Wow.. This has been a bumpy ride so far but 4.3 Million in revenue is HUGE!!! Till now, haven't seen the CEO do anything that would dampen the company's or the shareholders interest. Great company to be in!!!

I've been in this stock for almost a year like vantillian and many others. THIS IS THE REAL DEAL 100%....... If people did just 50% of the Due Dilegence that several of us has done on this company, they would see that this is a fantastic investment for true growth.............. Add the CEO of the company being very transparent and doing all the right things it becomes a mega investment that will create true wealth for many of it's shareholders........ Man sollte ehrlich sein und nicht solche faulen Tricks anwenden um den Leuten ans Geld ranzukommen.
Ich bin mir sicher, dass viele Gestern auch wegen Ihm verkuaft haben.

Umgekehrt möchte ich das niemand wegen meiner posterei hier kauft, bevor er/sie nicht selber von der story überzeugt ist und die risiken und chancen abgewägt hat.

Gerade wegen den Börsenbriefen können solche Werte extrmen Schwankungen unterliegen, womit dann die greenhorns gleich anfangen andere für Ihre entscheidungen verantwortlich zumachen.

Sometime the news from companies leads to speculation about what further releases could be coming from those companies. PSC hears that speculation from our members and other newsletters. Our job is to determine if speculation justified.
In the business they say where there is smoke there is fire. Essentially this means that companies which deliver strong news usually deliver more strong news. This creates momentum which creates stock price gains.

EXPU and XXXX have delivered strong news recently and many members and other websites have called us to see if there is reason to believe that more news is on the way. EXPU AND XXXX ARE GOOD BETS IN OUR BOOKS. WE CALLED BOTH COMPANIES TODAY . SPECULATION IS JUSTIFIABLE HERE AND WE THINK THESE STOCKS ARE GOING HIGHER.

I know there are negative feelings on the board about PSC and I am curious to know how in the world they could know that it was one investor selling. But, they way I see it, it would behoove them to hold their shares until this thing runs. Why would one sell shares at half what one could get for them just a few days later? I guess that's a stupid question based on what we have seen the last two days. PSC also said that they expect EXPU to disclose more news during the cc. I doubt that - I tend to think that today's news is what they are talking about. There might be more clarification but I don't think it will be anything new.
IMO, PSC has just started promoting this and there should be new hands looking to get positions the rest of the week. Should get pretty interesting.
I know this is trivial based on the latest news but I found it interesting. GLTA

Warum wieder einsteigen? wenn sie schlecht sein soll und wieder abfällt?

Eins gefällt mir auch nicht.

Wenn tatsächlich etwas großes ansteht wieso wird abgeladen?

Da näheres zur Aquisisation bzw. vollziehung zu 26.02 angekündigt ist könnte es durchaus sein das es weiter abschmiert.

Viele werden wieder zittern und bestens verkaufen.

Hab dir vor einiger Zeit bereits den Tipp gegeben, sei vorsichtig. Du und ich sind oft die letzten Glieder in der Kette, die Bescheid bekommen. Ich hab das letzte Mal bei 6,x gekauft und bin bei 18 raus. Stelle mich jetzt wieder auf die 6....bekomme ich sie nicht...wie du schon sagtest Pech gehabt...

Was ich hab, das hab ich. Aus 2K mach 6K.

As usual, subject to my hearing and (mis)interpretation of things...

Adding a realty arm as well as an insurance arm. Mortgage arm is still main part of business. 3 offices now, plan to continue expanding 4th location is TBD but one of 3 shortlisted. 3rd to 4th quarter for this next location. Realty arm LOI... "actual factual", in the midst of heavy heavy DD. Business has been around over 30 years, branded, great synergy, $2billion in sales since inception, they look to them as a feeder system to the EXPU finance system. As the CC is going on, attorneys are in the other room discussing the JV. EXPU will also share in the revenues of the realty arm. They've been doing DD since November, this is the tail end of the negotiations, will release name of acquisition shortly. They are also looking to enter the homeowner's insurance end too. They are going to follow the same model as BRK does for some of their homeowner's stuff. Questions...
1) what are we giving up to get this acquisition? he will give these details in next press release, he says he's been working on this since Nov and has best shareholder's interests in mind
2) projections already PR'd do include some of the acquisition anticipation. says he has all this for next PR. How, why, etc.
3) week or 2 for the next PR that will answer a lot of these questions
4) acquisition "put's us in a whole new plateau"
5) what's the % that the deal flys? over 90%
6) ? about PSC... said it was done by some 3rd party, he says PSC does seem to bring some awareness, says he thinks there should be some price appreciation but he isn't Jim Cramer, he keeps hammering on we should be excited about the acquisition
7) re-iterated his invitation to all investors to come and visit, says we do need awareness, says he's been to the PSC website but not a follower, his impression is they know what they are doing in the same way that EXPU knows what they are doing in the housing niche, says once the services start up he thinks everyone will be happy, "we are a small company growing, we need our story to be told". Says after this we won't need more rounds of pro stock promotion.
8) He is a firm believer in branding, that's his job as CEO
9) new company re negotiations is in FL and has 6 locations and do some international biz
10) Jamie asked about dilution...RR said in Jan he tweeted no splits forward or reverse in 2010, says next PR needs to address meat and potatoes of what they are doing, didn't really answer the question but did say the TA can be called and anyone can call RR as well and he will get back quickly
11) exiting call and going back into lawyer meeting...

