NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 1999--Teltran International (OTC BB: TLTG.ob) (Berlin Stock Exchange: TLTR.be) has been invited to reserve a new three-letter symbol by the American Stock Exchange.
The company has selected the symbol "TLT," and its request has been approved. The company believes that it is in the final stages of the application process at this time.

Teltran wird neue Anlegerkreise erreichen. Viele Fonds dürfen keine OTCBB Werte kaufen. Im RagingBull Board heißt es, daß die Fonds nur darauf warten, Teltran an der AMEX kaufen zu können. Ich gebe jetzt nichts mehr her und warte einfach mal ab.

8,9060$ + 7,95% bei 46400 umsatz. es wurde zeit! man kann über rb denken wie man will - in vielen dingen sind uns die amis weit voraus.
das amexlisting ist so gut wie durch!? dann werden die news nur so hereinflattern und tlt in andere sphären treiben. internettelefonie scheint der markt der zukunft und teltran hat sich hervorragend positioniert. es ist nur eine frage der zeit bis große unternehmen einen erfahrenen partner suchen. teltran ist ein winner!

9,00$ + 9,09% 77000 Umsatz. das kann sich sehen lassen und ich kann wieder ruhiger schlafen. am 13. habe ich geburtstag und tlt wird dann an der amex gehandelt, hoffentlich. one year, die news werden kommen und teltran wird seinen weg gehen. trotz ein paar unruhiger nächte habe ich nie an verkauf gedacht. mein kursziel für 1999 ist 30$. es hört sich jetzt vielleicht ein bißchen blöd an, aber am 15. April wird wieder dividende gezahlt. für langfristige anleger wird sich das investment bestimmt auszahlen.

aufspringen, aber schnell! das amexlisting steht kurz bevor. kurzfristig sind hier bestimmt 50% drin. langfristig gesehen hat teltran ein potential von 300 - 500%. kursziel für 2000 40$. alles nur gepushe!?

nein kein gepushe der markt für Internettelephonie und Fax over IP explodiert. Allerdings sollen demnächst entsprechende IPO`s hinzukommen.
Fax Over IP - a Lucrative Niche

Although the lion`s share of the Internet Telephony market remains voice over Internet,
fax over Internet is a lucrative niche in which a few dedicated IT companies are making
their fortunes. According to a Dun & Bradstreet report, 42% of US businesses use
email, 39% use voicemail, but more than 65% use faxes, contributing to an installed
base of more than 20 million fax machines in the US. Costs of faxing –
especially internationally - can be high, due to high long distance rates, machine cost
& maintenance and operator time. In fact, the average Fortune 500 company spends
$15 million per year in fax transmission. Fax over IP offers a means to dramatically
reduce these costs and increase efficiency by moving faxes from centralized
machines onto individual PC desktops or web-based email accounts.

Large volume fax over IP is already in use, pioneered by companies in the
exponentially growing fax broadcast business. Natural Microsystems (NASDAQ:
NMSS), manufactures fax board equipment for high volume fax over IP and/or
high-volume fax servers. Its customers include broadcast fax services that distribute
information including product fact sheets, price lists, invitations and stock updates in
volumes typically on the order of 1 - 3 million faxed pages per 24 hours. NMSS stock
is currently trading near 12, up from a yearly low of 3 in May. Given its recent IP deals
with Lucent and InterSoft, NMSS could see further gains as its equipment gains further
acceptance in the market.

BrookTrout, Inc.`s (NASDAQ: BRKT) fax over IP equipment is also used in heavy-fax
environments. In addition to partnering with fax system vendors and fax service
providers (like broadcast faxers), BRKT sells equipment directly to enterprises seeking
to streamline fax operations, by moving fax capability to individual PCs. As individual
users become increasingly empowered to perform their own clerical & administrative
tasks - first word processing & data storage, then information gathering - moving
faxes from central department locations to individual users seems like a natural
progression. BRKT`s stock price has ranged from 9 - 20 over the past year, and is
currently at 17.

These "enhanced fax services", as they are called by Fax over IP providers, are
considered the most lucrative and highest margin part of the business. While
domestic point to point fax over IP may not prove any less expensive as conventional
long distance rates decline, there is a huge demand for fax services that allow users to
group faxes into virtual mailboxes, transmit from email to fax, and send from fax to
email. The best Fax over IP software allows remote users to use their email boxes as
a universal collection points for e-mail, voice messages and faxes, consolidating
different types of communications into one easy to retrieve format.

The list of upstart vendors offering these services is long, and includes efax.com
(NASDAQ: EFAX) a web-based service that allows users to receive faxes directly to
their email accounts. Because it is web-based, faxes can be accessed from
anywhere. With more than 1 million subscribers since its free fax-email service was
launched in February, 1999, EFAX has been designated one of PC Magazine`s 100
Top Web Sites. In addition to its internet fax service, the company develops products
and licenses its technology to a number of major office equipment companies
including Hewlett-Packard, Konica and Okidata and bundles its software offerings with
millions of scanner, CD-Writer, and multifunction product shipments each year.

Although fax over IP is still in its infancy - largely because the public isn`t aware of it -
fax over IP services are expected to grow from $80 million in 1999 to $4 billion by
2002. This could still be just the tip of the iceberg, since the conventional fax
transmission market is estimated at $83 billion.
