Direction Technologies ( DRCG OTCBB ) wird morgen bekanntgeben, einen großen US -weiten Netzwerkbetreiber gekauft zu haben. Ich habe gestern mit der PR-Company ( Mr. Jake Bottay, Sundance Capital Group, Tel. [phone] )telefoniert und es wurde mir verbindlich bestätigt.
Der Netzwerkbetreiber heißt Empyrean Communications und ist bisher nicht an der Börse gelistet. Empyrean Com. betreibt Glasfasernetze in New York, Atlanta, Boston und ab April auch in L.A.
Aus meiner Sicht die schnellste Möglichkeit aus einer non-public Company eine Börsengelistete Gesellschaft zu machen.

The new board anticipates a name change to Empyrean Communications, Inc. after obtaining required approvals.

Unter www.directiontechnologies.com sind einige Info´s über die Company. Die Firma kann bis zu 50 Mio. Aktien ausgeben, bisher wurden allerdings erst 10 Mio. Aktien unter die Leute gebracht, zzgl. der 15 Mio. eingeschränkt handelbaren Aktien, welche für den Kauf von Empyreans ausgegeben wurden, macht 25 Mio. Aktien mal 1 Dollar sind 25 Mio. Dollar Marktkap.
Desweiteren steht in der Veröffentlichung, daß die Kapazitäten also das Netzwerk bei Bedarf im minimum verfünffacht!!! werden kann. Die Fa. wird in Empyreans Communications umbenannt und will in kürze auch international aktiv werden.
Die bisherigen Geschäftsfelder werden abgestoßen ( war aus meiner Sicht auch Blödsinn ), deshalb die Überschrift "Die perfekte Mantelspekulation" aus einer no-name Company wird ein internationaler Netzwerkbetreiber. Die ganze Welt redet von der Zukunft der schnellen Datenübertragung ( Glasfasernetze / Ausrüstung und alles was dazu gehört ) Die Anleger investieren in Firmen die heute schon jedes Kind kennt und Marktkapitalisierungen von etlichen Mrd. $ haben, hier ist die Möglichkeit mal von Anfang an dabei zu sein.

Die Kernfrage hier scheint mir zu sein:

Wieviel Gewinn/Verlust macht Empyrean Communications Inc.

Möglicherweise liegt der Wert der Assests bei 500 Mil.

Stutzig macht mich das Empyrean nicht den normalen Weg der IPO beschritt sondern über den Umweg über eine andere Firma wählt (bei dieser Grössenordnung)

Bei einer Normalen IPO käme massenhaft Geld ins Haus. auf diesem Weg eigentlich weniger!

In Anbetracht der momentanen Marktsituation scheint ein Börsengang ausgeschlossen. In diesem Jahr haben schon 50 Firmen ihr IPO verschoben.
Desweiteren ist diese Variante erheblich preiswerter und geht deutlich schneller.

Hi Morchel,
an DRCG konnte gestern eindrucksvoll Dein weiter oben beschriebenes Posting "Manipulation der Kurse o.ä." dokumentiert werden.
Auf meiner Kaufbestätigung steht " unsolicited" "nicht nachgefragt" nach meinem Verständnis haben die Market Maker die Umsätze der letzten Tage zum größten Teil aus Leerverkäufen auf eigene Rechnung zustande kommen lassen und mußten jetzt den Kurs wieder nach unten prügeln. Die MM´s werden nicht mit einer so starken Nachfrage gerechnet haben. Möglicherweis haben die MM´s jetzt ihre Positionen glatt gestellt und es kann solide aufwärts gehen.
Das ist ja alles höchst interessant, das lernt man auf keiner Universität. Die Fakten sind nach wie vor die gleichen, ich bleibe weiterhin investiert und werde in 6 Monaten Bilanz ziehen. Ein in Zukunft weltweiter Netzwerkbetreiber mit einer Marktkap. von jetzt 12,5 Mio. Dollar ist ziemlich einzigartig.