Ist das nicht der Typ den Robert Rico neu in sein Führunggarde geholt hat .......stand doch Gestern oder Vorgestern bei Twitter.

Denkbar wäre es das man mit Ihm und seiner Gesellschaft ein JV eingeht oder?

Also so richtig schlau bin ich aus der Gestrigen Conference Call nicht geworden.

Fakt ist das PSC der Entwicklung geschadet hat zumindest kurzfristig.

Gerüchte besagen,das sie für die Promotion Freeshares bekommen haben die sie bei dem Hype abgestossen haben und den Kurs runter gedrückt haben um günstig an nochmehr shares ranzukommen.

Das war auch mein reden die ganze Zeit nur wer das war konnte man nicht nachvollziehen.

PSC würde sich selber vernichten wenn sie EXPU der Maßen pushen und ein Kursziel von 0.40-0.60 angeben andere wiederum gehen von 0.70 bis 1.00 $$$ aus.
Wenn dies nicht eintrifft wird es PSC genauso ergehen wie dem Bäckergesellen.

Ich denke das PSC ganz genau den waren wert von EXPU erkannt hat und mit den Anlegern Katze und Maus spielt.

Wir brauchen starke nerven wenn wir hier mit der maximalen Beute ausgehen wollen.

Das ist meine Meinung

PS: wer es auch noch traden kann wie PSC oder Saceur der soll es auch machen den nur wer verkauft kann Gewinne absichern


Fakt ist : In der story ist Phantasie drin. Die nächsten tage und Wochen werden sehr interessant bleiben

Ich denke das der Robert Ricko genau weiss was er tut.
Dieser Zusammenschluss sorgt erstens für den Wachstum und zweitens minimiert es das risiko, das man nur gegend seine Geschäfte macht.

Ohne diesen Aquisation ist EXPU 0.08-0.10 alle mal wert.

Wenn dieses Vorhaben in 1 bis 2 Wochen in trockenen Tüchern ist werden wir die 0.30 schneller sehen.
Und wenn dann die ganzen Strategischen Ausrichtungen und Synergien mit Mr. Milton Knight hinzukommen sollten wir ende des jahres spätestens in 2011 the one Dolla sehen .

Also das schlimmste ist Gestern überstanden denke ich

Bei 0.09-0.10 gibt es sehr starke Unterstützung so das es halten müsste. Die 0.10 haben wir Gestern schon getestet und abgeprallt.

Ab nächster Woche gibt es nur noch eine Richtung undzwar Norden imo

Lasst euch von den tradern nicht aus der Bahn schleudern.

auch wenn sich herausstellen sollte, dass EXPU nur ein zocker Pappier ist, so ist doch viel Bewegung drin und sie wird immermal gut für ein rit sein.

Noch spielen die Balljungen auf dem Rasen wenn EXPU genug Revenue und Aufmerksamkeit bekommen hat werden die Nationalspieler das Feld betreten.
Dann müssen die Balljungen die mit Tennisbälle spielen (0.06) raus es wird dan mit einem richtigen Ball (0.60) gespielt werden

mein lieber bignugget.

