This database includes map coverage for the United States, Canada, international waters and country borders,supported by 13 million third-party points-of-interest (POI) data,evaluation data and GDF Viewer+, a tool suite for geographic data file(GDF) viewing, debugging and testing.

This release of MultiNet North America 2.4 is available in GDF (geographic data file) format, a de facto international standard featuring an application-independent data model, traffic and transport related extensions, flexibility and extendibility. It was built to Tele Atlas` global specification, which allows customers to readily expand applications to include coverage of multiple continents. Additional industry formats are also scheduled for release during the first half of 2003.

THE ONLY DIRECT TRAFFIC-LINKED MAP & REAL-TIME TRAFFIC FEED, which enables dynamic re-routing for the U.S. The GDF Viewer+. Tele Atlas has developed a suite of GDF viewing, debugging, and testing tools named the GDF Viewer+. GDF Viewer+ offers map and text display capabilities for the Tele Atlas GDF-AS files content.

Der Börsengang von TA war eine der vielen Abzocke am NM bei denen Aktionäre wie Apache & Co ganz schön auf die Nase gefallen sind. Ex-Insider wie Ihr können da ganz schön einen raushängen lassen wenn das Kind in den Brunnen gefallen ist. Ihr seid auch nicht viel besser als die DB und andere Konsorten. Aber vielleicht treibt ihr noch den einen oder anderen in diese tolle Aktie bevor die beiden Großaktionäre den squezze out zu 1 euro bekanntgeben !
Warum sollten sie die künftigen "Gewinne" mit Aktionären teilen ?

Sehe ich auch so , diese GEFAHR besteht , und wie oft habe ich es schon erlebt das GUTE UNTERNEHMEN MIT ZUKUNFT einfach zu lächerlichen Preisen vom Markt genommen worden sind ....und die dann profitable Zukunft für die ehemaligen Geldgeber einfach vernichtet worden ist ..s


Ich hoffe es ist HIER nicht so, wenn ich mir aber die Marktstellung ( Weltmarktführer hin oder her ) ansehe , kann ich es mir hier auch gut vorstellen ... und die 20 Euro Aktionäre schaun in die Röhre ..

Aber noch ist es nicht soweit .. und sollte es wirklich dazu kommen , wird es einen S.O . Hyp VORHER geben ...... und den muß man mitspielen .... für die Aktionäre ,die von Anfang dabei sind ,bringt das natürlich herzlich wenig ....... aber jeder kann ja selber entscheiden ob er JETZT auf diesem Niveau sich das Teil runterzieht vom Kurs ..... meiner Meinung kann man JETZT nicht mehr viel falsch machen ... und wenn erstmal Squezze O .out gespielt wird, kann man immer noch nen guten Scnnitt machen ,habe das auf anderen Baustellen schon mitgemacht ..

