Chordiant`s Next-Generation eBusiness And Customer Interaction Software Integrates the Web, Wireless and Mobile Devices
      CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 8, 2000--

XML-based System Gives Unified `Single View of the Customer` Anytime, Anywhere

Chordiant Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: CHRD) announced the immediate availability of its next generation eBusiness infrastructure software, integrating all aspects of customer contact over the Internet, via mobile devices, and at brick-and-mortar service centers.

The new suite of eBusiness software, Chordiant v 2.0, brings together popular forms of live and remote customer communication. It is the first eBusiness and customer interaction software that allows companies to implement a solution across a wide range of devices such as Internet Web sites, in-car concierge systems, WAP-enabled devices (Wireless Application Protocol), supporting mobile Internet phones and PalmPilot devices, traditional call centers, and retail sites.

Adding WAP capabilities to Chordiant`s software increases a consumer`s mobility and improves a company`s accessibility. Consumers can interact when and where they want, not on "company time." This extends Chordiant`s concepts of delivering a consistent customer experience by providing common services such as previous interactions, customer history, multi-channel routing, central workflow, and consistent data management across all touchpoints.

Chordiant`s software is designed for global consumer businesses serving the needs of one-to-one relationships in industries such as banking, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, travel and leisure, and other markets with diverse sets of customers and products. Key features of the eBusiness environment created by Chordiant`s software enables companies to operate on a wide range of platforms, including: -- Mobile Internet device access to all business services, transactions and customer profile information through XML-and XSL-based architecture. -- Mobile Internet support for WAP 2.0 devices such as PalmPilots and cellular phones. -- A highly compact XML-based self-serve application that incorporates consistent business processes used by live customer service agents. -- An object-oriented workflow engine that generates common business processes that are reusable across the enterprise. -- An email response tracking system that enables live agents to follow-up on self-serve requests. -- Voice/data optimization and integration to enable voice and data requests to be tracked and transferred throughout the system. -- Extended data connectivity and integration via the IBM MQ-Series products, to ensure enterprise-wide access to current customer information in any of 35 different platforms.

Der bekannte Emailserviceprovider - das ist gut.

      Oder das:
      Geschäftsjahr: 31. Dezember
      Umsatz´98: 12,5 Mio. Dollar (+328% gegenüber Vorjahr)
      Verlust´98: 17,4 Mio. Dollar

Das ist ja nicht viel Verlust, nur 17,4 Millionen.

Und morgen gehen die Aktien wieder 50% runter?
Oder geht es morgen erst richtig los?
      Interessante Aktie.
