - ich bekomme anschliessenend eine mail von meiner bank , dass der makler sich die genehmigung von der börsenaufsicht gegeben hatte , alles rpückgängig zu machen.
so läuft s - wenn ich was falsches eintippe , dann kann ich nirgends hinrennen.

Hallo lolla, die Börse Berlin führt Deine Order nicht aus, wenn auf den anderen Seite (Ask) kein passenden Stückzahlen zur Verfügung stehen. Musst Deine Order reinstellen und warten, bis sich das Bid füllt, dann wird man in der Regel auch bedient. Kann aber lange dauern.

Wenn die Meldung klar formuliert raus ist, müsste es Richtung 1 Cent gehen. Höher wäre erstmal wohl nicht gerechtfertigt. Aber man sollte sich fragen, warum der Freefloat gekürzt wird. Finanzierung erstmal gesichert. So sieht es aus. Gute Vorzeichen für längere Story.

Würde ich im Moment nicht tun!
Ehr abwarten, entweder sie kommen in den nächsten Tagen wieder runter auf 0,05, oder sie gehen wirklich über den cent.
Dieser Rücksetzer(von dem 1 cent aus gesehen) wäre für mich dann ein Grund nachzulegen!

Falls im Amiland die Kaufpanik ausbricht, glaube ich, dass wir heute noch auf die 0,08 laufen könnten.

common stock. The conversion ratio is such that the full 1,000,000
shares will convert into common shares representing 80% of the Inseq
common shares outstanding after the conversion.

* The holder of Series D Preferred Stock may cast the number of votes at
a shareholders meeting or by written consent that equals the number of
common shares into which the Preferred Stock is convertible on the
record date for the shareholder action.

* In the event the Board of Directors declares a dividend payable to
common shareholders, the holders of Series D Preferred Stock will
receive the dividend that would be payable if the Series D shares were
converted into common shares.

* In the event of a liquidation of Inseq, the holders of Series D shares
will receive a preferential distribution of $.001 per share, and will
then share in the distribution as if the Series D shares had been
converted into common shares.

SERIES D PREFERRED STOCK OF
INSEQ CORPORATION

Pursuant to the provisions and subject to the requirements of the laws
of the State of Delaware (particularly Chapter 1, Title 8 of the
Delaware Code and the acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto,
and known, identified, and referred to as the "General Corporation Law
of the State of Delaware"), the undersigned officer does hereby
certify:

FIRST: That by the certificate of incorporation duly filed in the
State of Delaware, as amended, this corporation is authorized to issue
4,000,000 shares of preferred stock, $.001 par value. The authority of
the Board of Directors with respect to the preferred stock is stated to
be as follows:

'FOURTH: ..........The Board of Directors is authorized,
subject to limitations prescribed by law and the provisions
hereof, to provide for the issuance from time to time of
Preferred Stock in one or more series, and by filing a
certificate pursuant to '151 of the Delaware General Corporation

convened and held on May 5, 2006, adopted the following resolutions:
RESOLVED: That pursuant to the authority vested in the Board of
Directors of the Corporation by the Corporation's Certificate of
Incorporation, as amended, a series of Preferred Stock of the
Corporation be, and it hereby is, created out of the authorized but
unissued shares of the capital stock of the Corporation, such series
to be designated Series D Preferred Stock, to consist of One Million
(1,000,000) shares, par value $0.001 per share, which shall have the
following designations, preferences, rights, qualifications,
limitations and restrictions:

1. Voting. The holders of shares of Series D
Convertible Preferred Stock shall have the following voting rights:
Each share of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock shall entitle the
holder thereof, on all matters submitted to a vote of the
stockholders of the Corporation, to that number of votes as shall be
equal to the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock into which
such holder's shares of Series D Convertible Preferred Stock are
convertible on the record date for the stockholder action.

2. Dividends. In the event that the Corporation's
Board of Directors declares a dividend payable to holders of any
class of stock, the holder of each share of Series D Preferred Stock
shall be entitled to receive a dividend equal in amount and kind to
that payable to the holder of the number of shares of the
Corporation's Common Stock into which that holder's Series D
Preferred Stock could be converted on the record date for the dividend.

3. Liquidation. Upon the liquidation,
dissolution and winding up of the Corporation, the holders of the
Series D Preferred Stock shall be entitled to receive in cash out of
the assets of the Corporation, whether from capital or from earnings
available for distribution to its stockholders, before any amount
shall be paid to the holders of common stock, the sum of one tenth
of One Cent ($0.001) per share, after which the holders of Series D
Preferred Stock shall share in the distribution with the holders of
the Common Stock on a pari passu basis, except that in determining
the appropriate distribution of available cash among the
shareholders, each share of Series D Preferred Stock shall be deemed
to have been converted into the number of shares of the
Corporation's Common Stock into which that holder's Series D
Preferred Stock could be converted on the record date for the
distribution.

