hallo zusammen, bin erst seit ein paar wochen dabei. aber habe mslp schon im visier seit langem. als treuer kunde von mslp produkten:-)
bei einem erwarteten umsatz für das jahr 2012 von ca. 32 mio. usd - 50 mio usd. sehe ich ein potenzial von einer market cap 32 mio. kurs/umsatz ratio 1
Der Kurs würde also bei 0.08 - 0.12 stehen bei fairer bewertung. umsatz ist natürlich nicht alleine relevant, aber bei einer umsatzsteigerung von 50% gegenüber dem 4. Quartal 2011 sollte die Gewinnschwelle erreicht werden. mslp dann markant steigen. eigentlich kann man hier nichts falsch machen. vielleicht sollte ich hier wirklich ALL-IN machen und einen riesendeal machen.

MusclePharm Completes Retirement of All Convertible Notes From Derivative Financing Companies
Program strengthens company's balance sheet, represents major step under re-capitalization plan
DENVER, March 28, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- MusclePharm Corporation (OTCBB: MSLP), a nutritional supplement company focusing on all categories of an active lifestyle, today announced it has completed the retirement of all of its outstanding convertible notes held by various financing companies.
In January 2012, the company instituted a convertible debt retirement program under which it would retire all of its outstanding convertible notes. Under the program, the company has used cash flow from operations, as well as mezzanine financing, to retire the notes. MusclePharm has retired $5.5 million of derivative financing instruments with $3.0 million cash and 55 million shares of common stock.
"Our goal is to become a fully sustainable free cash flow business by the end of the 2012 first quarter," said Brad Pyatt, chief executive officer. "Retiring the convertible debt has helped reduce uncertainty in our equity structure and represents a major step in our plan to re-capitalize MusclePharm and strengthen its balance sheet. das sieht richtig gut aus. Das sehr plötzlich hohe Handelsvolumen lässt
nur Gutes erahnen. Bin auch mit 0,02 dabei und ich sehe die Etwicklung Richtung 0,10 gehen. Handelt sich um ein Unternehmen, dass sich in der Gewinnzone befindet - von welchem OTC-Wert kann man das schon behaupten.
USA ist sehr sehr optimistisch; da werden Kurse gehandelt weit über die 0,10.
Aber ich würde sagen mit 0,10 würden wir uns hier in Deutschland, so bodenständig wie wir hier sind, erstmal zufrieden geben.
Allein aus charttechnischer Sicht, könnten wir uns heute die 0,055 holen!

mslp schreibt noch verluste. zu beginn verloren sie sogar mit jedem $ umsatz ca. zusätzliche 2-3$. das war eine katastrophe. mittlerweile wird der break-even für 4 quartal 2012 erwartet. was mich enttäuscht ist, dass die geschäftsleitung die kasse ordentlich plündert. 2 aus der geschäftsleitugn mit über 1 mio salär pro jahr. 300k fix und rest aktien. einer der geschäftsleitung war auch schon privatkonkurs. einer der geschäftsleitung de luca ist ceo von bodybuilding.com einer der erfolgreichsten online shops weltweit, das ist sicher ein gutes zeichen, der hat gute beziehungen zu distributoren. wenn es so weitergeht muss der break even früher oder später kommen. frage ist nur wie hoch die kosten auch steigen, während umsatz steigt.
