Lateegra Gold Successfully Stakes Claim Block Adjacent to Aurelian Resources

Lateegra Gold Corp. (the "Company" (LRG-TSX.V) (Frankfurt-LTG) is pleased to announce that it has successfully staked approx. six thousand six hundred (6,600) hectares of mineral rights adjacent to and south east of Aurelian Resources Inc (ARU-TSX.V)'s recent Fruta Del Norte gold discovery at it's Condor Project, South East Ecuador.

Lateegra's mineral claims lay entirely on the Peruvian side of the Ecuador / Peru border with 5900 hectares being east and centered north south within 7.5km from Aurelian's recently announced discovery drill intercepts of 189 meter intercept grading 24 g/t of gold along with subsequently released impressive results at its Condor Project, a reported buried epithermal gold-silver discovery at Fruta Del Norte, southeastern Ecuador. An additional 700 hectares were successfully staked east of both Goldmarca's (TSX-V:GML) recently acquired Aphrodite and Condor Gold projects where drilling intersected a gold bonanza zone of 48 metres of 16.7 g/t gold and 7 ozs per tonne of silver.

The properties were sited with the assistance of James A. McCrea P.Geo., Resource Geologist, and successfully applied for based on geological and technical merit. Extensive areas of hydrothermal alteration, high-grade vein-type epithermal and bulk tonnage precious metal deposits are found in this prolific N.W.-S.E. trending belt. Additional neighboring companies also include Plexmar's Casa del Diablo and Corriente's Mirrador project. The properties are being held in trust by a Peruvian National while the Company establishes it's ultimate, in-country corporate structure. Claimed areas are only approximate in size due to the irregular nature of the international border location and will be determined upon detailed government review.

The company is also engaged in advanced, late stage negotiations on two additional precious metal projects either currently in production or at a near term state of production readiness.

The company will also be setting 200,000 employee and director stock options at a strike price of $0.55 per share exercisable for a period of five years subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Lateegra Gold Corp. (the "Company") (LRG-TSX.V) (Frankfurt-LTG) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an acquisition agreement with West Hawk Development Corp to acquire a 100% interest in the La Guadalupana Mine located within the Sierra Madre Occidental Gold Belt 45 kilometers south of Glamis Gold's +2M oz El Sauzal gold deposit in the southwestern part of the State of Chihuahua, Republic of Mexico.

Previous operators of the Guadalupana Mine undertook several bulk tonnage sampling programs where results from a 200kg random sample returned 2.65 g/t Au "Gold", 32 oz/t Ag "Silver", and 24.6% Cu. "Copper" along with a 12.5 ton sample that returned 4.0 g/t Au, 20 oz/t Ag, and 29.9% Cu. per Stockwatch news 1997-06-20 & 1997-12-02

La Guadalupana project consists of a mine concession totaling 306.8 hectares and encompassing an identified area of hydrothermal alteration that covers the entire property. The property lies within a larger area of more than 170 km2 that has undergone intense hydrothermal alteration. This large area of alteration, known as the La Gran Villa concession, may be prospective for a bulk tonnage copper-gold-silver porphyry deposit "however" at this time there has been insufficient exploration to define a mineral resource. La Gran Villa is presently in legal review and Lateegra Gold has a first right of refusal to acquire this concession that totals more than 10,000 hectares surrounding the existing Guadalupana mine concession.

The La Guadalupana property is an exploration project, discovered by the Spaniards and later mined in the mid 1950's by the La Perla Mining Company, who operated the property as tungsten and copper mine until 1981. Two parallel Cu. Ag. Au. Vein sets, widening with depth to widths of 2 meters, having coincident adjacent tungsten lodes were mined down 150 meters to level 4, parallel to the surrounding valley floor. Trackless mining was then commenced with 2 declines initiated in order to access a future level 5 development which had been sampled by an internal, hand mined, 35 meter deep shaft. The level 5 development work ceased in 1981 when the mine was nationalized by the Mexican government, and placed into the National Mineral Reserve.

The Sierra Madre Gold Belt of Eocene volcanic and plutonic rocks extend for several hundred kilometers within the Sierra Madre Occidental of northern Mexico. The belt hosts several projects that have progressed to feasibility, pre-feasibility, or production stage including; Minefinder's Dolores measured and indicated resource (117Mt @ 0.76 g/t Au and 44.3 g/t Ag), August 11, 2004 news release, Alamos Minerals' Mulatos (62.2 Mt @ 1.51 g/t Au), Gammon Lake's Ocampo (21.7Mt @ 1.44 g/t Au and 57 g/t Ag), Kimber Resources' Monterde (11.2Mt@ 0.92 g/t Au and 75g/t Ag), and Glamis Gold's El Sauzal (25.7Mt @ 2.54 g/t Au). Extensive areas of hydrothermal alteration and high-grade vein-type epithermal and bulk tonnage precious metal deposits are found in this belt.

West Hawk will assign the underlying option agreement between itself and the vendor to Lateegra for a one time payment of 500,000 common shares of Lateegra. The payment schedule to the underlying vendor for the 4.5 year USD$1,490,000.00 (one million four hundred and ninety thousand dollars) property option agreement is as follows: Commencing May 31, 2006 until January 31, 2011 the Company will pay USD$2,500.00/month. On or before January 31, 2010, the Company will pay USD$50,000.00 (fifty thousand dollars) and prior to January 31, 2011 pay USD$1,280,000.00 (one million two hundred eighty thousand dollars). In addition the vendor will retain the 2% Net Smelter Return (NSR) where the Company, at its election, may choose to purchase the 2% NSR at a cost of USD$500,000.00 per 1%. While there are no specific work requirements, the Company has committed to spend a minimum of USD$400,000 (four hundred thousand dollars). The above proposed transaction is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Due to common directors of both companies, this transaction is considered a non-arms-length transaction. The company is also engaged in various stages of negotiations on two additional precious metal projects in Mexico.

Lateegra Gold Corp also announces a private placement of up to 1,000,000 units at $0.50 per unit for gross proceeds of C$500,000 dollars. Each unit will consist of 1 common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional share of Lateegra Gold at a price of C$0.75 for a period of 1 year.

Lateegra Gold Acquires Gold Anomaly within Aurelian Resource's Condor Project

July 13, 2006. Lateegra Gold Corp. (the "Company") (LRG-TSX.V) (Frankfurt-LTG) announces that it has acquired the "El Condor" property in South Eastern Equador. The property consists of two hundred and forty two (242) hectares of mineral rights within 4000 meters south east of Aurelian Resources Inc (ARU-TSX.V)'s recent Fruta del Norte ("FDN") high grade gold discovery and just south and sharing Aurelian's El Tigre gold anomaly at it's Condor Project, South East Ecuador.

