Tja, nachdem sich Domeyer mit dem letzten Aktionärsbrief für 2000 verabschiedet hat, geht der Kurs auch in Urlaub - oder doch in Rente?

Beeindruckend war auch die Kursentwicklung nach der Präsentation, Domeyer und die 1000er müssen bei den Journalisten und der Analysten einen starken Eindruck hinterlassen haben. Da MBX anscheinend Aktien aus der KE verhöckert und auf den Markt wirft, der Kurs aber nur wenig fällt, bleibt nur ein Fazit: Fonds decken sich massiv ein, nachdem sie nun 100%ig überzeugt sind!

Der Präsentationseffekt, war wohl doch eher nur ein Strohfeuer, u.a. angefacht von DonDiego und Konsorten. Dessen Phantasiebericht von der Präsentation übrigens doch ein wenig geschönt war, wenn man den Presseberichten und auch der Darstellung von Domeyer glauben schenken darf!

Was als fader Beigeschmack bleibt, ist ein LoI mit IN, der ausgelaufen ist und ein Rahmenvertrag mit WordSat, bei denen MBX noch "hofft"! Ferner wird die bei der HV beschlossenen KE genutzt, um heimlich Aktien zu verscherben damit die Liquidität gesichert ist! Von der frisierten Bilanz wollen wir gar nicht mehr reden!

Selbst wenn MBX die "fixed Orders" realisiert, wird es wohl mehr eine Eintagsfliege sein, da das Vertrauen der Marktteilnehmer und der Anleger wohl etwas erschüttert ist. Zudem läuft die Lock-Up in wenigen Wochen aus, MBX verkauft weiter Aktien aus der KE und die nächste Gewinnwarnung für 2000 steht schon vor der Tür - alles kein Grund für steigende Kurse!

Fazit: strong sell (bevor es MBX oder Domeyer tut)!
