Company Press Release
eSAT, Inc. Launches New Subsidiary: Global Media Technology, Inc.
and Announces New Developments for SkySP
New Company Will Leverage eSAT Technology, Creating Future Business Opportunities
in Vertical Markets Globally
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 27, 1999-- eSAT, Inc. (OTC: ASAT - news), (FRANKFURT: ES8), a leading global
knowledge provider and creator of satellite-based information delivery systems for businesses, governments and educational institutions, Monday
announced the formation of a new wholly owned subsidiary company Global Media Technology, Inc. (GMT).
According to materials released by the company, the subsidiary is being set up to increase market opportunities for eSAT`s satellite technology, for Internet
content and digital data delivery services.
eSAT`s wholly owned subsidiary, Global Media Technology, Inc. (GMT), will focus on the integration and delivery of Internet services and online content
in the healthcare, education, entertainment and hospitality markets by leveraging the technology, services and products of eSAT, Inc.
The first business venture for GMT is The MovieWallet(TM), an innovative delivery system for feature films and other digital entertainment content to the
home consumer and hospitality industries. The MovieWallet is a portable, hand held storage device that holds a minimum of 10 gigabytes of data, enough
for three full length, DVD quality or High Definition TV movies.
Movies and other content will be distributed via eSAT`s ChannelCasting (IP Multicasting) service to MovieWallet Kiosks located in high traffic retail
locations, hotels, hospitals and office buildings. The MovieWallet Kiosks will be constantly updated to meet consumer demands via satellite and wireless
technologies. Advanced ordering to selected Kiosks will be allowed via the Internet.
The MovieWallet device will have the ability to provide maximum content security and eliminate the need for other forms of storage such as disks and
tapes. ``The MovieWallet represents a major win for consumers since distribution of `new releases` will be instantaneous. Additionally, MovieWallet Kiosks
may be installed anywhere, worldwide``, stated GMT President, Barry Sandrew, Ph.D.
In addition, eSAT`s wholly owned subsidiary SkySP, formerly known as SkyFrames, will utilize eSAT`s core satellite and networking technology as well as
other forms of broadband connectivity to support the development of new Internet services in rural areas with limited access or infrastructure.
SkySP will be marketing its services primarily to schools, offering a school-centric Internet Service Provider (ISP) solution that significantly benefits the
nation`s K-12 schools and the communities they serve. SkySP provides at no cost, commercial free Internet access to each ISP hosting school during
regular school hours.
The hosting school also receives a percentage of continuous revenue flow of all monthly subscription fees collected from the surrounding community. This
revenue source can then be used to purchase additional technology for the school or school district.
SkySP is in the process of developing strategic partnerships with several leaders in the education industry that will introduce the School-Centric solution
within their installed base of school facilities. SkySP has formed a strategic partnership with Siemens Information and Communications Networks, Inc., to
provide turnkey ISP systems, installation and round the clock maintenance.
SkySP is currently in negotiations for an exclusive source of technology for the SkySP, School-Centric solution.
Sandrew has been appointed as president of GMT and SkySP. In these multiple roles, Sandrew will oversee the development and the implementation of
core technology and applications into the vertical markets served by these subsidiaries.
Sandrew has had a remarkably diverse and successful entrepreneurial career spanning the education, medical, entertainment and hospitality industries. He
began his career as an educator and neuroscientist at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital.
In 1986 Sandrew left academia and founded American Film Technologies (AFT) where he used his expertise in diagnostic digital imaging to create the
company`s core technology for colorizing black and white classic feature films.
In 1990 Sandrew patented a computer animation technology and founded an animation division within AFT that produced TV and feature film animation
for FOX Children`s Television and 20th Century Fox. In 1991, Sandrew developed an ink & paint/special effects computer process which AFT used to
produce Steven Spielberg`s first all digital animated feature films.
In 1993 Sandrew joined The Lightspan Partnership as a co-founder, vice president/chief technology officer. There he attracted top entertainment,
animation, video game and engineering talent to create leading edge educational content for U.S. schools. In 1997 Sandrew became president of GNA
Entertainment Group, a division of Global Network Architects, Inc. (GNA), which he co-founded in 1997.
In that position he directed the licensing and distribution of entertainment content for broadband distribution into the hospitality industry and developed
partnerships with satellite and cable companies as distribution channels for entertainment content to GNA Internet communities.
In early 1999 Sandrew assumed a re-organizational role as executive vice president/CTO of IATResouces Corp. (Nasdaq: IATR - news). In that position,
Sandrew was instrumental in re-directing the company`s business from entertainment production and distribution to Internet based e-commerce and
represented the company`s technology and on-line expertise to the investment community.
``With eSAT`s capabilities, services, and groundbreaking products backing us up as we make our initial push into these lucrative markets, we should see
significant success and profits on the new venture almost immediately,`` added Sandrew.
``We launched this subsidiary company, and intend to fund it and SkySP through additional outside investment, eventually offering shares to the public,``
stated Michael Palmer, CEO and director of eSAT. ``eSAT will continue to focus on its core business-to-business strategies and building its global satellite
network to service these entities.
``The new companies have been positioned to enter diverse vertical markets while leveraging eSAT`s capabilities as a provider of high-speed
satellite-based Internet and data delivery services,`` added Palmer.