The Condor Property was purchased from Ing Freddy Salazar, an Ecuadorian Geologist who spent ten years working as an in-country geologist for Newmont Gold and more recently Aurelian Resources. Mr. Salazar was instrumental in the identification of the land package known as the Condor Project held by Aurelian Resources Inc. (For map, please refer to http://www.lateegra.com/pdf/lrg-map-lacondor.pdf)

The Condor property was held by Ing. Salazar prior to the assembling of Aurelian's "Condor Project" land package and is within the same geologic unit as Aurelian's Fruta del Norte discovery. This concession is fully covered by strongly altered and oxidized intrusive rocks with presence of limonite veins and some fully brecciated sections with sericitic alteration, angular alluvial gold in placers covers 70% of the area. The property is underlain by strongly altered intermediate porphyritic intrusive rocks containing weathered sericitic / chloritic alteration. Veins up to 4m in wide of tectonically brecciated crystalline quartz with iron oxides have been intersected in nearby trenches by Aurelian Resources. Additionally, 1m float boulders discovered in the area have assayed up to 6.62g/t Au.

Details of the of the 100% purchase agreement are as follows: The company has paid a US$10,000.00 deposit with a balance of US$90,000.00 and 300,000 shares of the Company's capital stock due upon TSX Venture Exchange approval.

(the "Company") (LRG-TSX.V) (Frankfurt-LTG) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an acquisition agreement with Tara Gold Resources Corp (OTC: TRGD.PK) (Frankfurt T8N) to acquire up to a 70% interest in the Picacho Gold Mine located within the Northern Sierra Madre Gold Belt, 120 kilometers south of the United States Border, in Sonora State, Republic of Mexico.

The Picacho mine, a 3,236 hectare mining concession, is 24km by haulage road from Bacoachi, a town with a population of approximately 2000 people serviced by the national electrical grid, a 1200m airstrip and a paved highway accessing the nearby mining town of Cananea and the State capital, Hermosillo.

The previous owners have been exploiting an up to 6 meter wide vein structure for the past three years by driving in on a 5 meter by 5 meter ramp declining 8% and extending over 1km in length. Production comes from several working faces averaging 4 - 6 meters in width, dipping at 700, with very competent hanging wall and roof support conditions. Owner reported, and company verified, ore grades averaged 5 grams gold and 15 grams silver per tonne hosted within a mineralized structure comprising an 85% silica content creating a tailings product that is being sold as a flux agent to the local smelters for US$35.00/tonne, an amount that is estimated to generate sufficient revenues to cover current mining and milling costs. Management believes the ore body width, dip, and hanging wall competency offer tremendous operational flexibility enabling a variety of mining methodologies to ultimately optimize efficiency while minimizing pillar volumes and dilution.

Lateegra has commissioned three separate site visits to the Picacho property with check samples being taken under the supervision of 43-101 qualified persons Michael Sandidge P.Geo, Jeffrey Reeder P.Geo and James McCrea P.Geo. The samples tabulated below were random, representing both the structure and the wall rock. Results as obtained from samples:

The samples were collected and transported by independent consultants to ALS Chemex Laboratory (Chemex) in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, (a laboratory certified by ISO 9002).

The purchase of the mine includes an extensive processing facility currently capable of 250 tonnes/per day of ore throughput. The mill includes a 1500 tonnes/day jaw crusher, a 500 tonnes/day cone crusher, 2 ball mills, 2 floatation cells (400 tonnes/day), 2 caterpillar gen-sets and a large shop facility. The rolling stock consists of 3 Wagner ST8 scoop trams, a Gardner Denver 2 boom pneumatic jumbo, a stationary hydraulic exploration drill, 2 compressors, 2 Cat D8's and a D9 dozer, a Clarke Michigan front end loader, 1 track loader, haul trucks and all ancillary mining equipment. The equipment, being in good serviceable condition, allows the option for an on going mining operation simultaneous to the commissioning of a scoping study tp prepare recommendations, around various optimization scenarios, for plant and equipment upgrading.

The Picacho Project, interpreted as a low sulfidation epithermal gold-silver system, is hosted in a Middle-Upper Tertiary "caldera complex" of silicified andesites and andesitic tuffs intruded by nearly contemporaneous rhyodacites, diotites, and andesitic breccias. This "caldera complex" is part of a volcanic regime covering northern Sonora and Chihuahua States of Mexico overprinting a NW-SE trending Lower Tertiary porphyry copper belt host to Mexico's largest copper deposits, Cananea and La Caridad. The property is structurally delineated by NW-SE, N-S and NE-SW fault and fracture trending structures traced for over 5kms and potentially representing a reactivation of older structures, developing an extensive vein system hosting gold and characterized by multiphase banded quartz and sulfide stockwork veining with hydrothermal brecciation within intensely silicified andesitic volcanics.

A new zone of intense alteration comprising a vuggy silica discovered in recent workings, represents a near surface heap leach-able gold target believed to be related to the same structure currently being mined on strike, more than 2 km's away. The new zone will be drill tested as part of a resource definition program. Low sulfidation systems of this type, under favorable conditions, have formed large bulk tonnage gold deposits including the 42million oz Lihir Deposit in Papua New Guinea, the 16million oz Zhao-Ye deposit in China, the 5million oz Kori-Kollo deposit in Bolivia, and the 18millon oz Cadia East Deposit in Australia.

The terms of the option agreement to earn an initial 65% interest in the project is as follows. Lateegra will make staged escalating payments to the vendors totaling $7,325,000 over a 5 year period plus an additional $100,000 per year on the anniversary of the agreement for the term of the JV. Lateegra will also commit to spending $1,000,000 in exploration and $2,000,000 on mine development and production plant enhancements within 18 months of the signing of the agreement as well as issue Tara Gold 50,000 shares per month for a period of 12 months. Once Lateegra has earned the 65% interest, a Joint Venture will be formed and a standard dilution clause will be in effect. As a basis for the dilution clause, each party will be deemed to have invested the following amount of money in the Picacho Groupings, Lateegra US$10,325,000 (representing its 65% interest); and Tara: US$5,600,000 (representing its 35% interest). In the event a participant has been diluted down to a 10% interest, this interest will automatically convert into a 3% N.S.R. and the joint venture agreement will become null and void. For a period of no longer then 1 year, the 3% NSR can be reduced to 1% by any partner in exchange for a US$2,000,000 payment for each 1% increment. It is also agreed that Lateegra will have an 18 month option to increase its interest in the Picacho Groupings to 70% thereby reducing Tara's interest in the Picacho Groupings to 30%, whereby the price for the 5% will be determined based on a sliding scale of daily production averaged over 3 months. A finders fee in accordance with TSX policies will be payable.

lateegra soll die neue aurelien sein. und die news stehen an.
heute verliert sie hier 2 cent. die chance. für mich ein strong buy zu dem kurs.

aurelein jetzt schon von 50 cent auf über 20 euro gestiegen.

