Acquisition of a 60% interest in Global Doctor Ltd, a company which intends to participate
in the medical industry through the provision of internet communication services to link
medical services users with providers. The principal terms of the acquisition require the
company to issue 26.25 million fully paid ordinary shares and to fund the first $450,000
of expenditure to develop the business.

Mr Gavin Argyle, who was appointed to the board of the company during the quarter, has been
appointed chief executive officer of Global Doctor and has initiated a plan for the rapid
development of the business. Facilities are presently being completed in Perth and in two
Asian cities in order to trial the systems. A successful technical trial has been completed
of its video conferencing and telemedicine equipment from its first clinic in Chengdu,
the capital of Sichuan, China. In addition, key medical and administrative appointments
have been completed.

nach Adultshop, Jumbomall und Adelong scheint sich hier wieder etwas ganz DICKES anzubahnen. In Downunder wurde der Kurs mit einem Gegenwert von ca. 0,0948 Euro mit einem Volumen von ca. 5,3 Mio. vorgegeben. Wissen die vielleicht schon mehr???

RESPONSE TO ASX QUERY

In response to your enquiry letter dated 28 January 2000 I advise as
follows.

1. There are no matters of importance concerning the Company about to
be announced to the market or security holders.

2. The Company is not aware of any information which, had it been
available to the market, might reasonably be regarded as an
explanation for recent trading in the securities of the Company.

3. The Company is unable to offer any other explanation for the
increase in the price of its securities other than it has recently
become entitled to 60% of the issued capital of Global Doctor Limited
following completion of its expenditure obligations under the share
purchase agreement. The obligation to expend a total of $450,000 in
the development of the internet telecommunications business was
completed in January 2000 and is to be noted in the company`s
quarterly report to ASX to be lodged on Monday, 31 January 2000.

4. It is confirmed that the Company is in compliance with the Listing
Rules and, in particular Listing Rule 3.1.

Wir denken auch, daß es sich hier um ein Unternehmen mit einem fantastischem Ziel handelt. Gerade in diesem medizinischen Bereich kann man, so denken und so wissen wir, Geld verdienen, indem man eine wichtige Lücke schließt. Für Großunternehmen (und mglw. auch kleinere) ist die Idee der Global Doctors eine optimale Lösung.

Außerdem ist das Verhältnis von australischen zu deutschen Kursen äußerst gesund. Es handelt sich hier nicht um die klassische Zockeraktie, die nachts in AU gekauft und morgens hier verkauft wird.

Daher versprechen wir uns sehr viel davon ! Auch wenn zwischenzeitlich wieder einige Zocker versuchen werden, die Ideologie zu zerstören, langfristig kann diese Idee nur ein Erfolg werden.

Wie heißt es so schön: 2 Schritte vor, einer zurück.
Terrex muß man mittelfristig sehen.(ich tue das jedenfalls)

Tach, tut ja ein bisserl weh, von 0.17 auf (z.T. 0.08), aber egal.
Terrex ist ja nun mal nicht von ZO oder vom Aktionär gepushed worden.
Insofern sind hier die Kursentwicklungen eher unter einem realistischerem
Stern zu sehen, als bei Adelong, ucl, dpm etc. etc. etc.
Ich depp habe zwar bei 0.17 zugeschlagen und leide, aber langsam
bekomme ich Vertrauen in den Wert. Ich gehe zwar jede Wette ein,
dass hier bis Apr/Mai keine 0.15 mehr gesehen werden, aber da ich
fast alle Wetten verliere, bin ich ja kein downpusher.

Bevor ich hier weiter sülze, lass ich lieber Platz für neue Infos
viel spass an alle Terrexer

So mal wieder ein neuer Tread und diesmal geht es um mein Lieblingsbaby
Terrex Resources Ltd von denen ich seit einem halben Jahr Aktien einsammle und
immer noch nicht genug habe, aber die Katze ist schon aus dem Sack und wird auch kräftig hochgepusht, deshalb soll dieser Tread etwas Klarheit schaffen.
(Ihr solltet mal das Ariva Board lesen da rollen sich mir die Fußnägel! - da wird zu 90% gepusht,gemoppt, gezankt, der totale Kindergarten)

Sollte sich jemand zum Kauf entschließen, dann auf keinen Fall unlimitiert zuschlagen, außerdem stehen zur Zeit ebB Kurse und ich nehme an das man noch schnell Kasse machen will bevor es richtig losgeht.

hallo boerz, deine Order war wahrscheinlich eine Ultimo-Order und ist gestern am 31.01.2000 rausgeflogen.

Heute um 9.04 Uhr waren drei Umsätze ohne Kurszusatz, jeweils 0,11 & 0,09 & 0,08. Für 0,09 gingen 295.000 Stück über den Tisch. Schon komisch die Umsätze zum gleichen Zeitpunkt, aber dar haben sich welche wohl riesig gefreut, weil sie sich günstig durch die Stop Loss Orders anderer eindecken konnten.

Schade, hätte auch gerne zu solchen Kuresen gekauft, allerdings habe ich es zu spät gesehen und muss nun wohl schon wieder 0,12 Euro bezahlen (letzter Kurs 0,11bG und aktuelle Preisstellung des Maklers 0,11 auf 0,12)!

GMC will provide western world standard consultations to business and
tourist travellers, expatriates and other markets in developing
countries. The software technology developed by GMC, which is not yet
fully operational, is designed to permit the real time transfer of
detailed medical data across the Internet at a relatively low cost.
GMC plans to commence an initial trial of its products and services
within the next two months, to be followed by the establishment of
service centres in key target markets. Initially, GMC`s services will
include general consultations and cardiology, pathology and
pharmaceutical advice and will be directed through a centralised
control centre in Perth.

The principal vendor of GMC is Kevin Scott, the designer of GMC`s
Java based software. Mr Scott has a Masters degree in Computer
Science from the University of Illinois, USA. He has had a
distinguished career of 15 years managing IT projects across the
software cycle and has received national recognition in the USA as an
expert in data communications over the Internet. Based in the USA,
Mr Scott is a published Java programmer and has received numerous
awards for his work including NASA`s Software of the Year Award,
presented for Internet data distribution software used in the Space

oder ob ein teurer Ambulanzflug erforderlich ist.Wir sehen die Entwicklung bei I-Doctors grundsätzlich positiv und sehen ein mittelfristiges Kursziel von 25 bis 30 AUS-Cent
bzw. 17 bis 20 EURO-Cent.
