Hat schon jemand die neuen Aktien in´s Depot eingebucht bekommen?

ich hab sie auch noch nicht,kannst du mir bitte sagen ob die Fusion schon endgültig abgeschlossen ist oder wird da noch verhandelt und kommt dann villeicht doch nicht zustande. Die umwandlung in etrade 21 Euro wäre eine gut geschäft für uns versus aktionäre.

Es ist alles unter Dach und Fach. Versus 924249 wird auch nicht mehr
gehandelt. Lt. Bank24 vom 07.09.00 ist man dabei die Etrades einzubuchen.
Soll in Kürze abgeschlossen sein. Warten´s wir mal ab.

Habe jetzt nach telefonischer Rücksprache mit meiner Bank folgende Info bekommen:
1.Zu 17,50 E pro 1 Versusaktie erhalte ich eine 1 EGI Aktie
1 Tax-/2 Geldkurse Berlin EGI 21,30 -21,40 dieser und die zwei Börsentage zuvor
2.Etrade USA heute in FSE 21,80 E
Für 1 Versus Techn. bekomme ich jetzt 0,724757 Etrade USA
also Wert von Versus Techn.Wert 15,80 E!!!!!
Meine Bank Dt.Bank24 hat mich aber nicht über diese beiden Alternativen informiert, d.h.ich bekomme jetzt zwangsweise Etrade USA, und "vermutet" nun, dass sie von Versus Techn.nicht richtig informiert worden wäre.

kann es nicht sein,daß das Übernahme Angebot für 1 Versus 17,5cand beträgt.1E=1,28cand (17,5*1,28=22,2E)

Ich bin auch bei Bank24, und bin per Brief informiert worden. Bis 17.08.00 mußte
man das Teil zurück faxen. Wer sich nicht meldet, bekommt automatisch Etrade US
in´s Depot. 15,80 Euro sind immer noch mehr als die Versus vor ein paar Wochen an
Wert hatten.