lateegra wird folgen. eigentlich schön, dass hier kaum einer schreibt. das war bei aurelien auch so. dann ging es schlag auf schlag.

ich hoffe auf eine kursaussetzung nächste woche. und dann steht der kurs wie bei aurelien sofort 300% höher. und das ist dann erstmal der anfang. man muss bei solchen raketen früh drin sein. und nicht erst nach 1000%

ich habe nur gehört, dass es bald bohrergebnisse gibt und hier gewinne schlummern, die sich bisher keiner vorstellen kann.

wenn die ergebnisse gut sind, dann gibt es einen run auf die aktie. denn alle haben aurelein im kopf. 50 cent auf 20€

aurelein steht bei jetzt bei 50 cent. mal sehen wo sie im märz steht. solange werde ich die halten.

die unglaubliche 50 cent rakete auf NTV-Text ist übrigens lateegra.
in 2 tagen sind wir schlauer. aber es ist besser vor den ergebnissen dabei zu sein. bei aurelien wurde der kurs auch ausgesetzt. und dann stand der kurs 300% höher.

es scheint los zu gehen. gestern wurde da nochmal gedrückt und gesammelt. die bohrergebnisse stehen wohl vor der tür. pfauntsch sagt seit tagen--strong buy-- neue aurelien.

der ist sich irgendwie seiner sache sehr sicher.

Certain insiders of Lateegra Gold Corp. have arranged a sale of 1.2 million shares of Lateegra at a price of 70 cents per share through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. The proceeds from this sale will be used to partially finance a brokered private placement of up to 800,000 units at 70 cents per unit for gross proceeds of $560,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional share of Lateegra at a price of 85 cents for a period of two years.

Company field crews, headed by Jeffrey Reeder, PGeo, are being assembled for immediate dispatch to the company's wholly owned El Condor project positioned three kilometres from Aurelian Resources Inc.'s recent and world-class discovery at the Fruta Del Norte project in southern Ecuador. Also of significance is today's release by Plexmar Resources Inc. containing field results from the Escondida project which is five km northeast of the FDN discovery and highlighted by samples form pebbles and boulders assaying values of 396 grams per tonne gold.

Additionally, a recent field review by Dr. Richard H. Sillitoe suggesting the "mineralized corridor at FDN extends approximately four km farther south where arsenic and antimony anomalies are thought to merit immediate scout drill testing in search of blind gold mineralization" potentially encompass Aurelian's El Tigre target southeast of FDN and immediately adjacent Lateegra's El Condor project.

hier hat noch kein BB von lateegra geschrieben. die kanadier kaufen ohne vorgaben von uns. das sind die wahren raketen.

LATEEGRA JOINT VENTURES PERU PROPERTY, INCREASES FINANCING

Lateegra Gold Corp. has signed a letter of intent with MPH Ventures Corp. to enter into a formal option agreement for the acquisition by MPH Ventures of a 50-per-cent interest in Lateegra's wholly owned Halcones gold-silver project located on the Peruvian side of the Ecuador-Peru border.

The Halcones project consists of approximately 6,000 hectares of mineral rights adjacent to the east of Aurelian Resources Inc.'s Ecuador property and 7.5 kilometres east of Aurelian's recently announced Fruta Del Norte gold discovery with announced grades of 24 grams per tonne gold over 189 metres, along with other impressive results.

Lateegra has agreed to grant an option to MPH to acquire a 50-per-cent interest in the Halcones property in consideration of MPH Ventures undertaking a work program on the property totalling $1.5-million, issuing a total of 750,000 shares to Lateegra and paying the sum of $150,000 as set forth below:


work commitment -- exploration expenditures as follows;
$300,000 on or before Sept. 15, 2007;
a further $500,000 on or before Sept. 15, 2008; and
a further $700,000 on or before Sept. 15, 2009;
share issuance -- shall issue shares to Lateegra as follows; and
250,000 common shares upon acceptance of the formal option agreement by the TSX Venture Exchange;
an additional 250,000 common shares on or before the first anniversary of TSX Venture Exchange acceptance of the formal option agreement; and
an additional 250,000 common shares on or before the second anniversary of TSX Venture Exchange acceptance of the formal option agreement;
cash payment -- shall pay to Lateegra as follows;
$75,000 upon acceptance of the formal option agreement by the TSX Venture Exchange;
a further $50,000 on or before the first anniversary of TSX Venture Exchange acceptance of the formal option agreement; and
a further sum of $25,000 on or before the second anniversary of TSX Venture Exchange acceptance of the formal option agreement.

The Halcones property is subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter return in favour of Lateegra, with MPH Ventures having the right to purchase at any time one-half of the 2-per-cent NSR for a purchase price of $1-million.

The company and MPH have agreed that they will diligently and in good faith negotiate a definitive option agreement.

The company also announces that, pursuant to the agreement announced Aug. 31, 2006, in Stockwatch, with Canaccord Capital as lead agent to raise on a best-efforts basis up to $1.5-million (with a $450,000 agency overallotment provision) by way of a brokered private placement, the overallotment has been increased to $1-million for a total subscription of $2.5-million by way of issuing 3,571,428 units.

"With such a large land package in the Peruvian/Equadoran-Condor area, having a second company carrying the costs on the Peruvian side of the border will provide the means to expedite the exploration of these projects," said Michael Townsend, president.

lrg's ecuadorian property is fine but its very large peruvian claims in the northern peruvian province of amazonas, and which lrg just jv-ed half to mps ventures is in a protected national reserve recognized by the u.n. and cherished by countless ecological ngos. if you don't think ngos in peru have power, then you haven't done your dd.

the national reserve in question is named santiago comaina. it was formed in 1999 with over 860,000 hectares. at that time, it was several kilometres inland from the ecuador border but in 2000, the reserve was greatly enlarged to 1,643,570 hectares including all along the southeast ecuador border. in my opinion, there is slim or none chance there could ever be any serious exploration of their so-called halcones project.

diese woche wieder steigende kurse. und hoffentlich bald solche ergebnisse wie bei goldmarca. oder bessere?
die umsätze in kanada waren teilweise enorm. da hat hier noch gar keiner drüber gesprochen.
die ergebnisse von goldmarca werden auch diesem nachbarn von aurelien wieder einen aufschwung bringen. und empfehlungen von analysten können ja auch nicht schaden.

wäre gut, wenn sich der kurs so um die 1,05 erstmal stabilisiert und dann nach 20 uhr nochmal gas gibt. vielleicht wollen noch einige günstiger rein. wird ev. nochmal leicht fallen. aber wohl nicht unter 1,05 cad. sk über 1,20cad sind möglich. und wenn die bohrergebnisse kommen, dann natürlich sehr viel mehr. ev. ist etwas durchgesickert und die ergebnisse kommen im laufe des tages. ich verkaufe keine stücke. wegen dem michael schaefer steigt der kurs nicht um fast 30%.
das ist doch ein deutscher, wenn ich mich nicht irre.

die hotline kann ich empfehlen. kurz und knackig. höchstesn 5 min. und man ist schlauer. frick labert erst 10 min. über dax und seine continental. und dann empfiehlt der eine amerix die am nächsten tag 30% abstürzt. echt klasse

von den unmittelbaren nachbarn erscheint mir immer noch LRG am günstigsten. die übrigen, entfernteren werte in ecuador und peru sind auch gut gelaufen, vielleicht gibt es da noch ein paar kleine werte zu entdecken (REX,...).

neben und sogar vor LRG ist nur noch ein wert zu nennen und das ist ARU selbst.