Du hast ganz einfach deine Hausaufgaben nicht selber gemacht und den Werdegang von RR nicht richtig verfolgt. Du bist wohl eingestiegen, als von iHub aus gerufen wurde.
Also, hier nochmals zum Verständnis. RR ist Geschäftsmann in Süd Florida seit vielen Jahren. Einst war er tätig im Bereich Luxusautos. Mit EXPT gründete er die heutige EXPU. Nur, im Jahre 2007/08 hatte er A/S 2 Milliarden. Gehandelt wurden die Titel an der OTC unter EXPT. Ich selber kaufte 500`000 Stück zu 0.0002.
Dies auch nach grosser Werbetrommel von RR und seinem Unternehmen.
Danach vollzog er einen Reverse Split 1:500 und änderte gleichzeitig EXPT zu EXPU. Diese Tätigkeit dauerte mehrere Tage und die Titel wurden im Portfolio immer noch mit EXPT geführt. Es war nötig, selbst bei der Bank zu bewirken, die Titel an der OTC ändern zu lassen. Nun gut, nach mehreren Tagen wurde dies vollzogen und die Titel konnten wieder gehandelt werden. In der Zwischenzeit (in der du nicht handeln konntest) verschärbelte JEMAND viele Titel in der Range 0.10 bis 0.30.
Also ein Split 1:500 ergab bei mir von 500´000 neu 1000 Aktien EXPU. Seine 2 Milliarden EXPT :500 ergäben neu 4 Millionen A/S. Aber der liebe Rico hatte plötzlich 100 Mio. A/S, also 25x mehr. Von diesen Aktien, die aus dem Nichts entstanden sind verkaufte er bislang so um die 40 Mio. in der Range von paar Cents, bis 20 Cent. Nehmen wir Durchschnitt von 10 Cent und er hat bereits Millionen eingesackt für seine Shirley.
Also, glaub du weiterhin alles, was man dir so erzählt, oder aber recherchiere mal bischen in der Vergangenheit.
Nur so zur Info, dass es dich nicht auf die nuggets schlägt.
Sind nur Erfahrungen aus der Vergangenheit. Vielleicht ist er jetzt ein lieber Mensch geworden

Ich habe nach dem Splitt bei Kursen zwischen 0.03 -0.06 gekauft

konnte es ab da bis 0,021 traden und nachlegen

während ich glaube dass hier noch einige Nuggets rauszuholen sind weinst Du immernoch um Deine alten verluste.

du begreifst es immer noch nicht.
Ich habe meine Kohle schon längst rausgeholt und lasse meine weitere Position laufen, welche dem Gewinn entspricht. Das EXPU game läuft so immer wieder neu ab. Dank dem neuauferlegten game mit EXPU und "neuen Typen" wie dir konnte ich nach dem Zerfall im 08 bei 0.05 grosse Position kaufen und 50% bei 0.16 verkaufen.
Diese 50% entsprechen meinem investierten Geld.
Also, dank dir habe ich mein Geld zurück und da das game weiter gespielt wird, werde ich meine gratis 50% der Position irgendwann auch wieder teuer verkaufen können.

so mein Lieber. Ich verabschiede mich von hier. Ist mir einfach zu dumm deine Unterhaltung hier.
Zur letzten Erklärung. Ich stamme aus der Schweiz und bewege mich seit vielen Jahren an den Börsenplätzen. Unter anderem auch im Pennystock, aber hauptsächlich an der SIX in Zürich. Dieses Forum hier interessiert mich nicht gross. Ich stiess lediglich in Google darauf, bei weiteren Recherchen zu EXPU. Was du wohl noch nie getätigt hast.
Aber du willst ganz einfach alles glauben, was du so in iHub liest.

die shares auf 5 oder 6 zu kaufen nenne ich nicht einen Riecher. Diese shares haben keinen Wert, da einzig aufgrund Promotion im net zum Leben erweckt und RR seine "aus der Asche entstandenen" 100 Mio. shares an seine Jünger verkauft. (man beachte RS 09=Betrug made in USA)

Brauchst nur noch deine Klopapier/shares in pinkyland zu verhöckern. Immer genug, da preis nicht zu hoch steigen soll. da würden ja etliche Gewinne einfahren und nicht Jünger meine cheapies kaufen

Hi sea,

hier gehen wohl bald die Lichter aus so wie es ausschaut. Ich sagte bereits vor Wochen, wie hier willkürlich gepusht wurde und Ahnungslose hier hereingetrieben wurden. Leider habe ich mich in diesem User sehr getäuscht. Jetzt postet er zwar nicht mehr, aber er sollte sich Gedanken machen, was er hier veranstaltet hat. Sea für dich tut es mir Leid. Die Art und Weise von Rico ist höchst auffällig. Das sieht man oft bei Pinkies. Leider ist hier Bignugget Opfer und Täter zugleich.

ne ne, muss dir nicht Leid tun für mich. Kenne das game von Robert und Shirley bereits über Jahre. So konnte ich diesen hype mitmachen und mein Geld wieder rausnehmen, sogar mit Gewinn und zugleich 50% meiner Titel einfach liegenlassen
Denk daran, RR und seine Genossen werden auch im 2010 wieder einen neuen hype veranstalten. Dann werde ich wiederum mitmachen und Geld rausquetschen.
Ist ein seltener Vogel dieser RR
Aber im pinkyland ist dies nun mal legal, zu lügen und Aussagen zu machen, bis die Balken sich biegen.
Gucks dir an, Namensänderung und Strucktur von Aktien wird demnächst geändert, so zumindest meine Erwartung aus Vergangenheit.
Danach erneuter hype aus Lügen und Behauptungen und RR verkauft sein Klopapier wieder in die ganze Welt, wo alle denken und hoffen, das ist DAS DING
Nun ja, seine Arbeit und ich verdiene mit ihm, aber er nicht an mir
