XNet ist bereits prächtig gelaufen. Habe bereits locker verfünffacht. Aber, selbst wenn der Kurs konsolidieren sollte, ich bleibe long. Die Quartalszahlen kommen spätestens am 15.02.2000.
Man wird sehen ... Ich hoffe nach wie vor auf ein NASDAQ-Listing in 2000 und dem Einstieg von Institutionen.

Sollte Pacific Internet tatsächlich von Steve gepusht werden, dann sehen wir eine schöne Aufholjagd (s.o.).
Ich habe den Wert in 1999 lange beobachtet und war bisher enttäuscht ...

China.com hat wie die anderen China-orientierten Internetwerten vom WTO-Beitritt partizipiert und durch den Split nochmals Auftrieb bekommen. Mal sehen, wie es weitergeht ...

Wie das so ist, wenn ein paar Leute (oder eine Institution) bei so einem engen Markt eine große Stückzahl verkaufen, um sich später wieder günstig einzudecken.
Und die Kleinen.
Wenn Sie den Kurs purzeln sehen, setzen die Gewinnmitnahmen ein. Und die Profis, die den Kurs gedrückt haben, decken sich wieder ein.
Egal ich bleibe long.
Das Umsatzvolumen spricht für sich.
Mal sehen, wie die nächsten Quartalszahlen aussehen oder wann und ob vielleicht ein Groß-Investor einsteigt.

Ich bleibe long.
Die kräftige Konsolidierung nach dem Wahnsinnsanstieg ist normal.
Hoffentlich fangen wir uns jedoch im zweistelligen Bereich.
Wenn nicht, kann ich es auch verschmerzen.
Spätestens am 15.02.2000 kommen die Zahlen. Und vielleicht auch noch im Frühjahr das NASDAQ-Listing.
Und wenn die Geschäftsentwicklung in 2000 wie geplant läuft (angestrebt sind bis Ende 2000 ca. 200.000 Subscriber), dann ist ohnehin ein wesentlich höherer Kurs gerechtfertigt.
O.k., warten wir auf News, damit der Kurs bald wieder durch die Decke geht.

viele Fragen sich sicher was sie nach den turbulenten Tagen mit Xnet jetzt anfangen sollen.
Vergleicht Xnet doch einfach mit einem Schauspieler. Er ist unbekannt, bis er eine größere Rolle bekommt. Jetzt ist er auf einmal bekannter, Filmgesellschaften werden auf ihn aufmerksamer. Spielt er seinen Part überzeugend, winken weiter Angebote und er könnte zu einem Star aufsteigen. Spielt er schlecht, folgt der Absturz-es gibt ja genug andere.
Xnet hat seine erste Rolle meiner Meinung nach bis jetzt sehr überzeugend gespielt und siehe da, man ist von gestern auf heute kein NoName mehr. Wenn es Xnet schafft bei den anstehenden Rollen weiter zu glänzen, könnten wir einen kommenden Star sehen.
Nun zu den Fakten! Das wichtigste für Xnet ist das Wachstum. Bis jetzt sieht es in Zahlen folgendermaßen aus:
Subscriber gesamt: Q2,25000; Q3,38000; Q4, 68000, d.h die dynamische Steigerung ist von 13000 auf 30000 gestiegen, Fazit: beeindruckend
Subscriber (ohne DNR): Q2, 25000; Q3,32000; Q4, 48000, d.h die dynamische Steigerung ist von 7000 auf 16000 gestiegen, Fazit: überzeugend
DNR: Q2, 0; Q3,6000; Q4,20000, d.h die dynamische Steigerung ist von 6000 auf 14000 gestiegen, Fazit: beeindruckend
Bei den DNR hieß es in einer Meldung vom 9. Sept. 99, daß man am Tag ca. 60 DNR neu hinzu gewinnt. Heute sind es schon 150 pro Tag !!
Solange die Steigerungsraten an Dynamik hinzu gewinnen, mache ich mir um diese Fa. keine Sorgen. Klar, ich hätte auch für 20$ verkaufen können, doch erstens erwarte ich viel höhere Kurse (Gründe dafür sind schon reichlich genannt worden) und zweitens habe ich keine Lust dem Fiskus noch mehr Geld in den Allerwertesten zu schieben.
Entscheidet selbst, aber I stay long !!!!!