Why do I bring up Company Gold?

Because Company Gold's drill results on their property have returned some of the best gold results ever.

As you might expect, when those results were announced, its stock went nuts.

Company Gold is up 6,639% this year.

And that's what has everybody looking at this other company now. Their property is within the same geologic unit as Company Gold's discovery. [Picture omitted.]

According to the company's report...

"This concession is fully covered by strongly altered and oxidized intrusive rocks with presence of limonite veins and some fully brecciated sections with sericitic alteration, angular alluvial gold in placers covers 70% of the area.

The property is underlain by strongly altered intermediate porphyritic intrusive rocks containing weathered sericitic / chloritic alteration. Veins up to 4m wide of tectonically brecciated crystalline quartz with iron oxides have been intersected in nearby trenches by Company Gold. Additionally, 1m float boulders discovered in the area have assayed up to 6.62g/t Au."

This could be a blockbuster.

Caveat Emptor: High trading Peru and Ecuador Plays
Snapshot: ARU CMM GML LRG MPS NVT ORR PLE SKE SUE

Today was topsy-turvy on the junior markets. This was exemplified by Skeena Resources' (SKE-v) twenty-five cents fluctuation. Supposedly, this is the week for much anticipated results from Skeena's recently completed drill program. Skeena shares opened at 87 cents and propelled to the role of leading market gainer for the day when it reached $1.07, only to retrace sharply later in the day to close one cent down from the previous close. The deluge of selling took Skeena back down as far as 82 cents and coincided with a general corrective mood in the general markets. While a disappointing close in light of the stock's high for the day, Skeena did move up 22 cents last Friday on virtually no let up, so in this respect, profit taking is understandable. Personally, I am holding for results, as I like this company very much. I believe in its management and will cast my lot with them.

Among most active traders, 6 of the top 10 most active stocks were Ecuadorian or Peruvian gold companies. They are in order of volume: Skeena Resources, Goldmarca (GML-v), Plexmar Resources (PLE-v), MPH Ventures (MPS-v), Lateegra Gold (LRG-v) and Nortec Ventures (NVT-v). All but Lateegra and MPH fell in shareprice. Lateegra and MPH are somewhat associated and have officials who are and were directors of West Hawk Developments (WHD-v). Lateegra optioned 50% of its Halcones gold-silver project in Peru to MPH. Lateegra has, within Ecuador, a beautifully sited property approximate to Aurelian Resources' (ARU-v) Fruta del Norte gold project. Halcones is comprised of two sets of claims, with the larger one 7.5 kilometres due east of Fruta del Norte, and together covering an area of 6000 hectares in Peru.

Not mentioned in company news releases is the fact that Halcones is sited within a protected national ecological reserve with numerous links to environmental NGOs. The national reserve in question is located in the northern Amazonas area of Peru and is called Santiago Comaina. It was formed in 1999 with over 860,000 hectares. At that time, Santiago Comaina's border in Peru started several kilometres inland from the Ecuador border. However, in 2000, the reserve was greatly enlarged to 1,643,570 hectares, including all along southeast Ecuador. For a map of the reserve, go to: http://www.tbpa.net/case_01.htm

How the two companies could possibly enact any serious exploration in this protected area is, in my view, the big question. NGOs are extremely strong in Peru and Ecuador, especially in the former. Moreover, border area exploration in Peru require the securing of a hard-to-get border permit, a prerequisite to a drilling permit. Given the price rise of both companies today, investors seem unconcerned with this possible hitch.

Plexmar submitted an application for a border permit in February 2005 and was granted one last month, a process that was considered expeditious and yet took a year and a half. A border permit is defined as a Supreme Decree from the President of the Republic of Peru. An August 2006 news release issued by Plexmar read:

"According to the constitution of Peru, within 50 kilometres of the border, foreigners cannot acquire any mining titles, land, water rights, and oil and gas rights directly or indirectly when backed by foreign capital unless they are awarded a Supreme Decree by the Council of Ministers. The process is a lengthy one and requires approval by the Ministry of Mines, the Army, the Council of Ministers and then by the President of the Republic himself."

Thus far, I know of no other junior venture company exploring along the border area of Peru to have secured a border permit.

While on the topic of Plexmar, its shares fell back to below 70 cents territory today, sparking worry among some investors that technical analysis support was broken. But I took this as an opportunity to buy back shares that I sold at the time when I posted in an earlier blog that Plexmar at $1.20 was a great play but an overbought one. Everyone is anxious for a schedule to be announced by the company, particularly regarding a drilling start date. The company has a wealth of highly prospective properties: Bolsa del Diablo in Peru, Escondida in Ecuador, more than 6600 hectares of ground south of Bolsa where artisan miners are digging up significant amounts of high grade zinc, the highly prospective Marilia property that neighbours Newmont's (NMC-t) Yanacocha mine, the Alta Chicama deposit of Barrick (ABX-t) and the Shahuindo project of Sulliden Exploration (SUE-t), which has a resource estimate of 2.1 million ounces of gold equivalent. Marilia won't get started until the controversy surrounding Sulliden's title to Shahuindo is clarified.

Sulliden shares suffered an ignominious setback last year, one yet to be resolved. As a company news release stated last year "[an] unusual legal measure temporarily suspended the arbritration process on their Shahuindo property, after the issuances of an unconventional injunction by the district judge of Lima." At issue is the execution of the Transfer Agreement between Sulliden and two Peruvian companies, despite affirmation by the Superior Court of Lima of Sulliden's title to Shahuindo. Nonetheless, so far as Plexmar is concerned, its portfolio of properties is loaded with potential and, in particular, investors await with anticipation to find out just what it is that is the source of all that surface gold on their northern Peru claims.

Trading in Peruvian and Ecuadorian junior gold companies has been extremely volatile in the last few months, and increasingly so. As such, there has been a lot of jockeying back and forth among day and swingtrading investors from one stock to the next. An unofficial system of handicapping has developed and been cited on the chat boards in respect to which of the high trading gold companies will be the next to move up and the next to issue significant news. Somewhat lost in all this shortterm trading frenzy is the question of investment and which company or companies stand the best chance of making a discovery, of possibly being the next Aurelian (a mini version will do) and of returning the best value in the future for one's investment dollar today.