4. Conversion. Subject to and in compliance with
the provisions of this Section 4, any shares of Series D Preferred
Stock may, at any time, at the option of the holder, be converted
into fully paid and nonassessable shares of Common Stock (a
"Conversion"). The number of shares of Common Stock to which a
holder of Series D Preferred Stock shall be entitled upon a
Conversion shall equal the product obtained by (a) multiplying the
number of Fully-Diluted Common Shares by four (4), then (b)
multiplying the result by a fraction, the numerator of which will be
the number of shares of Series D Preferred Stock being converted and
the denominator of which will be the number of issued and
outstanding shares of Series D Preferred Stock. The term "Fully-
Diluted Common Shares" means the sum of the outstanding Common Stock
plus all shares of Common Stock that would be outstanding if all
securities that could be converted into Common Stock without
additional consideration were converted on the Conversion Date, but
shall not include Common Stock issuable on conversion of the Series
D Preferred Stock.

4.1 Conversion Notice. The Holder of a share of
Series D Preferred Stock may exercise its conversion right by giving
a written conversion notice (the "Conversion Notice") (x) by
facsimile to the Corporation confirmed by a telephone call or (y) by
overnight delivery service, with a copy by facsimile to the
Corporation's transfer agent for its Common Stock, as designated by
the Corporation from time to time (the "Transfer Agent") and to its
counsel, as designated by the Corporation from time to time. If
such conversion will result in the conversion of all of such
Holder's Series d Preferred Stock, the Holder shall also surrender
the certificate for the Series d Preferred Stock to the Corporation
at its principal office (or such other office or agency of the
Corporation may designate by notice in writing to the Holder) at any
time during its usual business hours on the date set forth in the
Conversion Notice.

4.2 Issuance of Certificates; Time Conversion
Effected.

4.2.1 Promptly, but in no event more than three
(3) Trading Days, after the receipt of the Conversion Notice
referred to in Subsection 4.1 and surrender of the Series D
Preferred Stock certificate (if required), the Corporation shall
issue and deliver, or the Corporation shall cause to be issued and
delivered, to the Holder, registered in such name or names as the
Holder may direct, a certificate or certificates for the number of
whole shares of Common Stock into which the Series D Preferred Stock
has been converted. In the alternative, if the Corporation's
Transfer Agent is a participant in the electronic book transfer
program, the Transfer Agent shall credit such aggregate number of
shares of Common Stock to which the Holder shall be entitled to the
Holder's or its designee's balance account with The Depository Trust
Corporation. Such conversion shall be deemed to have been effected,
and the "Conversion Date" shall be deemed to have occurred, on the
date on which such Conversion Notice shall have been received by the
Corporation and at the time specified stated in such Conversion
Notice, which must be during the calendar day of such notice. The
rights of the Holder of the Series D Preferred Stock shall cease,
and the person or persons in whose name or names any certificate or
certificates for shares of Common Stock shall be issuable upon such
conversion shall be deemed to have become the holder or holders of
record of the shares represented thereby, on the Conversion Date.
Issuance of shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion that are
requested to be registered in a name other than that of the
registered Holder shall be subject to compliance with all applicable
federal and state securities laws.

4.2.2 The Corporation understands that a delay
in the issuance of the shares of Common Stock beyond three (3)
Trading Days after the Conversion Date could result in economic loss
to the Holder of the Series D Preferred Stock. As compensation to
the Holder for such loss, the Corporation agrees to pay the Holder's
actual losses occasioned by any "buy-in" of Common Stock
necessitated by such late delivery. Furthermore, in addition to any
other remedies that may be available to the Holder, if the
Corporation fails for any reason to effect delivery of such shares
of Common Stock within five (5) Trading Days after the Conversion
Date, the Holder will be entitled to revoke the relevant Conversion
Notice by delivering a notice to such effect to the Corporation.
Upon delivery of such notice of revocation, the Corporation and the
Holder shall each be restored to their respective positions
immediately prior to delivery of such Conversion Notice, except that
the Holder shall retain the right to receive the actual cost of any
"buy-in."

4.3 Fractional Shares. The Corporation shall not,
nor shall it cause the Transfer Agent to, issue any fraction of a
share of Common Stock upon any conversion. All shares of Common
Stock (including fractions thereof) issuable upon conversion of
shares of Series D Preferred Stock by the Holder shall be aggregated
for purposes of determining whether the conversion would result in
the issuance of a fraction of a share of Common Stock. If, after
such aggregation, the issuance would result in the issuance of a
fraction of a share of Common Stock, the Corporation shall round, or
cause the Transfer Agent to round, such fraction of a share of
Common Stock up to the nearest whole share.