Tele Atlas-Upgrade von AKKUMULIEREN auf spekulativ KAUFEN
Seit seiner Gründung im Jahr 1984 in den Benelux-Ländern ist Tele Atlas neben VDO einer der zwei weltweit führenden Anbieter geografischer Datenbanken. Tele Atlas verfügt mit über die größten und detailliertesten digitalen Karten von Europa und Nordamerika und deckt somit topografisch mehr als 300 Mio. Einwohner Europas sowie die gesamten Vereinigten Staaten ab. Tele Atlas konzentriert sich auf die Schlüsselgebiete des geografischen Marktes, einschließlich Verkehrstelematik, Location Based Services (LBS), geografischer Informationssysteme (GIS) und Kfz-Navigation. Das Unternehmen baut seine weltweite topografische Abdeckung aktiv aus und arbeitet kontinuierlich an der Aktualisierung, Verfeinerung und Detailergänzung seiner kartografischen Datenbanken. Das verursacht natürlich Verluste, die auch im IPO-Prospekt beschrieben wurden-Tele Atlas ging insgesamt von einem Volumen von rund 350 Mio. Euro an Investitionen aus. Ein Grossteil dieser Wegstrecke ist schon zurückgelegt, was man auch an der Reduzierung der Cashreserven sehen kann. Diese lagen Stand Ende drittes Quartal noch bei komfortablen 54,60 Mio. Euro, das bedeutet rund 1,34 Euro pro Aktie. Sollte der Cash bei Tele Atlas wieder Erwarten nicht ausreichen, dann stehen potente Grossaktionäre wie Bosch und I.A.M. BV Gewehr bei Fuß. Die Adhoc bzgl. der Einrichtung einer Abruffinanzierung bestätigt diese Einschätzung, da das Geld aktuell noch nicht benötigt wird. Diese haben seit IPO ihren Anteil von jeweils 30,50 auf jetzt aktuell 32,80 Prozent ausgebaut-bei vielen anderen Unternehmen des Neuen Marktes erfolgte das genaue Gegenteil. Bosch und I.A.M. verfügen somit über eine solide Zweidrittelmehrheit der Aktienstimmrechte. Das sollte Investoren nicht abschrecken, denn gerade diese Allianz garantiert die weitere Zukunft und den Erfolg des Unternehmens. Der Umsatz hatte sich um 5 Prozent auf 57,2 Mio. Euro gegenüber dem Vorjahresniveau in den ersten 9 Monaten positiv entwickelt. Für das Gesamtjahr gehen wir von einem Umsatz von ca. 73,50 Mio. Euro aus. Beim EBITDA hat Tele Atlas von 2,9 Mio. Euro in den ersten neun Monaten 2001 auf nun 10,9 Mio. Euro zulegen können. Allein in Europa hat Tele Atlas ein positives EBITDA von 20,4 Mio. Euro generiert, während in den USA ein Minus beim EBITDA von 9,6 Mio. Euro verzeichnet wurde. Vergleicht man die 9-Monatszahlen in Europa mit dem Vorjahr, dann sieht man was zukünftig möglich ist, das EBITDA hat sich von 12,1 Mio. Euro in 2001 auf 20,4 Mio. Euro in 2002 verbessert. Dieser Effekt sollte auch die USA-Zahlen zukünftig beflügeln, das zukünftige Umsatzpotenzial wird durch aktuelle und zukünftige Kooperationen positiv beeinflusst werden. Seit Januar 2003 ist die US-Datenbank fertig gestellt, wir dürfen auf den Umsatz in 2003 aus diesem Teil der Welt sehr gespannt sein. Die Jahreszahlen von Tele Atlas, welche Mitte März auf einer Investorenveranstaltung in Frankfurt veröffentlicht werden, sollten keine negative Überraschung beinhalten. Auf aktueller Basis sehen wir Tele Atlas insbesondere aus Produktsicht als deutlich unterbewertet an. Tele Atlas ist einer der wenigen Cashwerte, die auf Alltime-Low notieren und damit deutliches Erholungspotenzial haben. Das Commitment von Bosch und I.A.M. BV sollte den Kurs in den nächsten Wochen beflügeln. Daher das Rating spekulativ KAUFEN für Tele Atlas. [WKN 927 101]

Die Umsätze in den USA sind daher geringer, weil die Datenformatierung für die japanischen Navisystemhersteller weniger wurde. Wer 1 + 1 Zusammenzählen kann der sollte daraus schliessen können, dass es auch hier bald erste Erfolge zu vermelden geben könnte.

Ich weiss ja, dass es mit deinen Englischkenntnissen nicht so weit her ist, bin aber gespannt, wie du mir den Unterschied zwischen Hauptlieferant und "preferred map data provider" erklärst. Falls du auf Realtime-Verkehrsdienste anspielst: Die kommen eh schon von TA/Westwood One.
Also: Der Unterschied zw. "bevorzugtem Datenlieferant" und "Hauptlieferant" ist mal wieder HNH-Interpretationssache.

Für mich zählen die Fakten und die sind eindeutig !

Ich bekenne mich schuldig, den Kursanstieg ausgelöst zu haben. Immerhin hat die Aktie noch 3500% upside. Der Markt ist allerdings ziemlich ausgetrocknet.