The company has recently signed a letter of intent with MPH Ventures Corp. to enter into a formal option agreement for the acquisition by MPH Ventures of a 50-per-cent interest in Lateegra's wholly owned Halcones gold-silver project located entirely on the Peruvian side of the Ecuador-Peru border. The Halcones project consists of approximately 6,000 hectares of mineral claims being held in trust by a Peruvian national in favour of the company, with the necessary mineral rights applications being processed through standard application procedures with the Peruvian government.

hat jemand den Schlusskurs aus CAN von gestern? Wenn ja, bitte reinstellen (mit Umrechnung in EUR).
Wo werden wir heute Morgen Eurer Ansicht nach eröffnen?
Würde gerne nochmals zu Kursen zwischen 0,78 bis 0,82 nachkaufen!!! Also, her mit den Shares (hahahahahaha!!!)
Ob der Kurs nochmal etwas zurück kommt oder maschieren wir jetzt nach Norden durch?

im plexmar thread habe ich gelesen, dass lateegra wohl keine Bohrgenehmigung bekommt. dann ist das nur gepusche. altaktionäre haben die aktie zu 7,5 cent bekommen. also ein bisschen vorsicht ist hier schon geboten. bin nur noch mit 50% dabei. gestern zu 88cent geschmissen. gestern wurde wohl die empfehlung von dem schäfer für jederman veröffentlicht. deshalb der starke anstieg.
hauptsache es läuft nicht wie bei unserem bäcker.
puschen, abladen und ab in den keller.
plexmar hat auch fast 50% nach so einem schnellen anstieg verloren.
an gewinnmitnahmen ist noch keiner gestorben.
von mir aus kann sie aber 1000% steigen.

Lateegra optioned 50% of its Halcones gold-silver project in Peru to MPH. Lateegra has, within Ecuador, a beautifully sited property approximate to Aurelian Resources' (ARU-v) Fruta del Norte gold project. Halcones is comprised of two sets of claims, with the larger one 7.5 kilometres due east of Fruta del Norte, and together covering an area of 6000 hectares in Peru.

Not mentioned in company news releases is the fact that Halcones is sited within a protected national ecological reserve with numerous links to environmental NGOs. The national reserve in question is located in the northern Amazonas area of Peru and is called Santiago Comaina. It was formed in 1999 with over 860,000 hectares. At that time, Santiago Comaina's border in Peru started several kilometres inland from the Ecuador border. How the two companies could possibly enact any serious exploration in this protected area is, in my view, the big question. NGOs are extremely strong in Peru and Ecuador, especially in the former. Moreover, border area exploration in Peru require the securing of a hard-to-get border permit, a prerequisite to a drilling permit. Given the price rise of both companies today, investors seem unconcerned with this possible hitch.

jedoch ist die Marktkapitalisierung hier deutlich niedriger bzw. ein Bruchteil der Anderen.

Halcones Projekt wurde m.E aufgrund des Naturschutzgebietes optioniert bzw. aufgegeben, Phantasie ist aber im Condor-Projekt, natürlich hochspekulativ.
Technisch ein Kauf.

Known as Lateegra Resources until about New Year 2006, when its capital was consolidated on a 10-old-for-one-new basis, Lateegra Gold is heavily involved in projects in Ecuador and Mexico, some of which are now coming to fruition.

Certainly at that time, those shares could have been gobbled up with Christmas dinner, for the bargain price of 10 cents. In time, as the company clarified its goals as a resource company and became more of a known quantity, the price leaped to a 52-week peak around $1.40 in September, before settling into its current perch around 95 cents.

A more recently completed financing has allowed for the acquisition of a land package in Ecuador, located within Aurelian's land package, and about four kilometers away from Aurelian's enormous discovery at Fruta del Norte. Currently exploring the El Condor property, Lateegra is planning to identify drill targets for immediate follow-up drilling in this "hot" area.

In addition, Lateegra has Mexico. In July of this year, Lateegra joined with Tara Gold Resources to acquire a 70% interest in the Picacho Gold Mine in Mexico's Sierra Madre Gold Belt, just 120 kilometres south of the U.S. border.

It was there that ore grades averaged five grams gold and 15 grams silver per tonne, preliminary finds which indicate a fairly strong presence of both metals. The Company had visited the site three times with independent check samples taken, and then made a $1-million commitment to further exploration, $2 million to mine development. (All figures in Canadian dollars unless specified otherwise). All in all, the findings coming out of this region look promising, which investors eyeing a bargain might do well to bear in mind.

Knowing where to look for the richest gold strikes is a result of strong leadership and vast experience in this highly competitive field. Lateegra is headed by Michael Townsend, with 16 years in the management and financial arenas. Townsend has held down the post of President for the last four years, after a similar tenure at West Hawk Development. In his current capacities, Townsend has raised more than $12 million in the last four years.

CEO Christopher Verrico has had 25 years experience in the construction business, nine in the mining field. More recently, Verrico has been involved in scoping studies as well as exploration financing for numerous projects in Peru and Bolivia.

Profile

Lateegra Gold Corp. is actively assembling key assets necessary for successful establishment as a mid-tier gold producer. The Company has strengthened management with the recent addition of Newmont's former Executive Vice President to the Board of Directors, and the addition of the Head of the Mining Engineering Dept., Colorado School of Mines to the Advisory Board.

A recently completed financing has allowed the acquisition of a substantial land package in Peru, adjacent to two recent discoveries in Equador, as well as a strategically located parcel within Aurelian's land package in Equador, located within 4 kms of their enormous discovery at Fruta del Norte. The Company has also acquired a majority interest in the Picacho Mine, located in the Sierra Madre Gold Belt, Mexico.

While currently producing at a rate of 200 Tons per day, all necessary infrastructure is in place for continued operations with the capabilities of expanded production with minimal capital infusion. Acquisition of this mine will provide the Company with the necessary cash flow to enable additional exploratory work on existing assets, as well as to further due diligence on potential acquisition targets. LRG has several other properties located below.

Property

Picacho Property (Mexico)

Lateegra Gold Corp. entered into an acquisition agreement with Tara Gold Resources Corp. (Pink Sheets: TRGD) on July 25th, 2006 to acquire up to a 70% interest in the Picacho Gold Mine located within the Northern Sierra Madre Gold Belt, 120 kilometers south of the United States Border, in Sonora State, Republic of Mexico.

The Picacho mine, a 3,236 hectare mining concession, is 24km by haulage road from Bacoachi, a town with a population of approximately 2000 people serviced by the national electrical grid, a 1200m airstrip and a paved highway accessing the nearby mining town of Cananea and the State capital, Hermosillo.

