ANNOUNCES INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING

Melbourne, FL, December 7th, 1999 - AirNet Communications Corporation, (NASDAQ: ANCC) today announced the pricing of the initial public offering of 5,500,000 shares of its common stock, all of which were offered by AirNet Communications Corporation, at $14 a share. These securities will trade on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol "ANCC".

The offering was managed by Salomon Smith Barney, Hambrecht & Quist, and Volpe, Brown, Whelan & Company. The underwriters have been granted an option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

AirNet Communicatins Corporation provides wireless base stations and other telecommunications equipment designed to allow service operators to cost-effectively offer simultaneous wireless high-speed Internet and voice services to mobile subscribers. The Company’s AdaptaCellTM incorporates a patented radio architecture that is designed to enable operators to offer these services by upgrading base station software rather than deploying new base station hardware. The Company’s AirSite® Backhaul Free Base StationTM carries wireless voice and data signals back to the wireline network without a physical communications link - usually a digital T-1 phone line. As a result, an operator’s fixed network operating costs may decrease substantially.

Bin mal gespannt wie es weitergeht
Ansonsten sehe ich uns im Sommer 3stellig

nuja , dreistellig wirds wohl heute nicht mehr, aber 1$ könnte der Wert in Kürze schaffen. Allerdings sollte nach dem Kurssprung der letzten Tage ein Rücksetzer abgewartet werden.
