chinesischen Zockerwert werden von euch über den Mailversand verbreitet aber bei UPROAR wird weder das Jahresergebnis noch die gestrige News über das Joint Venture mit Trans Cosmos weitergeleitet - sehr schwach und sehr mies

hab mich auch geärgert. zumal ich china star seit einiger zeit beobacthe (in hk) und von den gerüchten auch weiss. jetzt kann ich den wert von meiner watchliste wieder streichen - die lemminge scharren ja schon in den startlöchern und werden für einen schönen aufschlag sorgen...

Companies to Enter Exclusive Joint Venture for Japanese Market
NEW YORK, February 1, 2000 - Uproar Inc. (EASDAQ: UPRO) announced today that
Trans Cosmos USA Inc. will make a $25 million cash investment in Uproar,
for which Trans Cosmos will be issued 632,686 shares of Uproar`s common stock.
As part of the agreement, Trans Cosmos USA and Uproar plan to establish later
this year a joint venture to produce a local language version of the uproar.com
Web site in Japan. Each partner will own 50 percent of the joint venture.
Trans Cosmos USA is a global investment and business development company
dedicated to helping Internet companies in the U.S. and Europe expand into
the Japanese marketplace. Uproar Inc. produces uproar.com, an online
entertainment destination. Through its network of Web sites, Uproar
provides online game shows and interactive single- and multi-player games.
Headquartered in New York with offices in San Francisco, London and
Budapest, Uproar is publicly traded on EASDAQ (the European Association of
Securities Dealers Automated Quotation system) under the symbol UPRO.