The Picacho Project, interpreted as a low sulfidation epithermal gold-silver system, is hosted in a Middle-Upper Tertiary “caldera complex” of silicified andesites and andesitic tuffs intruded by nearly contemporaneous rhyodacites, diotites, and andesitic breccias. This “caldera complex” is part of a volcanic regime covering northern Sonora and Chihuahua States of Mexico overprinting a NW-SE trending Lower Tertiary porphyry copper belt host to Mexico’s largest copper deposits, Cananea and La Caridad.

The previous Owner reported, and the company verified, that ore grades averaged 5 grams gold and 15 grams silver per tonne hosted within a mineralized structure comprising an 85% silica content creating a tailings product that is being sold as a flux agent to the local smelters for US$35.00/tonne, an amount that is estimated to generate sufficient revenues to cover current mining and milling costs. Management believes the ore body width, dip, and hanging wall competency offer tremendous operational flexibility enabling a variety of mining methodologies to ultimately optimize efficiency while minimizing pillar volumes and dilution.

El Condor Property (Ecuador)

"El Condor" property is in South Eastern Ecuador. The property consists of two hundred and forty two hectares of mineral rights within 4000 meters south east of Aurelian Resources Inc (TSX Venture: ARU)'s recent Fruta del Norte high grade gold discovery and just south and sharing Aurelian's El Tigre gold anomaly at it's Condor Project, South East Ecuador.

El Condor property is within the same geologic unit as Aurelian's Fruta del Norte discovery. This concession is fully covered by strongly altered and oxidized intrusive rocks with presence of limonite veins and some fully brecciated sections with sericitic alteration, angular alluvial gold in placers covers 70% of the area. The property is underlain by strongly altered intermediate porphyritic intrusive rocks containing weathered sericitic / chloritic alteration. Veins up to 4m wide of tectonically brecciated crystalline quartz with iron oxides have been intersected in nearby trenches by Aurelian Resources. Additionally, 1m float boulders discovered in the area have assayed up to 6.62g/t Au.

Halcones Property (Peru)

The Halcones Property consists of six thousand six hundred (6,600) hectares of mineral rights adjacent to and south east of Aurelian Resources Inc (TSX Venture: ARU)'s recent Fruta Del Norte gold discovery and Lateegra's Ecuador property, El Condor.

Lateegra's mineral claims lay entirely on the Peruvian side of the Ecuador / Peru border with 5900 hectares being east and centered north south within 7.5km from Aurelian's recently announced discovery drill intercepts of 189 meter intercept grading 24 g/t of gold along with subsequently released impressive results at its Condor Project, a reported buried epithermal gold-silver discovery at Fruta Del Norte, southeastern Ecuador. An additional 700 hectares staked is east of both Goldmarca's (TSX Venture:GML) recently acquired Aphrodite and Condor Gold projects where drilling intersected a gold bonanza zone of 48 metres of 16.7 g/t gold and 7 ozs per tonne of silver.

Extensive areas of hydrothermal alteration, high-grade vein-type epithermal and bulk tonnage precious metal deposits are found in this prolific N.W.-S.E. trending belt. Additional neighboring companies also include Plexmar's Casa del Diablo and Corriente's Mirrador project. The properties are being held in trust by a Peruvian National while the Company establishes it's ultimate, in-country corporate structure. Claimed areas are only approximate in size due to the irregular nature of the international border location and will be determined upon detailed government review.

La Guadalupana

Formerly known as the Potrero Mine, located within the Sierra Madre Occidental gold belt and 45 Km’s south of Glamis Gold's +2Million oz El Sauzal gold mine, La Guadalupana operated from 1959 through to 1967 when nationalization idled production. This once isolated valley is now accessed with the advent of roads to both the coast and interior along with the power grid being extended to within 10 km's of the property.

Extensive hydro-thermal alteration is pervasive throughout the property and high grade copper silver values of 20-30% copper and 32 oz silver and 2.65g gold/tonne bulk sample values, within vein structures, had been reported by previous operators. The immediate targets include the high-grade vein structures entirely open to depth surrounded by a classic geo-chemical signature being highly prospective for a large bulk tonnage copper-molybdenum-tungsten porphyry deposit.

Port Eliza

The Port Eliza property is located in the Alberni Mining District and in close proximity to the historic Zeballos Mining Camp on Vancouver Island.

The area surrounding the Port Eliza is underlain by granodiorite of the Jurassic Island Plutonic Suite which intrude Lower Jurassic Bonanza Group volcanics. The northwest striking Port Eliza gold structure generally parallels the trend of a number of basic dykes within the intrusive host rocks. The structure consists of a quartz-calcite vein within a shear zone ranging from a few centimeters to over a metre in length. The structure extends for a known length of 240 meters. Free gold occurs with pyrite, chalcopyrite and other finely disseminated sulphides in a quartz gouge. The wallrock, mainly granodioritic or basic dykes, are strongly sericitized and silicified. LATEEGRA CLOSES FINANCING UPDATES WORK IN ECUADOR

Lateegra Gold Corp. has closed and completed the previously announced financing (see news reported in Stockwatch Aug. 31, Sept. 14 and Sept. 26). Gross proceeds of the offering were $2.5-million. A total of 3,571,428 units of the corporation were issued at a price of 70 cents per unit. Each unit comprised one common share of the corporation and one non-transferable warrant, each warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the corporation at an exercise price of 85 cents per warrant share until Oct. 13, 2008.

The corporation has granted to the agent agent's warrants which entitle the agent to purchase a total of 357,142 common shares of the corporation at an exercise price of 70 cents per common share at any time commencing on the date of the issue thereof and until Oct. 13, 2008. The corporation has also agreed to pay the agent a 10-per-cent commission payable, at the agent's option, in either cash or units. The agent has elected to receive $117,603.36 of the commission in cash and 189,138 agent's fee units, each agent's fee unit consisting of one common share of the corporation and one warrant which entitle the agent to purchase a total of 357,142 common shares of the corporation at an exercise price of 85 cents per common share at any time commencing on the date of the issue thereof and until Oct. 13, 2008. The corporation has also agreed to pay the agent 100,000 units, each corporate finance unit consisting of one common share of the corporation and one warrant which entitles the agent to purchase a total of 100,000 common shares at an exercise price of 85 cents per share at any time commencing on the date of the issue thereof and until Oct. 13, 2008. All of the securities issued to the placees and the agent are subject to a four-month hold period expiring Feb. 14, 2007.

LRG,SKE(Bohr.Ergebnisse überfällig)GML alle im Plus
Plexmar zwar im minus jedoch auf Wochenbasis gut erholt.
Aru wird wohl auf 100 Laufen ,wenn nix dazwischen kommt,jedoch werden die o.g. überproportional hypen und sich Aurelian anpassen.

