ALGO VISION PLC


Algo Vision plc ("Algo Vision" or the "Company") is pleased to
announce that in the month of July Algo Vision Systems GmbH has
entered into a formal marketing agreement with the system house
SCS (System Consulting Service) in Mainz, Germany. SCS has been
the authorised main reseller for the new IP-based networks,
since July 2001.

This agreement is a further step in the restructuring of our
fields of business, first announced on 5th July 2001, which
will lead to a new distribution of resources, taking advantage
of potential synergies in order to focus internal resources
into the marketing of the Company`s own wavelet technology.

SCS has been a system partner of Algo Vision Systems GmbH for
many years and is a system house specialising in the
requirements of professional and progressive customers in the
IT sector. Their vast offering ranges from delivery and service
in the hardware and software field to consulting, network
design and support as well as service agreements and on-
location service for customers.

Thanks to the nationwide presence of SCS, the marketing
agreement is the optimum manner in which to achieve a
successful market launch. SCS will deliver to end customers and
build up additional resellers to continuously broaden the
marketing channels. The objective of the agreement is to attain
a market-leading position in the field of IP-based
videoconferencing techniques.

The growing demand for IP-based videoconferencing products has
lead to the development of a new product "Vision & Live over
IP", a new product which needs no additional hardware, and
offers the same basic functionalities as the ISDN-based
systems.

Compared to IP products already on the market "Vision & Live
over IP" is characterised by a clearly improved image quality
when using existing bandwidths, due to state-of-the art
compression techniques and protocols. The product can be used
over LAN (Local Area Networks) and also via the Internet,
representing a viable alternative in the lower price end of the
market.

boah, toll, gut hast du das gemacht

aber mal im ernst ich überlege mir auch schon länger da zu investieren...blos die marktlage hält mich noch ab. da jedoch alles wieder steigt...dürfte sich das wohl bald ändern...

da kamen heute schon wieder nette meldungen, in sachen VÖs scheinen die ja nun richtig gaszugeben.

"Further Drawdown" na ja, nicht so die goldene Meldung, aber auch nur da ich selber nicht drin bin
Grats an denjenigen der sich das Paket sicher konnte. Die anderen VÖs sind wie immer phette aufträge und keine heisse Luft oder LOIs wie bei den anderen Konsorten
