Eine äußert außergewöhnliche Vorratszeichnung, das muß man schon sagen. Wir sollen/können etwas zeichnen, ohne die geringsten Infos zum Unternehmen. Wir können theoretisch etwas zeichnen, das es noch gar nicht gibt. Mit dem ersten Angebot wurde noch nicht einmal eine WKN bekanntgegeben. jetzt lautet die WKN 633879. Habe über diese Gesellschaft bis jetzt nichts finden können. Wer weiß mehr? Bitte um Stellungnahmen, da es ja hier so viele Croesusaktionäre gibt. Oder bin ich der Einzigste?

DE GREY - History
On 27th August 1861, the Explorer Francis Thomas Gregory, made the following entry in his journal when naming the mighty river course before him,

"In honour of the Noble Lord who took a lively interest in promoting the objects of our expedition"

Thus was the De Grey River in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia, duly named.

The Englishman, George Frederick Samuel Robinson (1827-1909), (Marquess of Ripon, Viscount Goderich, Baron Grantham, Baronet and Earl de Grey), in addition to holding the posts of Governor General and Viceroy of India and First Lord of the Admiralty, was also Secretary of State for the Colonies.

The company`s name commemorates his foresight and support of our pioneers who paved the way for modern day explorers who seek to discover the hidden resources of this great country for the benefit of all Australians.

The De Grey is a major river system. Many significant rivers flow into it, including the Oakover, Nullagine, Coongan and Shaw. Each has a marked effect on the mineral and pastoral activities of the Pilbara, traversing diverse landforms and geological sequences.

Wahrscheinlicher ist, dass es sich um Croesus Gold Inc., YCV (Toronto) handelt. Glaube, etwas über eine Kapitalerhöhung gelesen zu haben. Nahm sie deshalb in meine Watchlist.

Das Angebot erhielt ich von Croesus Mining WKN 871679!

Es handelt sich um ein Angebot über die Vorratszeichnung in Aktien der De Grey Mining. Im ersten Angebot wurde keine WKN der neuen Aktien angegeben. Im Folgeangebot gab man mir die WKN 633879!
Man erhält De Grey Mining zu 0,20 AUD mit einem Bezugsschein zum Bezug einer weiteren Aktie zu 0,20 AUD bis 05.06.2005! Letzte Zeichnungsfrist 6.6.2002!

Habe ja oben unter Nr.2 eine Internetseite eingestellt. Außerdem habe ich dieses Unternehmen gem. Nr. 3 angemailt. Sonst weiß ich von dem Laden nichts. Handelt sich offenbar um einen Explorer. Bin gespannt, ob sich da jemand meldet. Ich betrachte diese Art Zeichnung eigentlich als Unverschämtheit. Wir sollten auch eine WKN-Nr. beantragen und selbst irgendwelchen Schrott an den Markt bringen.

De Grey - ein IPO(4,5mill AUD$) in Australien. Einen Zusammenhang CRS/De Grey konnte ich noch nicht erkennen.
Wahrscheinlich ein Zubrot für CRS , vermtl. Beteiligung -die

(Dow Jones)--Australian investors are wading through a flood of new gold-related initial public offers as company promoters seek to capitalize on the market`s current enthusiasm for gold shares.

At least eight IPOs seeking to raise a total of A$35 million are scheduled to list on the Australian Stock Exchange over the next month or so. Their backers include one of Australia`s richest prospectors and the brother-in-law of ex-Normandy Mining Chairman Robert Champion de Crespigny.

The fledgling companies - generally explorers - are coming to market amid a strong U.S. dollar gold price and takeover fever on the Australian Stock Exchange.

Placer Dome Inc.`s (PDG) A$2 billion bid for AurionGold Ltd. (A.AOR) this week has prompted strong buying in the local gold sector, as investors bet on further takeover offers from offshore raiders.

According to Macquarie Financial Services, the Australian gold index appreciated about 23% over the month of May, driven by a 5% increase in the U.S. dollar gold price and the AurionGold bid. Over the same period the All Ordinaries index increased by just 0.4%, the stockbroker said.

Newcrest Mining Ltd. (A.NEW), Lihir Gold Ltd. (LIHRY) Croesus Mining NL (A.CRO), Kingsgate Consolidated NL (A.KCN) and Emperor Mines Ltd. (A.EMP) were among the better-performing Australian gold shares.

Market sentiment has been buoyed by this week`s run in the gold price to near five-year highs. Spot gold was trading Friday around US$324.55/oz.

Ironically, the local bullion price has remained virtually static due to a strengthening Australian dollar.

But Ian Prentice, an analyst with Macquarie Financial Services, still expects most of the current crop of IPOs to achieve their capital-raising objectives.

Demand For Floats As Long As Gold Price Holds

"As long as the gold price holds up, there is an appetite for new gold floats," he said. The listed gold companies have had a good run, so now people are looking to put money into these new listings."

