hallo freunde,

mit wohlgefallen sehe ich die heutigen xenova kurse und
umsätze in london. auch die warrants werden gehandelt und
gehen bei ca.30 pence um.
ein unit aus dem bezugsangebot für 345 pence ist also
aktuell ca 520 pence wert. das sind 50% steigerung am
eröffnungstag. ganz ok erst mal, oder ?
glückwunsch an jeden, der an der ke teilgenommen hat.
jetzt müssen wir die einbuchung ins depot überwachen.
ich bitte euch um mitteilungen, falls ihr infos von der
depotstelle erhaltet oder die aktien und warrants im depot
habt.

Announcement of the result of the
Extraordinary General Meeting in relation to the
Placing and Open Offer of 2,885,108 Units,
each Unit comprising 5 Ordinary Shares and 4 Warrants
at 345 pence per Unit

Slough, UK, 8th August, 2000 – The board of Xenova Group plc announces that at an Extraordinary General Meeting held at 10.00 a.m. today a special resolution was passed enabling the Placing and Open Offer to proceed. It is expected that the new Ordinary Shares and Warrants, the subject of the Placing and Open Offer, will be admitted to the Official List, and that separate dealings in the new Ordinary Shares and the Warrants will commence on the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. on 9th August 2000.
