bei zockeronline wurde behauptet, daß die Firma
Hiking Adventure 100%iger Eigentümer von IQROM
ist. Allerdings findet man bei IQROM auf der
Homepage nirgends einen Hinweis darauf, noch habe
ich etwas über Hiking Adventures gefunden. Wer hat
Infos über die Firma und über die Aktie??

hier einige Infos zu HIKING ADVENTURE oder IQROM (WKN 936180)

Das Unternehmen hat eine "updatebare" CD entwickelt, die etwa die Größe einer Visitenkarte hat und zudem Platz für 100MBG bietet. Kunden sind bisher u.a. Hewlett Packard und Credit Agricole.
Die CD soll langfristig den Katalog als Produktinformationsquelle für den Kunden ersetzen. Im Gegensatz zum Katalog (DM10-12, je nach Auflage) sollen die Kosten für die IQROM-Karte
bei DM 6 liegen. Zudem besteht die Möglichkeit, die auf der IQROM-Karte vorhandenen Daten "upzudaten" und somit jeweils die neusten Produktinformationen per Internet auf die Festplatte
des jeweiligen Nutzers zu holen.

Umsatz 2000 (geplant): 50Mio US$ (nur durch den Verkauf der IQROM) bei 18Mio US$ Gewinn
Umsatz 2001 (geplant): 150Mio US$

In beiden Zahlen ist weder der Bereich Inhalt (der IQROM) noch die Webserviceleistungen (Datenpflege, Gestaltung der Infos, Wartung der Webseiten usw.) enthalten, so daß der Umsatz mit
Chance deutlich über den prognostizierten Zahlen liegen kann. Gespräche wurden u.a. mit Bertelsmann, Cap Gemini, Salomon Smith Barney und Bayern München geführt.

Kursziel bei Empfehlung durch den AKTIONÄR €35, Stoppkurs €7, Kurs bei Empfehlung €10, Kurs heute ca.€15.

Zum Namen der Firma ist zu sagen, daß sie sich anscheinend nur von HIKING ADVENTURE in IQROM umbenannt hat. Angaben zu Gründen oder einen bestimmten Datum fehlen.

Raises Financing of US$12.375 Million

Secures Exclusive Global Rights to US Patent for CD-Cards, And Opens its First Office in the US

NEW YORK, April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- iQROM Communications, Inc. (the `Company`) (OTC Bulletin Board: IQCO - news) is
pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of both DXP US Inc. and DXP`s UK subsidiary, iQROM Limited. The
Company is a fully reporting OTC Bulletin Board-listed company trading under the symbol of `IQCO`. Since March of this year
the Company`s common shares have been co-listed on the Berlin Stock Exchange and trade under the symbol of `HIN`.

Simultaneously with the closing of the above acquisition, the Company completed its financing of US$12.375 million as previously
announced.

At the same time, the Company entered into a long-term licensing agreement with the owners of the US patent rights for
CD-Cards. The agreement gives the Company the exclusive global rights to sell the patented CD-Cards. (The CD-Card is a
portable CD-ROM in the shape and size of a rectangular business and/or trading card that can run in the CD/DVD tray of any

Außerdem gehen die Umsätze granatenmäßig hoch!

Ob es die EamS ist, weiß ich nicht genau, auf jeden Fall soll am Sonntag ein Knallerbericht in einem "Massenblatt" erscheinen. Gerüchteweise soll auch "Kulmbach" etwas bringen, d.h. IQRom wird der Topperformer in den nächsten Tagen, ich schätze, der Kurs explodiert dann Richtung 20 Euro.

Hallo hardest u.a.,

die Story ist wirklich ein Knüller. Mir ist das Unternehmen seit längerer Zeit geläufig, habe es dann aus den Augen verloren. Was mir beim Lesen dieses Threads u. insbesondere des o.stehenden Artikels aber erst jetzt deutlich wurde, ist: das Unternehmen ist OTC-gelistet. Und diese gilt gemeinhin als Zockerbörse, Mir ist auch kein seriöses Unternehmen bekannt, das an der OTC wäre. Verwunderlich deshalb, daß IQROM mit dieser fantastischen und gehaltvollen Story wie Substanz nicht zumindest an die Nasdaq vorgerückt ist. Am Sonntag wird in der EaS eine Anzeige geschaltet sein, die das Interesse deutscher Investoren erheischen soll. Nun frage ich diejenigen, die die Firma schon längere Zeit genauer beobachten: wird der Kurs nicht in den USA gemacht?

Habt Ihr schon die Euro am Sonntag gelesen ? Dort gibt es eine 1-Seitige Anzeige bezüglich IQ ROM, der das große Potential
dieser Technologie und somit auch von IQ ROM hervorhebt. Die Anwendungsmöglichkeiten sind gigantisch
Kursziele, wie in einem der letzten Ausgaben von der Zeitschrift "Der Aktionär" scheinen mir da durchaus realistisch.