eSat Inc. Announces Agreement With Exodus Communications for
Construction of West Coast Uplink Facility
Additional Facility Expands Reach of Services to Asia
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 2000--eSAT Inc. (OTCBB:ASAT - news; FRANKFURT:ES8), a provider and
creator of satellite-based information delivery systems for businesses, governments and educational institutions, Wednesday announced a service
agreement with Exodus Communications (EXDS), to establish an uplink facility at an Exodus Internet Data Center(TM) (IDC) in Southern California.
Utilizing several redundant subsystems, Exodus Communications` world-class facilities provide the highest levels of reliability in a secure environment.
This agreement provides eSAT with sufficient Internet capacity to service eSAT`s long-term business strategy and corresponding bandwidth
requirements.
In conjunction with eSAT`s, present satellite hub in Raleigh, N.C., the completion of the new uplink facility will afford eSAT the security of redundant
centers. Once in place, this new facility will have the capability to reach Pacific Rim and Asia customers via trans-Pacific satellites while the East Coast
facility will service the United States and Europe.
``We are pleased with the opportunity presented by means of the Exodus agreement. Constructing a state of the art West Coast facility will provide the
redundant capacity to support our U.S. clients while at the same time reaching the Pacific Rim. Our East Coast facility will continue to service the U.S.,
as well as reaching the European market,`` stated eSAT`s Chief Executive Officer, Michael C. Palmer.
Following successful implementation of the west coast uplink, eSAT intends to expand its global satellite coverage with the addition of uplink centers in
Asia and Europe, providing further access to both European and Pan-Asian satellite footprints. eSAT expects to complete its global satellite coverage
by end-of-year 2000 and begin delivering global services in early 2001.
With the four planned uplink centers, two in the United States, one in Europe, and one in Asia, eSAT will be able to provide ubiquitous broadband
solutions to a multinational customer base. Additionally, the secure and redundant nature of its network will allow eSAT to offer global Private
Networks.
``This is a very exciting development for eSAT and we look forward to its successful implementation,`` commented Jim Mack, chief information and
technical officer of eSAT.

Company Press Release

Hallo zusammen,

Guten Morgen,

Letter from Dr. Alan Phan:
January 13, 2000
Dear Shareholders:
This will be a short letter just to update you on the
progress we made during my last trip to China. The
objectives of the trip were to consolidate our work
in important projects and to negotiate on a few new
deals.
1. Sinobull.com
We had a meeting in Shenzhen with all 5 operating
entities together with 2 investment banking groups
to complete details of shareholding structure,
management responsibilities and data projections
required by Ernst & Young. We will soon announce
the names of the CEO and the Board of Directors.
They are world-class executives in the Chinese
Internet industry. As for the IPO, we have already
received 2 preliminary underwriting offers and 1
investment proposal, but we are still in negotiation
for the solution that best fits Hartcourt and
SinoBull.com. The firms with which we are discussing
this project include Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley,
Lehman Brothers, Prudential, Chase, ING Barings,
Hong Kong Shanghai Bank (HKSB), DLJ, Societe General,
Banque National De Paris, Jardine Fleming, JP Morgan
and GE Capital. Four of these firms have sent their
teams to Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong to do due
diligence. Of course, we can only work with one or
two of these companies, but I name all of them so
that you know we work only with the best. Due to the
shortage of quality Chinese Internet firms in the
stock market, Sinobull.com, with its existing
revenue and market positions, is a heavily
sought-after IPO company.
2. Innostar
We negotiated (and should have a term sheet
agreement signed within weeks) with a well-known
Chinese Internet firm that holds a sizable market in
ISP connectivity for schools and universities. It
will bolster our wireless ISP via satellite strategy.
At the same time, another IP phone provider with
strategic licensing wants to join the Hartcourt
family for expansion in tandem with our IP phone
project. Esat will join our Innostar joint venture
to complete 10 gateways in 10 large cities for our
Chinese IP phone system.
Yeah, Baby, Yeah...