4.4 Reorganization, Reclassification,
Consolidation, Merger or Sale. Any recapitalization,
reorganization, reclassification, consolidation, merger, sale of all
or substantially all of the Corporation's assets or other
transaction which is effected in such a way that holders of Common
Stock are entitled to receive (either directly or upon subsequent
liquidation) stock, securities or assets with respect to or in
exchange for Common Stock is referred to herein as an "Organic
Change." Prior to the consummation of any Organic Change, the
Corporation will make appropriate provision (in form and substance
reasonably satisfactory to the Holder) to insure that the Holder
will thereafter have the right to acquire and receive in lieu of or
in addition to (as the case may be) the shares of Common Stock
otherwise acquirable and receivable upon the conversion of this
Series D Preferred Stock, such shares of stock, securities or assets
as would have been issued or payable in such Organic Change with
respect to or in exchange for the number of shares of Common Stock
that would have been acquirable and receivable had this Series D
Preferred Stock been converted into shares of Common Stock
immediately prior to such Organic Change (without taking into
account any limitations or restrictions on the timing of
conversions). In any such case, the Corporation will make
appropriate provision (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory
to the Holder) with respect to the Holder's rights and interests to
insure that the provisions of this Section 4.4 will thereafter be
applicable to the Series D Preferred Stock. The Corporation will
not effect any such consolidation, merger or sale, unless prior to
the consummation thereof, the successor entity (if other than the
Corporation) resulting from consolidation or merger or the entity
purchasing such assets assumes, by written instrument (in form and
substance reasonably satisfactory to the holders of a more than
sixty-six and two-thirds percent (66-2/3%) of Series D Preferred
Stock then outstanding), the obligation to deliver to each holder of
Series D Preferred Stock such shares of stock, securities or assets
as, in accordance with the foregoing provisions, such holder may be
entitled to acquire.

5. Vote to Change the Terms of or Issue Series D
Preferred Stock. The affirmative vote at a meeting duly called for
such purpose, or the written consent without a meeting, of the
holders of not less than sixty-six and two-thirds percent (66 2/3%)
of the then outstanding shares of Series D Preferred Stock shall be
required for (i) any change to the Corporation's Certificate of
Incorporation that would amend, alter, change or repeal any of the
preferences, limitations or relative rights of the Series D
Preferred Stock, or (ii) any issuance of additional shares of Series
D Preferred Stock.

6. Notices. In case at any time:

(a) the Corporation shall declare any dividend upon
its Common Stock payable in cash or stock or make any other pro rata
distribution to the holders of its Common Stock; or

(b) the Corporation shall offer for subscription
pro rata to the holders of its Common Stock any additional shares of
stock of any class or other rights; or

(c) there shall be any Organic Change;
then, in any one or more of such cases, the Corporation shall give,
by first class mail, postage prepaid, or by facsimile or by
recognized overnight delivery service to non-U.S. residents,
addressed to the Registered Holders of the Series D Preferred Stock
at the address of each such Holder as shown on the books of the
Corporation, (i) at least twenty (20) Trading Days' prior written
notice of the date on which the books of the Corporation shall close
or a record shall be taken for such dividend, distribution or
subscription rights or for determining rights to vote in respect of
any such Organic Change and (ii) in the case of any such Organic
Change, at least twenty (20) Trading Days' prior written notice of
the date when the same shall take place. Such notice in accordance
with the foregoing clause (i) shall also specify, in the case of any
such dividend, distribution or subscription rights, the date on
which the holders of Common Stock shall be entitled thereto, and
such notice in accordance with clause (ii) shall also specify the
date on which the holders of Common Stock shall be entitled to
exchange their Common Stock for securities or other property
deliverable upon such Organic Change.

7. Record Owner. The Corporation may deem the person in
whose name shares of Series D Preferred Stock shall be registered
upon the registry books of the Corporation to be, and may treat him
as, the absolute owner of the Series D Preferred Stock for the
purposes of conversion or redemption and for all other purposes, and
the Corporation shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary.
All such payments and such conversion shall be valid and effective
to satisfy and discharge the liabilities arising under this
Certificate of Designations to the extent of the sum or sums so paid
or the conversion so made.

THIRD: That the said resolution of the Board of Directors, and the
creation and authorization of issuance thereby of said series of
preferred stock and determination thereby of the voting rights,
dividend rate, liquidation preference and conversion right, were duly
made by the Board of Directors pursuant to authority as aforesaid and
in accordance with the General Corporation Law of the State of
Delaware.