The proposed share market entrants include: Apex Minerals (seeking A$4 million), Jackson Gold (raised A$3.5 million), Range River Gold (raised A$6 million),
* De Grey Mining (A$4.5 million)* ,
Westonia Mines (A$5 million), Image Resources (A$4 million), Marengo Minerals (A$4 million) and Jindalee Resources (A$4 million).

Analysts say the companies are mostly early-stage explorers, with the exception of Westonia Mines, which plans to finance a bankable feasibility study on the dormant Westonia mine in Western Australia. Westonia is partly sub-underwritten by Lion Selection Group Ltd. (A.LSG), the listed investment fund, which is expected to hold around 36% of the company after listing.

Range River Gold`s IPO closed oversubscribed this week having raised A$6 million. The company, which has a gold-copper project in South Australia, is due to list on the stock exchange June 11.

Range River`s managing director is Michael Beer, brother-in-law of Robert de Crespigny, who stepped down as chairman of Normandy after its A$4.5 billion takeover by Newmont Mining Corp. (NEM) earlier this year.

However, de Crespigny isn`t involved in the new company.

"He doesn`t have any shares," Beer told Dow Jones Newswires.

Apex Minerals is another notable IPO due to the presence of founding shareholder Mark Creasy, a wealthy prospector who gained prominence in the 1990s for selling the Bronzewing and Jundee gold projects to Joseph Gutnick`s Great Central Mines.

The company, which is due to list in late June, plans to explore for platinum, gold, nickel and base metals.

Bisher bin ich beim Zeichnen noch nie auf eine hohe Leiter gestiegen, sondern habe das vom Schreibtisch aus gemacht. Was sollte man hier beim Zeichnen besonders beachten, vielleicht dabei ins weiche Bett legen?

Schlußkurs trotz der Überzeichnung leider nur 0,165 AUD (Emission zu 0,20 AUD)

Ich bleibe aber trotzdem optimistisch.

Western Australian exploration company De Grey Mining Ltd [DEG] will list tomorrow on the Australian Stock Exchange and drilling begins at its Indee site where advanced platinum and palladium targets have been identified.

The De Grey share offer was oversubscribed and closed after one day, with underwriter Intersuisse Corporate Pty Ltd inundated with applications.

"We will be drilling on day one, as promised in the prospectus," said Denis O`Meara, De Grey`s Managing Director. "This will be the culmination of extensive preliminary exploration we have carried out on our three targets. We have identified the potential discovery of significant resource deposits, now it`s time to go to work."

"Our three Western Australian exploration sites have been established as having advanced platinum, palladium, gold and copper anomalies. The majority of our project areas are situated close to existing infrastructure and have been selected after over 30 years of geological review and exploration."

Exploration of De Grey`s properties will be headed by geologist Geoff Blackburn, who has more than three decades of experience in the minerals exploration industry.

Mr Blackburn reported his theory at the Second Australian Platinum Conference last week that De Grey`s Indee site is on the edge of a meteorite impact potentially rich in copper, nickel and other minerals. The meteorite struck the site approximately 2.8 billion years ago.

"A similar site at Sudbury in southern Canada is one of the world`s greatest nickel/copper provinces," said Mr Blackburn.

"De Grey`s Indee property will be drilled first. The area shows similiarities to impact structures around the world that have yielded a wealth of minerals and resources," said Mr Blackburn "there is evidence to suggest we may have comparable finds."

"De Grey`s Western Australian projects at Indee, Beyondie and Horans Dam are backed by an experienced geological team and the expertise of chairman Ron Manners, who also chairs Croesus Mining NL."
22.5 million 20 cent De Grey shares were issued, each with a free attaching option, raising $4.5m. There will be a total of 48.6 million shares on issue. The lead broker to the issue is Intersuisse Limited.

Von meinen bezogenen De Grey-Aktien wurden ca. 95 % wieder storniert.

Wegen der Gebühren und des schlechteren AUD-Kurs (Betrag musste bei Zeichnung gleich hinterlegt werden) habe ich jetzt schon ca. 75,-- EUR verloren .

Da die Aktie aber inzwischen von 0,20 AUD auf 0,135 AUD gefallen ist, versuche ich, die stornierten Aktien wieder günstig in Australien direkt zu kaufen.

ich hab die Grey mines jetzt auch in meinem Depot,
aber ich staunte nicht schlecht als ich einen Kurs von 2,22 Euro/Aktie abgerechnet bekam, und das bei einem Zeichnungskurs von 0,12 Euro nicht schlecht. Meine Bank hüllt sich in Schweigen.

Die Gebühren bei der Verwahrung in Australien sind doch nicht etwa so hoch oder?

Hat jemand ähnliche Probleme oder Tips?

Bei mir war die ursprüngiche Abrechnung zu 0,120 € je Aktie inc. der Gebühren. Der grösste Teil davon wurde aber wieder storniert, Zuteilung wegen der Überzeichnung 5,4237 %. Habe jetzt in Australien nachgekauft zu 0,0779 € inc. Gebühr (0,135 AUD je Aktie). Jetzt bekommt man sie sogar für 0,12 AUD!

Die 2,22 € die Dir Deine Bank abgerechnet hat, sind also total unrealistisch.