Die Zahen sind von Comdirekt. Der Wert eignet sich sicher nicht zum Daytraden und auch nicht ( noch nicht )um mal eben einige 10.000 Stücke zu kaufen, aber hervorragend um mal einige Dollars zu machen. Ich bin seit meiner Empfehlung investiert und werde es auch bleiben. Kurzziel auf Sicht von 12 Monaten, 6 Dollar.

Heute war der Tag der Schnäppchenjäger, habe nochmal ordentlich zugeschlagen.
Ich habe in der vergangenen Woche mit Mr. Reynolds telefoniert, ab dem 20.05.01 ist mit dem 1. SEC Filling zu rechnen. Er sagte, es wird dann jeder sehen, diese Firma hat einen Wert von 200.000.000 $!!!!!!!!
i.W. Zweihundertmillionen-- $ z.Zt. für 11,5 Mio.$ erhältlich. Genau das ist das interessante an einer Mantelspekulation.

Dale A. Renaud a retired banker, Robert L. Lee a financial consultant registered with the World Bank and George Burks, an attorney, have been named as new DRCG directors. Mr. Renaud will serve as President and CEO, and George Burks will become Secretary. Present DRCG director Ken Liebscher will remain on the board.

habe mich ausführlich mit empyrean auseinandergesetzt.
Einen Haken hat die Sache auch nicht-im Gegenteil
alles sieht gut aus.Ich denke das hier eine Firma mit großer
Zukunft hervorgeht. Sollte einmal die Börse wieder anziehen
wird empyrean eine ausergewöhnliche Performance erzielen.

Da ist wohl was schief gelaufen. Das erste SEC Filling sollte schon vor 2 Wochen veröffentlicht werden, ist aber bis heute nicht. Seit Tagen versuche ich dort jemanden zu erreichen, das Büro ist leider nicht besetzt.

Ich habe heute 90 % meiner Aktien verkauft, Sollte das filling in den nächsten Tagen kommen und gut aussehen, bin ich wieder dabei.

(OTC Bulletin Board: EPYN) announced today that it has formed a subsidiary, Empyrean International, Inc., a Nevada corporation ("EII"). The Company announced that it will assign all the assets and liabilities of Empyrean Communications, Inc. relating to the Broadband and Basalt Fiber aspects of its business to EII. ja ich begreife diese Schachzüge auch überhaupt nicht und ein selloff wäre sicher auch angebracht gewesen, was geht da vor sich?! Es gibt Tage da ist dann kein Volumen am nächsten Tag sind es dann doch um die 100000, ein komisches Spiel.
WO SIND DIE ANGEBLICH GUTEN Geschäfte und wo ist der Wert des 29000 route miles Glasfasernetzes ???

Zu den Options :
On March 8, 2001 Rolf Papsdorf, Dieter Schindelhauer and Maurice Jaquesson resigned
from the company and their options were retired unexercised.

Von den zusätzlichen 15 Mio os shares gingen 12,5 Mio an
die VNET INVESTMENT COMPANY die damit 25 % der as shares
hält.
VNET sollte das Geld für die Inbetriebnahme des Glasfasernetzes
zur Verfügung stellen. Steht übrigens schon in einem
älteren filing, glaube so von Mai.

Ich kann mir irgendwie nicht vorstellen das VNET es sich so
einfach gefallen läßt, das gerade diese Geschäftsteile an
eine unabhängige Tochter übertragen werden für den Gegenwert
von 1 Mio Aktien deren Wert nicht einmal feststeht.

Seit Januar wurden knapp 1,4 Mio shares gehandelt wobei ein
Teil auch auf den Handel zwischen den MM entfällt. Also
würde ich sagen, das VNET seine shares nicht auf den Markt
geworfen hat.

Die Gewinne von denen du in #45 sprichst können erst nach
der Inbetriebnahme des Glasfasernetzes erfolgen. Vorher
haben die nie Gewinne gemacht (Development Stage Company)