Ich finde wir sitzen im richtigen Boot - im gegensatz zu anderen Explorern hat Lateegra diese Woche Boden gut gemacht.
Das Volummen steigt - ich finde für eine Explorer ist es gut, wenn der Kurs an der Heimbörse bestimmt wird.

neueste Infos von der Hotline: Aurelian bohrt derzeit nur noch 3km vom Lateegras ElCondor Projekt entfernt in Richtung Süden ! Also zum Lateegra Projekt zu. Auch wird vermutet, dass Aurelian großes Interesse an El Condor hat !
Wenn Aurelians Funde also nur annähernd so gut wie die letzten sind wird es höchst wahrscheinlich zu einer Übernahme kommen.

Schon interessant, aber ich wußte nicht, daß Ihr heute handelt - Bei uns in Österreich ist Feiertag und da habe ich heute rein zufällig hier rein geschaut.
die Aufname in das Musterdepot hat und wird viele Leute anlocken. Man sieht es an den Umsätzen.
Ich hoffe, daß der Anstieg nachhaltig ist.
Die Entwicklung der letzten Wochen zeigt allgemein einen schönen Aufwärtstrend - Lateegra will nach oben.
Derzeit liegen wir massiv über Pari (€ 0,94 gestern Börschenschluß Kanada) Die Umsätze in Kanada ist gemessen an den letzten Tagen eher gleichbleibend.

Habe in Frankfurt mit mehreren am Lateegra Stand gesprochen. Der Stand war echt gut aufgezogen ("Marketingmäßig"), allerdings kamen bei mehreren Beobachtern Zweifel an der "Explorationsbereitschaft" des Unternehemens.
Es scheint hier gezielt für Aurelian ein Paket geschnürt zu werden. Also "nur" Probebohrungen. Aurelian soll auch nicht zufällig bereits 3 km an Lateegra entfernt bohren. Die werden ihre Bohrungen genaustens untersuchen und geologische Rückschlüsse ziehen wollen. Sind diese positiv und passen mit den Ergebnissen von Lateegra zusammen (Infos idnt.?) (...bin kein Geologe) wird es wohl eine kleine aber unspektakuläre Übernahme geben können. Die Kriegskasse von Aurelian erlaubt so einiges...
Also, hier geht es meiner Meinung nach um ein interessantes Handelsgeschäft, nicht ein Explorationsgeschäft. Die am Stand haben das allerdings deutlich verneint. Die wollen Big Player werden und so. Wer nicht...

Ich habe irgendwie bei dieser Aktie das Gefühl, das hier noch einiges möglich ist.

Du auch hier?
bin schon ca. 4 Wochen bei Lateegra dabei. Mein EK ist sehr spitzte liegt bei 0,62 - 21,5K
Was den anderen Wert angeht bleibe ich stark investiert, doch Lateegra soll mir etwas Geld schaffen - man braucht ja schließlich etwas zum leben.

Bin sehr zuversichtlich, daß Lateegra weiter steigt, doch es werden auch nach starken Anstiegen Rücksetzer folgen.

Ich vermute Lateegra wird von Aurelian irgendwann übernommen werden. Ist ja nicht schlecht für den weiteren nachhaltigen Kursanstieg.

die hatte pfauntsch vor wochen empfohlen. bin hier zu 53 cent rein. habe aber um die 85 cent verkauft.

pfauntsch hat oft einen guten riecher.

scheint weiter hoch zu gehen.

seit 3 tagen empfiehlt er ganz besonders die new cantech.

das soll die nächste blue pearl werden. in 2 bis 3 wochen sollen news kommen. vertrag mit den koreanern. das ist eine molybdänaktie und china will korea kein moly mehr verkaufen. die suchen jetzt nach anderen Firmen. die waren auf den stockdays dabei. und pfauntsch hat mit denen gesprochen. er ist total begeistert davon und er erwartet kurse von 60 cent innerhalb der 3 wochen. z.Zt. 26 cent

bei lateegra erwartet er kurse von 1,50€

habe gerade die hotline angerufen.

und sein 100% tipp ist worldwater. soll man sich ins depot legen. am 14.11 kommen die quartalszahlen. der kurs ist schon angesprungen. es sollen rekordergebnisse verkündet werden.

21 cent im moment. bis 14.11 mind 30 cent.

nicht 3 Stk. aber so ungefähr.
Benötige etwas Geld für mich privat - bin in anderen Aktien stark investiert.
1/3 werde ich abstoßen.
Rest bleibt in jeden Fall drinnen. Diese Aktie finde ich hat Potenzial.

aber ohne Ergebnisse der Bohrungen ist es halt alles nur Spekulation. Obwohl in 3km Entfernung bohrt Aurelian und zwar in Richtung El Condor Projekt.

wenn ich hier die Stimmung im Thread und bei den Investoren so sehe, dann hofft jeder, dass Lateegra möglichst nahe an die Ergebnisse von Aurelian rankommt, da Lateegra ganz in der Nähe bohrt.

Was wäre aber, wenn Lateegra die ERgebnisse von Aurelian noch deutlich übertrifft?

Nur mal so ein Gedankenspiel...

Also, der Kurs in Canada läuft schon wieder in die richtige Richtung, wenn es so weiter geht, dann hätte ich absolut nichts einzuwenden.

Wann ist denn mit den BOhrergebissen zu rechnen. HAb mal etwas davon gehört, die Proben wären zur Zeit zur Auswertung im Labor und innerhalb der nächsten 2 Wochen sollte es Ergebnisse geben.

November 6, 2006, Vancouver, BC: Lateegra Gold Corp. (the "Company") (LRG - TSX Venture) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a financing agreement with Canaccord Capital Corporation (the "Agent") for the private placement, on a commercially reasonable efforts basis, of up to 2,400,000 Units (the "Units") at a price of $1.25 per Unit for gross proceeds of C$3,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Ich weiß von Bohrungen neben Aurelian nichts.

Es werden lediglich derzeit Oberflächenproben genommen, um Bohrziele abzugrenzen.
Bohrergebnisse werden sicherlich noch Monate auf sich warten lassen.

Lateegra ist ok, aber die anderen beiden würde ich nicht unbedingt übergewichten. Aber eine Vieving Position ist ok.

Mein Favorit ist New Cantech Ventures. Die sind "noch" relativ unentdeckt im Moly Bereich.

Bravo könnte ein richtiger Kracher werden. Drei Aussichtsreiche Projekte, sollten sich die Onerflächenproben aus Alaska, durch Bohrungen nur zu einem Bruchtteil bestätigen, wäre das der Hammer. Auch die anderen zwei Projekte haben eine gute Chance, ein Homerun zu werden. Geduld bis 2007 ist aber gefragt....

De Beira ist einfach geil zum Traden. Allerdings kristalisiert sich immer mehr heraus, dass hier was großes kommt...




Mein absoluter Favorit, ist natürlich New Cantech. Das wird mein dritter Tenbagger.



Lateegra ist durch die Nähe zu Aurelian sehr interessant. Mal sehen, was die Oberflächenproben ergeben. Eine Übernahme durch Aurelian nicht ausgeschlossen....

