Hallo CMGI-Fans,

kann mir jemand mit Informationen weiterhelfen:

CMGI hatte vor dem Split ca. 117 Mio Aktien. Nach dem Split sollten es ca. 234 Mio sein. Als ich nach ein paar Tagen sah, daß bereits 279,5 Mio Aktien herumirrten, habe ich im Yahoo.com-Board nachgefragt, woher die zusätzlichen 35 Mio Aktien kamen. Manche tippten auf Zukauf von Ubid.com durch Kap.Erh. Genauen Grund wußte niemand. Ja, ich weiß, das muß doch bei SEC-Filings drinstehen. Aber ich habe nichts gefunden.
Dann vor 2 Tagen schaue ich rein. Siehe da. Es sind bereits 295,2 Mio Aktien unterwegs. Schon wieder ca. 16 Mio mehr. Wie kommt das?

Ist ja kein Wunder, daß CMGI mit Verlusten pro Aktie immer wieder die Analysten topt, weil eben die Verluste auf mehr Aktien geteilt werden.
(Der letzte Satz war ein Scherz; natürlich wissen die Analysten auch, daß es nicht so einfach ist!)

Aber meine Frage bleibt. Für was wurden die Aktien herausgegeben und warum spricht niemand darüber?

CMGI hat noch so 1 Billionen $ Cash. Hab ich irgendwo gelesen aber sorry vergessen wo. Hab irgendwie so im Gefühl das CMGI ich in den letzten TAgen an ganz/ganz vielen Firmen beteiligt hat. Weil wenn du mal rechnest 50 mio Aktien zu 50$ also 2.5 Billionen $ also ne menge Cash also ist etwas am Laufen entweder werden wieder Fonds aufgelegt oder viele kleine oder einige Riegisge Beteiligung eingegangen.

16:15 Uhr - Schlussbericht Hightech Stocks: NASDAQ plus 143 auf 4099 Zähler

Die Nasdaq bleibt an der Widerstandslinie von 4100 kleben. Trotzdem sind die
Börsianer zufrieden. Eine Super-Rallye im Internetbereich (plus neun Prozent) hebt
die Nasdaq auf das Indexniveau von Mitte April.

Allgemein werden gute Quartalsergebnisse im Halbleitersektor erwartet, die kurzfristig
den Markt noch weiter nach oben führen könnten.


Der Hersteller von Handheld Computern PALM läuft am Nachmittag mit plus 26,0
Prozent zu Hochform auf. Silicon Graphics plus 16,1 Prozent.

Merrill Lynchs Internet-Holding HHH steigt heute um 9,3 Prozent und spiegelt die
derzeitige Aktivität im Cyberspace wieder. Zweistellige Prozentgewinne sind keine
Seltenheit im Cyberspace.

GoTo.com katapultiert sich auf 15 Dollar plus 50 Prozent. Das Internet-Portal erneuert
seine Vereinbarung mit America Online als Search Engine Provider. Der Wert kommt
von einem Februar-Hoch bei 92 Dollar.

Ariba steigt während der Sitzung um 13 Prozent, nachbörslich dreht der Wert richtig
auf. Der Grund für die Kursexplosion ist, daß das Verlustergebnis des
B-2-B-Unternehmens geringer ausfiel als erwartet. Commerce One legt plus 22.1
Prozent zu.


Die Nasdaq hat eine große Hürde genommen und sollte weiter steigen. Achten Sie auf
die grossen Wachstumswerte, die jetzt ausbrechen und die Führung übernehmen.
