GIG HARBOR, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 05/23/2006 -- (OTCBB: RCABE). On May 15, 2006 Reality Wireless Networks, Inc. (the “Company”) completed its initial restructuring and changed its name to “Recab International, Inc.,” pursuant to its merger with Arabian Recab for Trading Co. Reality Wireless Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:RWNW) ("Reality") announced that on July 21, 2005 it entered into a definitive merger agreement with Arabian Recab For Trading Co. ("Recab International"). Recab International (and its predecessor organization) is a 25 year old Saudi Arabian company focused primarily on the transportation industry. Recab International Previews 2nd Quarter Results

(Other OTC:RCAB.PK - News) (the "Company") today announced that the Company will report its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 on July 22, 2006. In advance of the full financial statements, the Company announced that Revenues for the quarter exceed $4.2 million USD, with Earnings of approximately $440,000 USD. This brings the Company's results for the first six months of this year to more than $9,000,000 USD of Revenues and in excess of $1,000,000 USD of Earnings.

Mit Meldung vom 23. Mai dieses Jahres ist der Zusammenschluss zu Recab International Inc. endgültig abgeschlossen (u.a. musste die Namesänderung bewilligt, das Wirtschaftsjahresende vom 30.09.auf 31.12. angeglichen werden, etc.) und seither geizt das Unternehmen nicht mit positiven News, so wurde z.B. erst kürzlich bekannt gegeben dass Arabian Recab, den Zuschlag für ein 20 Mio. USD Projekt in Riyadh, Saudi-Arabien bekommen hat. Der Auftrag umfasst die Planung, die Installation und den Austausch eines Rohrleitungsnetzes unter der Stadt.

(Other OTC:RCAB.PK - News) (the "Company" today announced that the Company will report its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2006 on July 22, 2006. In advance of the full financial statements, the Company announced that Revenues for the quarter exceed $4.2 million USD, with Earnings of approximately $440,000 USD. This brings the Company\'s results for the first six months of this year to more than $9,000,000 USD of Revenues and in excess of $1,000,000 USD of Earnings.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--May 30, 2006 -- Recab International, Inc. (the "Company" (Other OTC:RCAB.PK - News) announced today, that its wholly owned Saudi Arabian-based subsidiary, Arabian Recab for Trading Co. ("Arabian Recab", entered into an agreement with Al-Marafik Construction Co, (the "Contractor" to subcontract, on a turnkey basis, for the planning and installation of the Replacement of Water Network Project in Riyadh City, Saudi Arabia. Arabian Recab expects to complete the contract over a 3.5-year period during which it will receive 76,630770 Saudi Riyals (approximately $20,433,782 USD) for its work on the project.

The Contractor, engaged by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Water & Electricity to manage construction of the Replacement of Water Network Project, subcontracted Arabian Recab because of its expertise in management of engineering, facility design implementation and construction materials supply. Additional project specifications will include management and supply of labor, project scheduling, site delivery and technology evaluation and testing.

The Company recently announced and completed a corporate restructuring. Arabian Recab (and its predecessor organization) is a 25-year-old Saudi Arabian company focused primarily on the transportation industry, building materials supply and public works construction, which last year generated revenues of 55,248,000 Saudi Riyal (approximately $14,733,604 million USD, reported December 31, 2005) and holds assets worth approximately 126,470,300 Saudi Riyal (approximately $33,727,217 USD). The Company\'s restructuring and corporate name change is intended to facilitate the Company\'s anticipated expansion into broader international markets.

Steve Careaga, CEO of the Company, stated that, "This is an exiting opportunity for Recab International and it\'s subsidiary to display its expertise in public works construction and in the management and implementation of water facilities and network projects and related technology. der Wert hat sicherlich deine Aufmerksamkeit verdient. Hast du gesehen wie schnell er gestern gestiegen ist?

Wollte gestern Stücke haben und habe noch keine bekommen, da der Wert nur an der otc gehandelt wurde und somit nur schwer zu bekommen ist. Meine Bank handelt keine otc-Werte.

da haben einige schon wieder dollarzeichen in den augen...

die story klingt auf den ersten blick ja toll, aber wenn schon ein laufband bei wo die aktie in den höchsten tönen preist, ist doch zurückhaltung und vorsicht vielleicht für den durchschnittsanleger hier eher am platze...:O

denn nicht jeder hier ist bestimmt ein mit allen wassern gewaschener aktivtrader vor dem herrn...

die propagandamaschine läuft jedenfalls schon wieder wie geschmiert, um die unbedarfte börsenmasse und locker sitzendes geld anzuziehen, lockend und verführerisch das schnelle und leichte geld versprechend...

alles gute hier wünsche ich den investierten, und die letzten aktionäre auf dieser wahrscheinlichen reise nach jerusalem machen dann wie immer am schluß um ihre kohle ärmer und um eine erfahrung reicher das licht aus...

Die Story klingt nicht nur toll, sie ist es!

Und da die wenigsten Kleinanleger otc-Werte kaufen können, kommen deine Bedenkten doch erst mal nicht in Betracht.

Und ich sehe eine Empfehlung auch nicht negativ, genauso wenig wie den Quartalsbericht der Firma, wo sich doch jeder ein eigenes Bild der Firma machen kann

Ich sehe auf jeden Fall ein großes Potenzial in dem Wert und hoffe, dass er bald in BRD getaxt wird

As is the case of Nannaco, Reality Wireless filed 25 SEC Form S-8 registrations between May 20, 2002 and September 1, 2005. The last S-8 registered 112,500,000 shares of common stock. Before that, on July 21, 2005, some 224,000,000 shares were registered. The month prior, 112,500,000 shares were registered. Yet, on June 20, 2006, Reality Wireless, which has changed its name to “Recab International, Inc.,” was reporting to PinkSheets that it had only 996,280 shares issued and outstanding as of May 15, 2006. Nannaco’s most recent “reverse split” was a 500 to 1split.

Recab is now operating out of a mail drop located at 110 Broward Blvd.
Suite 1700, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, an “address” that the business owner says is rented to Patrick J. Lochrie.

Lochrie and Carreaga recently announced a “completed merger” with Recab International, Inc., a Nevada corporation, on May 23, 2006. Despite a SEC regulation requiring a report of a material event, Recab never filed any report on form 8-K with the SEC. Neither Reality Wireless nor Recab have ever filed with the SEC to be relieved of the obligation to file periodic reports. Reality Wireless has not filed audited financial information with the SEC for over a year.

What Recab and Lochrie did do, however, is manage to place a link on the PinkSheets.com website to an internet address that purports to be hosting an “audited financial statement” for Recab.

Immediately following the merger announcement, Lochrie launched two rapid-fire press releases. The first claimed that Recab had just won a $20 million dollar contract to install a water line in Saudi Arabia. The next release claimed that Recab would have revenues in excess of $4.7 million dollars in its first quarter. Despite the glowing news and a massive reverse split that briefly spiked the stock at over a dollar a share, Recab has fallen steadily under heavy selling pressure.