Ich bin ebenfalls in ein paar Explorern investiert.
Alle haben starkes Potetzial nach oben - wenn die News bzw. die Laborergebnisse ober Metallgehalt gut sind. (aber leider auch nach unten, wenn Proben den Erwartungen nicht entsprechen)

Ich finde Bravo und Lateegra haben ein gutes Fundament bei derzeitigen Kursnivau gelegt.

Ich habe die Invests für längere Zeit (ca. 1-2Jahre)
Vorteil ist dadurch die Steuerfreiheit.
Starke Schwankungen nach unten und oben muß man bei solchen Werten verkraften können.
(Ich kann , bin derzeit überall gut im Gewinn)
Alles nur eine Meinung - soll keine Kaufempfählung sein

Die Aktie hat definitiv Potential, die Frage ist nur noch wann sie um wieviel % steigt? Die Frage stelle ich mir bei jedem Invest. Interessanter wirds mit den News.

Gegen Bravo habe ich persönlich auch nichts, aber in den Bullenmonaten für Rohstoffe November/Dezember darf es ruhig auch ein bischen mehr sein.
Deshalb habe ich eine New Cantech z.B. übergewichtet, in einer Bravo bin ich ab Januar. Das reicht denke ich...

war relativ geringes Volumen, aber halt auch keine größeren Buy Orders.
Ich denke das wir charttechnisch in einer "Entscheidungsphase" sind. gehen wir wieder deutlich unter die 1,40 CAD werden wohl einige nervös...
Ich persönlich glaube nicht, das wir die 1,40 CAD so schnell wieder aufgeben.

The M10 property is located in the Pichincha Province 50 kilometers west-southwest of Quito Ecuador immediately north of and adjoining Cornerstone Capital Resources and Coastport Capital's La Plata Gold Rich VMS deposit and covers an area of 4,915 hectares. The M10 property was identified by Ing Fredy Salazar who spent several years as a senior geologist for Newmont Gold and provided consulting services for Aurelian Resources. Mr. Salazar was instrumental in the identification of the land package known as the Condor project held by Aurelian Resources and the El Condor project held by Lateegra located in the emerging gold belt in southern Ecuador.

The exploration target on the M10 concession is the continuation of the La Plata polymetallic volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) trend. Mineralization at La Plata and in the area occurs at or near the north-south trending contact between intermediate and felsic volcanics. Recent results from the drilling on La Plata by Cornerstone and Coastport Capital returned significant massive sulphides returning in hole LP-06-02, 6.7 meters (true width of 4.4 meters) averaging 11.1 g/t Au, 77.9 g/t Ag, 23.44% Zn, 1.02% Cu and 3.19% Pb and 8.9 meters averaging 31.61 g/t Au, 289.39 g/t Ag, 18.16% Zn, 5.86% Cu and 1.61% Pb in Hole LP-06-01 (Source: Stockwatch news June 22, 2006 Cornerstone Capital Resources). The M10 concession covers 7.5 kilometers of potential strike length of favorable geology. Documented mineral showings are reported to exist on the property including the El Diablo showing located on the south limits of the property.

The Auripamba project comprises 5 concessions located in the Provinces of Bolivar, Los Rios and Guayas in central Ecuador. The property consists of two separate concession blocks: Auripamba East and the Auripamba West. The eastern block covers an area of 13,650 hectares with the western block covering an area of 9800 hectares. The concessions are adjacent to Amlatminas's S.A. highly prospective Curipamba project.

Details of the 100-per-cent purchase agreements are as follows: $5,000 US (reimbursement of costs) and 650,000 shares paid over two years. The schedule of share payments are as follows: 450,000 shares of the company's capital stock on TSX-Venture approval and an additional 200,000 shares payable in 4 installments of 50,000 shares each to be paid every 6 months for two years.

The company initially plans to conduct a regional stream sediment survey followed up by regional and detail mapping and sampling on known mineralized zones.

GAP ist die Differenz zwischen Schlusskurs und Eröffnungskurs. Die Amerikaner und Kanadier haben die dumme Angewohnheit, dieses in 80 % aller Fälle, früher oder später zu schließen. Deswegen wäre es nicht schlecht, wenn wir kurzzeitig die 1,44 sehen, um in aller Ruhe weiter zu steigen.

...mir geht es eigentlich mehr darum, das jetzt Lateegra wieder unnötig hochgezockt wird wie PLE damals. Das gleiche Spiel, Nachbar von Aurelian....es wird Land zugekauft, es werden Samples ins Labor gesendet, aber es wird einfach nicht gebohrt. Solange keine Bohrergebnisse eine eindeutige Aussage geben, ist es leider nur ein Zock. Das Gebiet das Lateegra hat ist allerdings sehr gut, aber halt nicht angebohrt.

heute hatt wieder ein BB aus DE LRG aufgenommen !

sehr viele deutsche BBs sind nun in LRG drin, nicht grad ideal......


ARU wird noch viel höher klettern halt langsam, 15millionen unzen rechtfertigen noch einiges.

Es gibt eine ganze reihe ARU nachbarn, ich schätze aber das sich bei weiter schwachem umfeld für explorer nur die aru nachbarn durchsetzen die gute goldgehalte auf grosser länge vorweisen können. Oberflächenproben können zwar kurz mal dampf bringen.

Schaut euch goldmarca an, extreme bohr results und nun aktuell noch eine mcap von 100mill. , aber stark auf dem weg nach unten und die mcap wird noch schmelzen, schwacher chart. Die sind aber um einiges weiter als LRG.

lrg wird ohne baldige bohr proben auch nochmal stärker zurück kommen. da sind mir zuviele zu euphorisch

so jetzt könnt ihr schimpfen ,
hole diesen post nochmal hoch wens soweit ist!

Hallo Zusammen,

was mir bei Lateegra so gut gefällt, ist die Tatsache, dass sich (trotz der Empfehlungen diverser BB) der Kurs nur dann bewegt, wenn in Toronto die Börse offen ist.

Also bis 15:30 ging's mal wieder seitwärts, erst nachdem Kanada eröffnet hatte, kam Bewegung in die Aktie, d.h. der Kurs wird ganz klar nicht !!! in Deutschland gemacht, wie bei so vielen anderen Explorern, sondern in Kanada (wie damals bei Aurelian, die in Deutschland von den BB'S "verpennt" wurde.

Nun hoffen wir mal, dass die nächsten "Samples" entsprechend gut ausfallen und dann wird der Kurs schon entsprechend reagieren.

das hör ich gern freu mich auch schon über mein plus bis jetzt hab zwar nur 1600 stück naja aber das iss schon weit mehr als ein monatslohn da kann ich nicht so aus dem vollen schöpfen wie andere

Goldpreis wird meiner Meinung nach weiter steigen - event. mit kleine Rücksetzern, da ein schneller Ansteig auch zu einen schnellen Verkauf verlockt.