Guten Morgen,
diesmal vorbörsliche News (vorbörslich).
Monday January 17, 9:52 pm Eastern Time
Company Press Release
eSAT, Inc. Announces Strategic Relationship With Devnet LLC
Agreement Will Provide eSAT Access to Devnet`s World-Class Commercial Office
Building Customer Base
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 17, 2000--eSAT, Inc. (OTC: ASAT - news; FRANKFURT: ES8), a broadband service
provider and creator of satellite-based information delivery systems for businesses, governments, and educational institutions, Monday announced the
intent to form a strategic alliance with Devnet LLC to provide broadband services to the tenants within Devnet`s portfolio.
Utilizing state-of-the-art telecommunications technology, Devnet serves building owners with complete management of their communications
infrastructure by installing state-of-the-art networks with significant bandwidth, offering tenants cost-effective turnkey solutions.
This strategic alliance will allow eSAT to market its services to Devnet customers as a primary or secondary single source vendor for high-speed
connectivity, Internet access, as well as backup to landline infrastructure.
``Devnet`s willingness to recommend us to their world-class clientele demonstrates their confidence in eSAT and our technology,`` stated Michael C.
Palmer, chief executive officer of eSAT. ``The synergies between our companies will permit Devnet tenants to take advantage of eSAT`s ability to
deliver solutions to enhance their businesses.
``Additionally, our agreement with Devnet will present eSAT the opportunity of offering its business continuity services, private networking, and the
delivery mechanism for point-to-point or point-to-multipoint distribution of large multimedia files such as video, software, and custom business
applications.`` added Palmer.
Devnet currently has 50 million square feet under contract and anticipates expansion to 100 million square feet by the end of first quarter 2000. This
loosely translates into more than 10,000 businesses and more than 500,000 desktops. Devnet`s goal is to reach 250 million square feet by the end of
2000, resulting in access to well over 1 million desktops.
Qualified customers will now have access to eSAT`s broadband solution for their applications needs, through the delivery of satellite broadband IP
services and connectivity. Additionally, this will supply an effective business continuity measure to be used in the event of terrestrial failure.
``Devnet continually works to increase the value of the services it can provide our tenants and eSAT delivers unique value with their broadband satellite
services,`` said Philip L. DiGennaro, president and chief operating officer of Devnet.
About eSAT, Inc.
eSAT, Inc. is a broadband service provider for businesses, educational, and government institutions via satellite. The company`s core products provide
Internet access and networking services through its Global Satellite Internet (GSI) gateway and its recently introduced, Nexstream(TM) (bi-directional)

eSAT`s Nexstream(TM) provides organizations with an untethered, secure, transportable, cost-effective communications solution for facilities anywhere
regardless of communications infrastructure.
Additionally, eSAT`s ChannelCasting(TM)(IP multicasting) provides delivery for consistent, accurate, secure and reliable content instantaneously within
an eSAT Virtual Private Network (VPN) or Private Network (PN). Information about eSAT is available by calling 888/895-0007 or by visiting

About Devnet
Devnet serves building owners with complete management of their communications infrastructure by both installing a state-of-the-art network with
unlimited bandwidth and providing existing master non-exclusive, cooperative agreements with integrated communications service providers.
As the ``access landlord,`` controlling the telecommunications access rights for approximately 50 million square feet of commercial real estate buildings
for various institutional and private owners, Devnet brings building owners of all sizes revenue potential otherwise unattainable to any individual property
owner.

Guten Morgen,
Hallo Yoda,
bist Du ein Yedimeister? ;-)
richtig Geld.
Warum? Eigentlich simpel.
Also höher bieten
Good luck

Die Aktien gingen natürlich Richtung Norden;