Mein Kursziel mußte ich durch die Kursexplosion zwischen den Jahren deutlich korregieren.
Ich hatte letzten Sommer ein Kursziel von 5-6 $ für den Start in 2000 ausgegeben. Trotz zu erwartender Schwankungen denke ich inzwischen, dass wir bis März/April 2000 Kurse von 16-18 $ sehen. Sollten die Schätzungen von XNet bzgl. einer Subscriberzahl von 200,000 zum Jahresende eintreffen oder überschritten werden, erwarte ich mindestens einen Kurs von 25-30$ zum Jahresende.
Die Zahl der Internet-User hat sich 1999 in China verdoppelt. Und China steht noch am Anfang. Die Story ist noch für ein paar Jahre gut.

Zum angestrebten NASDAQ-Listing müssen wir die nächsten Zahlen, die bis zum 15.02.2000 vorliegen müssen, abwarten. Ich denke, dass ein Listing frühestens im Sommer realistisch ist.

bezüglich Nasdaq-Listing ein Posting aus dem Rangigbull-Board:
NASDAQ listing!!!

I got an email from Marc Hung stating that he was told it should take approximately 60 days for NASDAQ to process the application. During this period the bid price must remain above $4 for small cap and $5 for national listing.

There is no 30 days requirement for the bid price to remain above the bid price requirement prior to application submittal.

As far as I can tell we have met all of the requirements and it`s just a matter of Xin Net getting the papper work in place. My guess would be at the end of Jan or early Feb; believe me the company would get the application to NASDAQ as soon as it can put it together.

Wachstumsunternehmen ist und sich auf dem Zukunftsmarkt schlechthin
bewegt.
Denn kein großes Unternehmen kann sich erlauben nicht in China, Fuß fassen zu wollen.

aus der gestrigen News ist ersichtlich, daß Xnet aktuell 75000 Subscriber hat. In der letzten News vor 14 Tagen waren es noch 68000. D.h, Xnet hat in 2 Wochen 7000 neue Kunden geworben.
So rechnen wir mal:
- Xnet wächst bei den Subscribern im Moment mit 20% im Monat !!!
- Rechnen wir mit 14000 neuen Kunden pro Monat haben wir ende des Jahres ca. 240000 Subs.

Wenn man jetzt die Steigerungsraten aufgrund von neuen Büros, allg. Wachstum in China, etc. hinzurechnet, werden sicher mehr raus springen. Ich schätzte es werden so um die 300k ende 00 sein.

The first response that I got from the company
has said that they would file as soon as they meet the requirements. For my second
inquiry, couple of weeks later after reading NASDAQ`s requirements and XNET had gone
over the min. required bid price of $4/$5 (for NASDAQ SC/NM) and checked other rules, I
decided to ask again and I got a response that Xin Net expects to submit its paperwork to
NASDAQ during Q1. So the conclusion from these responses is that Xin Net can/may file
any day for NASDAQ listing, since we are already in Q1 period and it seems like they
have met the listing rules.
We also know that it takes about 60 days to review the application by the SEC.
So, if I speculate by saying that they will file the application, at the worse case, by the end
of March (the end of Q1) and it takes 60 days to review and approve the paperwork by the
SEC, we can expect to see them listed in NASDAQ by the end of May (for the worse
case).

I am a long term investor of Xin Net and I`ve watching it since 4/99. I am very impressed with their business model and how superbly they have been executing it. The current stock price is $11 and the upside potential is enormous.

With the expected 80 million internet users by 2005 in China exponential internet growth Xin Net will certainly capture a large share of the internet market; ISP, domain names registration, auction, B2B commerce, e-business solutions, and email services.
